Advanced Exchange Warranty
The Lanier SG 3110DN and SG 3110DNw Color Printers are under warranty
against defects for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Consumables
are under warranty for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase or until
depleted, whichever comes first. For those products that offer Advance
Exchange as a Standard Warranty, Lanier Support will attempt to diagnose
and resolve technical defects via telephone. If Lanier Support determines that
the repair cannot be accomplished over the telephone, a like replacement
product will be shipped at no charge within 24 hours. The original unit must be
returned in accordance with the instructions provided inside the replacement
product carton. Please refer to warranty documents shipped with the product
for more details.
