mustfirstexaminetheproductandfindthatitisdefectiveduetoworkmanshipormaterialsandnotduetomisuse,neglect,accident,orabnormal

States
ThefrontStandby(Power)switchcontrolstheoperationalstateofthe
oscilloscope.Thistoggleswitchisactivatedbymomentarilypressingand
releasingit.ThecoloroftheLEDbelowtheswitchindicatesthestatusof
theoscilloscopeasfollows:
•On(LEDGreen)*–oscilloscopeisfullypoweredandoperational
•Standby(LEDoff)*–oscilloscopeispoweredoff(exceptforsome
housekeepingcircuits)
•Standby(LEDBlinksGreen)–oscilloscope’scomputersubsystems

subsystemswithintheoscilloscope.Ingeneral,theseothersubsystems

usechemicalsorabrasiveelements.Undernocircumstancesallow
moisturetopenetratetheinstrument.
