Thank you for the trust you have placed in us by purchasing this device. The de-
vice can only be used to its full advantage when operated and used properly.
When the device was delivered, you will already have been instructed in opera-
tion, adjustment and maintenance by your dealer. However, this brief instruction is
not a substitute for thorough study of the operating instructions.
These operating instructions will help to familiarise you with the LEMKEN GmbH &
Co. KG device and the options available for using it.
The operating instructions contain important information about how to operate the
device safely, properly and efficiently. Following the instructions will help to pre-
vent hazards, faults and down times and will increase reliability and service life.
Read the operating instructions carefully and attentively before commissioning.
Make sure that the operating instructions are always available at the location
where the device is used.
The operating instructions must be read and followed by anyone who is involved
in carrying out the following work:
Coupling and uncoupling
Adjustments
Operation
Maintenance and repairs
Troubleshooting, and
Final shutdown and disposal.

Spare parts ordering
This device is supplied with a specification listing all assemblies that are relevant
for the product. The spare parts list valid for your device includes both those as-
semblies relevant to you and those that are not intended for your device. Make
sure that you only order spare parts that belong to the assemblies that can be
found on your specification or the enclosed print out. When ordering spare parts,
state the type designation and serial number of the device. This information can
be found on the type plate. Enter this data in the fields below so that it is always to
hand.

Remember that you should only use genuine LEMKEN spare parts. Reproduction
parts have a negative influence on the function of the device, have a shorter ser-

1 ABOUT THESE OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
1.1 Proper use
The electronic control system is intended for control, monitoring and adjustment of
various LEMKEN implements. The functions of the electronic control system are
transmitted to the implement via a special operating terminal.
1.2 Area of application
The control is designed to control, monitor and set the following machines:

1.3.1 Switching on and off
Press the switch (1) to the (on/off) posi-
tion.
1.3.2 Taking a screen shot
The screenshot of the display can be sa-
ved in PNG format on the USB stick.
Insert the USB stick in the operation
terminal interface.
Depending on the location press the
following button for 3 seconds:

2 SYMBOLS USED IN THE OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
2.1 Hazard classes
The following symbols are used in the Operating Instructions for particularly im-
portant information:
DANGER
Denotes an imminent hazard with high risk, which will result in
death or severe physical injury, if not avoided.
WARNING
Denotes a possible hazard with medium risk, which could result in
death or severe physical injury, if not avoided.
CAUTION
Denotes a low-risk hazard, which could cause light or medium
physical injury or property damage, if not avoided.

2.2 Information
Denotes special user tips and other particularly useful or important
information for operation and efficient utilisation.
2.3 Environmental protection
Indication of special recycling and environmental protection
measures.
2.4 Indication of passages

DANGER
Switch off the operating terminal
Risk of accidents due to unintentional activation of the operating
terminal
Unintentional movement of the implement may occur if the operat-
ing terminal is switched on.
Ensure that the operating terminal is switched off when travel-
ling to the field and on public roads.
CAUTION
Establish the connections
Risk of accidents due to unconnected hydraulic and electrical sys-
tems.
Electronic control system functions may be carried out incorrectly
if the hydraulic and electrical systems are not fully connected.
Ensure that all the hydraulic and electrical connections are in
place before using the operating terminal.

plement type and the equipment installed.
This is pointed out if it is relevant to opera-

4.2 Program start
The start screen appears after the control
has been switched on. The system starts
up. The operating menu then opens auto-
matically.

4.3 Operating menu
The operating menu serves to monitor and
control the implement during use. Prior to
use implement-specific entries and settings
for the control are required.
4.3.1 Displays
The displays monitor the machine. Also
some displays are a quick access to the
particular settings or information. The de-
tailed description of the settings and infor-
mation can be found in the corresponding
chapter.

4.3.2 Softkeys
All the softkeys of the operating menu are
located in softkey bars. Softkeys with ar-
rows are available for navigating through
the softkey bars.
The arrangement of the softkeys can be
adjusted individually.
Navigation
To navigate through the softkey bars,
masks and levels, the following softkeys
with arrows are available:
Scroll to the next softkey bar or mask.
Scroll to the previous softkey bar or mask.
Open higher-level mask.
Menu call-up
To open menus, the following softkeys are
available:
Open information selection.
Open settings selection.

The present messages are collected in an
error log. The messages can be malfunc-
tions, warnings or information.
Open via menu
The colour of the smiley indicates the most
serious message.
No fault. There may be information
(green)
There are warnings (orange)
There are malfunctions (red)
