ThinkPad Stack Mobile Projector Tips
1. Recommended Stack Sequence:
Notes:
The hard disk drive can be recognized by the projector only when it is stacked under the
projector.
It is recommended that you connect the Lenovo 65W Travel AC Adapter when using the
stacked devices together.
2. Audio Output Tips:
When the projector and Bluetooth speaker are stacked together:
There is no sound when I play audio from the projector. Check the following to solve the
problem:
-Ensure that the Bluetooth speaker is turned on.
-If the Bluetooth speaker is connected with other devices, disconnect it.
-If the Bluetooth speaker is connected with a 3.5-mm (0.14-inch) aux-in cable,
disconnect the cable.
You can use the Bluetooth speaker to adjust the volume only. To control the play or pause
function, use the projector.
3. Power Supply Tips
Charge the projector with the Lenovo 65W Travel AC Adapter when you use the projector for
the first time.
The power bank can only support up to four stack devices working together. It is
recommended that you do not stack the projector and the router at the same time.
Use the Lenovo 65W Travel AC Adapter to charge the projector and other stacked devices.
The power bank can provide power for the projector to work, but cannot charge the internal
battery of the projector.
4. Battery Charge Duration Tips:
When the projector is not stacked with the ThinkPad Stack 10000mAh Power Bank, it takes
three hours to charge the projector from 5% to 100% capacity.

When the projector is stacked with the ThinkPad Stack 10000mAh Power Bank, it takes six to
seven hours to charge the projector from 5% to 100% capacity.
5. Brightness and Display Tips:
When the projector and power bank are stacked together, and the projector’s battery power
remaining is below 10%, the projector will keep displaying objects at a low brightness level
even you connect a Lenovo 65W Travel AC Adapter to charge the projector. This symptom is
normal and the projector will display objects at a high brightness level until the battery power
is above 10%.
When you tilt the projector to a certain angle and then turn on or turn off the projector, there
might be a white line above the screen displayed. Manually adjust the projector keystone
within a ±45-degree range to solve the problem.
6. OS and preload application tips
Not all third-party applications are compatible with the stack projector.
Some data elements in Microsoft® PowerPoint® presentation files might be displayed
abnormally. For presentation use, it is recommended that you save the presentation files as
Portable Document Format (PDF) files.
Not all Universal Serial Bus (USB) key or hard disk drive (HDD) formats are compatible with
the projector. If the storage device cannot work with the projector, back up your data and
format the storage device to NTFS or FAT32 in a Windows® environment.
Tap and hold the Overview button on the projector touch pad to display the volume control
and adjust the volume.
When you play videos with the MX Player program, sweep two fingers up or down across the
projector touch pad to adjust the volume.
When you play videos with the MX Player program, sweep two fingers left or right across the
projector touch pad to go fast forward or fast backward.
Not all video and audio formats are compatible with the MX Player program. If the files cannot
be played by MX Player, try another file format.
When you use the MX Player video program for the first time, authorize the program to run;
otherwise the screen might not be displayed normally.
The interface for file manager function currently supports only English and Simple Chinese.
Other language support will be provided later.
To keep improving user experience, the system will regularly prompt you for new version
update. Connect the projector to power before you update the system; otherwise, the update
cannot be performed. During the update, keep the projector connected to power and wait
until the update process finishes completely; otherwise, the update might be interrupted.
If the stack projector runs slowly or does not work normally, check if there are enough free
storage space. Clean up the internal storage to free up space. If the problem persists, back up
your data and do the following to restore the projector to the factory-default settings:
-Go to Settings->System->About Projector->Restore factory settings to restore the
projector to the factory-default settings.
-If the system is unresponsive, press and hold the power button until the projector
restarts. If the projector still does not work normally, back up your data and refer to

step 1 to restore it to the factory-default settings.
-If the problem persists, disconnect the projector from power. Insert a needle or a
straightened paper clip into the reset hole in the bottom of the projector. Press and
hold the needle or clip for one second and then release it to reset the projector to
the factory-default settings.
To copy or move the pictures from the projector, use the file explorer instead of the gallery
function provided by the projector’s built-in system. If you use the gallery function, you can
copy or move only one picture at a time.
When you open multiple web pages with the projector’s built-in web browser, do not stack or
remove any ThinkPad Stack series product, and do not plug or unplug the ac power adapter.
If you do so, the web pages might switch between each other. In this case, manually use the
projector touch pad to tap or click the page you want.
You can use the ThinkPad Stack Assistant app to cast and play the videos on your phone
through the projector. For optimal experience, it is recommended that you use a 5 GHz
wireless network connection.
After you synchronize phone files to the hard disk drive (HDD) or USB key through the
ThinkPad Stack Assistant app, it is recommended that you wait sometimes before safely
removing the HDD or USB key.

1. 推荐的堆叠顺序：
注:
移动硬盘只能堆叠在投影仪下面。
在所有模块堆叠使用时，建议接入联想 65W 便携旅行电源适配器。
2. 音频输出提示：

投影仪与蓝牙音箱堆叠使用情形下：
播放投影仪里的音频无声音输出。 请通过以下方案恢复输出:
-检查蓝牙音箱是否开机。
-检查蓝牙音箱是否和其他设备已连接, 断开蓝牙连接。
-检查蓝牙音箱是否接入 3.5mm Aux-in 连接 , 断开 Aux-in 连接。
可以通过蓝牙音箱调节音量大小，但不能控制播放/暂停按钮。只能通过投影仪调节播
放和暂停。
3. 供电提示：
第一次使用投影仪，请先使用联想 65W 便携旅行电源适配器为投影仪充电。
移动电源只能支持四层 Stack 系列产品同时工作。不建议投影仪和路由器一起堆叠。
堆叠状态下，请使用联想标配的 65W 便携旅行电源适配器对投影仪和其他堆叠产品充
电。
移动电源不能给投影仪内部电池充电，只能给投影仪的使用过程供电。
4. 投影仪电池充电时长:
当投影仪没有和 ThinkPad Stack 10000mAh Power Bank 堆叠时，投影仪电量从 5%充电到
100%，充电时长大约 3小时。
当投影仪和 ThinkPad Stack 10000mAh Power Bank 堆叠时，投影仪电量从 5%充电到 100%，
充电时长大约 6到7小时。
5.显示和亮度提示：
当投影仪与移动电源堆叠在一起并且投影仪电量低于 10%时，接入联想 65W 便携旅行
电源适配器， 投影仪依旧是低亮度显示。此现象为正常。当投影仪充电一段时间电量
高于 10%后，会恢复成高亮度显示。
在倾斜一定角度的情况下开关投影仪，会发现投出的影像顶部有一条白线。此时±45 度
范围内矫正可恢复正常。
6. 系统和预装软件提示：
并非所有第三方软件都能和投影仪兼容使用。
PPT 中的有些数据元素可能无法兼容。建议将 PPT 转换为 PDF 格式再进行展示。
并不是所有的硬盘/U 盘格式都能兼容。如果无法使用，建议在电脑端将硬盘/U 盘格式
化为 NTFS/FAT32 格式。
长按投影仪触摸板上的多任务按键两秒，可以调出音量控制器来快捷调节音量大小或者
静音。
当使用 MX Player 播放视频的时候，在投影仪触摸板上双指上下滑动进行音量调整。
当使用 MX Player 播放视频的时候，在投影仪触摸板上双指左右滑动进行视频的快进、
快退。
MX Player 视频播放器不能兼容所有的视频、音频文件格式。如果遇到无法正常播放，
请尝试其他文件格式。
首次使用 MX Player 视频播放器时，建议允许授权许可，否则可能会出现页面空白的情
况。
使用文件管家进行文件管理的时候，目前只能支持中文和英文。多语言的支持计划后续
更新。

为了更好的提升用户体验，系统会定期推送新版本。进行系统升级前，请先插入电源，
否则不能进行升级。系统升级过程中，请插入电源并保留在当前页面等待升级完成，否
则升级会被中断。
使用投影仪的过程中，如果遇到系统无法正常使用，可以尝试如下方法解决：
-如果系统可以运行，进入设置->系统->投影仪信息->恢复出厂设置。恢复投影仪
到出厂设置之前，请先保存好个人数据。
-如果系统无法运行，长按投影仪的电源键强制重启投影仪。如果重启后系统依
然无法正常使用，再参考第一步将投影仪恢复到出厂设置。
-如果问题依然无法解决，将电源适配器与投影仪断开连接。将针或拉直的曲别
针插入投影仪底部的复位孔。按住针或曲别针一秒然后松开，从而将投影仪恢
复出厂设置。
针对投影仪上文件的复制和移动，可使用投影仪系统内置文件浏览器。图库应用只能针
对单个文件进行移动和复制。
在用投影仪系统内置浏览器打开多个网页时，堆叠或移除 ThinkPad Stack 设备或者插拔
电源适配器会有网页切换顺序的现象，是操作系统的检测机制触发的。可以手动点击切
换回需要的页面。
ThinkPad Stack Assistant 应用软件可以将手机中的视频投射到投影仪端播放。为了获得
更好的体验，推荐使用 5G 的无线局域网连接。
使用 ThinkPad Stack Assistant 软件将文件同步到硬盘或者 U盘的时候，同步完成后建议
等待一会再移除硬盘或者 U盘。
