Installation instructions for Skytile®Presence Detection
INSTALLATION ENGLISH
• Read instructions and check that you have all of the tools and accessories required to complete the installation correctly. Isolate power supply
before starting the installation.

Warnings and cautions
• These products are designed for connection to a mains supply of
220-240V~ 50/60Hz
• It may be necessary to upgrade your MCBs to allow for increased
inrush current
• Do not cover with insulation
• Do not carry out insulation tests with the product connected to
the circuit
• It is recommended that the ambient room temperature should not
exceed 25°C
• To avoid electric shock, serious injury or property damage, isolate
power before installing, removing or servicing the product
• It is recommended that luminaires are installed by a qualied
electrician and the installation complies with the local current
wiring regulations
• Any broken or damaged parts should be replaced as soon as possible

Installation Note
• Detection area is automatically reduced to 2/3rds of normal when panel is dimmed. This function is in place to prevent accidental triggering.
1. Remove the ceiling tile from the location where you wish to install the LED Panel.
2. Connect the LED driver to the mains supply. Refer to Fig.1 for details.
3. Select presence detection settings on driver before attaching to LED panel (see below for details).
4. Remove silicone bung from underside of LED panel (Fig.3).
5. PlaceLEDpanelhalfwayintotheceilingaperturethentthedrivertotherecessonbackofLEDpanel(Fig.4).Magnetswillsecuredriverin
position as shown in Fig.5.
6. Reconnect mains power supply.

Daylight Sensor (5&6)
The sensor can be set to only allow the LED panel to
illuminatebelowadenedambientbrightness 
threshold. The settings are as follows:
I: 50Lux, dark operation
II: 150Lux, twilight operation
III: 300Lux, twilight operation
IV: Disable
Note: When set to ‘Disable’ mode, the daylight sensor
will switch on the LED panel when motion is detected
regardless of ambient light levels. It is recommended
thatthe‘Disable’functionisnotusedinofces.
