6. Remove the power back door drive assembly.
A. Disconnect the connector.
B. Remove the 4 bolts and the power back door drive assembly.
7. Install the NEW power back door drive assembly.
A. Apply adhesive to the threads of the 6 bolts.
Adhesive: Three Bond 1324 (P/N 08833–00070) or equivalent
B. Install the NEW drive unit to the
vehicle body with the 4 bolts in
the order shown.
Torque: 31 NSm (316 kgfScm,
23 ftSlbf)
C. Install the drive unit arm to the
door with the 2 bolts.
Torque: 31 NSm (316 kgfScm,
23 ftSlbf)
D. Install the trim panel.
8. Install the roof headlining assembly in reverse order of disassembly.
9. Re-initialize any affected power systems.

10. Set radio presets and clock.
