BEFORE BEGINNING ASSEMBLY
A. Identify and inventory all parts using the checklist boxes on the Parts List. If any parts are missing, call our
Customer Service Department.
B. This Table Cart is for use with 8’, 6’ and 5’ rectangle tables, and 5’ and 4’ round tables.

STEP 1
a. Lay out the Long Bars (CIO). Turn the Bars so the holes are on the sides of the Bars as shown below. Slide an End Deck
Plate (CIM) (without the angled surface) onto the Bars. Make sure the Bars are fully inserted into the End Deck Plate.

a. Slide the Center Deck Plates (CIN) (with the angled surfaces) onto the Long Bars as shown, with the angled surfaces facing
each other.
b. Slide the other End Deck Plate (CIM) onto the Bars. Make sure the Bars are fully inserted.

a. Carefully tip the cart on its side. Secure the Center Deck Plates (CIN) to the Long Bars by inserting an m8 x 53 mm Bolt (CJC)
through an m8 Flat Washer (CIX) and through each hole in the Deck Plates. Slide another Washer over each Bolt and
secure them with m8 Nylock Nuts (CIY). Repeat for the other side of each Plate.
NOTE: The Center Deck Plates can be secured to either set of holes in the Long Bars, depending on the size of table being stored. See page
7 “ADUSTING THE CENTER DECK PLATES FOR 4’ OR 5’ ROUND TABLES” for more information.
The Center Deck Plates must be secured
before continuing assembly. Failure to secure
the Plates may result in serious personal

a. Insert an m8 x 58 mm Bolt (CIV) through an m8 Flat
Washer (CIX), the Deck Plate, the Long Bar (CIO) and
the Brace as shown. Slide another Washer (CIX) over
the Bolt and loosely secure it with an m8 Nylock Nut
(CIY).

a. Place one of the Braces (CIQ) into position under
THE%ND$ECK0LATEASSHOWNSOTHESQUAREEND
of the Brace fits around the hole in the Plate.
b. Insert an Upright Bar (CIK) through the hole in the
End Deck Plate (CIM).
NOTE: The end of the Upright Bar with the small round holes
should be inserted into the Deck Plate. Make sure the
large square hole in the Upright Bar (CIK) faces the other
end of the cart.

a. Attach either a Left or Right Lateral L-Brackets (CIT or CIU) to the
Upright Bar, with two m8 x 53mm Bolts (CJC), four m8 Flat Washers
(CIX) and two m8 Nylock Nuts (CIY) as shown.

a. Insert an m8 x 93 mm Bolt (CIW) through an m8
Flat Washer (CIX), the holes in the corner of the
Deck Plate, the Long Bar (CIO), the Upright Bar
and the Brace as shown. Slide another Washer
(CIX) onto the Bolt and loosely secure it with
an m8 Nylock Nut (CIY).
NOTE: It may be easier to align the holes with a
screwdriver before inserting the Bolt.
b. Repeat steps 4 through 9 to secure the other
Upright Bars to the cart.

a. Insert an m8 x 58 mm Bolt (CIV) through an m8 Flat
Washer (CIX), the Lateral L-Bracket (CIT), the hole in
the end of the Deck Plate, the Upright Bar (CIK) and
the Brace as shown. Slide another Washer (CIX) over
the Bolt and loosely secure it with an m8 Nylock Nut
(CIY).

a. Insert an m8 x 18mm Bolt (CJD) through an m8 Flat
Washer (CIX), the Lateral L-Bracket (CIT), and the
hole in the end of the Deck Plate, as shown. Slide
another Washer (CIX) over the Bolt and loosely
secure it with an m8 Nylock Nut (CIY).

a. Tighten all Nuts securely using the Wrench (CJB) and the Allen Wrench (CJA).

a. Push the Casters (CIR) into the caster sockets located on each Brace as shown. The Caster sockets are identified in the
previous step.
b. Turn the cart upright.

a. Insert one end of a Cross Bar (CIP) into one of the Upright Bars (CIK), making sure the small holes on the end of the Cross
Bar are facing away from the Deck Plates.
b. Insert the other end of the Cross Bar (CIP) into the Upright Bar (CIK) at the other end of the cart.
c. Repeat for the other Cross Bar.

The Center Deck Plates are designed to work with 5’ or 4’ Round Tables. For 4’ Round Tables, line up the Deck Plates
with the holes closest to the middle of the Cart. Insert the m8 x 53 mm Bolt (CJC) through an m8 Flat Washer (CIX) and through
each hole in the Deck Plates. Slide another Washer over the Bolts and secure them with m8 Nylock Nuts (CIY).
For 5’ Round Tables, carefully remove the Bolts and Washers and slide the Center Deck Plates apart until they line up
with the holes closest to the ends of the Long Bars.
NOTE: The Deck Plates must be secured before moving the table cart.
ADJUSTING THE CENTER DECK PLATES FOR 4’ OR 5’ ROUND TABLES
a. Make sure the Cross Bars are pulled in tightly to the Uprights.
b. Insert a m4 x 10 Self-Tapping Phillips Screw (CIZ) into the holes in the Cross
Bar inside each Upright as shown.
c. Place a Plastic Cap (CIS) into the open end of each Upright.
d. Make sure all Nuts and Bolts are securely fastened before using the
cart.

Keep hands and fingers away from pinch
points while adjusting the Deck Plates. The
Deck Plates may slide, resulting in serious
personal injury as listed on Page One. The
Deck Plates must be secure before moving
or rotating the table cart.
