Introduction
Thank you for purchasing the 5m USB 3.1 Gen 2 C/C Active
Extension. This product has been designed to provide trouble
free, reliable operation. It benefits from both a Lindy 2 year
warranty and free lifetime technical support. To ensure correct
use, please read this manual carefully and retain it for future
reference.
This 5m USB 3.1 Gen 2 C/C Active Extension Cable allows a
USB device to be connected 5m away from your computer. It
allows data and video extension.

Installation & Operation
Connect the 5m USB 3.1 Gen 2 C/C Active Extension Cable to
a free USB Type C port on your computer. Your computer will
recognize the new hardware and install any required drivers
automatically. Now connect the other USB Type C plug of the
Active Extension Cable to your USB device or display. For USB
devices with high power demands, such as a USB Hub, it may
be necessary to connect a separate power supply.
Please note:
This 5m USB 3.1 Gen 2 C/C Active Extension supports
Displayport 1.4 Alternate Mode. When sending DP 1.4 signals,
only USB 2.0 can be supported. USB 3.2 Gen 2 with data rates
up to 10Gbps can be achieved when sending DP 1.2 signals
with resolutions up to 4K 60Hz.

Installation & Betrieb
Schließen Sie das USB 3.1 Aktiv-Verlängerungskabel aneinem
freien USB Typ C Port Ihres Computers an. Die neue Hardware
wird erkannt und erforderliche Treiber werden automatisch
installiert. Dann verbinden Sie das andere Ende des Aktiv-
Verlängerungskabels mit einem USB-Gerät oder Display mit
Typ-C-Buchse. Für Geräte mit hohem Strombedarf, z.B.
Festplatten oder USB Hubs, ist eventuell ein Netzteil (nicht
enthalten) erforderlich.
Beachten Sie bitte, dass diese 5m USB 3.2 Gen 2
Aktivverlängerung Displayport 1.4 Alternate Mode unterstützt
und beim Senden von DP 1.4 Signalen nur der USB-Standard
2.0 unterstützt wird. USB 3.2 Gen 2 Datenraten können
erreicht werden, wenn DP 1.2 Signale mit Auflösungen bis 4K
60Hz gesendet werden.

Installation & Utilisation
Connectez la rallonge active USB 3.1 Gen 2, 5m à un port
USB Type C disponible sur votre ordinateur. Votre ordinateur
va reconnaitre le nouveau matériel et installer tout pilote requis
automatiquement. Branchez maintenant l'autre fiche USB de
type C du câble d'extension actif à votre périphérique USB ou
à votre écran. Pour les dispositifs USB à forte consommation
d'énergie, tels que les concentrateurs USB, il peut être
nécessaire de brancher une alimentation électrique séparée.
Veuillez noter :
Cette rallonge active USB 3.1 Gen 2 C/C de 5 m prend en
charge la fonction Displayport 1.4 Alternate mode. Lors de
l'envoi de signaux DP 1.4, seul l'USB 2.0 peut être pris en
charge. L'USB 3.2 Gen 2 avec des débits de données jusqu'à
10Gbps peut être réalisé en envoyant des signaux DP 1.2
avec des résolutions jusqu'à 4K 60Hz.

Installazione
Collegate la prolunga attiva USB 3.1 Gen 2 da 5m a una
porta USB Tipo C libera del vostro computer. Il computer
riconoscerà automaticamente il nuovo hardware ed installerà
se richiesto i driver necessari. . Quindi collegate l’altro
connettore USB Tipo C alla periferica USB o al display. Con
dispositivi USB ad alto consumo di come hub USB, può
essere necessario collegare un alimentatore aggiuntivo.
Nota Bene:
Questa prolunga attiva USB 3.1 Gen 2 C/C supporta la
funzione Displayport 1.4 Alternate Mode. Solo inviando
questo tipo di segnali DP 1.4, supporta lo standard USB 2.0.
Le specifiche USB 3.2 Gen 2 alla velocità trasferimento dati
di 10Gbps vengono supportate con segnali DP 1.2 a
risoluzioni fino a 4K 60Hz.
