Setting up the Corral with the FasTrack Operating Track Section
To set up your corral with the 6-12054 FasTrack Operating Track Section (available separately)
follow the steps below.
You will need the 3-pin Plug-Expand-Play Pigtail (6-82083, available separately).
1. Remove the four colored (red, blue, green, and black) quick connector terminals from the
underside of the 6-12054 FasTrack Operating Track Section as shown below. The controller is not
required for this application.
2. Connect a wire to the tab marked “B” on the underside of the 6-12054 FasTrack Operating Track
Section as shown in Figure 5 on page 8.
3. Place the 6-12054 FasTrack Operating Track Section on your layout between two straight track
sections.
4. Position the Corral on the side of the 6-12054 FasTrack Operating track section opposite the
opening in the roadbed for the wire and slide the roadbed into the slots of the two locating
arms as shown in figure 4 below and in figure 5 on page 8.
5. Wire your Corral, 6-12054 FasTrack Operating Track Section, and switch (not included) to your
transformer as shown in Figure 5 on page 8.
6. Connect the pigtail (6-82083) to the corral Plug-Expand-Play connector and wire as shown.
Black wire is ground and red wire is power. The white wire is not used.
Your Horse Car and Corral will operate best at 10-18 volts AC or DC. You will need to adjust the
voltage to obtain the optimum operation.
With the controller removed from the 6-12054 FasTrack Operating Track Section, the
uncoupling magnet will not operate.
