torque specifications when securing hardware during the installation process.
Torque Specifications
1/2" bolt 65 ft-lbs.
Use above torque setting unless otherwise noted
Maintenance
Inspect the unit for proper operation, and
worn, damaged or missing parts. Replace
as required or when the unit's wear
exceeds 1/8" from the original surface.
Check the hardware torque specification
after the first 200 miles of towing
and every 400 miles after that.
