• Prior to assembly, this package contains small parts: hardware which is a choking hazard
and may contain sharp edges and sharp points. Keep away from children until assembled.
• Ride-on toys should not be used near swimming pools, on or near steps, hills, roadways,
or inclines.
• Shoes must be worn at all times.
• Only one rider at a time.
• Maximum weight limit: 50 lbs. (23 Kg)
• This product is intended for use by children ages over 1 1/2 - 5 years.
• Adult supervision required. Do not leave children unattended.
• This product is intended for outdoor domestic family use only.
• Protect your eyes. Always wear safety glasses when using a hammer.
• When temperatures fall below 0°F/-18°C, outdoor use of this product is not recommended.
In extreme cold, plastic materials lose resilience and may become brittle and crack upon
impact. Store product in a warmer, protected place.
DISPOSAL
Disassemble and dispose of equipment in such a manner that no hazardous conditions such as,
but not limited to, small parts and sharp edges exist at the time equipment is discarded.

• Read through all the instructions rst.
• Clear a at surface to lay out all the materials so everything is close at hand.
• You will need a Phillips head screwdriver (power driver, recommended, not included)
hammer and safety glasses (not included) to assemble the Fire Rescue Cozy Truck™.
- When installing screws, be sure screws are tightened snugly, but do NOT OVERTIGHTEN.
• Be sure to locate your decals and set aside.
• The parts are listed below - each part is identied with a letter in RED for easy reference.
• Illustrations are for reference only. Styles may vary from actual contents.

Really important information you should know!

WARNINGS!
• This product contains a Button or Coin Cell
Battery. A swallowed Button or Coin Cell
Battery can cause internal chemical burns
in as little as two hours and lead to death.
Dispose of used batteries immediately.
Keep new and used batteries away from
children. If you think batteries might have
been swallowed or placed inside any part
of the body, seek immediate medical
attention.
BATTERY SAFETY INFORMATION:
• Keep these instructions for future reference.
• Replace with 2 “LR44”button cell batteries
(not included).
• The voltage of a fully-charged,
rechargeable battery is often lower than
that of a fresh alkaline battery. Therefore, it
is recommended that alkaline batteries be
used instead of rechargeable batteries for
best performance and longer play time.
• Install batteries with the correct polarity (+
and -).
• To avoid battery leakage:
1. Follow the toy and battery manufacturer’s
installation instructions.
2. Do not mix old and new batteries.
3. Do not mix standard (carbon-zinc), alkaline
or rechargeable batteries. Do not mix
dierent brands of batteries. Only batteries
of the same or equivalent type as
recommended are to be used.
4. When toy is not used for an extended
period of time, remove batteries to prevent
possible leakage and damage to the unit.
5. Remove dead or exhausted batteries from
product.
6. Dispose of dead batteries properly; do not
bury. Do not dispose of batteries in re
as they may leak or explode.
• Make sure cover is properly installed on unit
at all times.
• Do not attempt to recharge non-
rechargeable batteries.
• Rechargeable batteries are to be removed
from the toy before recharging.
• Charging of rechargeable batteries should
be done only by an adult.

• The supply terminals are not to be short
circuited.
NOTE: If the unit stops working or doesn’t work
as it should, remove the batteries for
a few minutes and then re-insert them. If there
is still a problem, install new batteries.
WARNINGS!
PUMP/WATER TANK
• Improper use or failure to follow instructions can
result in injury.
• For safe use of this product you must read and
follow all instructions.
• Do not leave pressurized sprayer in the hot sun.
Heat can cause pressure build up.
• Do not store or leave water in tank when not in use.
• Never use any tool to tighten or loosen pump or
hose collar.
• Never stand over pump or hose collar when
loosening.
• Never pressurize tank by any means other than
original pump.
• Do not leave tank pressurized when not in use.
• Do not attempt to modify or repair this product. For
help contact Little Tikes Consumer Service.
• Never ll with anything except clean tap water. Use
of other liquids may be harmful or damage the unit.
PUMP/WATER TANK PREUSE CHECK; ADULT
ONLY
• Inspect hose for deterioration, cracks, softness, or
brittleness. If any of these conditions are found,
replace hose assembly before using. Contact Little
Tikes Consumer Service.
• Remove pump from tank and inspect tank and
pump for signs of deterioration, cracks, softness,
or brittleness. If any of these conditions are found
replace tank and /or pump before using. Do not
attempt to repair any part or patch leaks.
• Fill tank with clean tap water to “Fill Line”. Do not
over ll.
• Check that pump is free of any contaminations,
insert pump into tank and tighten pump collar
clockwise.
OPERATION OF WATER PUMP
1. Check pump and hose collars: hand-tighten by
turning clockwise.
2. Pump 5-10 times to pressurize tank.
3. Caution: to avoid injury, never aim water nozzle at
face or eyes.
4. Press nozzle button to spray: release button to
stop spray.

‘Let’s care for the environment!’
The wheelie bin symbol indicates that the product
must not be disposed of with other household
waste. Please use designated collection points or
recycling facilities when disposing of the item. Do
not treat old batteries as household waste. Take
them to a designated recycling facility.
OPERATION TO RELEASE PRESSURE IN TANK
1. Hold button until no more water comes out of
nozzle.
2. Turn pump collar counterclockwise until you hear
air leaking. Stop turning and let air escape before
removing pump or hose.
CARE AND STORAGE
• Rinse tank and hose with clean tap water and allow
to dry.
• Store tank, pump and hose in a warm dry location.
• Periodically oil pump by dropping 10-12 drops of
vegetable oil onto grooves in pump handle/shaft.

Let’s get the horn working

WARNING: Remove battery cover before pulling tab.

Remove battery cover on horn (part U)
Pull clear tab from horn unit to
activate. Re-attach battery cover. Snap horn (part U) into center of
steering wheel (part S)
Remove battery cover
from horn.
Install (2) “LR44” button
cell batteries.
Re-attach battery cover.

Squeeze steering clip (part T)
into steering wheel (part S).
Steering clip should snap into MIDDLE
hole on each side of the steering column.
Click
Insert steering wheel through
hole in dashboard AND through
the steering O-ring (part P).
Make sure the steering clip
snaps past the O-ring.

check to be sure the steering clip has completely
snapped past the O-ring.

First, install door latch (part C) into door (part B)
Attach using (1) 1/2" (1.27cm) screw.

roof pillar - front LEFT
(part E2).

Pull the FRONT pillar toward you to
fully insert the pillar into the roof.
Turn the FRONT pillar around.
The side view mirror should be
facing outward.
Line up the“R” on the front roof
pillar (part E1) to the“R”on the
roof (part D). Hook the rounded
end in and push down.

First, turn the truck over and rest it on the roof.
Attach grill (part G) to the body (part A).
