To the owner
Congratulations on purchasing an Australian made LP Morgan Galleria
Eclipse Projection Screen. This cinema quality screen uses the finest optical
and mechanical components to give you a truly cinematic experience.
Please take a moment to review this manual, as it will ensure you many years
of service from your new LP Morgan Galleria Eclipse Projection Screen.
Required tools and parts
6 or more Screws to
suit Wall type.
(Screw heads must be
no higher than 4mm)
Spirit Level and pencil
for marking
Electric drill with drill
and driver bits
Safety first
• Ensure you have the correct voltages for your screen
• Wiring for Standard Motorised Screens (Wall Switch Version) must be done
by a qualified electrician
• Should foriegn matter fall into the unit, unplug it and have it checked by a
qualified technician before use
• Disconnect from the mains power using the plug . Don’t pull the cord!
• Work safely when installing the screen, use a ladder, be careful and wear
appropriate safety gear
• Please keep this book for future reference

Assembling the screen
Assemble the frame face down on a flat non abrasive surface use plastic drop
sheet if necessary. Please read the instructions carefully to avoid mistakes.
Insert corner brackets into the lower channel at each end of the longer
base frame.
Slide the bevelled short side frames into the each corner bracket - ensuring
the mitre joints are closed to a clean gap-free finish . Tighten each grub screw
of the corner brackets.
Complete the frame section by attaching the top channel to each end of
the side frames. Ensure the V-Grip channel is facing the outside of the
screen frame.
Measure the diagonals to ensure the frame is square and tighten all screws.
The screen frame is complete.

Correct insertion of V-Grip
Ensure the fabric is facing the right direction before
securing with the V-Grips.
The material is held in the frame with V-Grip. The V-Grip sits in its
special channel to hold the tension in the screen.
Novares screen fabrics have a white surface - FRONT, and a grey
surface - BACK. The white surface is the VIEWING surface!
Ensure the grey surface is facing up on top of the back, (channel-side)
of the frame.
Both the front of the frame and the front of the fabric should be
facing down!
Roll the screen material on to the back of the assembled frame. A sticker
usually indicates the viewing side, (usually white is the viewing surface and
grey is the back).

Insert the V-Grips in the order shown
Trimming the screen material
Fabric Cutter
• Hold the fabric with one hand,
while sliding the cutter along the
inside edge of the frame.
• Avoid lifting up the fabric, as the
V-Grip may pop out.
Insert the V-Grips in the order shown below, commencing in the
middle of the bottom frame (1) and working to the left corner (2) and
then finishing the right corner (3). Trim the V-Grips to length if required.
Complete the left side (4) and then the right side (5).
The base and sides (1 – 5) should all be fastened
before proceeding.
Trim the TOP left and right corners of the fabric to enable the fabric to slide
underneath the bottom of the Frame Top bar and complete inserting the
remaining V-Grips, (6 – 7 – 8).
Be sure the screen is tensioned correctly before trim.
Trim the excess material to approximately 30mm - 40mm of the waste side of
the V-Grips.
