Before using the Multi-functional kitchen machine pro (hereafter referred to as ‘device’), always take the
following basic precautions:
General information
• Carefully read the instructions for use and store them in a safe location. If you give this device to other people,
please also pass on this manual.
• Only use this device in accordance with instructions in this user manual.
• The guarantee will expire immediately if the device is damaged as a result of not observing this user manual.
The manufacturer accepts no liability for damage caused by non-compliance with the user manual, negligent
use or use which does not comply with the conditions of this user manual.
• Keep the device out of the reach of children and pets.
• This device can be used by children older than 8 years and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge, but only if they are supervised and have been instructed in
how to use the device in a safe manner and understand the hazards involved.
• Keep the device and cable out of the reach of children below the age of 8 years.
• Keep children under strict supervision to prevent them from using the device as a toy.
• Do not allow unsupervised children to clean or maintain this device.

• Always remove the plug from the power socket:

o after you have used the device.
• Only allow repairs to be carried out by a qualified service centre. Qualified service centre: after-sales
department of the manufacturer or store, which is recognised and authorised to carry out such repairs, so
that potential hazards can be prevented. If problems are encountered with the device, please return it to this
department.
• This device is intended for domestic or similar use, not for professional use.
 •WARNING! Do not leave packaging material lying around carelessly. This may become dangerous

Electricity and heat
• Prior to use, check that the mains voltage is the same as the mains voltage stated on the name plate of the
device.
• Make sure your hands are dry before touching the device, power cord or plug.
• When connecting the power plug, make sure people cannot accidentally pull it out or trip over the cable.
• Prior to connecting the device to the mains supply, make sure the speed selector switch is in the “0”
position (OFF).
• Regularly check the cable for damage.
• Do not use the device if the cable shows signs of damage. If the cable is damaged, have it replaced by a
qualied service centre.
• Do not use the device if it has a damaged cable or plug, if it has become faulty, or if it has fallen or become
damaged in any way. Send the device to the manufacturer or the closest qualied service centre for inspection
or repair.
• Switch OFF the device and remove the power plug if you encounter any faults during use, nd any signs of
damage, or if it is not in use or is being cleaned.
• Prevent the cable from making contact with hot surfaces or steam.
• Always remove the plug from the power socket before moving the device.
• When removing the plug from the power socket, pull the plug itself, not the cable.
• Make sure the power cord cannot be trodden on or pinched.
• Do not allow the power cord to hang over sharp edges and keep it away from hot objects and naked ames.
• Remove the power plug from the power socket during thunderstorms or when it is not being used for long
periods of time.
• Use a 10 amp cable if an extension cable is required. Cables with a lower amp rating may burn out.
• Fully unwind the cable when using an extension reel.
• Prevent overload by not connecting too many devices in one group.
• Do not operate the device using an external time switch or a separate remote control system.
• Never immerse the device in water or any other liquid, to avoid the risk of electric shocks. Do not touch the
device if it has fallen into water. Remove the plug from the power socket, switch OFF the device and do not use
it again.
• Ensure that the device and power cable do not come into contact with heat sources, such as hotplates or
naked ames.
•WARNING! Never cover the power plug or cable with cloths, curtains or any other material in order to prevent
overheating and possible re hazards.
•WARNING! To reduce the risk of re or electric shock, protect the device against dripping or splashing water,
and keep it away from objects lled with liquids, such as vases. Such objects should not be placed on or near
the device.
Important information, follow these instructions
• This device can be used by children aged 8 and over and people with restricted physical, sensory or mental
capacity or a lack of experience and expertise, provided they are under supervision or have been given
instructions on the safe use of the device and are aware of the potential hazards. Children must not play with
the device. Cleaning and maintenance must not be done by children unless they are over the age of 8 and are
being supervised.
• The use of accessories not recommended by the device manufacturer could lead to injury.
• Only use the device indoors, in dry areas and not in the vicinity of water or any other liquids.
• Never immerse the device in water or any other liquid. This can cause a fatal electric shock!

• Place the device on a at, stable surface where it cannot fall off and do not place it too close to hot objects or
naked ames (such as hobs).
• Switch OFF the device and remove the power plug from the power socket when the device is not in use or is
being cleaned.
• Regularly check the cable for damage.
• Do not allow the power cable to hang over sharp edges and keep it away from hot objects and naked ames.
• Never use the device if the power cable show signs of damage, if the device has fallen to the ground or has
any other signs of damage. In such cases, take the device to an expert for inspection and have it repaired if
necessary.
• Never allow children to use domestic devices without supervision. Children are unable to judge the hazards
associated with incorrectly using electric devices.
• Children in the vicinity of the device must always be supervised by an adult.
• Never leave the device unattended while it is being used.
• Be careful with the dough hook, mixing beaters and egg whisk and keep ngers, long hair and loose clothing
away from all moving parts while the device is in operation.
• Do not switch ON the device until accessories and the bowl have been tted properly.
• Do not switch ON the device until the mixer head is locked in position.
• Do not switch ON the device when the mixer head is raised.
• Always switch OFF the device before changing accessories.
• Never insert objects in the mixer bowl while the device is operational.
• Do not use components if they are damaged, because product fragments could contaminate the food.
• Keep the device clean, as it makes direct contact with food.
• Be careful with the Dough hook, Mixing Beaters and Egg Whisk and keep ngers, long hair and loose clothing
clear of all moving parts whilst the appliance is in operation.
• Do not switch on the appliance until accessories and the bowl have been tted properly.
• Do not switch on the appliance until the mixer head is locked in position.
• Do not switch on the appliance when the mixer head is raised.
• Always switch off the appliance before changing accessories.
• Never insert objects in the mixer bowl whilst the appliance is operational.
• Check the cable regularly for damage. Do not use components if they are damaged because product
fragments could contaminate the food.
• Keep the appliance clean because it comes into direct contact with food.
• Risk of injury! Keep fingers, long hair and loose clothing away from all moving parts while the device is
operational.
• Only use the device once parts have been properly installed.
• Keep spatulas and other cooking utensils well away from moving parts and do not place foreign objects in the
bowl until the device has stopped and be sure to turn the speed selector to “0” (OFF) position after use.

To avoid serious injury or damage to your hands, keep hands and
kitchen utensils out of the bowl when the mixing accessory is rotating.

Using the device
Before assembling the device, make sure the cord is unplugged from the power socket and the speed selector
is in the “0” (OFF) position.
• If the tilt button is turned upwards (counter clockwise), the head of the mixer will be automatically
released and locked into the tilt position.
• Select the desired attachment, depending on the type of mixing:
o Dough hook for kneading dough for bread as well other fermenting dough.
o Mixing beater for mixing and beating eggs, butter and batter, for example: biscuits, bread, cake,
pastry etc.

3) INSTALLING AND USING THE DEVICE
First use
Open the packaging carefully before taking out the device. Make sure the device is complete and undamaged.
If any components are missing or damaged, contact the vendor and do not use the product. Retain the
packaging or recycle it in accordance with local regulations.
• Remove all packaging from the device.
• Clean the device. Please refer to the 'cleaning and maintenance’ section.
• Continue with the procedure described in the 'using the device' section.

o Egg whisk for beating and frothing egg white, milk, whipping cream, liquid foods, etc.
o Dust cover can be placed on top of the mixing accessories to provide extra protection of the
ingredients in the bowl and to minimize external dust entering the mixture.
• Insert the dough hook / mixing beater / egg whisk directly until it locks into position with a clockwise twist.
Pulse function:
The device is equipped with a pulse function. To use the pulse function, turn the speed selector to “P” and
hold it. The pulse speed corresponds with speed 5 of the speed selector.
NOTE:
Make sure the dough hook, mixing beater or egg whisk is fully inserted into the socket, otherwise your mixing
result may be affected.
• Place the bowl splash protector onto the stainless steel bowl .
• Place the stainless steel bowl in position. First place the bowl on the base, then turn the bowl
clockwise until it locks into the right position (see g.1). Turn the bowl counter clockwise to unlock it.
• To lower the head and place the dough hook , mixing beater or egg whisk into the stainless steel
bowl , hold the mixer head with one hand and ease the head downwards and push the tilt button down.
A clicking sound will be heard when the head reaches the correct position.
• Make sure the bowl splash protector is in place.
• Once mixing has been completed, turn the speed selector to the “0” (OFF) position and unplug the cord
from power socket.
• Turn the tilt button counter clockwise to the upwards position , the mixer head will automatically lift and
lock into the tilt position.
• The speed selector must be in the “0” (OFF) position and the plug must be unplugged from the power
socket before pulling out the beater/hook/whisk.
• The device has a thermal fuse protection. If the device gets stuck due to a hard mixture or due to obstructions
and the device starts to overheat, it will automatically blow the thermal fuse and the device will stop working. To
prevent this from happening, immediately switch OFF the unit by turning the speed selector to the “0” (OFF)
position and disconnect the device from the mains power by removing the plug from the power socket.
•The device will automatically switch OFF after 10 minutes of non-stop use, this is an automatic safety
feature.
Using the device for mixing
• Make sure the speed selector is in the “0” (OFF) position and insert the power plug in the power socket.
• Once the bowl and mixing accessory have been installed and ingredients have been placed in the bowl, turn the speed
selector to your desired speed (0 – 1 – 2 – 3 – 4 – 5 - 6).

Warning
• Do not place tools such as knives, (metal) spoons, forks etc. in the bowl when the device is operational.
• Always start mixing at low speed and gradually increase to the speed recommended in the recipe.
• Nominal capacity for dough making – 1,000 grams of dry our (food) and 600 ml of water (40º C)
• Maximum capacity for dough making – 1,500 grams of dry our (food) and 900 ml of water (40º C). (Suggested our and
water ratio of 5:3)
• Never exceed the maximum capacity of the bowl .
• The maximum operation time must not exceed 5 minutes. Apply a minimum rest period of 10 minutes between 2
consecutive cycles.
• When kneading yeast dough, make sure you use the “dough hook” . Initially set the speed selector to minimum
speed 1 for 10 seconds, then speed 2 for 10 seconds and then, depending on the recipe, higher speeds for about 5 mins to
achieve the best results.
• Never use the dough hook when kneading at maximum speed.
• During certain processes, the dough hook, beater or whisk heat up as a result of friction. Bear this in mind when removing
them.
• Do not use hot liquids or hot ingredients in the bowl while mixing. Cold or lukewarm liquids and ingredients may be used
for mixing.
• Keep long hair, scarves, jewelry and loose clothing away from the rotating beaters to prevent them from getting caught;
this applies equally to cutlery and other kitchen utensils. This can block the rotation of the device and cause it to overheat
and/or get damaged beyond repair, voiding the warranty.
• If an object such as a spoon, knife, etc., falls into the bowl during use, immediately turn off the device to prevent blockage
and remove the object from the bowl before switching on the device again and continuing the mixing process.
Note:
When kneading, some our may stick to the inside of the bowl . Make sure that the speed selector is in the “0” (OFF)
position. Now you are able to remove the bowl splash protection and use a spatula to scrape our from the inside wall
of the bowl.
Make sure you use the “Mixing beater” when mixing ingredients such as butter, eggs, our, salad, pieces of vegetables
and fruits etc.; we recommend using speed 3 to speed 4 without interruption for about 5 minutes.
Make sure you use the “Egg whisk” when mixing liquid food like eggs, milk, water etc.; we recommend using speed 4
to speed 6 without interruption for about 5 minutes until the mixture is stiff.
Caution:
Before using the tilt button (i.e. before lifting the head of the device), make sure the dough hook , mixing beater
or egg whisk are resting at the back of the device head. The hook/beater/whisk will otherwise collide with the bowl
when the head of the device is lifted. If the hook/beater/whisk is resting at the front of the device head, you need to turn on
the speed selector again, allow the device to rotate for a few seconds, and then turn the speed selector to “0”
(OFF), so that the hook/beater/whisk stops at the back of the device head.
If necessary, you can scrape excess food particles from the hook/beater/whisk using a plastic spatula.
Pull out the hook/beater/whisk with a little force. It is recommended to push/pull the rim of the hook/beater/whisk when
inserting/removing the accessories.
4) TIPS FOR MIXING
Mixing Ingredients:
• Refrigerated ingredients like butter and eggs should be at room temperature before mixing is started.
• Warm the bowl and dough hook or mixing beater by lling the bowl with hot water, tting it to the device, and then lowering
the mixing accessory into the water. Dispose of the water before you use the device.
• While you are mixing the ingredients, pause occasionally to scrape the sides of the bowl. Always make sure the device is
switched to “0” (OFF) before you do so!
• In order to prevent shells in your mix, rst break eggs into a separate container and then add them to the mixture.
• When mixing dough for bread or other fermenting dough, never knead dough excessively, or else it will not rise.
• When making a mix for cakes, pies, biscuits, etc., cool the mixing bowl and the mixing accessory for an extended period
of time by placing them in the refrigerator. Start mixing the ingredients at a low speed and then beat the ingredients into a
lighter mix at the highest speed.
• When beating whipping cream or egg white, make sure the bowl and whisk are thoroughly clean before you start and do
not excessively beat whipping cream, otherwise it will become liquid.
Tip: For better results, use the dust cover to prevent dust or other substances from falling into the mixture.
• Do not over-beat. Be careful that you only mix/blend mixtures for the time recommended in your recipe.
• Always pour in dry ingredients at the lowest speed.
• Seasonal temperatures, climate conditions (such as humidity and temperature), and the textures of ingredients vary from
area to area and affect the required mixing time and the mixing results.
• Always start mixing at low speed and gradually increase to the speed recommended in the recipe.

5) CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Warning
Before cleaning the device, always switch it OFF, disconnect it from the mains power supply and allow it to cool down fully.
NEVER put the mixing accessories into the dishwasher or leave them to soak!
Cleaning
• Never use aggressive or abrasive cleaning materials, cleaning alcohol or sharp objects like hard brushes or knives.
• Clean the exterior of the casing and the power cord with a damp cloth.
• Then dry the exterior with a dry cloth.
• Clean the mixing accessories, the bowl and the splash protector with warm water and a PH neutral detergent. Now
directly rinse it and dry it thoroughly.
Note:
• It is always best to hand wash aluminium accessories to avoid the possibility of stains. Be sure to choose a pH neutral
dish liquid, as most dish liquids are alkaline and can also turn aluminium dark.
• While salt can be used as a mild abrasive for cleaning on some items, it should not be used on any kind of aluminium as it
can cause pitting.

soak in soapy water.
• If you accidently place the accessories in the dishwasher, they can decolorize, and the aluminium parts can turn dark or
even leave some black powder residue.

7) STORAGE & TRANSPORTATION
• When storing the device, it should rst be cleaned in accordance with this user manual. The device should be stored in its
original packaging.
• Always store the device in a dry and well-ventilated room and beyond the reach of children.
• Protect the device against vibrations and shocks during transport.

• Laat kinderen dit apparaat niet zonder toezicht schoonmaken of onderhouden.
• Haal altijd de stekker uit het stopcontact:
o voordat u het apparaat verplaatst;
o voordat u het apparaat opbergt;
o voordat u hulpstukken aanbrengt of verwijdert;

• Laat reparaties uitsluitend uitvoeren door een gekwaliceerd servicecentrum. Gekwaliceerd servicecentrum:

zodat mogelijke gevaren worden vermeden. Als u problemen met het apparaat ondervindt, breng het dan naar

Elektriciteit en warmte
• Controleer vóór gebruik of de netspanning gelijk is aan de spanning vermeld op het typeplaatje van het
apparaat.
• Zorg ervoor dat uw handen droog zijn voordat u het apparaat, het stroomsnoer of de stekker aanraakt.
• Wanneer u de stekker in het stopcontact steekt, moet u ervoor zorgen dat anderen deze niet per ongeluk los
kunnen trekken of over het stroomsnoer kunnen struikelen.
• Voordat u de stekker van het apparaat in het stopcontact steekt, moet u controleren of de snelheidsknop
op '0' (UIT) staat.
• Controleer het stroomsnoer regelmatig op beschadigingen.
• Gebruik het apparaat niet als het stroomsnoer zichtbaar beschadigd is. Als het stroomsnoer beschadigd is,
moet u het laten vervangen door een gekwaliceerd servicecentrum.
• Gebruik het apparaat niet als het stroomsnoer of de stekker beschadigd is, als het apparaat defect is,
gevallen is of op enige wijze beschadigd is geraakt. Stuur het apparaat naar de fabrikant of het dichtstbijzijnde
servicecentrum voor inspectie of reparatie.
• Schakel het apparaat uit en haal de stekker uit het stopcontact als u tijdens het gebruik fouten ontdekt,
tekenen van beschadiging aantreft, het apparaat niet gebruikt of het schoonmaakt.
• Voorkom dat het stroomsnoer in aanraking komt met hete oppervlakken of stoom.
• Haal altijd de stekker uit het stopcontact voordat u het apparaat verplaatst.
• Als u de stekker uit het stopcontact trekt, moet u aan de stekker zelf trekken en niet aan het snoer.
• Zorg ervoor dat niemand op het stroomsnoer kan staan of dat het snoer anderszins kan worden bekneld.
• Laat het stroomsnoer niet over scherpe randen hangen en houdt het uit de buurt van warme objecten en open
vuur.
• Haal de stekker uit het stopcontact als het onweert of als u het apparaat gedurende langere tijd niet gebruikt.
• Gebruik een stroomsnoer van 10 ampère als er een verlengsnoer nodig is. Snoeren met lager amperage
kunnen doorbranden.
• Wanneer u een verlengsnoer op een haspel gebruikt, moet u het stroomsnoer volledig uittrekken,
• Voorkom overbelasting door niet te veel apparaten op één groep aan te sluiten.
• Gebruik het apparaat niet met een externe tijdschakelaar of een afzonderlijke afstandsbediening.
• Dompel het apparaat nooit onder in water of een andere vloeistof. Zo voorkomt u de kans op een elektrische
schok. Raak het apparaat niet aan als het in water is gevallen. Haal de stekker uit het stopcontact, zet het
apparaat uit en gebruik het niet meer.
• Zorg ervoor dat het apparaat en het snoer niet in aanraking komen met hittebronnen, zoals een hete kookplaat
of open vuur.
•WAARSCHUWING! Bedek de stekker of het stroomsnoer nooit met doeken, gordijnen of enig ander materiaal
om oververhitting en mogelijk zelfs brand te voorkomen.
•WAARSCHUWING! Om de kans op brand of een elektrische schok te verminderen moet u het apparaat
beschermen tegen druppelend of opspattend water en het uit de buurt houden van met water gevulde
voorwerpen, zoals vazen. Dergelijke voorwerpen mogen niet op of in de buurt van het apparaat worden
geplaatst.
Belangrijke informatie – volg deze instructies op
• Dit apparaat mag worden gebruikt door kinderen van 8 jaar en ouder en personen met verminderde
lichamelijke, zintuiglijke of geestelijke vaardigheden of gebrek aan ervaring en kennis, op voorwaarde dat zij in

• Het gebruik van hulpstukken die niet worden aanbevolen door de fabrikant van het apparaat kan leiden tot
lichamelijk letsel.
• Gebruik het apparaat uitsluitend binnenshuis, in droge gebieden en niet in de buurt van water of andere
vloeistoffen.
• Dompel het apparaat nooit in water of een andere vloeistof. Dit kan een dodelijke elektrische schok
veroorzaken!
• Plaats het apparaat op een vlakke, stabiele ondergrond waar het niet van af kan vallen. Plaats het niet te dicht

grond is gevallen of andere sporen van schade vertoont. In een dergelijk geval moet u het apparaat door een
deskundige laten inspecteren en eventueel laten repareren.

Het apparaat gebruiken
Voordat u het apparaat samenstelt, moet u ervoor zorgen dat de stekker niet in het stopcontact zit en de
snelheidsknop op '0’ (UIT) staat.
• Als de kantelknop naar boven wordt gedraaid (linksom), wordt de kop van de mixer automatisch
ontgrendeld en daarna in de gekantelde positie vergrendeld.
• Kies het gewenste hulpstuk, afhankelijk van het soort mixen:
o Deeghaak voor het kneden van deeg voor brood en overig gistdeeg.
o Klopper voor het mixen en kloppen van eieren, boter en beslag, voor bijvoorbeeld koekjes,
brood,
3) INSTALLATIE EN GEBRUIK VAN HET APPARAAT
Eerste gebruik
Open de verpakking voorzichtig en haal het apparaat eruit. Controleer of het apparaat volledig en onbeschadigd
is. Mochten er onderdelen beschadigd zijn of ontbreken, neem dan contact op met de verkoper en gebruik het
product niet. Bewaar de verpakking of recycle deze zoals voorgeschreven door lokale regelgeving.
• Verwijder al het verpakkingsmateriaal van het apparaat.
• Maak het apparaat schoon. Raadpleeg het onderdeel 'Reiniging en onderhoud’.
• Ga verder met de procedure beschreven in het onderdeel 'Het apparaat gebruiken'.

o Garde voor het kloppen en opschuimen van eiwit, melk, slagroom, vloeibare voeding, etc.
o De stofomslag kan bovenop de mix-hulpstukken worden geplaatst om extra bescherming te
bieden aan de ingrediënten in de kom en om de hoeveelheid stof die in het mengsel terecht komt tot
een minimum te beperken.
• Plaats de deeghaak / klopper / garde direct met een draai rechtsom tot deze vastklikt.
Puls-functie
Het apparaat is uitgerust met een puls-functie: Om de puls-functie te gebruiken, draait u de snelheidsknop
op "P" en houdt u deze daar vast. De puls-snelheid komt overeen met snelheid 5 van de snelheidsknop.
OPMERKING:
Zorg ervoor dat de deeghaak, klopper of garde volledig in de opening wordt gebracht, anders kan dit gevolgen
hebben voor het mixresultaat.
• Plaats het spatdeksel op de roestvrijstalen kom .
• Plaats de roestvrijstalen kom in zijn positie. Plaats de kom eerst op de basis, draai vervolgens de
kom rechtsom tot hij in de juiste positie vastklikt (zie g.1). Draai de kom linksom om hem te
ontgrendelen.
• Om de kop omlaag te brengen en de deeghaak , klopper of garde in de roestvrijstalen kom
te plaatsen, moet u de mixerkop met één hand vasthouden en de kop voorzichtig omlaag brengen en de
kantelknop naar beneden drukken. Wanneer de kop de juiste positie bereikt, hoort u een klik.
• Zorg ervoor dat het spatdeksel is aangebracht.
• Als u klaar bent met mixen, draait u de snelheidsknop naar '0’ (UIT) en haalt u de stekker uit het
stopcontact.
• Draai de kantelknop linksom naar boven , de mixerkop gaat automatisch omhoog en wordt in de
gekantelde stand vergrendeld.
• De snelheidsknop moet op '0’ (UIT) staan en de stekker moet uit het stopcontact zijn gehaald voordat u
de klopper/haak/garde eruit trekt.
• Het apparaat heeft een thermische zekering. Als het apparaat vast komt te zitten als gevolg van een hard
mengsel of een blokkering, dan begint het apparaat oververhit te raken. Hierdoor zal de thermische zekering
doorbranden en zal het apparaat stoppen met werken. Om dit te voorkomen, moet u het apparaat
onmiddellijk uitschakelen door de snelheidsknop op '0' (UIT) te zetten en de stekker van het apparaat uit
het stopcontact te halen.
•Het apparaat heeft een automatische veiligheidsvoorziening, waardoor het na 10 minuten
ononderbroken gebruik automatisch wordt uitgeschakeld.
Het apparaat gebruiken voor mixen
• Zorg ervoor dat de snelheidsknop op '0’ (UIT) staat en steek de stekker in het stopcontact.
• Zodra de kom en het hulpstuk zijn geïnstalleerd en de ingrediënten in de kom zijn geplaatst, zet u de
snelheidsknop op de gewenste snelheid (0 – 1 – 2 – 3 – 4 – 5 - 6).

Waarschuwing
• Plaats geen keukengerei zoals (metalen) messen, lepels en vorken in de kom wanneer het apparaat
wordt gebruikt.
• Begin het kneden altijd bij een lage snelheid en verhoog die geleidelijk naar de snelheid die wordt aanbevolen
in het recept.
• De nominale verhouding voor het maken van deeg is 1000 gram droge bloem en 600 ml water (40°C).
• De maximale verhouding voor het maken van deeg is 1500 gram droge bloem en 900 ml water (40°C).
(Voorgestelde verhouding bloem en water 5:3)
• Vul de kom nooit verder dan de maximale hoeveelheid.
• De maximale gebruikstijd mag niet meer zijn dan 5 minuten. Houd u aan een minimum onderbreking van 10
minuten tussen 2 opeenvolgende cycli.
• Wanneer u gistdeeg kneedt, zorg er dan voor dat u de 'deeghaak’ gebruikt. Zet de snelheidsknop
eerst gedurende 10 seconden op de minimum snelheid 1, vervolgens 10 seconden op snelheid 2 en daarna,
afhankelijk van het recept, ongeveer 5 minuten op een hogere snelheid om het beste resultaat te bereiken.
• Gebruik de deeghaak nooit wanneer u op maximale snelheid moet kneden.
• Bij bepaalde processen kan de deeghaak, klopper of garde worden verhit door wrijving. Houd hier rekening
mee wanneer u ze verwijdert.
• Giet geen hete vloeistoffen of ingrediënten in de kom tijdens het mengen. Voor het mengen kunt u wel gebruik
maken van koude of lauwe vloeistoffen en ingrediënten.
• Houd lang haar, sjaaltjes, sieraden en losse kledingstukken uit de buurt van de draaiende kloppers. Zo
voorkomt u dat deze gegrepen worden. Hetzelfde geldt voor bestek en ander keukengerei. Dit kan de rotatie
van het apparaat blokkeren en zorgen voor oververhitting van het apparaat en/of onherstelbare schade aan het
apparaat, waardoor de garantie vervalt.
• Wanneer een voorwerp zoals een lepel of vork in de kom valt tijdens het gebruik, moet u het apparaat
onmiddellijk uitschakelen om blokkering te voorkomen. Verwijder het voorwerp uit de kom voordat u het
apparaat weer inschakelt en verder gaat met mengen of kneden.
Let op:
Tijdens het kneden kan er bloem aan de binnenkant van de kom blijven kleven. Zorg ervoor dat de
snelheidsknop op '0’ (UIT) staat. Nu kunt u het spatdeksel verwijderen en een spatel gebruiken om
bloem van de binnenkant van de kom af te schrapen.
Gebruik de “klopper” wanneer u ingrediënten zoals boter, eieren, bloem, salade, stukken groente en
vruchten mixt; wij raden u aan gedurende ongeveer 5 minuten zonder onderbreking snelheid 3 tot 4 te
gebruiken.
Gebruik de “garde” wanneer u vloeibaar voedsel mixt zoals eieren, melk en water; wij raden u aan
gedurende ongeveer 5 minuten zonder onderbreking snelheid 4 tot 6 te gebruiken, tot het mengsel is
opgestijfd.
Let op:
Voordat u de kantelknop gebruikt (voordat u de kop van het apparaat omhoog brengt), moet u ervoor
zorgen dat de deeghaak , klopper of garde zich aan de achterzijde van de apparaatkop bevindt.
Anders raakt de haak/klopper/garde de kom wanneer de kop van het apparaat omhoog wordt gebracht. Als
de haak/klopper/garde zich aan de voorzijde van de apparaatkop bevindt, moet u de snelheidsknop weer
gebruiken om het apparaat nog een paar seconden te laten draaien. Zet daarna de snelheidsknop op '0’
(UIT), zodat de haak/klopper/garde aan de achterzijde van de apparaatkop tot stilstand komt.
Zo nodig kunt u overtollig voedsel van de haak/klopper/garde schrapen met een plastic spatel.
Trek de haak/klopper/garde met enige kracht los. Wij adviseren aan de rand van de haak/klopper/garde te
duwen/trekken wanneer u de hulpstukken inbrengt/verwijdert.
4) TIPS VOOR HET MIXEN
Het mixen van ingrediënten:
• Gekoelde ingrediënten zoals boter en eieren moeten eerst kamertemperatuur hebben bereikt voordat u ze
gaat mixen.
• Verwarm de kom en deeghaak of klopper door de kom met heet water te vullen, deze op het apparaat te
plaatsen en vervolgens het hulpstuk in het water te laten dalen. Gooi het water weg voordat u het apparaat gaat
gebruiken.

• Tijdens het mixen van de ingrediënten kunt u af en toe pauzeren om de zijkant van de kom schoon te
schrapen. Zorg er wel voor dat u het apparaat eerst op '0’ (UIT) zet!
• Om te voorkomen dat er eierschaal in uw mengsel terecht komt, moet u de eieren eerst in een apart bakje
breken en vervolgens toevoegen aan de mix.
• Tijdens het mixen van brooddeeg of ander gistdeeg, moet u het deeg niet te veel kneden omdat het anders
niet zal rijzen.
• Wanneer u een mix maakt voor cake, gebak of koekjes, moet u de mengkom en het hulpstuk een tijdje laten
koelen in de koelkast. Begin het mengen van de ingrediënten op een lage snelheid en klop de ingrediënten
daarna tot een lichtere mix op de hoogste snelheid.
• Als u slagroom of eiwit klopt, moet u ervoor zorgen dat de kom en de garde goed schoon zijn voordat u begint.
Klop slagroom ook niet te lang omdat deze anders vloeibaar wordt.
Tip: Om betere resultaten te bereiken, kunt u de stofomslag gebruiken om te voorkomen dat stof of ander
ongewenst materiaal in het mengsel terecht komt.
• Niet te lang kloppen. Zorg ervoor dat u mengsels alleen mixt gedurende de tijd die wordt aanbevolen in uw
recept.
• Schenk droge ingrediënten alleen bij de laagste snelheid bij het mengsel.
• Seizoenstemperaturen, klimaatomstandigheden (zoals vochtigheid en temperatuur) en de textuur van
ingrediënten kunnen per locatie verschillen en zijn van invloed op de vereiste mixtijd en de mixresultaten.
• Begin het kneden altijd bij een lage snelheid en verhoog die geleidelijk naar de snelheid die wordt aanbevolen
in het recept.
5) REINIGING EN ONDERHOUD
Waarschuwing
Voordat u het apparaat gaat reinigen, moet u het altijd uitschakelen, de stekker uit het stopcontact halen en
volledig laten afkoelen.
Stop de hulpstukken nooit in de vaatwasser en laat ze nooit in een sopje weken!
Reiniging
• Maak nooit gebruik van agressieve of schurende materialen, reinigingsalcohol of scherpe objecten zoals
harde borstels of messen.
• Reinig de buitenkant en het stroomsnoer met een vochtige doek.
• Droog vervolgens de buitenkant met een droge doek.
• Reinig de hulpstukken, de kom en het spatdeksel met warm water en een pH-neutraal afwasmiddel. Spoel ze
daarna goed af en droog ze goed af.
Let op:
• Aluminium hulpstukken kunt u altijd het best met de hand afwassen om vlekken te voorkomen. Gebruik
daarvoor een pH-neutraal afwasmiddel, omdat de meeste afwasmiddelen alkalisch zijn en aluminium donker
kunnen maken.
• Hoewel zout kan worden gebruikt als mild schuurmiddel voor het schoonmaken voor sommige voorwerpen,
mag het niet worden gebruikt op enige vorm van aluminium omdat het putjes kan veroorzaken.
•Het apparaat zelf mag NIET in de vaatwasser worden gereinigd.
•De hulpstukken, de kom en het spatdeksel mogen NIET worden gereinigd in een vaatwasser. U mag ze
ook NIET laten weken in een sopje.
• Als u hulpstukken per ongeluk in de vaatwasser plaatst, kunnen ze verkleuren en de aluminium delen kunnen
donker worden of zelfs een zwart poederig residu achterlaten.

Électricité et chaleur
• Avant l’utilisation, vérier si la tension secteur est identique à la tension secteur indiquée sur l’appareil.
• S’assurer d’avoir les mains sèches avant de toucher l’appareil, le cordon ou la che.
• Lorsque la che est branchée, faire attention à ce que personne ne puisse tirer accidentellement ou trébucher
sur le cordon.
• Avant de brancher l’appareil à la prise de courant, s’assurer que le sélecteur de vitesse soit en position “0”
(OFF).
• Contrôler régulièrement si le cordon n’est pas endommagé.
• Ne pas utiliser l’appareil si le cordon est endommagé. Si le cordon est endommagé, le faire remplacer par un
centre de service qualié.
• Ne pas utiliser l’appareil si le cordon ou la che est endommagé, ou s’il est devenu défectueux, s’il est tombé
ou a été endommagé de façon quelconque. Envoyer l’appareil au fabricant ou centre de service qualié le plus
proche pour inspection ou réparation.
• Éteindre l’appareil et retirer la che de la prise de courant si vous constatez des défauts ou des dommages
pendant l’utilisation, si l’appareil n’est pas utilisé ou lorsqu’il est nettoyé.
• Éviter le contact du cordon avec les surfaces chaudes ou la vapeur.
• Toujours retirer la che de la prise de courant avant de déplacer l’appareil.
• Pour retirer la che de la prise de courant, tirer sur la che et pas sur le cordon.
• S’assurer que le cordon ne puisse pas être piétiné ou coincé.
• Ne pas laisser pendre le cordon par-dessus des bords tranchants, et le garder éloigné d’objets chauds et de
ammes nues.
• Retirer la che de la prise de courant lors d’orages ou lorsque l’appareil reste inutilisé pendant de longues
périodes.
• Si une rallonge est nécessaire, utiliser un cordon de 10 ampères. Les cordons à ampérage inférieur peuvent
griller.
• Entièrement dérouler le cordon si une rallonge est utilisée.
• Prévenir la surcharge en ne branchant pas trop d’appareils sur le même groupe.
• Ne pas faire fonctionner l’appareil à l’aide d’une minuterie externe ou d’un système de télécommande séparé.
• Ne jamais immerger l’appareil dans l’eau ou tout autre liquide, pour éviter le risque de chocs électriques. Ne
pas toucher l’appareil s’il est tombé à l’eau. Retirer la che de la prise de courant, éteindre l’appareil en ne plus
l’employer.
• S’assurer que l’appareil et le cordon n’entrent pas en contact avec des sources de chaleur telles qu’une
plaque de cuisson brûlante ou des ammes nues.
•AVERTISSEMENT ! Ne jamais recouvrir la fiche ou le cordon de tissus, rideaux ou autres matières, pour
éviter la surchauffe et les éventuels risques d’incendie.
•AVERTISSEMENT ! Pour réduire le risque d’incendie ou de choc électrique, protéger l’appareil de
ruissellements ou d’éclaboussures d’eau, et le tenir à l’écart d’objets remplis de liquides, tels que des vases.
De tels objets ne doivent pas être placés sur l’appareil ou à proximité.

• Ne jamais immerger l’appareil dans de l’eau ou tout autre liquide. Cela peut provoquer un choc électrique fatal !
• Placer l’appareil sur une surface plane et stable, dont il ne peut pas tomber et pas trop près d’objets chauds ou
de ammes nues (comme des cuisinières).
• Éteindre l’appareil et retirer la che de la prise de courant lorsque l’appareil n’est pas utilisé ou s’il est nettoyé.
• Contrôler régulièrement si le cordon n’est pas endommagé.
• Ne pas laisser pendre le cordon par-dessus des bords tranchants, et le garder éloigné d’objets chauds et de
ammes nues.
• Ne jamais utiliser l’appareil si le cordon est endommagé, si l’appareil est tombé parterre ou s’il présente d’autres
dommages. En ce cas, présenter l’appareil à un expert pour inspection et le faire réparer si nécessaire.
• Ne jamais permettre à des enfants d’utiliser des appareils ménagers sans surveillance. Les enfants ne peuvent
pas estimer les risques liés à une utilisation incorrecte d’appareils électriques.
• Les enfants se trouvant à proximité de l’appareil doivent toujours être surveillés par un adulte.
• Ne jamais laisser l’appareil sans surveillance lorsqu’il est en cours d’utilisation.
• Faire attention avec le crochet pétrin, fouet et batteur à œufs, et tenir les doigts, cheveux longs et vêtements
éloignés de toutes les parties en mouvement lorsque l’appareil est en marche.
• Ne pas mettre en marche l’appareil avant que les accessoires et le bol aient été bien mis en place.
• Ne pas mettre en marche l’appareil avant que le bras du mixeur ait été xé dans la bonne position.
• Ne pas mettre en marche l’appareil si le bras du mixeur est relevé.
• Toujours éteindre l’appareil avant de changer les accessoires.
• Ne jamais insérer d’objets dans le bol lorsque l’appareil est opérationnel.
• Ne pas utiliser d’accessoires endommagés, des fragments de produit pourraient contaminer la nourriture.
• Tenir l’appareil propre puisqu’il entre en contact direct avec la nourriture.
Avertissement
•Risque de blessures ! Tenir les doigts, cheveux longs et vêtements éloignés de toutes les parties en
mouvement lorsque l’appareil est en marche.
• N’utiliser l’appareil qu’après avoir bien xé les accessoires.
• Tenir les spatules et autres ustensiles de cuisine éloignés des parties en mouvement et ne pas insérer d’objets
dans le bol avant que l’appareil soit arrêté et s’assurer que le sélecteur de vitesse soit en position “0” (OFF)
après l’utilisation.

3) INSTALLATION ET UTILISATION DE L’APPAREIL
Première utilisation
Ouvrir l’emballage avec précaution avant d’en sortir l’appareil. S’assurer que l’appareil soit complet et en bon
état. S’il y a des composants qui manquent ou sont endommagés, contacter le fournisseur et ne pas utiliser le
produit. Conserver l’emballage ou le recycler conformément aux réglementations locales.
• Retirer tout matériel d’emballage de l’appareil.
• Nettoyer l’appareil. Voir la section ‘Nettoyage et entretien’.
• Continuer comme décrit dans la section ‘Utilisation de l’appareil’.
