Work area safety

Electrical safety
4. Po er tool plugs must match the outlet. Never
modify the plug in any ay. Do not use any
adapter plugs ith earthed (grounded) po er
tools. Unmodified plugs and matching outlets ill
reduce risk of electric shock.
5. Avoid body contact ith earthed or grounded
surfaces such as pipes, radiators, ranges and
refrigerators. There is an increased risk of electric
shock if your body is earthed or grounded.
6. Do not expose po er tools to rain or et
conditions. Water entering a po er tool ill increase
the risk of electric shock.
7. Do not abuse the cord. Never use the cord for
carrying, pulling or unplugging the po er tool.
Keep cord a ay from heat, oil, sharp edges or
moving parts. Damaged or entangled cords increase
the risk of electric shock.
8. When operating a po er tool outdoors, use an
extension cord suitable for outdoor use. Use of a
cord suitable for outdoor use reduces the risk of
electric shock.
9. If operating a po er tool in a damp location is
unavoidable, use a ground fault circuit interrupter
(GFCI) protected supply. Use of an GFCI reduces
the risk of electric shock.
Personal safety
10. Stay alert, atch hat you are doing and use
common sense hen operating a po er tool. Do
not use a po er tool hile you are tired or under
the influence of drugs, alcohol or medication. A
moment of inattention hile operating po er tools
may result in serious personal injury.
11. Use personal protective equipment. Al ays ear
eye protection. Protective equipment such as dust
mask, non-skid safety shoes, hard hat, or hearing
protection used for appropriate conditions ill reduce
personal injuries.
12. Prevent unintentional starting. Ensure the s itch
is in the off-position before connecting to po er
source and/or battery pack, picking up or carrying
the tool. Carrying po er tools ith your finger on the
s itch or energising po er tools that have the s itch
on invites accidents.
13. Remove any adjusting key or rench before
turning the po er tool on. A rench or a key left
attached to a rotating part of the po er tool may result
in personal injury.
14. Do not overreach. Keep proper footing and
balance at all times. This enables better control of
the po er tool in unexpected situations.
15. Dress properly. Do not ear loose clothing or
je ellery. Keep your hair, clothing, and gloves
a ay from moving parts. Loose clothes, je ellery or
long hair can be caught in moving parts.
16. If devices are provided for the connection of dust
extraction and collection facilities, ensure these
are connected and properly used. Use of dust
collection can reduce dust-related hazards.
Po er tool use and care
17. Do not force the po er tool. Use the correct po er
tool for your application. The correct po er tool ill
do the job better and safer at the rate for hich it as
designed.
18. Do not use the po er tool if the s itch does not
turn it on and off. Any po er tool that cannot be
controlled ith the s itch is dangerous and must be
repaired.
19. Disconnect the plug from the po er source and/or
the battery pack from the po er tool before
making any adjustments, changing accessories,
or storing po er tools. Such preventive safety
measures reduce the risk of starting the po er tool
accidentally.
20. Store idle po er tools out of the reach of children
and do not allo persons unfamiliar ith the
po er tool or these instructions to operate the
po er tool. Po er tools are dangerous in the hands
of untrained users.
21. Maintain po er tools. Check for misalignment or
binding of moving parts, breakage of parts and
any other condition that may affect the po er
tool’s operation. If damaged, have the po er tool
repaired before use. Many accidents are caused by
poorly maintained po er tools.
22. Keep cutting tools sharp and clean. Properly
maintained cutting tools ith sharp cutting edges are
less likely to bind and are easier to control.
23. Use the po er tool, accessories and tool bits etc.
in accordance ith these instructions, taking into
account the orking conditions and the ork to
be performed. Use of the po er tool for operations
different from those intended could result in a
hazardous situation.
Battery tool use and care
24. Recharge only ith the charger specified by the
manufacturer. A charger that is suitable for one type
of battery pack may create a risk of fire hen used
ith another battery pack.
25. Use po er tools only ith specifically designated
battery packs. Use of any other battery packs may
create a risk of injury and fire.
26. When battery pack is not in use, keep it a ay from
other metal objects, like paper clips, coins, keys,
nails, scre s or other small metal objects, that
can make a connection from one terminal to
another. Shorting the battery terminals together may
cause burns or a fire.
27. Under abusive conditions, liquid may be ejected
from the battery; avoid contact. If contact
accidentally occurs, flush ith ater. If liquid
contacts eyes, additionally seek medical help.
Liquid ejected from the battery may cause irritation or
burns.
Service
28. Have your po er tool serviced by a qualified
repair person using only identical replacement
parts. This ill ensure that the safety of the po er tool
is maintained.

Cordless Hedge Trimmer Safet

1. Keep all parts of the body a ay from the cutter
blade. Do not remove cut material or hold material
to be cut hen blades are moving. Make sure the
s itch is off hen clearing jammed material.
Blades coast after turn off. A moment of inattention
hile operating the hedge trimmer may result in
serious personal injury.
2. Carry the hedge trimmer by the handle ith the
cutter blade stopped. When transporting or
storing the hedge trimmer al ays fit the cutting
device cover. Proper handling of the hedge trimmer
ill reduce possible personal injury from the cutter
blades.
3. Hold the po er tool by insulated gripping surfaces
only, because the cutter blade may contact hidden
iring. Cutter blades contacting a “live” ire may
make exposed metal parts of the po er tool “live” and
could give the operator an electric shock.
4. DANGER - Keep hands a ay from blade. Contact
ith blade ill result in serious personal injury.
5. Do not use the hedge trimmer in the rain or in et
or very damp conditions. The electric motor is not
aterproof.
6. First-time users should have an experienced
hedge trimmer user sho them ho to use the
trimmer.
7. The hedge trimmer must not be used by children
or young persons under 18 years of age. Young
persons over 16 years of age may be exempted from
this restriction if they are undergoing training under
the supervision of an expert.
8. Use the hedge trimmer only if you are in good
physical condition. If you are tired, your attention ill
be reduced. Be especially careful at the end of a
orking day. Perform all ork calmly and carefully.
The user is responsible for all damages to third
parties.
9. Never use the trimmer hen under the influence of
alcohol, drugs or medication.
10. Work gloves of stout leather are part of the basic
equipment of the hedge trimmer and must al ays
be orn hen orking ith it. Also ear sturdy
shoes ith anti-skid soles.
11. Before starting ork check to make sure that the
trimmer is in good and safe orking order. Ensure
guards are fitted properly. The hedge trimmer
must not be used unless fully assembled.
12. Make sure you have a secure footing before
starting operation.
13. Hold the tool firmly hen using the tool.
14. Do not operate the tool at no-load unnecessarily.
15. Immediately s itch off the motor and remove the
battery cartridge if the cutter should come into
contact ith a fence or other hard object. Check
the cutter for damage, and if damaged repair
immediately.
16. Before checking the cutter, taking care of faults,
or removing material caught in the cutter, al ays
s itch off the trimmer and remove the battery
cartridge.
17. S itch off the trimmer and remove the battery
cartridge before doing any maintenance ork.
18. When moving the hedge trimmer to another
location, including during ork, al ays remove
the battery cartridge and put the blade cover on
the cutter blades. Never carry or transport the
trimmer ith the cutter running. Never grasp the
cutter ith your hands.
19. Clean the hedge trimmer and especially the cutter
after use, and before putting the trimmer into
storage for extended periods. Lightly oil the cutter
and put on the cover. The cover supplied ith the
unit can be hung on the all, providing a safe and
practical ay to store the hedge trimmer.
20. Store the hedge trimmer ith the cover on, in a dry
room. Keep it out of reach of children. Never store
the trimmer outdoors.
21. Never point the shear blades to yourself or others.
22. If the blades stop moving due to the stuck of
foreign objects bet een the blades during
operation, s itch off the tool and remove the
battery cartridge, and then remove the foreign
objects using tools such as pliers. Removing the
foreign objects by hand may cause an injury for the
reason that the blades may move in reaction to
removing the foreign objects.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR BATTERY

1. Before using battery cartridge, read all
instructions and cautionary markings on (1)
battery charger, (2) battery, and (3) product using
battery.
2. Do not disassemble battery cartridge.
3. If operating time has become excessively shorter,
stop operating immediately. It may result in a risk
of overheating, possible burns and even an
explosion.
4. If electrolyte gets into your eyes, rinse them out
ith clear ater and seek medical attention right
a ay. It may result in loss of your eyesight.
5. Do not short the battery cartridge:
(1) Do not touch the terminals ith any
conductive material.
(2) Avoid storing battery cartridge in a container
ith other metal objects such as nails, coins,
etc.
(3) Do not expose battery cartridge to ater or
rain.

A battery short can cause a large current flo ,
overheating, possible burns and even a
breakdo n.
6. Do not store the tool and battery cartridge in
locations here the temperature may reach or
exceed 50°C (122°F).
7. Do not incinerate the battery cartridge even if it is
severely damaged or is completely orn out. The
battery cartridge can explode in a fire.
8. Be careful not to drop or strike battery.
9. Do not use a damaged battery.
10. The contained lithium-ion batteries are subject to
the Dangerous Goods Legislation requirements.
For commercial transports e.g. by third parties,
for arding agents, special requirement on packaging
and labeling must be observed.
For preparation of the item being shipped, consulting
an expert for hazardous material is required. Please
also observe possibly more detailed national
regulations.
Tape or mask off open contacts and pack up the
battery in such a manner that it cannot move around in
the packaging.
11. Follo your local regulations relating to disposal
of battery.
12. Use the batteries only ith the products specified
by Makita. Installing the batteries to non-compliant
products may result in a fire, excessive heat,
explosion, or leak of electrolyte.
SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS.
CAUTION: Only use genuine Makita batteries.
Use of non-genuine Makita batteries, or batteries that
have been altered, may result in the battery bursting
causing fires, personal injury and damage. It ill also void
the Makita arranty for the Makita tool and charger.
Tips for maintaining maximum battery life
1. Charge the battery cartridge before completely
discharged.
Al ays stop tool operation and charge the battery
cartridge hen you notice less tool po er.
2. Never recharge a fully charged battery cartridge.
Overcharging shortens the battery service life.
3. Charge the battery cartridge ith room
temperature at 10°C - 40°C (50°F - 104°F). Let a hot
battery cartridge cool do n before charging it.
4. Charge the battery cartridge if you do not use it for
a long period (more than six months).
FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION
CAUTION:
• Al ays be sure that the tool is s itched off and the
battery cartridge is removed before adjusting or
checking function on the tool.
Installing or remo ing battery cartridge
(Fig. 1)
CAUTION:
• Al ays s itch off the tool before installing or removing
of the battery cartridge.
•Hold the tool and the battery cartridge firmly hen
installing or removing battery cartridge. Failure to
hold the tool and the battery cartridge firmly may cause
them to slip off your hands and result in damage to the
tool and battery cartridge and a personal injury.
To remove the battery cartridge, slide it from the tool hile
sliding the button on the front of the cartridge.
To install the battery cartridge, align the tongue on the
battery cartridge ith the groove in the housing and slip it
into place. Insert it all the ay until it locks in place ith a
little click. If you can see the red indicator on the upper
side of the button, it is not locked completely.
CAUTION:
• Al ays install the battery cartridge fully until the red
indicator cannot be seen. If not, it may accidentally fall
out of the tool, causing injury to you or someone
around you.
• Do not install the battery cartridge forcibly. If the
cartridge does not slide in easily, it is not being inserted
correctly.
NOTE:
• The tool does not ork ith only one battery cartridge.
Tool/battery protection system
The tool is equipped ith a tool/battery protection system.
This system automatically cuts off po er to the motor to
extend tool and battery life.
The tool ill automatically stop during operation if the tool
or battery are placed under one of the follo ing
conditions. In some conditions, the indicators light up.
O erload protection
When the tool is operated in a manner that causes it to
dra an abnormally high current, the tool automatically
stops ithout any indication. In this situation, turn the tool
off and stop the application that caused the tool to
become overloaded. Then turn the tool on to restart.
O erheat protection for tool/battery
When the tool/battery is overheated, the tool stops
automatically ithout any indication. The tool does not
start even if pulling the s itch trigger. In this situation, let
the tool/battery cool before turning the tool on again.
NOTE:
The battery overheat protection orks only ith a battery
cartridge ith a star marking. (Fig. 2)
O erdischarge protection (Fig. 3)
When the remaining battery capacity gets lo , the battery
indicator blinks on the applicable battery side. By further
use, the tool stops and the battery indicator lights up
about 10 seconds. In this situation, charge the battery
cartridge.
Handle mounting positions
CAUTION:
• Al ays make sure that the handle is locked in the
desired position before operation. (Fig. 4)
Depending on the operations, you can set the angle of the
handle either 45° or 90° position on left or right. To turn
the handle, pull the knob and turn the handle as sho n in

the figure. The handle is locked in 45° position. To turn the
handle to 90° position, pull the knob again and turn the
handle more.
Switch action
CAUTION:
• Before inserting the battery cartridge into the tool,
al ays check to see that the s itch trigger actuates
properly and returns to the “OFF” position hen
released. (Fig. 5)
For your safety, this tool has a dual s itching system. To
turn on the tool, press the lock-off button and press the
s itch trigger A and B. To turn off the s itch, release
either one of the s itch triggers. The tool only starts hen
pulling the both s itch triggers.
Speed change (Fig. 6)
The strokes per minute can be adjusted just by turning the
adjusting dial. This can be done even hile the tool is
running. The dial is marked 1 (lo est speed) to 6 (full
speed).
Refer to the table belo for the relationship bet een the
number settings on the adjusting dial and the strokes per
minute.

CAUTION:
• The speed adjusting dial can be turned only as far as 6
and back to 1. Do not force it past 6 or 1, or the speed
adjusting function may no longer ork.
• The strokes per minute vary by the conditions of
battery cartridge and shear blades.
OPERATION
CAUTION:
• Be careful not to accidentally contact a metal fence or
other hard objects hile trimming. The blade ill break
and may cause serious injury.
• Overreaching ith a hedge trimmer, particularly from a
ladder, is extremely dangerous. Do not ork from
anything obbly or infirm.
NOTICE:
Do not attempt to cut branches thicker than 10 mm in
diameter ith the tool. Cut branches to 10 cm lo er
than the cutting height using branch cutters before using
the tool. (Fig. 7)
CAUTION:
• Do not cut off dead trees or similar hard objects.
Failure to do so may damage the tool. (Fig. 8)
Hold the trimmer ith both hands and pull the s itch
trigger A or B and then move it in front of your body.
(Fig. 9)
As a basic operation, tilt the blades to ards the trimming
direction and move it calmly and slo ly at the speed rate
of 3 - 4 seconds per meter. (Fig. 10)
To cut a hedge top evenly, it helps to tie a string at the
desired hedge height and to trim along it, using it as a
reference line. (Fig. 11)
Attaching the chip receiver (optional accessory) on the
tool hen trimming the hedge straight can avoid cut off
leaves’ being thro n a ay. (Fig. 12)
Rotate the handle for your easy handling before
operation. Refer to the section titled “Handle mounting
positions”.
To cut a hedge side evenly, it helps to cut from the bottom
up ards. (Fig. 13)
Trim box ood or rhododendron from the base to ard the
top for a nice appearance and good job.
Installing or remo ing chip recei er
(optional accessory)
CAUTION:
• Al ays be sure that the tool is s itched off and the
battery cartridge is removed before installing or
removing chip receiver.
NOTE:
• When replacing the chip receiver, al ays ear gloves
so that hands and face does not directly contact the
blade. Failure to do so may cause personal injury.
• Al ays be sure to remove the blade cover before
installing the chip receiver.
• The chip receiver receives cut-off leaves and alleviates
collecting thro n-a ay leaves. This can be installed on
either side of the tool. (Fig. 14)
Press the chip receiver on the shear blades so that its slits
overlap ith the nuts on the shear blades. At this time,
make sure that the chip receiver does not contact branch
catcher at the top of the shear blades. (Fig. 15)
At this time, the chip receiver needs to be installed so that
its hooks fit into grooves in the shear blade unit. (Fig. 16)
To remove the chip receiver, press its lever on both sides
so that the hooks are unlocked. (Fig. 17)
CAUTION:
• The blade cover cannot be installed on the tool ith the
chip receiver being installed. Before carrying or storing,
uninstall the chip receiver and then install the blade
cover to avoid blade exposure.
NOTE:
• Check the chip receiver for secure installment before
use.
• Never try to uninstall the chip receiver by an excessive
force ith its hooks locked in the blade unit grooves.
Using the excessive force may damage it.
MAINTENANCE
CAUTION:
• Al ays be sure that the tool is s itched off and the
battery cartridge is removed before attempting to
perform inspection or maintenance.
• Never use gasoline, benzine, thinner, alcohol or the
like. Discoloration, deformation or cracks may result.

Cleaning the tool
Clean out the tool by iping off dust ith a dry or soap-
dipped rag.
Blade maintenance
Smear the blade before and once per hour during
operation using machine oil or similars.
NOTE:
• Before smearing the blade, remove the chip receiver.
After operation, remove dust from both sides of the blade
ith ired brush, ipe it off ith a rag and then apply
enough lo -viscosity oil, such as machine oil etc. and
spray-type lubricating oil.
CAUTION:
• Do not ash the blades in ater. Failure to do so may
cause rust or damage on the tool.
NOTICE:
If the parts other than the shear blades such as the
crank are orn out, ask Makita Authorized Service
Centers for parts replacement or repairs.
Remo ing or installing shear blade
CAUTION:
• Before removing or installing shear blade, al ays be
sure that the tool is s itched off and the battery
cartridge is removed.
• When replacing the shear blade, al ays ear gloves
ithout removing blade cover so that hands and face
does not directly contact the blade. Failure to do so
may cause personal injury.
NOTE:
• Do not ipe off grease from the gear and crank. Failure
to do so may cause damage to the tool.
• For specific ay of removing and installing shear
blades refer to the reverse of a package for accessory
shear blades.
Remo ing the shear blades
Reverse the tool and loosen four scre s. (Fig. 18)
NOTE:
• Be careful not to get your hands dirty as grease is
applied in the shear blade driving area.
Remove the under cover. (Fig. 19)
Remove the plate. (Fig. 20)
Set the crank at the angle as sho n in the figure ith a
slotted scre driver. (Fig. 21)
Remove t o scre s from the shear blades and the shear
blade unit ill be taken out. (Fig. 22)
CAUTION:
• Return the gear to the original position in such a
manner as it as installed if it should be taken a ay by
mistake.
Installing the shear blades
Prepare 4 removed scre s (For under cover), 2 scre s
(For shear blade), plate, under cover, and ne shear
blades.
Adjust the crank position as sho n in the figure. At this
time, apply some grease provided ith ne shear blades
to the periphery of the crank. (Fig. 23)
Overlap the oval hole in the upper blade ith that in the
lo er one. (Fig. 24)
Take out the blade cover from the old shear blades and fit
it onto the ne ones for easy handling during the
replacement of blades. (Fig. 25)
Place the ne shear blades on the tool so that the oval
holes in the shear blades fit onto the crank. Overlap the
holes in the shear blades ith the scre holes in the tool
and then secure them ith t o scre s. (Fig. 26)
Check the crank for smooth turn ith a slotted
scre driver. (Fig. 27)
Install the plate, under cover on the tool. Tighten the
scre firmly.
NOTE:
• There is no distinction bet een the top and bottom of
the plate.
Remove the blade cover and then turn on the tool to
check it for proper movement.
NOTE:
• When the shear blades does not operate properly,
there is a poor fit bet een the blades and crank. Redo
from the beginning.
Replacing carbon brushes (Fig. 28)
Remove and check the carbon brushes regularly. Replace
hen they ear do n to the limit mark. Keep the carbon
brushes clean and free to slip in the holders. Both carbon
brushes should be replaced at the same time. Use only
identical carbon brushes. (Fig. 29)
Insert the top end of slotted scre driver into the notch in
the tool and remove the holder cap cover by lifting it up.
(Fig. 30)
Use a slotted scre driver to remove the brush holder
caps. Take out the orn carbon brushes, insert the ne
ones and secure the brush holder caps.
Reinstall the holder cap cover on the tool.
Storage
The hook hole in the bottom of the blade cover is
convenient for hanging the tool from a nail or scre on the
all. (Fig. 31)
Remove the battery cartridge and put the blade cover on
the shear blades so that the blades are not exposed.
Store the tool out of the reach of children carefully.

警告 请仔细阅读 有的安全警告和操作指
示。违反这些警告和指示可能导致触电、火
灾和 / 或严重的人身伤害事故。
请妥善保存所有的警告和操
作 示以备日后参考。
在该警告中的 “电动工具”是指电网电源供
电（接电源线）的电动工具或电池驱动（充
电式）电动工具。
工作区域安全
1. 保持工作区域干净，照明良好。杂乱或
黑暗的工作场所容易引发事故。
2. 不得在有爆炸性危险的环境 （如存在易
燃液体、气体和粉尘）中使用电动工具。
操作电动工具时会 生火花，而这可能
引燃粉尘或烟雾。
3. 操作电动工具时，请让儿童和旁观者远
离工作区域。注意力分散可能导致操作
控。
电气安全
4. 电动工具的插头必须与插座相匹配。切
勿以任何方式对插头进行改装。转接插

人身安全

电动工具使用和保养

法正常操控起停开关，极容易在操作机

具的危险。
20. 将不用的电动工具保存在儿童接触不到

电池工具使用和保养
24. 仅使用制造商指定的充电器进行充电。
适用于一种类型电池组的充电器如果用
于其他电池组可能会引起火灾危险。
25. 使用电动工具时仅使用指定的电池组。
使用任何其他电池组可能会引起人身伤
害或火灾危险。
26. 当电池组未用时，请将其保存在远离金

充电式绿篱机安全警告GEB062-7
1. 保持身体的 有部位远离切割机刀片。
当刀片移动时，请勿移除切割材料或握
住要切割的材料。清除卡住的材料时，
确保开关已关闭。关闭电源后刀片沿岸
滑行。操作绿篱机时走神可能导致严重
的人身伤害。
2. 切割机刀片停止时，用手柄搬运绿篱机。
运输或存放绿篱机时，总是装上切刀盖。
正确搬运绿篱机将减少切割刀片可能造
成的人身伤害。
3. 仅用绝缘的夹持面固定住电动工具，因
为切割机刀片可能接触到隐藏的电线。
切割机刀片接触“带电”的电线可能使
电动工具暴露的金属部件“带电”，并
且可能给操作者造成电击。

重要安全注意事项
电池套管 ENC007-12
1. 使用电池套管前，请阅读 (1) 电池充电
器、(2) 电池和 (3) 使用电池之产品上
的 有指导说明和警戒标记。
2. 请勿拆开电池套管。
3. 如果操作时间变得过短，立即停止操作。
其可能导致过热、造成灼伤，甚至爆炸
的危险。
4. 如果电解液进入您的双眼，用清水冲洗，
并立即就医。其可能导致您的视力下降。
5. 请勿短接电池套管：
(1) 请勿使用任何导电材料接触端子。
(2) 避免在装有其它金属物体的容器内存
放电池套管，例如钉子、硬币等。
(3) 不要将电池套管暴露在水或雨中。
电池短路可能导致过大的电流、过热，
可能造成灼伤，甚至发生故障。
6. 请勿将工具和电池套管存放于温度可能
达到或超过 50°C (122°F) 的位置。
7. 即使电池套管严重损坏或完全磨损，也
不要烧弃之。电池套管在火中可能爆炸。
8. 请小心，不要掉落或撞击电池。
9. 不要使用损坏的电池。
10. 含锂离子电池符合 《危险品立法》的
要求。
对于商业运输 （如通过第三方、运输代
理），必须遵守包装和标签的特殊要求。
对于要发运的物品准备，必须咨询危险
材料方面的专家。也请遵守可能更加详
细的相关国家规定。
缠绕或屏蔽开口触点，并包装好电池，
让其不能在包装盒内移动。
11. 请遵守当地关于电池处置的规定。
12. 电池仅与牧田指定的产品配合使用。将
电池安装到不兼容的 品上可能引起火
灾、过热、爆炸或电解液泄漏。
请保留此说明书。
注意：仅使用牧田正品电池。
使用非牧田正品电池或改装后的电池，可导
致电池爆炸，引起火灾，造成人员受伤和物
品损坏。这还会丧牧田对牧田工具和充电
器的保修。
保持电池最大寿命的提示
1. 在电池套管完全放电前，进行充电。
在您注意到工具功率下降时，务必停止
操作工具，并给电池套管充电。

2. 切勿重新给完全充电的电池套管再次充
电。
过度充电 缩短电池使用寿命。
3. 在 10°C - 40°C (50°F - 104°F) 的室温给
电池套管充电。充电前，让灼热的电池
套管冷却下来。
4. 如果长期不使用 （超过六个月），请充
电电池套管。
功能说明
注意：
•在工具上调整和检查功能前，务必关闭工
具开关和电池套管。
安装或拆卸电池套管 （图 1）
注意：
•安装或拆卸电池套管前，务必关闭工具的
开关。
•安装或拆卸电池套管时牢牢握住工具和电
池套管。未能牢牢握住工具和电池套管可
能导致它们从手中滑出，损坏工具和电池
套管及造成人员受伤。
取出电池套管时，滑动电池套管前面的按钮，
将其从工具中滑出。
安装电池套管时，将电池套管上的凸榫对准
外壳上的沟槽，并将其滑入到位。一直插入，
直到其锁定在位，这时候会听到微弱的“咔
哒”声。如果能看到按钮上侧的红色指示灯，
则表示没有完全锁紧。
注意：
•务必装好电池套管，直到不能看到红色指
示灯。否则，其可能意外从工具中掉出，
导致您或您周围的人员受到伤害。
•请勿用力安装电池套管。如果电池套管没
有轻松地滑入，表明其可能没有正确插入。
注：
•工具不能在 有一个电池套管的情况下工
作。
工具 / 电池保护系统
工具配有工具 / 电池保护系统。该系统自动
切断到电机的电源，延长工具和电池寿命。
如果工具或电池处于以下状况之一，工具将
在运行期间自动停止：在某些情况下，指示
灯亮起。
过 保护
当工具以使其 生异常高电流的方式操作时，
工具自动停止，无任何指示。在这种情况下，
关闭工具电源并停止导致工具过载的应用。
然后打开工具电源重启。
工具 / 电池过热保护
当工具 / 电池过热时，工具自动停止，没有
任何指示。即使拉动开关扳机，工具也不会
启动。在这种情况下，再次打开工具之前，
让工具 / 电池冷却。
注：
电池过热保护只能与带有星形标记的电池套
管一起工作。（图 2）
过放电保护 （图 3）
当剩余电池电量变低时，相应电池侧的电池
指示灯闪烁。进一步使用后，工具停止，电
池指示灯亮起约 10 秒。在这种情况下，请
给电池套管充电。
手柄安装位置
注意：
•操作前务必确保手柄锁定在所需位置。

根据操作的不同，可以将手柄的角度设置为
左或右 45°或 90°位置。如需转动手柄，请
拉旋钮并转动手柄，如图所示。手柄锁定在
45°位置。如要将手柄转到 90°位置，再次拉
旋钮并转动手柄。
开关动作
注意：
•将电池套管插入工具前，务必检查确定开
关触发器正常开动，并在释放时，返回到
“OFF”（关）位置。（图 5）
为了您的安全，该工具配有双开关系统。如
要打开工具，请按下锁定按钮并按下开关扳
机 A 和 B。如要关闭开关，请松开其中一个
开关扳机。该工具 在拉动两个开关扳机时
启动。

速度变化 （图 6）
只需转动调节转盘即可调节冲程速度。
即使在工具运行时也可以这样做。转盘标记
为 1 （最低速度）至 6 （全速）。
有关调节转盘上的数字设置与冲程速度的关
系，请参见下表。

注意：
•速度调节转盘只能转到 6 并返回 1。请勿
强行超过 6 或 1，否则速度调节功能可能
不再起作用。
•冲程速度因电池套管和剪切刀片的状况而
异。
操作
注意：
•修剪时注意不要意外接触金属栅栏或其他
硬物。刀片会断裂并可能导致严重伤害。
•过度使用绿篱机，特别是从梯子上使用时，
是非常危险的。不要在任何不稳定或虚弱
的情况下工作。
注意：
不要试图用工具切割直径大于 10 mm 的树
枝。在使用工具之前，使用枝条切割器将树
枝切割至比切割高度低 10 cm。（图 7）

•不要切割死树或类似的硬物。否则可能会

用双手握住绿篱机并拉动开关扳机 A 或 B，

作为基本操作，将刀片朝修剪方向倾斜，并
以每米 3-4 秒的速度平稳缓慢地移动。

安装和拆卸碎屑收集器 （选配附件）
注意：
•安装或拆卸碎屑收集器前，务必关闭工具
电源，并拆下电池套管；

•更换碎屑收集器时，总是戴上防护手套，
这样手、脸就不会直接接触刀片。否则，
将会引发人身伤害。
•在安装碎屑收集器之前，务必确保卸下刀
盖。
•碎屑收集器接收切下的枝叶并减少丢弃叶
子的收集。可安装在工具的任意一侧。

按下剪切刀片上的碎屑收集器，使其切口与
剪切刀片上的螺母重叠。此时，确保碎屑收
集器不要接触剪切刀片顶部的树枝接收器。

如要拆下碎屑收集器，请按下其两侧的控制
杆，使锁钩解锁。（图 17）
注意：
•在安装有碎屑收集器的情况下，刀盖不能
安装在工具上。在携带或存放之前，请卸
下碎屑收集器，然后安装刀盖以避免刀片
暴露。
注：
•使用前检查碎屑收集器是否安装牢固。
•切勿在锁钩锁定在刀片单元槽中时过度用
力来拆下碎屑收集器。用力过大可能会损
坏它。

维护
注意：
•尝试进行检查或维护前，务必关闭工具开
关，并拆下电池套管。
•不得使用汽油、苯、稀释剂、酒精或其它
类似品。否则可能出现退色、变形或裂
缝。
清洁工具
用干抹布或浸有肥皂的抹布擦去尘屑，清洁
工具。
刀片维护
使用前和使用时每小时在刀片上抹一些机油
或类似物。
注：
•涂抹刀片前，请拆卸碎屑收集器。
使用后，使用金属丝刷擦去刀片两侧的杂物，
然后再用抹布擦净，抹上机油和喷洒型润滑
油等低粘度油。
注意：
•请勿用水冲洗刀片。否则会造成工具生锈
或损坏。
注意：
如果剪切刀片以外的部件 （如曲柄）磨损，
请向牧田授权服务中心索取零件更换或维修。
拆下或安装剪切刀片
注意：
•拆下或安装剪切刀片前，请总是确保关闭
工具电源并取出电池组。
•更换剪切刀片时，总是戴上防护手套并且
不要拆下刀盖，这样手、脸就不会直接接
触刀片。否则，将会引发人身伤害。
注：
•请勿擦去齿轮和曲柄上的油脂。否则会对
工具造成损坏。
•有关拆下和安装剪切刀片的特定方法，请
参考剪切刀片配件包装的反面。
拆下剪切刀片
翻转工具，松开四颗螺钉。（图 18）
注：
•请小心不要弄脏手，因为在剪切刀片传动
区域抹有油脂。
拆下底盖。（图 19）
拆下板子。（图 20）
如图所示，用一字螺丝刀设置曲柄角度。

从剪切刀片上拆下两颗螺丝，取出剪切刀片

注意：
•如果不小心取出了齿轮，应以安装时的方
式将齿轮恢复到原来的位置。
安装剪切刀片
准备 4 颗拆下的螺钉（用于底盖），2 颗螺
钉（用于剪切刀片）、板子、底盖和新的剪
切刀片。
如图所示调节曲柄位置。此时，将新的齿轮
刀片带着的油脂抹一些在曲柄外围。

从旧的剪切刀片上取下刀盖并将其装在新的
刀片上，便于在更换刀片时手拿。（图 25）
将新的剪切刀片放在工具上，这样剪切刀片
上的圆孔可刚好装入曲柄。将剪切刀片上的
孔和工具上的螺丝孔重叠，然后用螺钉将它

用一字螺丝刀检查曲柄情况。（图 27）
将板子和底盖安装在工具上。拧紧螺钉。
注：
•板子的顶部和底部没有区别。
拆下刀盖，然后打开工具，检查是否运转正
常。
注：
•当剪切刀片不能正常运转时，可能是刀片
和曲柄间配合不好。请从头重做一遍。
更换碳刷 （图 28）
定期拆下并检查碳刷。当碳刷磨损至限位标
记时更换。保持碳刷清洁，能在固定器中自
由滑动。两个碳刷应同时更换。使用相同
的碳刷。（图 29）
将一字螺丝刀的顶端插入工具的凹槽中，然
后将其抬起，取下固定器盖。（图 30）
