Before use this lift table, operator and owner must read this manual
carefully and understand completely.
BEFORE OPERATING THE LIFT TABLE, READ THIS MANUAL CAREFULLY AND
UNDERSTAND COMPLETELY. KEEP THIS MANUAL ON FILE FOR FUTURE REFERENCE. IF
THIS IS LOST, PLEASE CONTACT YOUR LOCAL SUPPLIER FOR A NEW COPY. ALSO, IF
THE WARNING/CAUTION DECAL ON THE UNIT IS LOST, PLEASE CONTACT YOUR LOCAL
SUPPLIER FOR A NEW DECAL.
NOTE: In this manual, WARNING means the danger which can lead to death or
serious injury. CAUTION means the danger which can lead to slight injury or property
damage.
1. DO NOT put foot or hand in scissors mechanism.
2. DO NOT allow other person to stand in front of or behind lift table when it is
moving.
3. DO NOT move lift table when table is in raised position. Load could fall down.
4. DO NOT enter under table.
5. DO NOT overload lift table.
6. DO NOT put foot in front of rolling wheels. Injury could result.
7. WATCH dierence and hardness of oor level when moving lift table. Load could
fall down.
8. DO NOT use lift table on slope or inclined surface, lift table may become
uncontrollable and create danger.
9. DO NOT lift people. People could fall down and suer severe injury.
1. Read this operation manual carefully and understand completely before operating
lift table. Improper operation could cause danger.
2. The lift table is a movable lifter designed to lift or lower rated load on table. DO
NOT use lift table for other purpose than its intended use.
3. DO NOT allow person to operate lift table who does not understand its operation.
4. DO NOT lower table too fast. Load might fall down and cause danger.
5. KEEP watching the condition of load. Stop operating lift table if load becomes
unstable.
6. Brake lift table when sliding load on or o table.
7. DO NOT side or end load. Load must be distributed on at least 80%of table area.
8. DO NOT use lift table with unstable, unbalanced loosely stacked load.
9. Do maintenance work according to service instructions.
10. DO NOT modify lift table without manufacturer’s authorization.
11. REMOVE load from table and use safety stopper to prevent table from lowering
when maintenance lift table.
12. This lift table is not designed to be water resistant. Do not use lift table in a wet
place.

Daily inspection is eective to nd the malfunction or fault on lift table. Check lift table
according to the following points before operation.
CAUTION: DO NOT use lift table if any malfunction or fault is found.
(1) Check for if there is any scratch, bending or cracking on the lift table.
(2) Check if there is any oil leakage from the cylinder.
(3) Check the vertical creep of the table.
(4) Check the smooth movement of the wheel.
(5) Check the function of brake.
(6) Check if all the bolt and nuts are tightened rmly.
1. Install the handle (#27) on the frame seat (#12), and fix them by two M12 bolts.
2. Insert the foot pedal rod (#58) into the hole of the foot pedal holder (#54), and fix
them by M8 bolt.
3. Insert the brake thread (#31) into the press bolt (#42), and fix them by M8 nut.

5-1. How to use the brake.
CAUTION: Brake lift table when not moving in order to prevent sudden movement.
The brake is equipped with the swivel caster on the right side.
(1) Braking the wheel, press the brake pedal.
(2) Releasing the brake, lift up the brake pedal.
Press the lifting pedal several times until the table reaches the desired position. The
table does not elevate after reaching the highest position even if the lifting pedal is
pressed.
NOTE: The hydraulic cylinder is designed to hold table. As is the characteristic of the
hydraulic system, table lowers very slowly over and extended period of time, Please
note the table does not stay at the same position all the time.
Pull the lowering down and table lowers.

• DO NOT overload lift table, stay within its rated capacity.
• DO NOT side or end the load, load must be distributed on at
least 80% of table area.

OPMERKING: In deze handleiding betekent WAARSCHUWING gevaar dat tot ernstige
verwondingen of de dood kan leiden. OPGELET staat voor gevaar dat tot lichte verwondingen
of materiële schade kan leiden.
Steek uw voeten of handen NIET in het schaarmechanisme.
2. Laat andere mensen NIET toe voor of achter de heftafel te gaan staan als hij in beweging is.
3. Verplaats de heftafel NIET als hij in opgetilde positie is. De lading zou naar beneden kunnen
vallen.
4. Ga NIET onder de tafel.
5. Overbelast de heftafel NIET.
6. Zet uw voeten NIET voor de rollende wielen. Dat kan tot verwondingen leiden.
7. LET op verschillen in de hoogte en hardheid van de ondergrond als u de heftafel verplaatst.
De lading zou naar beneden kunnen vallen.
8. Gebruik de heftafel NIET op hellingen of hellende oppervlakken, de heftafel
zouoncontroleerbaar kunnen worden en zo gevaar kunnen veroorzaken.
9. Hef GEEN mensen op met de heftafel. Ze zouden kunnen vallen en ernstige verwondingen
kunnen oplopen.
1. Lees deze bedieningshandleiding aandachtig en zorg ervoor dat u alles volledig begrijpt
voordat u de heftafel in gebruik neemt. Verkeerd gebruik zou gevaar kunnen veroorzaken.
2. De heftafel is een verplaatsbaar heftoestel dat ontworpen werd om ladingen met de tafel op
te tillen en te laten zakken. Gebruik de heftafel NIET voor andere doelen dan het voorziene
doel.
3. Laat mensen die niet weten hoe ze de heftafel moeten gebruiken de heftafel NIET bedienen.
4. Laat de tafel NIET te snel zakken. De lading zou kunnen vallen en gevaar veroorzaken.
5. BLIJF de toestand van de lading altijd in het oog houden. Gebruik de heftafel niet meer als
de ladingonstabiel wordt.
6. Rem als er een lading op de tafel wordt gelegd of van de tafel af wordt gehaald.
7. Leg GEEN lading op de zijkanten of achterkant. De lading moet over minstens 80% van de
oppervlakte van de tafel verspreid zijn.
8. Gebruik de heftafel NIET bij onstabiele, onevenwichtige, losliggende ladingen.
9. Voer onderhoudsbeurten uit volgens de aanwijzingen.
10. Wijzig de heftafel NIET zonder goedkeuring van de fabrikant.
11. VERWIJDER de lading van de tafel en gebruik de veiligheidsstop om te voorkomen dat de
tafel zakt als u de heftafel onderhoudt.
12. Deze heftafel is niet waterbestendig. Gebruik de heftafel niet op natte plaatsen.

Dagelijkse controle helpt om storingen of defecten van de heftafel te vinden.
Controleer de heftafel volgens onderstaande punten voordat u hem in gebruik neemt.
OPGELET: Gebruik de heftafel NIET meer als u storingen of defecten hebt gevonden.
(1) Controleer of er krassen op, blutsen of barsten in de heftafel zitten.
(2) Controleer of er een olielek van de cilinder is.
(3) Controleer of de tafel nog goed verticaal schuift.
(4) Controleer of het wiel nog vlot beweegt.
(5) Controleer of de rem nog goed functioneert.
(6) Controleer of alle bouten en moeren goed vastzitten.
1. Breng de handgreep (27) aan op de framezitting (12) en zet hem vast met twee
M12-bouten.
2. Steek de pedaalstang (58) in de opening van de pedaalhouder (54) en zet hem
vast met M8-bout.
3. Steek de remdraad (31) in de drukbout (42) en zet hem vast met een M8-moer.
5. Heftafel bedienen
5-1. Hoe de rem gebruiken.
OPGELET: Rem als de tafel niet aan het bewegen is om zo plotse bewegingen te
vermijden.
De rem is aan de rechterkant uitgerust met een zwenkwiel.
(1) Duw op het rempedaal om te remmen.
(2) Laat het rempedaal omhoog komen om de rem los te laten.
Druk het rempedaal verschillende keren in tot de tafel in de gewenste positie staat.
Detafel verhoogt niet nadat de hoogste positie is bereikt, zelfs als het hefpedaal is
ingedrukt.
OPMERKING: De hydraulische cilinder dient voor het vasthouden van de tafel. Een
kenmerk van het hydraulische systeem is dat de tafel erg langzaam gedurende een
langere tijd zakt, merk op dat de tafel niet onbeperkt in dezelfde positie blijft.
Duw de hefboom naar beneden en de tafel zakt.

• Overbelast de heftafel NIET, overschrijd het nominale
vermogen niet
•Plaats GEEN ladingen op de zijkanten of achterkant, de lading
moet verdeeld worden over80 % van het tafeloppervlak

1. NE placez PAS les mains ou les pieds dans le mécanisme d’élévation à ciseaux.
2. NE laissez PERSONNE se placer devant ou derrière la table élévatrice lors du déplacement
de celle-ci.
3. NE déplacez PAS la table élévatrice lorsque celle-ci est en position levée. La charge pourrait
tomber.
4. NE vous glissez PAS sous la table.
5. NE surchargez PAS la table élévatrice.
6. NE placez PAS les pieds devant les roues. Vous pourriez vous blesser.
7. PRENEZ GARDE aux diérences de niveau et à la dureté du sol lors du déplacement de
la table élévatrice. La charge pourrait tomber.
8. N’utilisez PAS la table élévatrice sur une pente ou une surface inclinée. Vous risqueriez
de perdre le contrôle de la table, ce qui pourrait provoquer un danger.
9. NE soulevez PAS des personnes à l’aide la table. Celles-ci pourraient tomber et être
gravement blessées.
1. Veuillez lire attentivement ce manuel et assurez-vous de bien le comprendre avant d’utiliser

2. La table élévatrice est un dispositif de levage mobile conçu pour soulever ou abaisser

3. N’autorisez PAS des personnes à utiliser la table élévatrice si elles n’en comprennent pas
le fonctionnement.
4. N’abaissez PAS la table trop vite. La charge pourrait tomber et créer un danger.
5. Surveillez EN PERMANENCE l’état de la charge. Arrêtez d’utiliser la table élévatrice si la
charge devient instable.
6. Bloquez le frein de la table élévatrice lorsque vous faites glisser la charge sur ou hors de
la table.
7. Ne placez PAS la charge sur le côté ou à l’extrémité. La charge doit être répartie sur au moins
80 % de la surface de la table.
8. N’utilisez PAS la table élévatrice si la charge est instable, déséquilibrée ou mal arrimée.
9. Procédez aux opérations d’entretien conformément aux instructions.
10. Ne modiez PAS la table élévatrice sans l’autorisation du fabricant.
11. RETIREZ la charge de la table et utilisez la butée de sécurité pour empêcher la table de
descendre durant son entretien.
12. Cette table élévatrice n’est pas résistante à l’eau. Ne l’utilisez pas dans un endroit humide.

L’inspection quotidienne permet de déceler tout dysfonctionnement ou problème au
niveau de la table élévatrice. Vériez les points suivants avant d’utiliser la table de
levage.
ATTENTION : N’utilisez PAS la table élévatrice si un dysfonctionnement ou un
problème est décelé.
(1) Vériez l’absence de grie, de partie tordue ou de ssure sur la table élévatrice.
(2) Vériez s’il n’y a pas de fuite d’huile au niveau du cylindre.
(3) Vériez le uage vertical de la table.
(4) Vériez le mouvement homogène de la roue.
(5) Vériez le fonctionnement du frein.
(6) Vériez si tous les boulons et écrous sont correctement serrés.
1. Installez la poignée (27) sur le support du châssis (12), puis fixez-la avec deux
boulons M12.
2. Insérez la tige de pédale (58) dans le trou du support de pédale (54), puis fixez-la
avec un boulon M8.
3. Insérez le filetage de frein (31) dans le boulon de presse (42), puis fixez-le avec
l'écrou M8.
