INSTALLATION MANUAL & OPERATION

UNPACKING AND SET-UP
1. Carfully remove packing straps, open carton and remove ramp and packing material.
2. CAREFULLY TURN TABLE UPRIGHT INTO OPERATING POSITION BEFORE REMOVING
SHIPPING CABLE RESTRAINT FROM SCISSOR MECHANISM.
3. Connect foot-operated air valve to maximum 110 psi air supply. NOTE: The damage
and/or personal injury may result if the pressure exceeds the maximum 110 psi rating.
4. Stand clear of lift table, press the UP side of foot valve to raise table.
5. To lower table, lift decent bar from safety latch and lower to next position or to floor.
6. Mount ramp to top by inserting ramp tabs into slots in lift top.
NOTE: If cycle vise is being installed, ramp must be mounted opposite the cycle vise.
OPERATION
1. Loads must be centered on table at all times.
2. Loads must be firmly positioned and secured on table at all times. Tie-down straps must be used
in conjunction with the holes provided in the lift top.
3. All moving parts have been lubricated at the factory and should be re-lubricated every 6
months to prevent falling. Grease points are located at each end of frame pivot shaft and at
top ends of inside frame assembly.
4. Lightly oil cylinder rod when it becomes dry.
5. Squirt some oil through bleed hole in plate end of cylinder to lubricate piston and its seal every
6 months.
6. Pivot shaft set screws should be checked frequently to be sure they are tight. These are located
at the top end of the inside frame assembly.

13” FRONTEXTENSION – Extends lift top to 93” for longer wheel base motorcycles
13” REAREXTENSION – Extends lift top to 93” for longer wheel base motorcycles
RAMP END EXTENSIONS– Attaches to end of lift ramp for a more gradual incline to
prevent bigger bikes from dragging bottom.
SNOWMOBILEWING KIT– Used when lifting snowmobiles
FOOTPEDAL– Covered foot pedal
LIFTDOLLY– Portable kit for when the lift is in its lowered position
TOOLTRAY – Keeps tools organized and easily accessable

RECOMMENDED MAINTENANCE
1. Daily visual checks to be done.
A. Check all retaining rings, set screws and working parts are in place and in good working condition
before operations
B. Check cylinder and foot valves daily for any air leaks before operation.
2. Grease all grease points monthly. The locations of these are the two frame center pivot shafts and
the two cylinder pivot shaft under the lift top.
3. Oil cylinder every 3 months. Use a lanolin spray or similar. Unscrew foot valve from air line supply ,
squirt oil into air line then screw foot valve back on air supply line and apply air pressure. This will
blow air inside of the cylinder coating the cylinder walls. This procedure keeps seals soft and pliable.
1. Center load on table - 500 Kg. maximum.
2. Connect to 110 psi maximum shop air.
3. Keep safety bar in position at all times - except
when lowering.
4. Keep hands and tools from under carriage.
5. Do not mount table when in elevated position.
6. Do not ride vehicle onto lift.
7. Lift must be in the lowered position when moving.
8. Only trained persons should operate Air Lift.
9. The working area should be sufficiently lit.
10. Foot controller should be at least 3 feet away from
Air Lift during raising and lowering operation.
11. Recommended for indoor use only.
12. Tie-down straps must be used in conjunction with
the holes provided in the lift top.

GENERAL WARRANTY INFORMATION:
ADVANCE AUTOQUIP’S OBLIGATION UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO REPAIRING OR
REPLACING ANY PART OR PARTS RETURNED TO THIS FACTORY, TRANSPORTATION CHARGES
PREPAID, WHICH PROVE UPON INSPECTION TO BE DEFECTIVE AND WHICH HAVE NOT BEEN
MISUSED. DAMAGE OR FAILURE TO ANY PART DUE TO FREIGHT DAMAGE OR LACK OF
MAINTENANCE IS NOT COVERED UNDER THIS WARRANTY. ADVANCE AUTOQUIP RESERVES THE
RIGHT TO DECLINE RESPONSIBILITY WHEN REPAIRS HAVE BEEN MADE OR ATTEMPTED BY OTHERS,
OR WHERE NON GENUINE PARTS HAVE BEEN USED. THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER
DOWNTIME EXPENSES INCURRED WHEN UNIT IS IN REPAIR. ADVANCE AUTOQUIP ARE NOT LIABLE
FOR POSSIBLE ISSUES, DAMAGES, ACCIDENTS ETC RESULTING FROM FAILURE TO FOLLOW THE
OPERATION OR INSTALLATION INSTUCTIONS CONTAINED IN THE MANUAL OR ON THE EQUIPMENT.
THE MODEL NAME AND SERIAL NUMBER OF THE EQUIPMENT MUST BE PROVIDED WITH ALL
WARRANTY CLAIMS. THIS WARRANTY STATEMENT CONTAINS THE ENTIRE AGREEMENT BETWEEN
ADVANCE AUTOQUIP AND THE PURCHASER UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFICALLY EXPRESSED IN
WRITING. THIS NON-TRANSFERABLE WARRANTY APPLIES TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER ONLY. THIS
WARRANTY IS APPLICABLE TO UNITS LOCATED ONLY IN AUSTRALIA. CONTACT ADVANCE
AUTOQUIP FOR SPECIFIC WARRANTY PROVISIONS FOR UNITS LOCATED OUTSIDE OF THESE
COUNTRIES.
NOTE: THE EQUIPMENT IS NOT TO BE USED FOR WASH DOWN PURPOSES OR TO BE INSTALLED IN AN
OUTDOOR ENVIRONMENT WHERE IT IS SUBJECT TO WEATHER OR WATER DAMAGE. WARRANTY
WILL BE IMMEDIATELY VOID.

ALL STRUCTURAL AND MECHANICAL COMPONENTS OF THIS UNIT ARE GUARANTEED FOR A
PERIOD OF FIVE YEARS, FROM THE DATE OF INVOICE, AGAINST DEFECTS IN WORKMANSHIP
AND/OR MATERIALS
WHEN LIFT IS INSTALLED AND USED ACCORDING TO RECOMMENDATIONS.
POWER UNIT:
POWER UNIT COMPONENTS (PUMP AND RESERVOIR) ARE GUARANTEED A PERIOD OF ONE YEAR,
FROM THE DATE OF INVOICE, AGAINST DEFECTS IN WORKMANSHIP AND/OR MATERIALS WHEN
THE LIFT IS INSTALLED AND USED ACCORDING TO RECOMMENDATIONS.
ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS:
ALL ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS (INCLUDING MOTOR) ARE GUARANTEED A PERIOD OF ONE YEAR
FOR PARTS ONLY (EXCLUDING LABOR), FROM THE DATE OF INVOICE, AGAINST DEFECTS IN
WORKMANSHIP AND/OR MATERIALS WHEN THE LIFT IS INSTALLED AND USED ACCORDING TO
RECOMMENDATIONS.
PNEUMATIC (AIR) COMPONENTS:
ALL PNEUMATIC (AIR) COMPONENTS (I.E. AIR CYLINDERS AND POPPET AIR VALVES) ARE
GUARANTEED FOR ONE YEAR FOR PARTS ONLY (EXCLUDING LABOR), FROM THE DATE OF
INVOICE, AGAINST DEFECTS IN WORKMANSHIP AND/OR MATERIALS WHEN THE LIFT IS INSTALLED
AND USED ACCORDING TO RECOMMENDATIONS.
EXCLUSIONS:
WARRANTY DOES NOT INCLUDE CONSUMABLE ITEMS SUCH AS HYDRAULIC OIL, LIFTING PADS, OIL
SEALS, VEE BELTS AND SLIDING BLOCKS.
THIS WARRANTY SUPERSEDES ALL OTHER WARRANTY POLICIES PREVIOUSLY STATED AND IN ALL OTHER ADVANCE AUTOQUIP’s
PRODUCT SPECIFIC LITERATURE.
