Cleaning instructions for the 1601/1701
Remove four screws from top cover
Remove six screws from each side cover
Remove top of 1st and 2nd fold tables by removing the
two thumb knobs
Take care not to pull on the side cover with the switch. You may pull wires loose.
Remove two screws from roller pack
Remove the belt by loosening (but not removing) the four screws around the motor and
moving the motor to the left.
Lift roller pack out of machine
In the event paper is by the motor fan (usually caused by stacking wheels set incorrectly)
It is easily removed by reaching into the hole in the side frame with a pair of needle nose
pliers.
Clean the roller pack by scrubbing with a scotch brite pad and rubber roller cleaner. In
the event rubber roller cleaner is not available use hot water with a little dishwashing
soap. Dry with a cotton, lint free cloth. Never use paper towel on the rollers
