ATTACH THE POSTS
Lay the wood top upside down on a soft
mat for protection. Identify the front and
back of the wood top. Note the locations of
the holes in the diagram below.

Attach each post to the worktop using four
M6 x 16 mm hex bolts. Tighten securely.
NOTE: The two posts labelled "Front Leg"
should be attached to the front of the
workbench. The other two posts should be
attached to the back of the workbench.

ATTACH THE
CROSS BRACES
Attach the three long cross braces and two
short cross braces using M6 x 16 mm hex
bolts. The cross braces should be attached
in the locations shown in the diagram and
as described below:
1 X LONG CROSS BRACE: Attach to top
back. Use four M6 x 16 mm hex bolts to
attach the cross brace to the posts and
three M6 x 16 mm hex bolts to attach the
cross brace to the worktop.
1 X LONG CROSS BRACE: Attach to top
front. Use four M6 x 16 mm hex bolts to
attach the cross brace to the posts and
three M6 x 16 mm hex bolts to attach the
cross brace to the worktop.
1 X LONG CROSS BRACE: Attach to middle
of the back posts using four M6 x 16 mm
hex bolts.
2 x SHORT CROSS BRACES: Attach one on
either end using four M6 x 16 mm hex bolts
per cross brace.
Tighten securely.

MAINTENANCE AND SAFETY
ATTACH THE
ADJUSTABLE FEET
Screw the four adjustable feet into the
bottom of the posts.
Turn the workbench upright.
MAINTENANCE
Periodically clean the frame and wood top
with mild detergent and water.
Grease and oil can be removed with most
standard cleaning fluids. For safety, use a
nonflammable cleaning fluid.

CAUTION:
The maximum product
weight, including contents, should be no
more than 2000 lbs.
WARNING:
DO NOT stand or
lean on the work top.
WARNING:
DO NOT mount this
product on a truck bed or any other moving
object. This may cause personal injury or
product damage.
WARNING:
DO NOT alter this
product in any manner. For example, do not
weld external lockbars or attach electrical
equipment. This may cause product
damage or personal injury.
CAUTION:
Keep the product on
level surfaces. The product may become
unstable and tip if stored or moved on an
uneven surface, which may cause personal
injury or product damage.

and workmanship under normal use for the lifetime that you own the product. If
any part of the product is found to be defective during normal use, the defective
product or part will be replaced at our discretion. This warranty does not cover
products that are damaged through accident, abuse, misuse, commercial/
industrial applications or neglect. This warranty also does not cover any losses,
injuries or costs including indirect, incidental or consequential damages. This
warranty may not be transferred or sold. When requesting warranty service please
have the model number, cash register receipt and the date of purchase available
when you call. If the product is defective, we will replace the defective part at no
cost to you. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or
consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to
you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights,
