The Matterport Pro2 Lite 3D Camera reliably captures all the data needed to create immer-
sive 3D Spaces from the real world.
Though it is a complex instrument for capturing visual (RGB) and depth data, the camera is
easy to use, as most of the operation has been automated to ensure consistent scan results
with every use.
The Matterport Pro2 Lite 3D Camera consists of an array of three sensors mounted on a
motor which rotates the camera 360 degrees to capture the RGB and depth data needed to
create a 3D replica of a real-world location.

The Matterport Pro2 Lite 3D Camera is sensitive and carefully calibrated. Always transport
your camera in a padded carrying bag or case and handle with care. When transporting in a
vehicle, ensure that the camera is secured and will not shift.
If traveling by air, we recommend keeping the camera in your carry-on luggage. If you must
transport the camera in checked luggage, use a hard, padded case with foam inserts. Always
ship your camera in the original padded shipping box provided by Matterport.
Treat your Matterport Pro2 Lite 3D Camera lenses as you would DSLR lenses. When
necessary, remove dust from your lenses using a small, bulb-style hand air pump with a soft
lens brush. Remove ngerprints from lenses with camera lens cleaner and a microber cloth.
Always clean by rst dusting the lens, then applying cleaner to the cloth (not directly to the
lens).
Do not use or leave the camera at very high temperatures. For example, in strong direct
sunlight or in a vehicle in extremely hot conditions. The battery performance will be degraded
and its service life will be decreased.
The camera should be stored at room temperature. If the camera is not used regularly, then
take it out once every 3 months and charge it. If in storage for longer than a year, then the
camera should be fully discharged and recharged.

for the benet of the original purchaser only and is not transferable. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL
OTHER WARRANTIES OF QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE, WRITTEN, ORAL OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED
WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY SHALL

(a) Matterport is notied in writing by You of the claimed defect(s) during the Warranty Period, (b) the Camera is
returned to Matterport in the undamaged original Camera packaging, and (c) Matterport’s examination of the Camera
discloses to its satisfaction that the defect(s) were not caused by misuse, negligence, accident, or unauthorized
repair or alteration by You or on Your behalf. All shipping costs to Matterport from any location in the United States,
or from Matterport to any location in the United States, for any Camera that is repaired or replaced under this limited
warranty, will be at Matterport’s expense; provided, however, that You will bear the expense of shipping any such
Camera to or from any non-U.S. location. MATTERPORT’S ONLY LIABILITY AND YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY
CLAIM OF A DEFECT IN THE CAMERA, WHETHER ARISING IN TORT OR CONTRACT, IS AS STATED IN THIS SECTION

INITIALLY EMBEDDED IN THE CAMERA OR ANY FIRMWARE UPDATE SUBSEQUENTLY PROVIDED BY MATTERPORT.
APPLICABLE LAW MAY NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, OR SOME OR ALL OF THE
FOREGOING LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, SO SOME OR ALL OF THE FOREGOING DISCLAIMERS AND/OR LIMITATION

La caméra Matterport Pro2 3D permet de capturer de manière able les données requises
pour créer des espaces 3D immersifs.
Quoiqu’elle soit un instrument sophistiqué conçu pour capturer des données visuelles (RVB)
et de profondeur, la caméra est facile à utiliser, la majorité du fonctionnement de la caméra
ayant été automatisé an d’assurer des résultats constants pour chaque numérisation.
La caméra Matterport Pro2 3D consiste en un ensemble de trois capteurs monté sur un
moteur qui fait pivoter la caméra sur 360° an de capturer les données RVB et de profondeur

La caméra Matterport Pro2 3D est un instrument fragile et ajusté avec soin. Transportez toujours
votre caméra dans un sac ou une mallette matelassé et manipulez-la avec soin. Si vous la
transportez dans un véhicule, assurez-vous que la caméra est stable et ne se déplace pas.
Lors de déplacements aériens, nous recommandons de conserver la caméra dans vos bagages
de cabine. Si vous devez transporter la caméra dans vos bagages enregistrés, utilisez une
mallette rigide matelassée et des coussins en mousse. Expédiez toujours votre caméra dans la
boîte d’expédition matelassée fournie par Matterport.
Entretenez les lentilles de votre caméra Matterport Pro2 3D comme vous le feriez pour des
objectifs de DSLR.Si nécessaire, dépoussiérez vos lentilles à l’aide d’une pompe à air
manuelle de type poire et d’une brosse à lentille douce. Enlevez les traces de doigts des
lentilles à l’aide d’un nettoyant à lentille et d’un chiffon en microbre. Dépoussiérez toujours
la lentille d’abord, puis appliquez le nettoyant sur le chiffon (pas directement sur la lentille).
N’utilisez pas et ne laissez pas la caméra à des températures très élevées. Par exemple,
en plein soleil ou dans un véhicule dans des conditions extrêmement chaudes. Les
performances de la batterie seront dégradées et sa durée de vie sera réduite.
La caméra doit être conservée à température ambiante. Si la caméra n’est pas utilisée
régulièrement, rechargez la tous les 3 mois. Si la caméra est stockée pendant plus d’un an, la
caméra doit être entièrement déchargée et rechargée.

DÉCLARATION FCC
Cet appareil est conforme à la partie 15 du règlement FCC. Son fonctionnement est soumis aux conditions suivantes

FCC. Ces limites sont conçues pour fournir une protection raisonnable contre les interférences néfastes dans le

Garantie limitée. Matterport garantit la caméra contre les vices et les défauts de fabrication pour une période de un (1) an à
partir de la date d’expédition originale, ou toute période plus longue en vertu d’une garantie prolongée achetée par Vous au
tarif de garantie prolongée alors offert par Matterport (dans son ensemble, la “Période de garantie”). Cette garantie limitée
es au prot d’lacheteur original seulement et n’est pas transférable. CETTE GARANTIE LIMITÉE REMPLACE TOUTES LES
AUTRES GARANTIES DE QUALITÉ OU DE FONCTIONNEMENT, ÉCRITE, ORALE OU IMPLICITE, Y COMPRIS TOUTE GARANTIE
IMPLICITE DE QUALITÉ MARCHANDE OU D’ADAPTATION À UN USAGE PARTICULIER. CETTE GARANTIE LIMITÉE NE
S’APPLIQUERA PAS SI LA CAMÉRA A ÉTÉ RÉPARÉE OU MODIFIÉE PAR QUICONQUE EXCEPTÉ MATTERPORT, OU SI ELLE A
ÉTÉ SOUMISE À UN USAGE INAPPROPRIÉ, À DE LA NÉGLIGENCE OU À UN ACCIDENT. Dans le cas où un défaut ou un vice
de fabrication survient au cours de la période de garantie, la seule responsabilité de Matterport sera (au choix de Matterport)
de réparer, de rembourser ou de remplacer toute caméra que Vous retournez au cours de la période de garantie, à condition
que (a) Vous informiez Matterport par écrit des défauts signalés au cours de la période de garantie, que (b) la caméra soit
retournée à Matterport dans son emballage original intact et que (c) l’examen de la caméra par Matterport démontre de façon
satisfaisante que les défauts n’ont pas été causés par un usage inapproprié, une négligence, un accident, ou une réparation
ou une altération non autorisée faite par Vous ou à Votre demande. Tous les frais d’expédition de tout lieu aux États-Unis à
Matterport ou de Matterport à tout lieu aux États-Unis, pour toute caméra réparée ou remplacée en vertu de cette garantie
limitée, seront couverts par Matterport; toutefois, Vous devrez couvrir les frais d’expédition de cette caméra à partir de ou
vers tout lieu hors des États-Unis. LA SEULE RESPONSABILITÉ DE MATTERPORT ET VOTRE SEUL RECOURS POUR TOUTE
RÉCLAMATION EN RAISON D’UN DÉFAUT DE LA CAMÉRA, QU’ELLE SOIT D’ORIGINE DÉLICTUELLE OU CONTRACTUELLE,
SONT ÉNONCÉS DANS CETTE SECTION 5. EN AUCUN CAS, MATTERPORT OU SES ASSOCIÉS OU SES CONCÉDANTS NE
SERONT TENUS RESPONSABLES DE QUELQUE PERTE OU DOMMAGE QUE CE SOIT, AUX TERMES D’UN CONTRAT, DU FAIT

ACCORD. SPÉCIFIQUEMENT, MATTERPORT NE POURRA PAS ÊTRE TENU RESPONSABLE DE (A) PERTES DE BÉNÉFICES,
(B) PERTES DE DONNÉES, (C) PERTE COMMERCIALE, DE CLIENTÈLE OU DE RÉPUTATION OU (D) TOUT AUTRE DOMMAGE
PARTICULIER, EXEMPLAIRE, PUNITIF, INDIRECT OU CONSÉCUTIF QUEL QU’IL SOIT, MÊME SI MATTERPORT A ÉTÉ AVISÉ DE
LA POSSIBILITÉ DE CES DOMMAGES. EN AUCUN CAS LA RESPONSABILITÉ TOTALE ET CUMULATIVE DE MATTERPORT ET DE
SES ASSOCIÉS ET CONCÉDANTS, EN VERTU DE CET ACCORD, ISSUE DE TOUTE CAUSE D’ACTION QUE CE SOIT, Y COMPRIS
LA RESPONSABILITÉ DÉLICTUELLE, LA RESPONSABILITÉ CONTRACTUELLE, LA RESPONSABILITÉ POUR NÉGLIGENCE ET LA
RESPONSABILITÉ STRICTE, N’EXCÉDERA PAS LE MOINDRE MONTANT ENTRE LE MONTANT TOTAL QUE VOUS AVEZ VERSÉ À
MATTERPORT EN VERTU DU PRÉSENT ACCORD AU COURS DES SIX (6) MOIS PRÉCÉDENTS VOTRE RÉCLAMATION, OU 500 $.
LES PRÉSENTES RESTRICTIONS S’APPLIQUENT MÊME SI LE RECOURS INDIQUÉ FAIT DÉFAUT À SA VOCATION ESSENTIELLE.
SANS RESTREINDRE LA PORTÉE DE TOUTE AUTRE CONDITION FORMULÉE DANS CETTE SECTION, MATTERPORT N’AURA
AUCUNE OBLIGATION LIÉE À LA GARANTIE EN VERTU DU PRÉSENT ACCORD SI VOUS OMETTEZ DE RETOURNER LA
CAMÉRA DANS SON EMBALLAGE ORIGINAL INTACT OU SI VOUS AVEZ INSTALLÉ DANS LA CAMÉRA TOUT MICROLOGICIEL
AUTRE QUE LE MICROLOGICIEL INTÉGRÉ À LA CAMÉRA AU DÉPART OU TOUTE MISE À JOUR SUBSÉQUEMMENT FOURNIE
PAR MATTERPORT. LES LOIS EN VIGUEUR POURRAIENT NE PAS PERMETTRE L’EXCLUSION DES GARANTIES IMPLICITES, OU
LES PRÉSENTES RESTRICTIONS DE RESPONSABILITÉ, EN TOUT OU EN PARTIE, AINSI LES PRÉSENTES DÉNÉGATIONS ET/OU
RESTRICTIONS DE RESPONSABILITÉS POURRAIENT NE PAS S’APPLIQUER À VOUS.
AUCUNE DISPOSITION DU PRÉSENT ACCORD NE LIMITE NI N’EXCLUT NOTRE RESPONSABILITÉ EN CAS DE DÉCÈS OU DE
PRÉJUDICE CORPOREL CAUSÉ PAR NOTRE NÉGLIGENCE OU EN CAS DE FRAUDE OU DE DÉCLARATION FRAUDULEUSE DE
NOTRE PART, OU POUR TOUTE AUTRE RESPONSABILITÉ QUI NE PEUT ÊTRE EXCLUE OU RESTREINTE EN VERTU DES LOIS EN
VIGUEUR.
