Avvertenze (per il refrigerante R32)
- Leggere attentamente le avvertenze.
- Per il processo di sbrinamento e per la pulizia dell'apparecchio, non utilizzare strumenti diversi da quelli
raccomandati dalla ditta costruttrice.
- L'apparecchio deve essere conservato in una stanza senza sorgenti di accensione a funzionamento continuo (per
esempio: fiamme libere, apparecchiature a gas o elettriche in funzione).
- Non forare o bruciare.
- i gas refrigeranti possono essere inodori.
L'apparecchio va installato, utilizzato e conservato in un ambiente con superficie superiore a 4m2.
Si chiede il rispetto delle norme nazionali di gas.
Le aperture di ventilazione devono essere libere da ostruzioni.
L'apparecchio va conservato in modo tale da prevenire i guasti meccanici.
Le persone che lavorano o intervengono su un circuito frigorifero devono essere in possesso di adeguata
certificazione, rilasciata da un ente accreditato, che attesti la competenza a maneggiare i refrigeranti in conformità
con una specifica di valutazione riconosciuta dalle associazioni di settore.
- Gli interventi di riparazione devono essere eseguiti in base alle raccomandazioni della ditta costruttrice
dell'apparecchio.
- Le operazioni di manutenzione e di riparazione che richiedono l'assistenza di altro personale qualificato devono
essere eseguite sotto supervisione della persona specializzata nell'impiego dei refrigeranti infiammabili.
Attenzione
- Questo apparecchio può essere utilizzato da bambini di età non inferiore ad 8 anni e da persone con ridotte capacità
siche, sensoriali o mentali o con esperienza e conoscenze insu󰀩cienti, purché attentamente sorvegliate o istruite su
come utilizzare in modo sicuro l’apparecchio e sui pericoli che ciò comporta. Assicurarsi che i bambini non giochino con
l'apparecchio. Pulizia e manutenzione da parte dell'utente possono essere eseguite anche da bambini con almeno 8
anni, se sottoposti a sorveglianza. Tenere l'apparecchio e il cavo lontano dalla portata dei bambini sotto gli 8 anni di età.
- Se il cavo di alimentazione è danneggiato, esso deve essere sostituito dal costruttore o dal suo servizio assistenza
tecnica, in modo da prevenire ogni rischio.

Prima di accendere la macchina, inserire il cavo di alimentazione nella presa di corrente. Assicurarsi che questa
presa sia designata per corrente a 15 A e con un fusibile intercambiabile da 15 A, AC 250 V.
2. PRECAUZIONI
Aspetta almeno tre minuti!
Assicurarsi di tenere l'unità spenta per almeno tre minuti prima di riavviare le
operazioni di raffrescamento, altrimenti il fusibile potrebbe saltare a causa di
un eccessivo carico sottoposto alla macchina.
Montare il filtro dell'aria
Prima di avviare qualsiasi operazione, essere sicuri di aver montato il fil-
tro dell'aria. Pulire sempre il filtro dell'aria all'inizio della stagione. Pulirlo
ogni due settimane durante la stagione.
Prima di avviare l'interruttore, assicurarsi che l'entrata dell'aria non sia
ostruita .

3. Precauzioni per un corretto uso del condizionatore
3. UNA CORRETTA INSTALLAZIONE DEL CONDIZIONATORE
Al fine di garantire la sicurezza e di evitare problemi alla macchina per molto tempo, osservare i seguenti consigli:
- Installare l'unità in un luogo sufficientemente stabile per supportare la macchina in modo sicuro.
- Prevedere sufficiente distanza o spazio attorno all'entrata e all'uscita dell'aria in modo che il flusso d'aria non
sia ostruito (come illustrato nelle figure a seguito)

4. NOMI DEI CONTROLLI
Tasto POWER: consente di spegnere e accendere il condizionatore.
Tasto MODE: permette di selezionare la modalità di funzionamento, Ra󰀨reddamento (COOL), deumidicazione (DRY),
ventilazione (FAN) (per i modelli solo freddo.)
Tasto FANS PEED: permette di selezionare la velocità della ventilazione: AUTO, Bassa (LOW), Media (MED ), Alta (
HIGH).
Tasto TEMP/TIMER "ᴧ/v": il tasto " ᴧ"consente di regolare la temperatura ambiente interna " ᴧ" ne imposta l'aumen-
to. Il tasto "v": consente di regolare la temperatura ambiente interna " v" ne imposta la diminuzione.
Tasto SWING: consente di attivare o disattivare l'oscillazione automatica del deettore di aria.
Tasto FILTER: Questa funzione è un promemoria per la pulizia del ltro dell'aria per un funzionamento e un ra󰀨redda-
mento più e󰀩cienti. Il LED si illuminerà dopo 250 ore di funzionamento. Per ripristinare dopo aver pulito il ltro, premere
il pulsante "Check Filter" e il LED si spegnerà.

5.2 DESCRIZIONE DI ALCUNI TASTI DEL TELECOMANDO
Tasto TEMP "+/-": Premendo il tasto "+" si incrementa la temperatura no a 30°C. Premendo il tasto "-"si diminuisce
la temperatura no a 16°C.
Tasto ON/OFF: Potete accendere o spegnere il climatizzatore premendo questo tasto indirizzando il telecomando verso
il ricevitore dell'unità.
Tasto MODE: Ogni qualvolta si preme il tasto si seleziona una modalità di funzionamento nella sequenza: Automatico
(AUTO) si presente, ra󰀨reddamento (COOL), , deumidicazione (DRY), riscaldamento (HEAT) si presente, ventilazione
(FAN) e nuovamente AUTO.
Tasto TIMER: Tasto TIMER: Usare il tasto TIMER per impostare l’orario di accensione o di spegnimento automatico.
Tasto SLEEP: Premere questo tasto per selezionare il funzionamento a risparmio energetico, premere di nuovo il tasto
per annularlo.
Tasto SWING: consente di attivare o disattivare l'oscillazione automatica del deettore di aria.
Tasto FAN: Ogni qualvolta si preme il tasto si seleziona una diversa velocità del ventilatore nella sequenza AUTO, bas-
sa (LOW), media (MED), Alta (HIGH).
5.3 INSTALLAZIONE / SOSTITUZIONE BATTERIE
Usare due batterie alcaline tipo AAA 1,5 V.
1) Rimuovere il coperchio delle batterie.
2) Rimuovere le batterie vecchie e inserire le nuove facendo attenzione ad allineare correttamente le polarità (+) e (-).

6. PER LA MANUTENZIONE
Quando si revisiona il condizionatore d'aria, assicurarsi di aver girato la manopola SELECTOR sulla posizione "0".
Pulizia del filtro
Se il filtro dell'aria si dovesse intasare con la polvere, l'entrata dell'aria è ostruita e l'effetto di raffrescamento dimi-
nuisce. Pulire il filtro dell'aria ogni due settimane, seguendo la spiegazione illustrata riportata qui di seguito.
La rimozione del filtro d'aria
·Per rimuovere la griglia della presa d'aria, afferrare la linguetta sul filtro e tirare fino ad estrarlo.
di chiusura. Non aprirlo che dalla posizione di serratura.
· Tirare il filtro dell'aria verso il fondo sfilandolo dal suo supporto.
La pulizia del filtro dell'aria
· Rimuovere la polvere intasata nel filtro con qualche colpetto
·Lavare bene il filtro con acqua tiepida ad almeno 40°C (104°F) strofinandolo dolcemente. Per avere migliori
risultati, lavare il filtro con acqua saponata o detergenti neutri.
· Dopo la rimozione della polvere, risciacquare bene il filtro utilizzando acqua pulita e asciugarlo completamente.
Reinstallazione del filtro
· Tenere il filtro dell'aria sollevato e inserirlo lungo la sede finché non si blocca completamente.
·Chiudere la griglia di apertura fermamente.
Se il condizionatore d'aria viene avviato senza il filtro dell'aria, la polvere non viene tolta dall'aria della stanza, e
l'accumulo risultante nella macchina può portare un'avaria. Non dimenticare di installare il filtro dell'aria. Quando la
griglia di immissione e il cabinet sono sporchi, pulirli con acqua tiepida (sotto i 40°C). Raccomandato l'uso di un
detersivo neutro.
Piccole manutenzioni di fine stagione
1. Avviare il ventilatore per mezza giornata per asciugare alcune parti dell'unità.
2. Disattivare l'alimentazione e togliere la spina dalla presa della corrente.
(Per le piccole manutenzioni di inizio stagione invece, leggere il manuale alla pagina 2.)

· Non usare diluenti, solventi, detergenti in polvere o sol-
venti simili, o qualunque insetticida liquido sul condizio-
natore d'aria, poiché l'uso di questi può causare danneg-
giamenti o perdite di colore, rottura o deformazione della
superficie dell'unità.
· Mai provare a pulire l'unità versando acqua diretta-
mente su essa, perché questo causerà il deterioramen-
to dell'isolante elettrico.
Per la manutenzione
Quando si revisiona il condizionatore d'aria, assicurarsi di aver premuto il tasto "POWER" per spegneralo.

dell’aria sono bloccati o intasati.
La temperatura sul lato esterno è
troppo alta per la diretta esposizio-

WARNING (for R32 refrigerant)
- Read carefully the instructions.
- Do not use means to accelerate the defrosting process or to clean, other than those recommended by the
manufacturer.
- The appliance shall be stored in a room without continuously operating ignition sources (for example: open flames,
an operating gas appliance or an operating electric heater).
- Do not pierce or burn.
- Be aware that the refrigerants may not contain an odour.
- Appliance should be installed, operated and stored in a room with a floor area larger than 4m2.
- Compliance with national gas regulations shall be observed.
- Keep ventilation openings clear of obstruction.
- The appliance shall be stored so as to prevent mechanical damage from occurring.
- A warning that the appliance shall be stored in a well-ventilated area where the room size corresponds to the room
area as specified for operation.
- Any person who is involved with working on or breaking into a refrigerant circuit should hold a current valid certificate
from an industry-accredited assessment authority, which authorises their competence to handle refrigerants safely in
accordance with an industry recognised assessment specification.
- Servicing shall only be performed as recommended by the equipment manufacturer. Maintenance and repair
requiring the assistance of other skilled personnel shall be carried out under the supervision of the person competent
in the use of flammable refrigerants.
Caution
This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or
mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning
use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play the appliance. Cleaning
and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
- If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualied persons
in order to avoid a hazard.
- The appliance shall be installed in accordance with national wiring regulations.
- Do not operate your air conditioner in a wet room such as a bathroom or laundry room.
- The appliance with electric heater shall have at least 1 meter space to the combustible materials.
- Contact the authorised service technician for repair or maintenance of this unit.

Before you turn the machine on, please insert the plug of the power cord into a socket. Please be sure this sockeet
is designed for 15 A current and with a changeable fuse rated 15 A, AC250V.
2. OPERATING PRECAUTIONS
Wait at least three minutes !
Be sure to keep the unit turned off for at least three minutes before restarting
cooling operation, otherwise the fuse could blow due to excessive load
applied to the machine.
Attach air filter
Before starting air conditioner operation, be sure that the air filter is in
place. Always clean the air filter at the beginning of the season. Clean it
every two weeks during the season.
Before turning ON the selector switch, make sure that the air inlet and the
air outlet are not obstructed by anything.

3. AIR CONDITIONER CORRECT INSTALLATION
In order to assure safe and trouble-free operation for an extended period of time, observe the following instructions
- Install the unit at a place having sufficient strengt to support the unit securely.
- Provide sufficient clearance or space around the air inlet and air outlet so that air flow will not be oobstructed (see
following figure )

4. NAMES OF CONTROLS
ON/OFF button: to turn the air conditioner on and o󰀨.
MODE button: Select the operation mode, COOL, FAN, DRY (for cooling only model).
FAN SPEED button: to set the fan speed in the sequence that goes from, HIGH, MID, LOW and AUTO sequence.
TEMP/TIMER button (" ᴧ/v": The button "ᴧ" is used to increase the set temperature of the unit until 30°C. The button
"v" is used to decrease the set temperature of the unit until 16°C.
Timer can be set by pressing "ᴧ/v" button. Timer can be set in 0.5hour increments between 1 and 10 hours, or in 1hour
increments for 10 hours or above after each push on "ᴧ" or "v" button.
SWING button: allows you to activate or disactivate the a utomatic oscillation of the louvers.
FILTER BUTTON: This feature is a reminder to clean the Air Filter (See Care and Cleaning) for more e󰀩cient opera-
tion and cooling. The LED (light) will illuminate after 250 hours of operation. To reset after cleaning the lter, press the
"Check Filter" button and the light will go o󰀨.

5.2 DESCRIPTION OF FUNCTION OF SOME BUTTONS ON THE REMOTE CONTROLLER
TEMP button +/-: Press the button "+"to increase the indoor temperature setting up to 30°C. Press the button "-"to
decrease the indoor temperature setting up to 16°C.
ON/OFF button: Push this button to start the unit operation. Push the button again to stop the unit operation.
MODE button: Each time you push the button, a mode is slelected in a sequence that goes from AUTO (if applicable),
COOL, DRY, FAN and HEAT (if applicable).
TIMER button:Use the TIMER button to set the switch on time and the switch o󰀨 time. The auto switch on/o󰀨 time can
be set form 0.5 - 24 hours.
SLEEP button: Press this button to go into the Energy-Saving operation mode. Press the button again to cancel.
SWING button:Activates the automatic air SWING left and right louver oscillation feature.
FAN button:This button is used for setting Fan Speed in the sequence that goes from HIGH, MED, LOW.
5.3 INSTALL/REPLACE BATTERIES
The Remote Controller uses two alkaline dry batteries (AAA 1,5 V).
1. To install the batteries, remove the cover of the battery compartment and install the batteries according the direction
(+ and -) shown on the Remote Controller.
2. To replace the old batteries, use the same method as mentioned above.

·To remove the air intake grille, grasp the tab on the filter and pull to take out.
Cleaning of air filter
· Remove the dust clogged in the filter by tapping it.
· Wash the filter well with lukewam water of less than 40° C (104° F) while rubbing lightly. To get better results
wash it with soapy water or a neutral cleaning agent.
· After dust is removed, rinse the filter well using clean water and dry it completely.
Attaching the air filter
· Hold the air filter up and insert it along the filter guide till it stops completely.
. Close the inlet grille firmly.
If the air conditioner is operated without an air filter, dust is not removed from the room air, and resultant accumula-
tion in the machine may lead to a failure.
Do not forget to install the air filter. When the air inlet grille and cabinet are directly, wipe with luke-warm water
(below 40° C) use of a mild detergent is recommended.
Off-season care.
1. Operate the fan alone for half a day to dry out the inside of the unit.
2. Turn off power and remove plug from wall socket.

·Do not use gasoline, benzine , thinner or other ......... Never attempt to clean the unit by puring water directly
on it as this will cause deterioration of the electrical
insulation.
When servicing the air conditioner, be sure to turn OFF the unit.
Filter cleaning
Should the air filter become dirty by means of dust, the air inlet would be obstructed and the cooling effect would
be decreased. Clean the air filter every two weeks following the below specification.

Advertencias (para gas refrigerante R32)
- Lea atentamente las advertencias.
- No use herramientas distintas a las recomendadas por la empresa fabricante para el proceso de descongelación y
para la limpieza del aparato.
- El aparato debe ser colocado en un ambiente carente de fuentes de encendido en funcionamiento continuo (por
ejemplo: llamas libres, aparatos de gas o eléctricos en funcionamiento).
- No agujeree y no queme.
- Los gases refrigerantes pueden ser inodoros.
- El aparato debe ser instalado, utilizado y conservado en un ambiente con una superficie superior a 4m2.
- El local no ventilado en que se instala, acciona o conserva el aparato debe impedir el estancamiento de las
eventuales pérdidas de refrigerante con el consiguiente peligro de incendio o de explosión debido al encendido del
refrigerante provocado por estufas eléctricas, hornillos uotras fuentes de encendido.
- El aparato debe conservarse de forma que se prevengan las averías mecánicas.
- Las personas que trabajan o intervienen en un circuito frigorífico deben tener la adecuada certificación expedida

Antes de encender la máquina, introducir el cable de alimentación en el enchufe de la corriente. Hay que asegurarse
de que este enchufe esté diseñado para la corriente a 15A y con un fusible intercambiable de 15A, AC 250 V.
2. PRECAUCIONES
¡Espera, por lo menos, tres minutos!
Hay que asegurarse de que la unidad permanezca apagada durante, por lo
menos, tres minutos antes de volver a poner en funcionamiento las opera-
ciones de enfriamiento; en caso contrario, el fusible podría saltar por causa
de una excesiva carga a la cual se somete la máquina.
Montar el filtro del aire
Antes de poner en funcionamiento cualquier operación, hay que estar
seguro de que se ha montado el filtro del aire. Limpiar siempre el filtro
del aire al principio de la estación. Limpiarlo cada dos semanas durante
la estación.
Antes de poner en funcionamiento el interruptor, hay que asegurarse de
que la entrada del aire no esté obstruida.
