To reduce the risk of serious or fatal injury, we recommend persons with medical
implants consult their physician and the medical implant manufacturer before
operating this product.
• Regularly check that the power cord is intact and uncracked.
• Never carry the product using the power cord or pull out the plug by pulling the
power cord.
• Keep the power cord and extension cord away from water, oil and sharp edges.
Make sure the power cord is not jammed in doors, fences or the like. This can
cause the charger to become live.
• Replace the power cord if it appears to be damaged in any way. Use only
identical replacement parts. The replacement shall be done in the service center
or by the approved authority.
• Never clean the battery pack or the product with water.
• Do not charge non-rechargeable battery packs in the product.

0°C (32°F) and 40°C (104°F).

To connect the battery pack charger

• Use the provided power cord.

To connect the battery pack to the battery pack charger
• Make sure the battery pack is dry before it is connected to the product.
• The battery pack will not be charged if the internal battery pack temperature is
over 45°C (113°F). This causes the product to actively cool down the battery
pack.

NOTE: The battery pack charger must be connected to the voltage and frequency

1 Insert the power cord into the inlet on the charger.
2 Insert the plug of the power cord in a grounded socket. The LED on the battery

3 Insert the battery pack into the battery pack charger. The green charging light
on the charger is lit when the battery pack is connected properly to the battery
pack charger.
4 When all LEDs on the battery pack are lit, the battery pack is fully charged.
Charge the battery pack for max. 24 hours.
5 To disconnect the battery pack charger from the wall socket, pull the plug. Do
not pull the power cord.
6 Remove the battery pack from the battery pack charger.
MAINTENANCE
• Make sure the battery pack and battery pack charger are clean and that the
terminals on the battery pack and the battery pack charger are always clean and
dry before the battery pack is placed in the battery pack charger.
• Keep the battery pack guide tracks clean. Clean plastic parts with a clean and dry
cloth.
ERROR CODES
Troubleshooting the battery pack charger during charging:

• Store the equipment in a lockable area so that it is out of reach of children and

• Store the battery pack and the battery pack charger separately in enclosed dry,
moisture-free and frost-free spaces.
• Store the product where the temperature is between -20°C (-4°F) and 40°C
(104°F) and never in direct sunlight.
• Charge the battery pack before long-term storage.

BETRIEB
aWARNUNG: Lesen Sie vor Gebrauch des Geräts das Kapitel WICHTIGE
SICHERHEITSHINWEISE, und machen Sie sich damit vertraut.
So schließen Sie das Akkuladegerät an
• Das Ladegerät an eine Quelle mit der auf dem Typenschild angegebenen Spannung
und Frequenz anschließen.
• Verwenden Sie das mitgelieferte Netzkabel.
• Die LEDs am Gerät blinken einmal.
So schließen Sie den Akku an das Akkuladegerät an
• Stellen Sie sicher, dass der Akku trocken ist, bevor Sie ihn mit dem Gerät verbinden.
• Der Akku kann nicht aufgeladen werden, wenn die Akkuinnentemperatur über 45 °C
liegt. In diesem Fall kühlt das Gerät den Akku aktiv.

HINWEIS: Das Ladegerät muss mit der auf dem Typenschild angegebenen

1 Stecken Sie das Netzkabel in die Buchse am Ladegerät.
2 Stecken Sie den Stecker des Netzkabels in eine geerdete Steckdose. Die LED

3 Setzen Sie den Akku in das Akkuladegerät ein. Die grüne Ladeleuchte auf dem
Ladegerät leuchtet auf, wenn der Akku korrekt mit dem Ladegerät verbunden ist.
4 Wenn alle LEDs am Akku leuchten, ist der Akku vollständig aufgeladen. Laden
