On your personal smart device (phone, tablet etc), open your camera app or QR code scanner
app.
To scan the QR code, hold the camera over the QR code so that it can be seen on the screen.
Once the QR code has been registered, follow the prompts on your device to open the video.

Pre Assembly
Before assembling remove the transportation blocks from the bottom of each panel.
Take care removing the blocks as to not damage the panels. Tap with a at headed
screwdriver and hammer.
Dispose of the blocks once removed.

Step 1
Parts Needed - No. 5 QTY 1
Place the oor (No.5) onto a rm and level
base.
Ensure the base has suitable drainage & is
free from areas where standing water can
collect.
Step 2
Parts Needed - No. 4 QTY 1
- No. 3 QTY 1
Place the plain panel (No.4) and the
right gable (No.3) onto the oor and
secure at the corner with 3x50mm
screws.
Do not secure the building to the
oor until the roof is tted.

Parts Needed - No. 2 QTY 1
Place the left gable (No.2) onto the
oor and secure at the corner with
3x50mm screws.
Do not secure the building to the
oor until the roof is tted.

Locate the front panel (No.1) in
between the gables.
Secure in place with 4x50mm screws
from the inside of the building.
*Ensure to align the framing with
the edge of each gable.

Parts Needed - No. 8 QTY 2
Locate the door strips (No.8) to the
front of the building, ensuring the
strip sits ush to the edge of the Gable
framing and that there is no overhang
inside the building.
Secure in place using 3x30mm screws
per strip.

Parts Needed- No.12 QTY 4
No.7 QTY 2
Locate two T Hinges (No.12) onto each Door
(No.7) as shown, ensuring to align the hinge
with the framing behind.
Secure the hinges in place using 4x30mm
screws per hinge, ensuring that the screws go
through the cladding and into the framing
behind.

Step 7
Locate the Doors (No.7) into to the space at the
front of the building. Ensure there is a 2mm gap
in between the doors and the building.
Secure the T-Hinges to the Door strips (No.8)
using 3x30mm screws per hinge, ensuring the
screws go through the cladding into the framing.

Place the roof sheet
(No.6)
on top of
the building and x into place with
10x30mm screws.

Once the roof is xed, secure the
building to the oor using 3x50mm
screws per panel, in alignment with
the oor joists.

Cut the felt
(No.15) in
to one sheet
measuring: 1530mm (L) x 1000mm (W)
and lay onto the roof.
* Ensure the felt has an equal overhang
around the building.
Fix the felt down using felt tacks at
100mm intervals.

Attach the large (No.9) and small
(No.10) Fascias to the front and sides
of the building, xing into place
using 9x30mm screws.

Internally, attach the Door Block
(No.11) to the top of the secondary
door (No.7) using 2x30mm screws.
Ensure to screw through the external
cladding into the block behind.

Parts Needed - No. 13 QTY 2
- No. 14 QTY 1
Locate the turn button (No. 13) to
the top of the left hand door, ensur-
ing the turn button catches the Front
Panel (No. 1). Secure to the door
using 1x30mm screw.
Fit the hasp and staple
(No.14)
on to
the doors centrally with 7x30mm
screws, making sure to screw into the
door framing.
