User Manual

1. Carefully remove contents of box out o, the packaging.
You will find:
. 1x eFold Fatty500 eBike
. 1x 110V Charger
. 2xKeYs
. 1x Set offolding pedals
. 1x Set ot refledive lights
2. Fold open the eBike and the handlebar and secure both quick release latches. when
opening the frame be aware ofthe wires that run through the frame so as not to accidently
close the frame on them and risk pinching the wires.

lnstallpedals.
Place handle bar in place and tighten allen screws
Place seat to desired height and tighten quick release latch.
lnflate tires to about 15-20PSl
Place your eFold Fattysoo on a raised suaface for easy inspection while securing one ofthe
wheels so it stays in place then proceed tovisually check the eFold Fatty500 components
and ensure that all screws and bolts are tightened and that tires are correctly inflated. Check
and adjust break lever to your preference and checkthat the dera illeur fu nctio ns properly.
This is usually already done once at the factory and once before shipping but as a
precautionary measure we recommend you do this as well before riding as some
components may shift durinS transport.
Charge your eFold Fatty500 in a clean environment at ambient temperature until light on
the chargerturns from red to green. You can charge the battery while still inside the frame
of the eBike or you may remove the battery and charge it independently. To remove the
battery pack open the quick release latch on the frame and fold the eBike, insert the key
underthe battery and turn it counter clockwise untilthe lock pin goes inside the battery.
Proceed to slowly pull out battery pack. Repeat process in the inverse order to re insert the
battery pack into frame.
Once you've familiarized yourselfwith the digita I display you willbe ready to ride. Please
ride carefully! (see attached instruction for 800s display)

THE VOLTAGE MEIER.

Before shipping, we conduct spot checks on our transporters to validate overall quality and condition of
electrical components including motor and battery pack. These checked units have their battery tested
and fully charaed before shipping.
The lithium ion technology is intended to last for several years while being charged and discharged many
times. However, the battery's iife span will depend on your care of the battery-
Battery life will depend on your maintenance and care ofthe battery. eFold Fatty500 uses advanced
Lithium lon batteries made with high capacity Samsung cells and they should be charg€d at least once a
month (when not in use)to ensure the longevityofyour battery- Make sureto only use our supplied
48V charger on your4SV battery.
Allow your Llattery to rest for 10 minutes after charging before riding and for 10 min after riding before
charging- Unplug your battery charger after the light turns green indicating your battery is fully charged.
Always unplug the charger from lhe wall outlet before plugging or unplugging the other end into your
eFold Fatty500.
Typical charging time after the battery has reached the 10% critlcal low level is between 4 to 5 hours
using the 2Ah charger provided.
Coutior. Do not expose your battery to extremely low or high temperatures to avoid potential damage

. Always Start in the slow PedalAssist mode
. Grip both hand grips
. Check brake level for positive braking action
. Press the power button on the display
. Start pedaling, motor will kick in within a second or two
. once your comfortable riding the eBike on Pedal Assist Mode you can start using the
throttle instead of pedaling.
. You should only use ONE riding mode at a time. lf using throttle do not pedal. lf pedaling
with pedal assist mode do not use throttle.
. Please note, throttle only riding will lower the max range on a charge considerably.
. ALWAYS follow your local laws regarding e8ikes and be respectful of other riders on the
road and on trails.
Always wear an ASTM and CPSC certified helmet when riding. Make sure that chin strap is
attached before your ride and follow the helmet manufactlrres instructions for proper user and
fit.
Make sure to always wear shoes that have good traction on the pedals and will stay on your
feet.
Squeeze the hand brake levers to ensure there is positive braking action before starting your
ride.

data, temporary data include AVG Sp6€d / MAX Sp6ed /Trip / Time.
8 Parameter setting
Double press F6WFd button (press inlerval iess han 0.3 second) can gel into parameler
setting state, the parametar twinkles. short press @ burons to change the
parameier value, short press 1F6WEd button can switch to the next parameter. Double
press F6WER button (press interval less than 0.3 second) can quit from the parameter
selting state. The meter Mll automatically quit the parameter setting state when lhere is no
operation for'10 seconds.

Clamps suit for 3 size of handlebar. 31.8mm, 25.4mm, 22.2mm, there are transfer rings for
25.4mm and 22.2mm, transfer ring must b€ assembled with the special dkections, pay
atteniion to the green arrow below.

There is waterproof membrane inside ihe sound hole. Don'i insert sharp object into the hole,
it will causes waterproof failure.
