1. INTRODUCTION
1.1 PURPOSE OF THE MANUAL
This publication contains all the infor ation
necessary for the installation, use and aintenance
of the anual flywheel slicing achines to be used
for food, with circular blade, odels 300L.
The purpose of this anual is to allow the user,
above all the direct user, to take every precaution
and arrange all hu an and aterial eans
necessary for a safe and lengthy use of these
achines.
1.2 KEEPING THE MANUAL
This anual ust be given to the person who will
use and aintain the achines and this person will
keep the anual in a safe and dry place, ready to be
used.
We reco end that a copy be kept on file.
For any correspondence with the anufacturer or
authorised personnel, please refer to the
infor ation on the plate and the achine serial
nu ber.
The anual ust be kept for the entire life of the
achine and in case of need (ex. any da age to
even a part of the anual that akes consulting it
difficult) the user ust acquire a new copy
exclusively fro the anufacturer.
The user ust let the anufacturer know the
address of any new owner of the achine.
1.3 USE OF THE MACHINE
The use and configurations of the achine are the
only ones allowed by the anufacturer; do not try to
use the achine differently fro the indications.
The achines are to be used for cutting only food
products of the type and size indicated in the
following paragraphs.
The anufacturer declines all responsibility derived
fro an i proper use or use by personnel who has
not read and fully understood the contents of this
anual; changes and/or repairs carried out on one’s
own; the use of spare parts that are not original or
not specific for the type of achine..

anual, please contact i ediately the
anufacturer or an authorised technical assistance
service and quote the paragraph nu ber of the
required subject.
2. GENERAL INFORMATION
2.1 MACHINE LIMITS, SAFETY REGULATIONS
The achine has been designed and ade to slice
food products of the type and size as indicated in
paragraphs 3.1, 3.2, and 3.4.
Environ ental conditions for using the achine
The operating environ ent ust have the following
characteristics:

The achine cannot be used in open areas and/or
exposed to at ospheric agents and in places with
fu es, s oke or corrosive and/or abrasive dust,
with the risk of fire or explosion and in any case
where the use of antideflagrating co ponents are
prescribed.
General safety regulations
The slicing achine ust be used only by personnel
who has carefully read the contents of this anual.
The operators ust be over 18 years of age, in
perfect ental and physical conditions, have the
right attitude and capacity (with the necessary
knowledge for anoeuvring and nor al
aintenance of si ple echanical and electrical
co ponents).
For a safe use of the achine follow the
instructions below:
Install the achine according to the
instructions in the paragraph “Installation”;
Install the achine so that it is far fro
people who ust not use it, especially
children;
Do not be distracted while using the achine;
Do not wear loose clothing or open sleeves, if
necessary use headgear to keep hair out of
the way;
Do not let anyone co e close to the achine
while in use;
Do not re ove, cover or change the plates
that are on the achine and, if they are
da aged, replace the i ediately;
Do not re ove the protective devices and do
not change or exclude the echanical
protective devices;
