1. 安全警示规范 Safety Warning Code
WARNING
1Read these instructions.

4Do not use this appliance near water. This appliance is intended to be used in
household and similar environments.
5Clean only with a damp cloth.
6Install in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
7Do not defeat the safety purpose of the polarized or grounding-type plug. A
polarized plug has two blades with one wider than the other. A grounding type plug
has two blades and a third grounding prong. The wide blade or the third prong are
provided for your safety. If the provided plug does not fit into your outlet, consult an
electrician for replacement of the obsolete outlet.
8Protect the power cord from being walked on or pinched, particularly at plugs,
convenience receptacles, and the point where the exit from the appliance.
9Do not attempt to modify or extend the power cord of this appliance.
10 Unplug this appliance during lightning storms or when it will not be used for long
periods of time.
11 Make sure that the available AC power matches the voltage requirements of this
appliance.
12 Do not handle the plug with wet hands. This could result in an electric shock.
13 Unplug the power cord by holding the plug, never by pulling the cord.
14 Do not turn the appliance on or off by plugging or unplugging the power cord.
15 Refer all servicing to qualified service personnel. Servicing is required when the
appliance has been damaged in any way, such as the power-supply cord or plug is
damaged, liquid has been spilled or objects have fallen into the appliance, the
appliance has been exposed to rain or moisture, does not operate normally, or has
been dropped.
16 To reduce the risk of fire or electric shock, do not expose this appliance to rain,
moisture, dripping, or splashing.
17 This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless
they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a
person responsible for their safety.
18 Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
19 If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service
agent, or similarly qualified person, in order to avoid a hazard.

2. 整机拆卸 Dismantling of appliance
2.1 拆滤网盖 Remove the filter cover
松开固定滤网盖的 1颗螺钉，取下滤网盖。
Loosen the screw that fix the filter cover and
rear cover, remove the filter cover.
2.2 拆后壳 Remove the rear cover
松开固定前后壳的螺钉，取下后壳。
Loosen the screws that fix the rear cover and
front cover, and remove the rear cover.
2.3 拆电路板盒 Split the Power PCB box
从扣位中取出各线束，松开固定电源板盒的螺
钉，拿出电源板盒，然后手工拆下线束的端子
Remove the wires from the buckle， Loosen the
screws that fix the Power PCB box and front
cover, and remove it. Then remove the wire
terminal from the PCB by hand.
2.4 拆摇头结构 Dismantling the oscillation parts
松开底盖及同步电机的螺钉，取下底盖和同步
电机。
Loosen the screws that fix the Synchronous
motor and the bottom cover. Then remove them.

2.5 拆风机组件 Dismantling the Fan component
1)松开风机组件与前壳的螺钉，取下蜗壳扣位
中的线束，取出风机组件。
1) Loosen the screws that fix the Fan component
and the front cover, Remove the wires from the
volute buckle, then remove the Fan component.
2)松开 PTC 组件与上下转轴之间的螺钉，上下
转轴与风道之间的螺钉，风轮与电机转轴之间
的螺钉，电机与风道之间的螺钉，取下 PTC 组
件、上下转轴、风轮、电机与蜗壳。
2）Loosen the screws that fix the PTC assembly
and up/down rotation axis, the up/down rotation
axis and the wind channel, the wheel and the
motor, the motor and the wind channel, the
volute tongue plate and the wind channel. Then
remove them.

3)松开 PTC 支架与 PTC 前支架的螺钉，取下
PTC。
3）Loosen the screws that fix the PTC supporting
and the PTC front supporting, remove the PTC.
2.6 拆拨杆组件 Dismantling the Paddle assembly
1)从前壳拔出拨钮。
1) Pull out the knob from the front cover.
2)松开拨杆组件与前壳之间的螺钉。
2）Loosen the screws that fix the paddle assembly
and the front cover, then remove it.
3)取下微动开关外壳、微动开关及弹簧。
3）Remove the microswitch housing, the
microswitch and the spring.

4)取出拨杆和导套。
4）Remove the paddle and the sleeve.

2.7 拆顶壳组件 Dismantling the Top cover assembly
1)松开遥控接收板与前壳的螺钉。
1) Loosen the screw that fix the remote control
receiving board and the front cover.
2)松开控制板与顶壳之间的螺钉。
2）Loosen the screws that fix the control PCB and
the top cover.
3)拆开线束。
3）Disassembling the wires.
4)拆开顶盖与顶壳。
4）Disassembling the top cap and the top cover.

2.8 拆前网与前壳 Dismantling the mesh grill
1)松开前网与前壳的螺钉。
1) Loosen the screws that fix the mesh grill and
the front cover, then remove it.

3. 整机的安装 Function and operation
3.1 安装前网 Install enclosure
1、将前网安装到前壳上
Install the enclosure into the front cover.
3.2 安装拨杆组件 Install the Paddle assembly
1)将弹簧放入导套，然后装入挡板的孔中。
1）Put the spring into the sleeve, then put them
into the Paddle bracket.
2)将拨杆放入拨杆支架中，确保扣位扣住支
架。
2）Put the paddle into the paddle bracket,
ensure that the buckle engages the bracket
3)将微动开关、微动开关外壳、弹簧安装到
拨杆支架上。
3）Install the microswitch, the microswitch
housing and the spring on the paddle bracket.
4)将拨杆组件安装在前壳上。
4）Install the Paddle assembly into the front
cover, and tighten the screws.

3.3 安装风机组件 Install the Fan component
1）将限温器安装在 PTC 支架上，PTC 端子
按要求插上线束。
Install the temperature limiter into the PTC
supporting, and insert the wires on the PTC.
2）将 PTC 放入 PTC 支架中，盖上 PTC 前支
架，并打上螺钉进行固定。
Put the PTC into the PTC supporting, then
cover the PTC with the PTC front supporting,
and tighten the screws.
3)将轴套塞入风道顶部的孔中，然后将风轮
插入轴套孔中。
3）Insert the sleeve into the hole at the top of
the wind channel, then insert the wheel into the
hole of the sleeve.
4)将电机安装在风道底部的安装位上，并保
证电机轴插入风轮，拧紧风轮的螺钉。
4）Install the motor in the installation position
at the bottom of the wind channel, ensure that
the motor shaft is inserted into the wheel, and
tighten the screw.
5)将风道窝舌安装在风道上，并拧紧螺钉。
5) Install the volute tongue plate on the wind
channel, and tighten the screws.

6)将PTC 组件放入风道中，并使线束穿过底
部的孔。
6) Put the PTC assembly into the wind
channel, let the wires pass through the hole at
the bottom of the wind channel.
7)将下转轴安装在风道上，并使卡扣插入
PTC 支架；将线束扣入下转轴的扣位，并打
上螺钉固定下转轴与风道。
7) Install the down rotation shaft on the wind
channel, and insert the buckle into the PTC
supporting. Snap the wires into the buckle of
the down rotation shaft, and tighten the screw
to fix it with the wind channel.
8)同样安装好上转轴，并拧紧螺钉，固定 PTC
支架与上下转轴。
8) Install the up rotation shaft in the same way,
and tighten the screw to fix the PTC supporting
with the up/down rotation shaft.
9)将风道安装在前壳上，确保下转轴放入拨
杆的 U型槽中，拧紧前壳与风道之间的螺钉。
9) Install the wind channel components into the
front cover, ensure the down rotation shaft in
the U-shaped groove of the paddle.
3.4 安装摇头组件 Install the oscillation assembly
1）将摇头支座安装在转动盘上，转动盘与摇
头支座之间上要放滚珠，安装好后，用卡簧
卡住摇头支座。
1) Install the oscillating supporting on the
rotary disc, and put the steel ball between
them, then use the circlip to seizing the
oscillating supporting.

2) 安装同步电机组件：将同步电机、曲柄、
连杆安装在一起。
2) Install the synchronous motor assembly:
Install the synchronous motor, crank, and
connecting rod together.
3)将底座及同步电机组件安装到摇头支座组
件上。
3) Install the base enclosure and synchronous
motor assembly on the oscillating supporting
assembly.
4)将配重块放入底座，安装好电源线统配组
件，盖上底盖。
4) Put the counterweight into the base
enclosure, install the power cord component,
and then put the bottom cover on it.
5）将摇头组件安装到前壳上。
5) Install the oscillation assembly on the
front cover.
3.5 安装顶盖组件 Install the top cover assembly
1)将面贴贴到顶壳上。
1) Attach the surface sticker to the top shell.

2）控制板插好线束后安装到顶壳上，然后扣
上顶盖。
2) Insert the wires into the control board, and
install the control board on the top cover.
3) 将顶盖与顶壳扣在一起。
3) Install the top cap and the top cover
together.
4)将遥控接收板安装到前壳上，将顶壳组件
顺着前壳的滑槽装入前壳，确保顶壳的两个
扣位扣住前壳的筋位。
4) Install the remote control receiving board on
the front cover. Install the top cover
assembly into the front cover along the
sliding groove of it, ensure that the two buckles
of the top cover engage the ribs of the front
cover.
3.6 接线布线 Wiring
1) 将电源板及电容安装在 PCB 盒内。
1) Install the power PCB and capacitors on the
PCB box.
2)按照布线指引接好线束。
2) Connect the wires according to the wiring
guidelines.
3) 将PCB 盒安装在前壳上，布好线束。
3) Install the PCB box on the front cover, lay
out the wires.

3.7 安装后壳、滤网盖及拨钮 Install the rear cover, filter cover and knob
1) 将后壳盖在前壳上，打上螺钉。
1) Put the rear cover on the front cover, tighten
the screws.
2)装上滤网，打上螺钉。
2) Install the filter cover on the rear cover,
tighten the screws.
3) 将拨钮安装在前壳上。
3) Install the knob into the front cover.
