1. Definition and classification of water dispenser
1.1 Definition of water dispenser
Water Dispenser:
------Is a barrel (bottle) installed direct drinking water (distilled water, purified water, mineral water, or
filtered water, etc.) for heating, cooling or in the original water temperature secondary distribution, to
provide a device for drinking!

2.2 Water dispenser working principle
Principle of water diversion:
Generally, use bottled drinking water of 3 gallons and 5 gallons, insert the bucket into the bottle
supporter at the top of water dispenser reversely, the smart head in the
smart seat jacks up the seal cover in water bottle, so that water in bottle
enters into water dispenser through the inhalant orifice of smart seat, water
is stored in the water diversion chamber (or cold liner).
While, air also enters into the bucket through the hole in the bottle
supporter, by utilizing the balance of air pressure, the water level in
diversion chamber will remained at the mouth of the bucket eventually; by
utilizing the pressure difference of water level, the water in the diversion
chamber enters cold and hot water tanks for refrigeration and heating, user
controls water to discharge from faucet or drain outlet.
Cooling system (Compressor cooling):

make the semiconductor cooling chip difference temperature ), and then
through the heat exchange to achieve the cooling effect;

This cooling method: High thermal efficiency ,Low water temperature(<10℃),Fast cooling,
and can option the refrigerator function

Heating system:
Internal heating: heating tube is placed in the heat tank, contact with the water directly for
heating; the manufacturing process of this kind of heating method is simple, thermal efficiency is
high, but it is easy to form limescale, thus resulting in heating tube failure; this kind of heating
method is unsuitable for mineral water and simply filtered tap water particularly.
External heating: The heating body is placed outside the heat tank,
water is heated through heating the tank body; the reliability and
security of this kind of heating method is higher than internal heating,
but the manufacturing process is complex, cost is high, thermal
efficiency is low, power consumption is large, and the heating process is
noisy.This kind of heating method is commonly used for users who
prefer to mineral water or using simple net bucket to filter tap water.
2.3 Precautions
1.To avoid damage to the machine, don't plug the power
cord or push the red switch until water runs out from the
tap of hot water.
2.In case hot (or cold) water is not needed for a long time,
turn off the switch accordingly to save power.
3. In case not to use this machine for a long time, turn off the
switch, then pull the plug out from socket and drain the
remaining water through draining outlet.

4. Never use organic liquid to clean the machine.
Strictly prohibit using water to the splash it.
5. Never turn on (off) the machine by plugging the plug to (pulling the plug
out from) the socket. Never increase the length of the power supply cord
to avoid fire.
6. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer,
its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
7. Never turn the machine upside-down or lean it more than 45°.
8. This machine should not be turned on until 3 minutes later
after turning off the power switch

3. Product technical characteristics production
3.1 Instructions
1. Tear the label from the bottle.
2. Vertically insert the bottle into the bottle supporter on top
3. of the machine. Do not plug the power cord or push the
4. heating switch until water runs out from the tap of hot water.
5. Insert the plug to socket, then turn on the switch. Indicators light up
accordingly once the machine works.
6. Vertically pull out the bottle by two hands when the bottle is empty, then
replace it with another bottle of water.
7. This appliance should work under environment of temp from 10℃-43℃
8. This appliance is not suitable for installation in an area where a water jet could be used.
Remarks: This equipment can only use barrel (bottle) of direct drinking water (distilled water, purified
waters, mineral water, or filtration water, etc.), if use the water without treatment, and cause
equipment damage, manufacturers and agents shall not be responsible.
3.2 Function introduction
When pressing the refrigeration switch of water dispenser, refrigeration green indicator is lit,
compressor start operation, suck the heating absorbed and gasified refrigerant vapor in evaporator back,
then compressed into high-temperature and high-pressure gas, and sent to the condenser, disperse heat
through the condenser to the external air, and condensate into high-pressure liquid, then flow into the
evaporator through capillary throttling, absorb the heat quantity of cold liner, and make the water
temperature drop, and then sucked back by the compressor. Cycle like this to achieve the purpose of
cooling. When water temperature drops to the setting temperature with the time, the contact of
refrigeration thermostat is disconnected, the refrigeration green indicator is off, the compressor stops and
change to insulation condition. After power off, the water temperature gradually rises again, when rising to
the set temperature, the contact action of refrigeration thermostat closes, connect the power, green
indicator is lit, the compressor runs. Cycle like this to control water temperature between 6-10℃.
Press the heating switch, connect heating circuit, red heating indicator is lit, heating tube heating,
when water temperature rising to set the temperature, reset thermostat action automatically, cut off the
power supply, red heating indicator is off, change to insulation condition. After power off, the water
temperature drops gradually, when dropping to the set temperature, the thermostat contact action is
closed, connect power supply, red heating indicator is lit, heating tube heats up again. Cycle like this to

control the water temperature between 85-95 ℃.Water dispenser heating thermostat or heat tank
temperature sensor and manual reset thermostat are protective device, when the circuit is overheated,
automatically disconnect the circuit when overloading, which plays a security protection role. (This
function only applies to hot and cold machine type, single cold machine type does not have this function)

The packaging material used is recyclable; we recommend that you separate plastic, paper and
cardboard and give them to recycling companies. To help preserve the environment, the
refrigerant used in this product is R134a (Hydrofluorocarbon -HFC), which does not
affect the ozone layer and has little impact on the greenhouse effect. According to WEEE
(Waste of Electrical and Electronic Equipment) guidelines, waste from electrical and electronic
devices should be collected separately. If you need to dispose of this appliance in the future, do NOT
throw it away with the rest of your domestic garbage. Instead, please take the appliance to he nearest

4.1 Installation requirements
1. Keep this machine in place of dry and avoid direct
sunshine. Rear of the machine should be no more
than 25cm against from the wall. Never put the
machine on paper or foam, which may cause
unstable condition, Never put anything flammable
beside this machine.
2. The appliance is suitable for indoor use only.
4.2 Machine installation
1. Use the screw to fix the bracket on the hole of the
middle bottom of the water dispenser.
2. Make a hole on the floor’s (or the desk’s) surface
where the water dispenser will be installed.
3. Fix the bracket on the floor by screw tightly.
4. Tighten the screw.
WARNING! To avoid a hazard due to instability of the appliance, it must be fixed in accordance with the Instructions.

5. Production fault solving method
5.1 Simple troubleshooting
1. Water is leaking.
Unplug dispenser, remove bottle and replace it.
2. No water is coming from the spout.
Maker sure the bottle is not empty. If empty, replace it .
Make sure to completely depress the pushbutton controls.
3. No ambient or cold water or hot water flows
1. Over consumption of ambient or cold water in short time--------- Just wait a moment, then hot or
cold water is available again
2. No water supply------- Connect plug to socket, turn on heating or cooling switch
4. Dispenser is noisy.
Make sure the dispenser is positioned on a level surface.
5.2 Machine heating failure

Check power supply
Method for testing electric heating tube:
Adjust the multimeter to Resistance, test the resistance between two poles of electric heating tube,

electric heating tube of different specifications shall have different resistances, if the test result is zero or
too high, it means that there’s defect. Table below is the corresponding resistance according to the
electric heating tube power range.
5.3 Machine refrigerating failure (Only for compressor desk type)
Since the water dispenser cooling defect is mainly shown as: compressor works but water dispenser
doesn’t cool water, compressor doesn’t start and water dispenser doesn’t cool water.
1. Before repair, check the circuit of the water dispenser and assure that the electric control part
works normally, please see Circuit Repair of Water Dispenser for detailed methods.
2. The repairing technicians must hold welder employment certificate.
3. Specific repair method is shown as below:

6. Maintenance---Clean
To avoid accident, cut off the power supply before operation according to the
following instruction.
1. The machine had been disinfected before departed from factory.
Cleaning the dispenser prior to installing a full bottle of water for the first time.
2. Cleaning and draining instruction:
a. Making sure the power switch in the O (off) position and unplug the water dispenser before
cleaning.
b. Turn on all the taps in turn 3 minutes after the water outflow, which completes the internal
pipeline flushing.
c. Place a large bucket beneath the drain outlet. Remove the drain cover and allow water to
drain.
d. After draining, replace the drain cover and you can use the machine.
Attention: The dispenser heats water to a temperature of approximately 85°C. It can cause
severe burns, please operate it carefully.
3. Sanitizing
The machine should be disinfected with the disinfectant separately bought from drugstore or
marketplace according to the instruction manual of the disinfectant and then clean it with water. Generally
this should be done every three months.
4. To remove mineral deposits:
Mix 4 liters water with 200g citric crystals, inject into the machine and make sure the water can
