Introduction
Main PCB replacement re ularly requires downloadin backed-up parameter file to make it as same
condition as before replacement. However, parameter backin -up is unable sometimes due to not
powerin up.
The brand new main PCBs come with initialized parameter settin that will cause stran e
phenomenon.
So there will be some settin s need to be performed at replacement.
The document explains necessary settin s for main PCB replacement.

The followin phenomenon may occur at Main PCB replacement without downloadin backed-up
parameter.
A. Equipment displays different equipment name or size other than what you have

C. Equipment becomes stand-by without initializin process
D. Warnin /Error display relatin ink system
E. There are noises or vibrations occurrin on X and/or Y axis and/or error messa es
relatin X/Y axis occur immediately after these noises or vibrations
F. Cappin /Wiper position off or Cleanin function failure
G. Any other adjustment problems
H. Any other print settin differences such as heater temp., overprint and so on

chan e is required in case of other ink types and/or color settin s are in.
