●DS-4000 is designed to support a standard size 2-wheel bike
only. Do not try to get on the bike when it's on the stand.
●The cradle height is adjustable in 3 levels. Every cradle must
be set at the same height. If you use variable angles, each
bike will be offset at a different angle. Make sure the rear tire
touches the oor on all variations, especially shorter bikes.
●Max tire width capable with the cradle is 2.35". When you set
narrow road bike tire, use the supplied tire hook under the
cradle to keep the wheel vertical for better stability.
●The bike on DS-4000 must be set as the front wheel is in the
cradle and the rear wheel contacts the oor.
●You can add two more optional cradles on the opposite side
to be capable with totally 5 bikes in one stand. However, it will
not allow to twist the cradle to minimize the stand area.
●DS-4000 は通常サイズの 2 輪自転車専用です。
●前輪を支えるクレードルの高さは 3 段階に調節できますが、
すべてのクレードルは同じ高さになります。そのためホイー
ルベースの異なる自転車を混載しようとすると、それぞれの
立ち角度は異なってきます。特にホイールベースの短いもの
は必ず後輪が床面に接するようにして、宙吊りにならないよ
うにしてください。
●クレードルに収められるタイヤ幅は最大 2.35 インチまでです。
それ以上太いタイヤでは使用できません。
ロードなど細いタイヤの場合は、クレードルの下にあるタイ
ヤフックを使わないとホイールがクレードル内で斜めに傾い
てしまい不安定になります。
●自転車は必ず、前輪がクレードルに収められ、後輪が床に接
した姿でしか搭載できません。逆にすると脱落します。
●前輪に泥除けが装着されている自転車の場合、クレードルと
泥除けとが干渉して使用できない場合があります。
●クレードルをオプションで追加して、対面に 2 台分まで増設
（合計 5 台）することができます。ただしその際はクレードル
を捻って設置スペースを狭くすることができなくなりますの
でご注意ください。

In case of using fat tire such as
MTB, you don't use the hook
and leave it in the lower hole.
MTB など太いタイヤの場合は
タイヤフックは使用せず、下
側の孔に取り付けたままにし
ます。
In case of using narrow road
bike tire, move the hook to
the upper hole to support the
front tire at 3 totally points.
細いロードやクロスバイクの
タイヤで使う場合は、タイヤ
フックを上側の孔に移動させ、
タイヤを前後と下の 3 点で支
えるようにします。

Disassemble the pre-assembled cradle.
仮組みしてあるクレードルを分解します。
Sandwich the side frame with the upper and lower
plates. Put the angle plate on it, then screw the M8x60
bolt with a washer temporarily.
上下の取付板で横フレームを挟み込み、角度調整板を
かぶせ、平ワッシャを通した M8x60 六角ボルトをねじ
込んで仮止めします。
Put the welded bolt on the cradle through the upper
plate, collar and the lower plate then tighten to the
M8 nut. Make sure the cradle and the upper plate are
engaged solidly.
クレードル側の溶接されたボルトを、上側取付板〜
パイプカラー〜下側取付板と通してから、ワッシャと
ナットにねじ込みます。クレードルと上側取付板とは
密着していることを確認してください。
4Adjust the cradle angle, then tighten the bolt and the
nut equally and securely to x.
クレードルの角度を決めてから、ボルトとナット とを
均等に締め込んで固定します。
