2. Precauciones
1. El producto debe estar instalado en una pared sólida de cemento, ladrillo
macizo o azulejos sólidos. El peso máximo soportado es de 150kg (330LB) por
lado.
3. Se recomienda fijar la barra de dominadas con los seis tornillos de
expansión (tres a cada lado), asegurando un montaje más firme.

2. No se recomienda instalar el producto en una pared de ladrillo hueco,
ladrillo alveolar o panel sándwich (o laminado).
4. Se aconseja que la barra horizontal se fije a una altura de 50-60 cm y la
barra paralela a 130 cm.

1. Fije con tornillos la biela y las dos
partes principales del cuerpo.
3. Atornille firmemente las barras de
tracción y el cuerpo principal.
2. Conecte las dos barras de tracción
con tornillos.
4. Perfore la pared (las posiciones de
los agujeros se pueden decidir según
la imagen de los componentes
equipados arriba), fije el producto en
la pared firmemente insertando los
tornillos de expansión.

3. Instrucciones de montaje

1. Primero monte la barra de
dominadas, elija la altura adecuada
contra la pared y luego márquela con
un bolígrafo.
3. Introduzca los tornillos en la pared
con un martillo.
2.Perfore la pared en las marcas con
un taladro eléctrico de 12mm a una
profundidad de 2,7”.
4. Instale la barra de ejercicio.
5. Ajuste la posición horizontal de la
barra de ejercicio y fíjelo.
6. Por último, compruebe la
instalación para asegurarse de que
no tiembla.

2. Precautions
1. The product should be intalled on the solid cement wall, solid red brick wall
or solid tile wall. It can bear the weight of 150 kg (330LB) per side.
3. It is recommended to fix the pull-up bar with the six expansion screws
(three on each side), ensuring a firmer installation.

2. It is not recommended to install the product on hollow brick wall,
honeycomb brick wall and sandwich panel.
4. It is advised that the horizontal bar should be fixed at the height of 50-60
cm and the parallel bar should be 130 cm

main body parts with screws.
3. Screw the pull up bars and the
main body tightly.
2. Connect the two pull up bars with
screws.
4. Punch the wall (the positions of
the holes can be decided according
to the picture of the equipped
components above), fix the product
on the wall tightly by inserting the
expansion screws.

3. Assembly instructions

1. First assemble the fpull up bar,
choose the appropiate height against
the wall and then mark it with a pen.
3. Insert the screws into the wall with
a hammer.
2. Use a 12mm electric drill at a 2,7”
depth on the marks of the wall.
4. Install the pull up bar
5. Adjust the horizontal position of
the exercise equipment and fix it.
6. FInally check the installation to
make sure it doesn’t shake.
