Intended use
The cooling device is intended to be used in household and similar
applications such as
• sta kitchen areas in shops, oces and other working environments
• farm houses
• clients in hotels, motels and other residential type environments
• bed and breakfast type environments
• catering and similar non-retail applications
The cooling device is suitable for camping use.
This cooling device is only suitable for the intended purpose and applica-
tion in accordance with these instructions.
This manual provides information that is necessary for proper installation
and/or operation of the cooling device. Poor installation and/or improper
operating or maintenance will result in unsatisfactory performance and a
possible failure.
The manufacturer accepts no liability for any injury or damage resulting
from:
• Incorrect assembly or connection, including excess voltage
• Incorrect maintenance or use of spare parts other than original spare
parts provided by the manufacturer
• Alterations to the product without express permission from the man-
ufacturer
• Use for purposes other than those described in this manual
Dometic reserves the right to change product appearance and product

WARNING! Failure to obey these warnings could result in
death or serious injury!
Electrocution hazard
• The device shall not be exposed to rain.
• Do not operate the mobile refrigerating appliance if it is visibly
damaged.
• If this mobile refrigerating appliance’s power cable is damaged, it
must be replaced by the manufacturer, customer service or a similar-
ly qualified person in order to prevent safety hazards.
• This mobile refrigerating appliance may only be repaired by qualified
personnel. Improper repairs can lead to considerable hazards.
Fire hazard
• When positioning the device, ensure the supply cord is not trapped
or damaged.
• Do not locate multiple portable socket-outlets or portable power
supplies at the rear of the device.
Health hazard
• This mobile refrigerating appliance can be used by children aged
from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory
or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they
have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the
device in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
• Children shall not play with the device.
• Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children with-
out supervision.
• Children aged from 3 to 8 years are allowed to load and unload
refrigerating devices.
Explosion hazard
• Do not store any explosive substances such as spray cans with a
flammable propellant in the mobile refrigerating appliance.
General instructions for use
The device is not suitable for continuous operation. Ice can form on the
aluminium radiator. We recommend that you switch o the device after
6 days of continuous operation. It can then be switched back on after 2
hours.
To avoid food waste, note the following:
• Keep temperature fluctuation as low as possible.
• Store the foodstu in such a way that the air can still circulate well.
• Adjust the temperature to the quantity and type of the foodstu. (If
applicable)
• If the mobile refrigerating appliance has multiple pantries, store the
dierent foodstu in the pantry which has the appropriate tempera-
ture. (If applicable)
• Foodstu can easily absorb or release odor or taste. Always store
foodstu covered or in closed containers/bottles.

If the appliance is left empty for long periods, switch o, clean dry, and
leave it open to prevent mould developing within the appliance.
Saving energy
• Choose a well ventilated location which is protected from direct
sunlight.
• If you want to set an increased energy eciency and a limited cooling
capacity for the cooling device, use the device’s ECO mode.
• Allow warm food to cool down first before placing it in the cooling
device to keep cool.
• Do not open the cooling device more often than necessary.
• Do not leave the cooling device open for longer than necessary.
• If the cooler has a basket: For optimal energy consumption, position
the basket according to its position on delivery.
• On a regularly basis, make sure the lid seal still fits properly.
Do not dispose of electrical appliances in
the household waste!
According to European Directive 2012/19 / EC on waste electrical and
electronic equipment and transposition into national law, used electrical
appliances must be collected separately and recycled in an environ-
mentally sound manner. You can find out how to dispose of the disused
device at your municipality or city administration.

Energie sparen
• Wählen Sie einen gut belüfteten und vor Sonneneinstrahlung ge-
schützten Stellplatz.
• Wenn Sie eine erhöhte Energieezienz und eine begrenzte Kühlleis-
tung für das Kühlgerät einrichten wollen, nutzen Sie den ECO-Modus
des Kühlgeräts.
• Lassen Sie warme Speisen erst abkühlen, bevor Sie sie im Gerät kühl
halten.
• Önen Sie das Kühlgerät nicht häufiger als nötig.
• Lassen Sie das Kühlgerät nicht länger oen stehen als nötig.
• Wenn das Gerät über einen Korb verfügt: Um einen optimalen Ener-
gieverbrauch zu erreichen, positionieren Sie den Korb auf die gleiche
Weise wie bei der Auslieferung.
• Prüfen Sie in regelmäßigen Abständen, ob die Dichtung des Deckels
noch richtig sitzt.

Gefahr durch Stromschlag
• Das Gerät darf keinem Regen ausgesetzt werden.
• Wenn das tragbare Kühlgerät sichtbare Beschädigungen aufweist,
dürfen Sie es nicht in Betrieb nehmen.
• Wenn das Stromkabel des tragbaren Kühlgeräts beschädigt ist, muss
es durch den Hersteller, dessen Kundendienst oder eine entspre-
chend ausgebildete Fachkraft ersetzt werden, um Gefahren zu
verhindern.
• Reparaturen an dem tragbaren Kühlgerät dürfen nur von Fachper-
sonal durchgeführt werden. Durch unsachgemäße Reparaturen
können erhebliche Gefahren entstehen.
Brandgefahr
• Stellen Sie beim Aufstellen des Geräts sicher, dass das Anschlusska-
bel nicht eingeklemmt oder beschädigt wird.
• Positionieren Sie an der Geräterückseite keine tragbaren Mehrfachs-
teckdosen oder tragbare Netzteile.
Gesundheitsgefahr
• Dieses tragbare Kühlgerät kann von Kindern ab 8Jahren und von
Personen mit verringerten physischen, sensorischen oder mentalen
Fähigkeiten oder Mangel an Erfahrung und/oder Wissen verwen-
det werden, wenn diese Personen beaufsichtigt werden oder im
sicheren Gebrauch des Geräts unterwiesen wurden und die daraus
resultierenden Gefahren verstanden haben.
• Kinder dürfen nicht mit dem Gerät spielen.
• Reinigung und Benutzerwartung dürfen nicht durch unbeaufsichtigte
Kinder durchgeführt werden.
• Kinder von 3 bis 8Jahren dürfen Kühlgeräte be- und entladen.
Explosionsgefahr
• Lagern Sie keine explosionsfähigen Stoe, wie z.B. Sprühdosen mit
brennbarem Treibgas, im tragbaren Kühlgerät.
Allgemeine Hinweise zum Gebrauch
Das Gerät ist nicht für den Dauerbetrieb geeignet. Am Aluminiumabstrah-
ler kann sich Eis bilden. Wir empfehlen, nach einer Betriebsdauer von 6
Tagen das Gerät abzuschalten. Nach 2 Stunden können Sie das Gerät
wieder in Betrieb nehmen.
Um Lebensmittelverschwendung zu vermeiden, beachten Sie bitte
Folgendes:
• Halten Sie Temperaturschwankungen so gering wie möglich.
• Lagern Sie Lebensmittel so, dass Luft immer noch gut zirkulieren
kann.
• Passen Sie die Temperatur der Menge und Art der Lebensmittel an.

• Wenn das mobile Kühlgerät mehrere Fächer aufweist, lagern Sie die
Lebensmittel im Fach mit der jeweils optimalen Temperatur. (Falls
zutreend)
• Lebensmittel nehmen leicht Gerüche auf und geben Gerüche oder
Aromen ab. Lagern Sie Lebensmittel daher stets abgedeckt oder in
geschlossenen Behältern bzw. Flaschen.

Wenn das Gerät für längere Zeit nicht benutzt wird, schalten Sie es aus.
Reinigen und trocknen Sie es. Anschließend den Deckel oen lassen, um

Informations générales relatives à l’utilisation
L’appareil ne doit pas être utilisé en continu. De la glace peut se former
sur la plaque en aluminium. Nous recommandons d‘éteindre l’appareil
après 6 jours d’utilisation permanente. Vous pouvez rallumer l’appareil
au bout de 2 heures.
Pour éviter de gâcher des aliments, notez les éléments suivants :
• Évitez autant que possible les variations de température.
• Entreposez les aliments de sorte que l’air puisse circuler librement
entre eux.
• Ajustez la température en fonction de la quantité et de la nature des
aliments. (Le cas échéant)
• Si l’appareil de réfrigération mobile dispose de plusieurs comparti-
ments, entreposez les divers aliments dans le compartiment orant la
température adéquate. (Le cas échéant)
• Les aliments peuvent facilement absorber ou dégager des odeurs.
Entreposez toujours les aliments dans des conteneurs/bouteilles
couverts ou fermés.

Si l’appareil n‘est pas utilisé pendant un long moment, éteignez-le.
Nettoyez et séchez-le. Laissez ensuite le couvercle ouvert afin d’éviter la
formation de moisissures.
Économie d’énergie
• Choisissez un emplacement bien aéré et à l’abri du soleil.
• Si vous souhaitez augmenter l’ecacité énergétique et réduire la
capacité de refroidissement de l’appareil de réfrigération, utilisez le
mode ECO.
• Laissez refroidir les aliments chauds avant de les placer dans l’appa-
reil de réfrigération.
• N’ouvrez pas le dispositif de réfrigération plus souvent que néces-
saire.
• Ne laissez pas l’appareil de réfrigération ouvert plus longtemps que
nécessaire.
• Si la glacière est équipée d’un bac : Pour une consommation d’éner-
gie optimale, positionnez le bac conformément à sa position à la
livraison.
