The ovens are designed to operate with a monophase alternating current
of 230 Volt, AC 50 Hertz. Before the installation of the appliance, we
suggest you to always check the specifications on the rating label applied
on the front bottom side of the oven.
In electrical ovens, the data on energy labels are in conformity with EN
50304. Values were determined under standard load and
convection/hot air (if available). Heating mode with an energy efficiency
rating specified by EN 50304 is determined in accordance with below
priority order depending on function (modes) availability on product: 1-
Eco fan heating; 2-slow cooking; 3-Fan heating (hot air); 4-Top and
bottom heat with convection air; 5-Top and bottom heating.
•The manufacturer reserves its right to make changes in the
technical specifications in order to improve the appliance quality
without any prior notice.
•The figures in guide are schematic; your product may not match
exactly.
•Values stated on the markings of the appliance or in the other
printed documents supplied with the appliance are obtained
under laboratory conditions as per relevant standards. These
values may vary according to the usage of the appliance and
ambient conditions.
General Safety
•This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including
children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities,
or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been
given supervision or instruction concerning use of appliance by
a person responsible for their safety.
•Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play
with the appliance.
•The appliance is designed for domestic use only. Commercial use
is not admissible. It can’t be used for any other purpose except
for cooking and heating. Another use for any purpose (for
example: heating the room, dry clothing or a towel on the

handle), are dangerous and inappropriate. Any other use (such
as heating the room, drying clothes or towels on the handle) is
dangerous and must not be used. Our company is not
responsible for damage to human health, the environment or
property caused by improper use of the oven.
•Make sure you remove all packing materials before using the
product.
•When you turn on the oven for the first time, the insulation and
heating elements give off an odor. Therefore, when using for the
first time, food should not be placed in the oven. First you need
to turn on the device, wait for the smell to disappear, after which
you can start cooking. The inside of the oven must be cleaned
with a damp soft cloth.
•Appliance may be hot when it is in use. Never touch the burners,
oven interior, heating elements etc. Keep children away from
appliance!
•When using the grill function, the surface may become very hot.
Be careful!
•Always use heat-resistant gloves when putting or removing the
dishes into/fromyour oven.
•Do not use the bottom of the oven for cooking or frying.
•Do not place baking trays, plates or food wrapped in aluminum
foil directly on the bottom of the oven. Otherwise, the
accumulated heat can damage the bottom of the oven and lead
to a fire.
•Disconnect the oven from the AC power supply to move, clean
or perform preventive maintenance.
•Do not pull out the plug from the wall outlet by pulling on the
cord.
•Do not touch the product when it is wet or damp.
•In the event of a malfunction or breakdown, the oven must be
switched off, unplugged and repaired.
•Do not carry out any repairs or modifications on the appliance.
Nevertheless, some malfunctions lend themselves to self-
elimination (before calling the service, read the section
"Troubleshooting")
•All maintenance and repairs should be done by authorized
service only, and only genuine spare parts should be used.
•If you do not use the oven, all functions must be switched off.

•Keep the oven clean and clean in a safe manner. Food residues
that accumulate in the oven after use can damage the surface
over time.
•There must be a ventilation duct near the device.
•Do not use a broken door or a door with a broken front glass.
•The back of the oven heats up during operation. The connected
gas and / or electrical connection must not touch the rear
surface. Otherwise, the power cable may be damaged.
•Do not use the device while under the influence of alcohol and /
or drugs that affect mental and sensory abilities.
•Be careful when using alcohol in meals. Alcohol vaporizes at high
temperatures and can cause a fire due to ignition from contact
with hot surfaces.
Safety for Children
•This appliance is intended for use by adults and children under
supervision. Small children are not allowed to touch the controls
or play near the oven.
•The accessible parts of this appliance become hot during
operation. Keep children away from the appliance until it cools
down.
•Be careful not to leave packaging materials (foil, styrofoam, etc.)
within the reach of children as they can be dangerous.
•Do not place heavy objects on the open door or let children sit
on it. Otherwise, the appliance could tip over or the door hinges
could be damaged.
WARNING!
The device is used only for cooking. Should not be used for other
purposes, such as heating the room.
WARNING!
When using the grid, the available parts may be hot. Keep away
from small children.

Working about Electrical Safety
•Any work done on electrical equipment and systems, must be
carried out by competent and qualified persons.
•In the event of a breakdown, turn off the device and disconnect
it from the power supply. Disable household safety devices.
•Make sure it is compatible with the fuse.
IMPORTANT!
If you decide not to use the oven any more, it should be made
inoperable by cutting the power supply cable, after unplugging it
from the power supply. Disused appliances can be a safety risk as
children often play with them. For this reason, it is advisable to
make the oven safe.

Baking Tray
Can be used for pastries, big roasts, and
food with liquid content and during

Used for the grilling, heating and to cook
or to place the roasting food on the
intended rack.

Used for grill and collecting the flowing oil
in the tray.

The position of minute timer knob may be different from shown.

Installation should be carried out according to the instructions by a
professionally qualified person. The manufacturer will not accept
responsibility for any damage to persons, animals or things due to wrong
installation.
Installation Instructions
•For installation, the appliance must be connected in accordance
with all local electrical regulations.
•The oven is designed for installation in kitchen furniture. It can
be fitted either under a worktop or in a taller cupboard unit at
eye level. Cut out an opening in the kitchen unit as shown in.
(See Figure 1 and Figure 2)
•Make sure that the support under the oven is strong enough to
support its weight.
•The walls of the opening in which the oven is installed must be
heat resistant. In particular, the side walls should be made of
coated fibreboard. The coating must be able to withstand a
temperature of 100 ° C. Non heat resistant synthetic laminates,
plastics and adhesives can be damaged.
•There must be safe distance between kitchen walls and
furniture.
•A correct installation will have to ensure a proper protection
against contact with electric parts or merely functionally isolated
parts.
•All safety components must be installed in such a way that they

appliance, it is necessary to dispose of the packaging materials,
some of which can be reused (foil, cardboard, foam, etc.). Cut off
the power cord before discarding the appliance to avoid
endangering children.

cannot be removed without the aid of a tool.
•To ensure air circulation, the oven should be fitted according to
the dimensions shown in Figure 1.
•The back panel of the kitchen cabinet must be removed to allow
free air circulation. When installed behind the oven, a clearance
of at least 75 mm must be ensured (See Figure 3)
•It is not recommended to install the appliance near refrigerator
or freezer as heat can affect the operation of the appliances.

Mounting the Oven to the Cabinet
•The device must be place balanced and centered inside the
cabinet.
•Oven, according to your preferrences, can be mounted higher
into a closet or under your sink.
•Open the door and secure the oven to the kitchen cabinet with
four wood screws, which fit the holes provided in both side of
the oven frame (A). (See Figure 4)
•When the oven is connected to the service on the bench for ease of
installation of furnace must be connected to electrical cables
separately.
•Make sure the cable connection not pinched.

Before Connecting The Device into Electrical Connection
All electrical connections in accordance with applicable laws and rules
should be done only by a qualified electrician. Connections must comply
with national regulations.
•Make sure the parameters of the electricity supplied from the
main power in which positioned on the front bottom of the
appliance.
•The appliance must only be connected by an officially authorized
electrician in accordance with current regulations. The
manufacturer accepts no responsibility for damage to people,
the environment or property caused by incorrect electrical
connections.
•The rated current of the protective device of the device must be
at least 16 A.
•If the rated current of the protective device is less than 16A,
contact a qualified electrician for replacement.
•The connection must comply with local code requirements.
•The power cord of the appliance is connected to a grounding
plug. It must be connected to a ground line. A qualified electrician
must ground the appliance.

Power supply cable in:
•Yellow / green, the grounding cable must be connected to the
terminal. Blue neutral wire connected to the terminal marked with
WARNING!
This appliance must be earthed. If your oven doesn’t have a power
supply cable, provide a power supply cable to your product by
qualified electrician from following features.

•Black, brown or red electrical cables installed must be connected
to edge indicated by “L’’. (See Figure 5)
•Connection must comply with national regulations.
•The oven must be positioned for easy access to wall outlet or a
double pole switch for electrical connection.
•Route the power cable so that it does not touch hot surfaces.
•When the power supply cord is damaged, consult to your nearest
authorized service location and replace it with an original spare
cable that meets the parameters shown in Table 1.
•If the appliance is connected directly to a wiring system, it must
be installed between the two poles of the circuit breaker, and the
earth cable must not be interrupted by the double pole circuit
breaker.
•The use of adapters, splitters or extension cords is not
recommended. When using an adapter or extension cord, the
applicable safety legislation must be observed. In any case, the
adapter and extension cord must not exceed the specified
maximum current load.
•After making the connection, check the operation of the heating
elements for 3 minutes.
•The electrical safety of the device can only be guaranteed if it is
correctly connected to an earthed power supply in accordance
with electrical safety regulations. The manufacturer is not
responsible for damage to people, the environment or property
due to a lack of grounding.

When The Oven is First Installed
•Remove all the baking trays and oven racks.
•Set the ‘Heat Setting’ to maximum level.
•Switch on the top and bottom heating elements (and fan if
present) using the corresponding button.
•Turn on the oven for 30 minutes in this mode.
•During this time, odor or smoke may be emitted from the oven
components and thermal insulation material for the only time. If
this occurs, wait until the smell and smoke have disappeared
before placing food in the oven.
•Repeat this process in the grid element.
•Before placing the racks in the oven, slightly dampen them with
a damp cloth and wipe dry.

WARNING!
Before the first use, carefully wash the accessories of the oven
such as tray and wire grid.
IMPORTANT!
To open the door; always catch the handle in its central part. (See
Figure 6).

Tips for Saving Energy
The following tips will help you to use your appliance in an ecological
way and to save energy.
1. Inside the oven, heat is better transferred by using dark enamel
cookware.
2. If you open the door frequently during cooking, air will get in and
cause energy loss. Therefore, it is not recommended to open the
door frequently.
3. The residual heat in the oven after one dish has finished cooking
can be used to prepare the next one.
4. Before cooking, the oven must be preheated for at least 10
minutes.
5. Frozen food must be defrosted before cooking.
6. Switch off the oven a few minutes before the end of cooking.

Before using the oven, you must set the time on an electronic or
mechanical timer. Otherwise, the oven will not work.
Temperature Adjustment Knob
Used for setting the temperature of cooking
between 50 to max º C while the oven is
working. The maximum temperature should
only be set for cooking on the wire shelf.
Maximum temperature is 285 ± 15 ° C (See
Figure 7).
This feature and principle of operation may
vary depending on the product of choice.
Temperature Warning Lamp
•Set the required temperature and wait for the oven to warm up.
This indicator will light up.
•The high temperature indicator will turn off when the desired
temperature is reached.
•After the temperature drops, the indicator will turn on again.
•This function and operation may differ depending on the model.
Function Select Knob
Designed to set the operating mode of the oven.
The functions of the oven and how it works may
differ depending on the model selected (See
Figure 8).

Function Warning Lamp
When you set any function with the function selector knob, the indicator
lights up. The indicator is off when the handle is in the initial position "0".
This function and operation may differ depending on the model.
Function table:
The table shows the functions of the oven and possible maximum and
minimum temperature.

•To turn off the oven, you must set all the knobs to their
original position.
Illumination
This function will turn on the oven interior light.
Fan (Defrost)
•Only the turbo fan is activated.
•This function is circulating the room temperature air
around the frozen foods.
•It is suitable for defrosting without losing the
nutritional value and cooling the cooked foods.
50 - 200 °C
Lower Heating Element (Bottom Cooking)
•Only the lower heater is activated.
•This function is suitable for cooking and heated from
below, such as casserole dishes that require slow
cooking or dishes that needs browning from the
bottom part.

Upper Heating Element (Top Cooking)
•Only the upper heater is activated.
•This function is suitable for pre-heating dishes to be
cooked, or dishes that needs browning from the top
part.

•Both upper and lower heating elements is activated.
•This function is suitable for cakes, pies or muffins at
the cooking patterns and casseroles. Please bake
with a single tray.

•Lower heater and turbo fan are activated at the same
time.
•The hot air, that is heated by lower heater, is
distributed in oven evenly and quickly with the help of
the fan.
•This function is suitable for heating and cooking food
at a constant temperature that requires heating from
below.

Upper Heater + Fan (Convection Cooking from The Top)
•The upper heater is activated at the same time with
the turbo fan.
•The hot air, that is heated by upper heater, is
distributed in oven evenly and quickly with the help of
fan.
•This function is suitable for heating and cooking food
at a constant temperature that requires heating from
upper part.
50 - 200 °C
Top and Bottom Heater + Fan (Convection Cooking)
•Top and bottom heaters as well as turbo fan are
activated at the same time.
•The hot air, that is heated by upper and bottom heater,
is distributed in oven evenly and quickly with the help
of fan.
•This function is suitable for heating and cooking food
at a constant temperature that requires dishes to be
cooked from above. Please bake with a single tray.

Grill
•Only the grill heating element is activated.
•This function is suitable for grilling dishes such as a
large or medium-sized piece of meat and fish, which
are placed on the top shelf.
•To avoid dripping grease on the inside of the oven, we
recommend placing the baking tray on the lower shelf
and adding 1-2 cups of water.

Grill + Fan (Convection Grill)
•Grill heater is activated at the same time with the turbo
fan.
•The hot air, that is heated by grill heater, is distributed
in oven evenly and quickly with the help of fan.
•This function is suitable for grilling dishes such as a

put on the top shelf with same temperature.
•To avoid dripping grease on the inside of the oven, we
recommend placing the baking tray on the lower shelf
and adding 1-2 cups of water.

•This function is intended for deep grilling of foods such
as a large or medium-sized piece of meat or fish, which
are placed on the wire rack on the upper shelf.
•To avoid dripping grease on the inside of the oven, we

and adding 1-2 cups of water.

Dual Grill + Fan (Dual Convection Grill)
•Upper heater and grill roasting, with turbo fan is
activated at the same time.
•The hot air, that is heated by top and grill heater, is
distributed in oven evenly and quickly with the help of
fan.
•This function is suitable for grilling strongly using same
temperature for the dishes such as a large or medium-
sized piece of meat and fish and place on the top shelf.
•To avoid dripping grease on the inside of the oven, we
recommend placing the baking tray on the lower shelf
and adding 1-2 cups of water.

Grill + Turnspit
•Grill heater is activated with turnspit at the same time.
•This function is suitable for grilling the food (meat, fish,
chicken, etc.) that placed on the turnspit.
•To avoid dripping grease on the inside of the oven, we
recommend placing the baking tray on the lower shelf
and adding 1-2 cups of water.
