We are happy that you decided to become part of the community and we are sure that you are going to be more than happy with our electro
scooter!
This manual explains to you the most important notes which you have to consider and gives you tips for the maintenance of your MODSTER
M750 e-Scooter and describes the correct use of your vehicle for a safe and long lasting usage.
All information are based on the technical status from the date of writing. Possible amendments and/or extension that happened in the me-
antime are not part of this version. You always can nd the latest version of this manual at www.der-schweighofer.com.

Warning
Attention: Please always be aware of the fact that driving with electronical help is something you have to get used to. The acceleration and
the force forward are many times more powerful than with a manual scooter. This unusual acceleration can lead to losing grip with the front
wheel and thereby to a drop o the vehicle. Start carefully and always try to lean forwards a bit. Do never lean back while driving.
When reading this manual, please pay special attention to the following warning information:

Before commissioning
Before every trip you should check the MODSTER M750 e-Scooter for its trac airworthiness.
The manufacturer delivered this vehicles ready to drive. As possible defects can occure through delivery or idle time of the product, please
check the following points before the rst usage, as well as before every drive:
Break: Check the functional ability of the break.
General condition: Inspect that all screws are tightened and that no parts are loose on the MODSTER M750 e-Scooter.
Battery charge level: Verify the charge level on the display.
The battery is only partly charged at delivery. Please charge the battery before the rst trip.
Please note the laws and regulations in your country concerning road trac and vehicle categories as they can vary from country to country
and the MODSTER M750 e-Scooter does not meet all legal requirements for use on ordinary roads. Inform yourself on www.der-schweighofer.

Important notes
General information
The MODSTER M750 e-Scooter is designed for the transport of a single person up to max. 100 kg and should only be used for this purpose.
Failure to observe this warning is considered to be improper use and is at the user‘s own risk.
All interventions to increase the performance or speed and generally to change the characteristics of the scooter are punishable and are
prosecuted by law. They will void the warranty.
The road trac regulations must be observed at all times. You are obliged to inform yourself about applicable law in your country and to
comply with it.
The MODSTER M750 e-Scooter is not a toy! It is not designed for the weight of children. We recommend a minimum age of 16 years and
a minimum weight of 20 kg.
The serial number can be found on the underside of the footboard. Make a note of this.
Warning
Preparation for driving
Choose a at road for your rst ride and make sure there are no obstacles in your environment. Check whether the scooter has been fully
extended and then correctly secured again. Make sure that the steering rods are screwed in properly and not loose. Check the brake for
eectiveness and correct function. Test the pedal screws and make sure that they are tightened. Check the battery charge and that this
is sucient for your trip.
Safety informations
Only drive on a dry road. The ride on wet oor coverings can be very dangerous and must be avoided at all costs.
Never drive with motor support on the sidewalk. This is not only dangerous for you and your fellow human beings, but also illegal in many
countries.
We recommend that you do not drive in the dark for safety reasons.
Always wear protective equipment, in particular a suitable helmet, which reliably protects you against head injuries.
Never brake by rubbing on the ground with your sole!
Beware of steep slopes! The braking performance is not sucient in steep, rapid journeys to ensure a safe ride.
Drive slowly on your rst ride to get used to the new kind of driving. Keep in mind that a higher speed also results in a longer braking
distance.
Please also note that depending on the country, dierent maximum speeds and restrictions regarding maximum power apply to electri-
cally assisted vehicles. It is your own responsibility to be informed accordingly and to stick to this.
If the vehicle is wet or after cleaning the vehicle, the brake system can be delayed by the moisture. Therefore the brakes should be„braked
dry“ after cleaning the scooter carefully and on secure private ground.
For a long-term driving fun
Never use the MODSTER M750 e-Scooter on a wet road.
Do not jump with the scooter, as this will lead to excessive loads, which can result in damage to the scooter which is excluded from the
warranty.
Be sure to always avoid slopping holes and drive at right angles over curbs and other obstacles.
Warranty notes
The MODSTER M750 e-Scooter may only be used on dry ground, any ride on wet surfaces will void the warranty.
Do not perform any independent repairs. Always contact your service center. Any opening of the scooter will lead to the automatic lapse
of the warranty. In individual cases, the manufacturer, in consultation with the customer, allows the opening of the footboard under cer-
tain conditions.
The„tuning“ of the MODSTER M750 e-Scooter is forbidden. It endangers your own safety as well as operational safety and reduces the life
of your vehicle. In addition, this will invalidate the warranty.

Capacity of the battery
If the battery charge level does not show up on the display, it means that the capacity is extremely low. Stop driving immediately. If you ignore
to stop the trip, the lifespan of the battery will be shortened signicantly.

Charging Steps
1. Insert one end of the charging cable into the charging port on the MODSTER M750 e-Scooter.
Please make sure that the port is dry before putting it in. Afterwards connect the plug of the char-
ger into the power socket.
2. When the indicator LED from the battery turns from red to green, the battery is fully chargerd.
3. The battery can be charged and detached to charge directly while locked in the MODSTER M750
e-Scooter.
Warning
- Please use local standard plugs.
- Please charge and store the battery as described in the manual. Improper operation may cause damage to the battery and shortens the
lifespan of the battery.
- The time to fully charge the MODSTER M750 e-Scooter is around 3 hours and the charging will automatically be stopped after the battery is
fully charged.
- The battery has a limited lifespan. After approx. 600 loading cycles, the capacity declines to 80 % of the original capacity which leads to a
shortend using time even though the battery is fully charged.
- Please fully charge the batter before your rst trip. The batter will discharge gradually if it is not used for some time.
- The battery can be charged before capacity depletion.
- Please charge the battery between 10 C° to 30 C° to keep the best performance.
- It is normal that the battery heats up after being used for a long time.
- Under cold temperature the driving distance will be shortened even if the battery is fully charged.
- Please charge in an clean and dry environment.
- Don‘t charge if the charging port is wet.
- Don‘t throw the battery into re, heat it or store the battery under high temperature.
- Please do not throw the battery into water. Store it under dry conditions.
- Please do not put anything else in the charging port. This can lead to damages on the internal electronic devices.
- Do not modify the battery.
- Do not charge the battery unattended!

Directions of the battery lock
Insert the key into the keyhole, press the key slightly and rotate it counter clockwise to lock the battery.
Ultra-High or Ultra-Low temperature
- The MODSTER M750 e-Scooter will operate at his maximum when the working temperature of the battery is within the temperature levels
described in the battery specications. It may causes safety risks if the temperature is too high or low while driving.
- The temperature before and during charging must be within the working temperature range. When the temperature is within the recom-
mended values, the charging will be faster and better for the battery. If the temperature is too high or low, the charging time will be extended
or the battery can't be fully charged.
- Low temperature will shorten the driving distance.
Notes on transporting batteries
Warning
- The lithium battery is specied as a dangerous article and it may not be allowed to be transported without the prior approval of local laws.

Warning
- Please strictly use the battery as described within this manual to ensure your safety and the safety of others. In addition this extends the
lifespan of the battery as long as possible and improves its performance.
- If there is any damage, leakage or peculiar smells please stop using the battery immediately.
- Please do not get in touch with any substances leaking from the battery
- Only professional engineers can disassemble the internal of the battery.
- The battery contains toxic substances. It's not allowed to open or insert anything into it.
- If the MODSTER M750 e-Scooter isn't used for a period of time, please store if with fully charged battery and charge it every three months.
- Keep the battery away from children and pets
- Please only use the charger provided by MODSTER for the MODSTER M750 e-Scooter.

Functions of MODSTER M750 e-Scooter & Safety Notice
Operation description
Please read this manual carefully before using the MODSTER M750 e-Scooter.
- Assemble the MODSTER M750 e-Scooter correctly and fully charge the battery before using.
- Before driving the user should be familiar with the driving environment
- Please do not wear any sharp objects to avoid injury during driving.
- Please do not drive on wet and slippery ground
Assembling the MODSTER M750 e-Scooter
Step 1: Take the MODSTER M750 e-Scooter frame and parts out of the package.
Step 2: Assemble the electric bicycle
1. Let the power wire located at the lower telescopic rod go through the upper telescopic rod.
2. Press the metal marble until it is on one level with the groove and put the two rods together.
3. Connect the handlbar's power wire with the power wire inside the telescopic rod.
4. Insert the handlebar into the upper telescopic rod and tighten the six screws before securing the clamp.
5. Put the saddle on its place and tighten four screws.
6. Install the pedals and tighten four screws before unfolding the pedals.
7. Unfold the bicycle body.

8. Buckle up the folding button to x the front and rear parts.
9. Assemble the kickstand and rear fender.
10. Insert the battery into the MODSTER M750 e-Scooter body and use the key to lock the battery.
Step 3: Press the on/o button and the display panel will light up.
Use the left brake to enter the driving mode, rotate the acceleratory slightly and the MODSTER M750 e-Scooter will start.
Warning
- Please do not shake the handlebar violently as this increases the probability of accidents.
- Please do not brake suddenly, especially not on wet roads.
- User must drive according to this manual.
- If encountering a trac jam the user has to dismount and walk to decrease the possability of accidents.
- Please do not drive on wet or slippery road. This may cause the slip of wheels and control loss.

Maximum Driving Distance
The maximum driving distance of MODSTER M750 e-Scooter is 25 km, however this is aected by many factors, such as:
- Road Condition: The driving distances increases if the scooter is used on a at road. By driving on a hilly or bumpy road the max. driving
disctance will decrease.
- Speed & Driving Habits: The driving distance will increase if you drive on a steady speed. If the user starts, stops, accelerates or decelerates
frequently, the max. driving distance will decrease.
- Weight of user.
- Temperature: If driving under recommended temperature, the driving distance will increase. Otherweise the max. driving distance will
decrease.

The max. speed is 20 km/h
Brake Description
To avoid danger, do not use the front brake while braking under high-speed.
Environment
Driving under high or low temperature
- Using the MODSTER M750 under high temperatures causes some parts such as the motor to heat up, which may aect the performance
and the lifespan of the electric scooter. In the case that the temperature of parts rise above 50 C° the speed limit decreases. When the tem-
perature of parts rises above 80 C° the user must stop to cool down the MODSTER M750 e-Scooter.
- Driving under low temperature aects the lubrication of movable parts and eventually decline the discharge speed and the capacity of the
battery. Therefore please don't use the MODSTER M750 e-Scooter below -5 C° to prevent yourself from injuring and the scooter from getting
damaged.
Uphill or Downhill driving
- The max. uphill and downhill angle is 15 °. Users have to pay attention to the slope.
- When the trip goes uphill with heavy loads, parts of the system will heat up rapidly and the battery is under a heavy load status. The
lifespan and capacity of the battery will be shortened by driving uphill for a long time. Driving uphill for a long time is not recommended. In
addition, due to the heavy load, the system will automatically decrease the max. speed for safety reasons.
- Downhill driving above the max. speed should be avoided entirely. Driving downhill normally helps the system to run the energy recovery
mode and therefore downhill driving is helpful to increase the driving distance. Be careful when the capacity of the battery is full as conti-
nous downhill driving may cause an overcharge of the battery or even damage the battery. The system will automatically decrease the max.
speed to reduce the possibility of overcharge.
Warning on rainy and snowy conditions
- Riding at snow or under heavy rain weather should be avoided at all costs.
- Do not ride in deep water.
Other safety instructions
- It's forbidden to use battery or accessories that are not from the original manufacturer. If any accident incurred due to misuse, it is not
within the warranty.
- Modication of the MODSTER M750 e-Scooter voids warranty. Any loss resulting from modication is on behalf of the user. If there is any
glitch please contact Modellsport Schweighofer.
- Destroying the labels on the battery or on the body of MODSTER M750 e-Scooter voids warranty.
Maintenance of MODSTER M750 e-Scooter
The user needs to keep the maintenance periods for MODSTER M750 e-Scooter. This chapter mainly includes some maintenance tips.
Warning
Before executing below maintenance operations ensure that the power supply and the charging cable are disconnected. The following
operations are forbidden as long as the battery is under charging or the power is on.
- Inspect if the screws of the front and rear tires are tightened.
- Check the outer tire treads to see if there is any abrasion or cracks. If the tires are worn please contact Modellsport Schweighofer.
- Inspect all screws if they are loose. If so, please tighten them up.
- Before driving, please verify if the folding button is buckled up.
- Check regularly to see if there are any broken parts. For any replacements please contact Modellsport Schweighofer.

Cleaning
- Please only use neutral detergent to clean the MODSTER M750 e-Scooter. Wipe with a cloth and clean again with a dry cloth.
Warning
Do not spray water or any other liquids directly on the MODSTER M750 e-Scooter to avoid damages to the internal electrical components
and circuits.
Handling
Lifting and putting down correctly:
- Make sure that the scooter is not connected with the charger and the power button is on power o.
- Lift it with two hands at the middle of the scooter body. Do not lift the MODSTER M750 e-Scooter at the handlebar as main force.
Storage
- Please store the MODSTER M750 e-Scooter indoors with dry and suitable temperatures. If it isn't used for a long period of time, store it fully
loaded but do not connect it with a power supply for the whole time. Recharge it fully every 3 months.
Warning
Do not open the internal circuit or motor. Modication voids warranty. Only store the MODSTER M750 e-Scooter fully loaded but do not
connect it with a power supply for the whole time. Recharge it fully every 3 months.
Failure Treatment
- Serial Number: Every MODSTER M750 e-Scooter has an unique serial number, which is used for quality tracking. The serial number should
not be removed.
- Methods to acquire the serial number: Get it from the packaging or the SN registration card.

Warranty
Follow the instructions on how to use it! Failure to follow the service intervals of the wheelboard will void the war-
ranty.
You can expect the following warranty service:
1 year warranty on the MODSTER M250 Wheelboard (exclusive battery and other consumables)
6 months warranty on the battery
Scope of guarantees
Due to this warranty, the manufacturer undertakes to provide the following services during the respective warranty
periods:
Chosing repair or replacement by equivalent parts / components, the replacement of the model and / or color may
dier from the one to be replaced; Services which are not covered by the warranty and which are within the scope
of the dealer‘s responsibility, as well as the cleaning of polluted scooters will be invoiced in the normal hourly rate,
material and transport at the applicable costs;
A warranty (repair / replacement) does not extend the original warranty.
There are no claims other than those mentioned above.
Severance clause
Should a provision of this warranty be or become invalid or become void, the legal validity of the remaining provi-
sions shall remain unaected. Instead of the missing or invalid provision, a provision is deemed to be agreed upon
which is closest to the meaning of the original provision.
The warranty does not cover any damage resulting from:
Open the unit by an unauthorized person
The invoice is not the purchase price
Non-observance of the operating instructions
Use in rain, wet road and other weather conditions.
Improper use, improper use or negligent handling (e.g., jumps).
Incorrect third party intervention (e.g., by opening the footboard).
Incorrect charging (for example, by charging with a charger other than that supplied).
Exceeding the maximum speed of 40 km / h on mountain descents.
