ACAUTION
Make surethatfluepipe(exhaust pipe, air supplyhose) is
connected properly.
• Keepheaterclean anddonot store any flammableitems onor
near the heater.

Don't usethe heater for dryingclothes.
• Shouldanythingabnormaloccur inthe heater,remaincalm,
turn itoff(donot unplug) and contactyourMonitordealer.
• Risk of burns.
Flue pipe and louver may havehighsurface
temperature.
Do not placeyourself or others too close tothe heater.
• Installation of heater in extreme humidity or dust areas isnot
recommended.
Any removal of unitparts or remodeling is strictlyforbidden.
Do notsitonthe heater.
Placingornaments or plants onthe heater isnot recommended.
Excess heat may causedamage to ornament or plant and
overwatering or spilling of water may causeshock toyouor
damage tothe heater.

Don'tallowchildren to insertarticles inthe louvers.

Four standardextensionkits are availablefromyour
Monitor dealer.Mostinstallations canbe made with
one of thesekits. In specialcases,custominstallations
may be required.These maybe madewithcomponents
purchasedfromyour dealer.
In any installation the followinglimitationsMUST NOT
BE EXCEEDED:
2. Theseelbowsshouldinclude theone used atthe
heater butnottheoneontheair supplyhose northe
integralbends inthe flue pipe. (SeeFigure 2)
3. The correctdamper as shown on Page 14 must be
used.
4. Followcarefully the instructionincludedwitheach
kit.
1. The totallength ofthe intake or exhaust pipeshould
not exceed 10 feet (3.05m)with 3 elbows, 13 feet
(3.96m) with 2 elbows, or 16'/2 feet(5.3m) with 1 elbow.
