Overheating
Overheating will seriouslydamage theCPUand system,always
makesurethe cooling fan can workproperlytoprotectthe CPU
fromoverheating.
Replacing theCPU
While replacingtheCPU,alwaysturnofftheATXpowersupplyor
unplug the powersupply spowercordfromgrounded outletfirst
toensurethe safetyofCPU.
Overclocking
Thismotherboardisdesignedtosupportoverclocking.However,
pleasemakesureyourcomponentsareabletotoleratesuch
abnormalsetting,whiledoingoverclocking. Anyattempttooper-
atebeyondproductspecificationsisnot recommended.Wedo
notguaranteethedamagesorrisks causedbyinadequate
operation orbeyondproductspecifications.

Whenyou areinstalling theCPU, make suretheCPUhas aheat
sink/coolerfanattachedonthetoptopreventoverheating. If youdo
nothavethe heatsink/coolerfan,contactyourdealertopurchaseand install
thembeforeturningonthecomputer.Meanwhile,donotforgettoapplysome
siliconheattransfercompoundonCPUbeforeinstallingtheheatsink/cooler
fanforbetterheatsinking.
Followthestepsbelowtoinstall the CPU&coolingfan correctly.Wrong
installationwill causethedamageof yourCPU&mainboard.

InstallingDDRModules
1. TheDDRDIMM hasonlyonenotchonthe centerof module.The module
willonlyfit in therightorientation.
2. Insertthe DIMMmemorymoduleverticallyintotheDIMM slot.Thenpush
itin untilthegoldenfingeronthememorymoduleisdeeplyinserted in
thesocket.
3. Theplasticclip ateachsideof theDIMM slotwill automaticallyclose.
DIMM ModuleCombination
Install atleastoneDIMM moduleontheslots. Youcaninstall eithersingle-or
double-sidedmodulesin anyordertomeetyourownneeds.
