2.1. SICHERHEIT AM ARBEITSPLATZ

a) Halten Sie Ihren Arbeitsplatz sauber und gut

beleuchtet. Unordnung oder schlechte Beleuchtung

kann zu Unfällen führen. Handeln Sie vorausschauend,

beobachten Sie, was getan wird, und nutzen Sie Ihren

b) Im Falle eines Schadens oder einer Störung sollte das

Gerät sofort ausgeschaltet und dies einer autorisierten

Person gemeldet werden.

c) Wenn Sie nicht sicher sind, ob das Gerät

ordnungsgemäß funktioniert, wenden Sie sich an den

Service des Herstellers.

d) Reparaturen dürfen nur vom Service des Herstellers

durchgeführt werden. Führen Sie keine Reparaturen

auf eigene Faust durch!

e) Während des Betriebs produziert das Gerät Staub

und Schmutz. Schützen Sie unbeteiligte Personen vor

schädlichen Auswirkungen.

f) Überprüfen Sie regelmäßig den Zustand der

Sicherheitsinformationsaufkleber. Falls die Aufkleber

unleserlich sind, sollten diese erneuert werden.

g) Bewahren Sie die Gebrauchsanleitung für den

weiteren Gebrauch auf. Sollte das Gerät an Dritte

weitergegeben werden, muss die Gebrauchsanleitung

mit ausgehändigt werden.

h) Verpackungselemente und kleine Montageteile

außerhalb der Reichweite von Kindern aufbewahren.

i) Halten Sie das Gerät von Kindern und Tieren fern.

2.2. PERSÖNLICHE SICHERHEIT

a) Es ist nicht gestattet, das Gerät im Zustand der

Ermüdung, Krankheit, unter Einuss von Alkohol,

Drogen oder Medikamenten zu betreiben, wenn das

die Fähigkeit das Gerät zu bedienen, einschränkt.

b) Das Gerät darf nicht von Kindern oder Personen

mit eingeschränkten physischen, sensorischen und

geistigen Fähigkeiten oder ohne entsprechende

2. NUTZUNGSSICHERHEIT

ACHTUNG! Lesen Sie alle Sicherheitshinweise und

alle Anweisungen durch. Die Nichtbeachtung der

Schlägen, Feuer und / oder schweren Verletzungen

bis hin zum Tod führen.

Arbeit mit diesem Gerät gesichert werden.

3.3. REINIGUNG UND WARTUNG

a) Schalten Sie das Antriebsgerät vor jeder Reinigung,

Einstellung, Austausch von Zubehör und auch

bei Nichtgebrauch des Geräts aus, kühlen Sie es

vollständig ab und warten Sie, bis die rotierenden

Elemente zum Stillstand gekommen sind.

b) Verwenden Sie zur Reinigung der Oberäche

ausschließlich Mittel ohne ätzende Inhaltsstoe.

c) Lassen Sie nach jeder Reinigung alle Teile gut

trocknen, bevor das Gerät erneut verwendet wird.

d) Bewahren Sie das Gerät an einem trockenen, kühlen,

vor Feuchtigkeit und direkter Sonneneinstrahlung

geschütztem Ort auf.

e) Es ist verboten, das Gerät mit einem Wasserstrahl zu

besprühen oder in Wasser zu tauchen.

f) Die Belüftungsönungen sind mit Pinsel und

Druckluft zu reinigen.

g) In Hinblick auf technische Ezienz und zur

Vorbeugung vor Schäden sollte das Gerät regelmäßig

überprüft werden.

h) Schmieren Sie rotierende Teile und/oder

Kontaktächen regelmäßig mit Fett.

i) Halten Sie Hebel und Einstellelemente sauber und

frei von Schmiermittelresten.

j) Beim Schneiden eines 2 mm dicken Stahlblechs kann

ein Messer mindestens 100 m Stahlblech schneiden.

Schleifen Sie das abgenutzte Messer oder ersetzen

Sie es durch ein neues.

3. NUTZUNGSBEDINGUNGEN

Das Produkt ist ein Werkzeug zum Schneiden von Blechen,

das am Bohrer befestigt wird.

Für alle Schäden bei nicht sachgemäßer Verwendung

haftet allein der Betreiber.

3.1. GERÄTEBESCHREIBUNG

Nähe des Geräts unter Aufsicht stehen, um Unfälle zu

vermeiden.

2.3. SICHERE ANWENDUNG DES GERÄTS

a) Überhitzen Sie das Gerät nicht. Verwenden

Sie nur geeignete Werkzeuge für die jeweilige

Anwendung. Richtig ausgewählte Geräte und der

sorgsame Umgang mit ihnen führen zu besseren

Arbeitsergebnissen.

b) Nicht verwendete Werkzeuge sind außerhalb

der Reichweite von Kindern sowie von Personen

aufzubewahren, welche weder das Gerät noch die

Anleitung kennen. In den Händen unerfahrener

Personen können diese Geräte eine Gefahr darstellen.

c) Halten Sie das Gerät stets in einem einwandfreien

Zustand. Prüfen Sie vor jeder Inbetriebnahme, ob

am Gerät und seinen beweglichen Teilen Schäden

vorliegen (defekte Komponenten oder andere

Faktoren, die den sicheren Betrieb der Maschine

beeinträchtigen könnten). Im Falle eines Schadens

muss das Gerät vor Gebrauch in Reparatur gegeben

werden.

d) Halten Sie das Gerät außerhalb der Reichweite von

Kindern.

e) Reparatur und Wartung von Geräten dürfen

nur von qualiziertem Fachpersonal und mit

Originalersatzteilen durchgeführt werden. Nur so wird

die Sicherheit während der Nutzung gewährleistet.

f) Um die Funktionsfähigkeit des Gerätes zu

gewährleisten, dürfen die werksmäßig montierten

Abdeckungen oder Schrauben nicht entfernt werden.

g) Berühren Sie keine beweglichen Teile oder

Zubehörteile, es sei denn, das Gerät wurde vom Netz

getrennt.

h) Lassen Sie dieses Gerät während des Betriebs nicht

unbeaufsichtigt.

i) Das Gerät muss regelmäßig gereinigt werden, damit

sich nicht dauerhaft Schmutz festsetzt.

j) Bearbeiten Sie nie zwei Elemente gleichzeitig.

k) Das Gerät ist kein Spielzeug. Reinigung und Wartung

dürfen nicht von Kindern ohne Aufsicht durch eine

erwachsene Person durchgeführt werden.

l) Es ist untersagt, in den Aufbau des Geräts einzugreifen,

um seine Parameter oder Konstruktion zu ändern.

m) Geräte von Feuer – und Wärmequellen fernhalten.

n) Achten Sie bei der Verarbeitung von Werkstücken

auf die Anwesenheit von Umstehenden und deren

Sicherheit.

o) Das Werkstück sollte während der Bearbeitung genau

überwacht werden, um auf Gefahren zu reagieren

oder Schäden am Werkstück rechtzeitig zu vermeiden.

p) Halten Sie Ordnung und entfernen Sie nach der

Bearbeitung Staub, Schmutz und unnötige Teile des

Werkstücks.

q) Das Werkstück sollte frei von Verunreinigungen sein.

r) Tragen Sie Schutzhandschuhe, um Verletzungen

durch scharfe Kanten zu vermeiden.

s) Mit Hilhe dieses Geräts können Elemente mit den

in der Tabelle der technischen Daten angegebenen

Parametern verarbeitet werden. Die zulässigen

Abmessungen des Werkstücks dürfen nicht

überschritten werden.

t) Lange Werkstücke müssen für die Bearbeitung

abgestützt und stabil positioniert werden.

u) Starten Sie den Schneidevorgang nicht vor dem

Starten des Motors.

v) Das Gerät muss während des Betriebs in Bezug

auf das Werkstück senkrecht gehalten werden

(das Gerät nicht zur Seite kippen, Kippen kann die

Leistung beeinträchtigen und das Schneidmesser

beschädigen).

w) Vor dem Gebrauch des Werkzeugs alle Schrauben und

Muttern prüfen und anziehen.

3.2. ARBEIT MIT DEM GERÄT

3.2.1. NUTZUNG:

• Befestigen Sie das Werkstück so am Arbeitsplatz,

dass der Abstand zwischen dem Werkstück und der

Arbeitstischoberäche mindestens 15 cm beträgt.

• Befestigen Sie das Werkzeug am Bohrer, indem Sie

es am Bohrfutter befestigen

• Erst wenn der Antriebsmotor vollständig gestartet ist,

darf mit dem Werkzeug gearbeitet werden.

• Ziehen Sie vor Beendigung der Arbeiten das

Schneidmesser bei laufendem Motor aus der Platte.

• Verwenden Sie während des Betriebs ein spezielles

Kühlöl/Fett.

3.2.2. WERKZEUGHALTER - MONTAGE/DEMONTAGE

1. Lösen Sie die Befestigungsschrauben mit einem

Schraubenschlüssel.

2. Schrauben Sie den Werkzeughalter ab oder auf.

3. Ziehen Sie die Befestigungsschrauben mit einem

Schraubenschlüssel an.

3.2.3. MESSERHALTER - AUSTAUSCH:

1. Lösen Sie die Befestigungsschrauben.

2. Lösen Sie die Verriegelungsschraube und ziehen Sie

die Welle heraus.

3. Befestigen Sie den Messerhalter so am Gehäuse,

dass die Montagebohrung am Gleitstück in

der richtigen Position ist. Ziehen Sie dann die

Verriegelungsschraube an.

4. Ziehen Sie die Befestigungsschrauben an.

5. Montieren Sie die Abdeckung und die

Schraubenfeder.

device. Do not attempt any repairs independently!

e) The device produces dust and debris during

operation. It is important to protect bystanders from

their harmful eects.

f) Regularly inspect the condition of the safety labels. If

the labels are illegible, they must be replaced.

g) Please keep this manual available for future

reference. If this device is passed on to a third party,

the manual must be passed on with it.

h) Keep packaging elements and small assembly parts

in a place not available to children.

i) Keep the device away from children and animals.

j) If this device is used together with another

equipment, the remaining instructions for use shall

2.2. PERSONAL SAFETY

a) Do not use the device when tired, ill or under the

inuence of alcohol, narcotics or medication which

can signicantly impair the ability to operate the

device.

b) The device is not designed to be handled by persons

(including children) with limited mental and sensory

functions or persons lacking relevant experience and/

or knowledge unless they are supervised by a person

responsible for their safety or they have received

instruction on how to operate the device.

c) When working with the device, use common sense

and stay alert. Temporary loss of concentration while

using the device may lead to serious injuries.

d) Use personal protective equipment as required

for working with the device, specied in section 1

(Legend). The use of correct and approved personal

protective equipment reduces the risk of injury.

e) Do not overestimate your abilities. When using the

device, keep your balance and remain stable at all

times. This will ensure better control over the device

in unexpected situations.

f) Do not wear loose clothing or jewellery. Keep hair,

clothes and gloves away from moving parts. Loose

clothing, jewellery or long hair may get caught in

moving parts.

g) Remove all adjusting tools or spanners before turning

the device on. A tool or spanner left in the revolving

part of the device may cause injury.

h) The device is not a toy. Children must be supervised to

ensure that they do not play with the device.

3. USE GUIDELINES

The product should be attached to the drill as a tool intended

for cutting sheet metal.

The user is liable for any damage resulting from

unintended use of the device.

3.1. DEVICE DESCRIPTION

a) Do not overload the device. Use the appropriate tools

for the given task. A correctly-selected device will

perform the task for which it was designed better and

in a safer manner.

b) When not in use, store in a safe place, away from

children and people not familiar with the device who

have not read the user manual. The device may pose

a hazard in the hands of inexperienced users.

c) Keep the device in perfect technical condition. Before

each use check for general damage and especially

check for cracked parts or elements and for any other

conditions which may impact the safe operation of

the device. If damage is discovered, hand over the

device for repair before use.

d) Keep the device out of the reach of children.

e) Device repair or maintenance should be carried out by

qualied persons, only using original spare parts. This

will ensure safe use.

f) To ensure the operational integrity of the device, do

not remove factory-tted guards and do not loosen

any screws.

g) Do not touch articulated parts or accessories unless

the device has been disconnected from the power

source.

h) Do not leave this appliance unattended while it is in

use.

i) Clean the device regularly to prevent stubborn grime

from accumulating.

j) Do not work on two workpieces at the same time.

k) The device is not a toy. Cleaning and maintenance may

not be carried out by children without supervision by

an adult person.

l) It is forbidden to interfere with the structure of

the device in order to change its parameters or

construction.

m) Keep the device away from sources of re and heat.

n) When processing elements, pay attention to

bystanders and their safety.

o) Carefully observe the element during processing

in order to respond to a threat in time or prevent

damage of the element.

p) Keep a workplace clean and remove all dust, shards

and unnecessary parts of the element after processing.

q) The material to be processed should be free from dirt.

r) Use protective gloves to avoid injuries made by sharp

edges.

s) When using the device, process only the elements

of parameters accordant with the data given in the

technical data table. Do not exceed the permissible

dimensions of the workpiece.

t) Long workpieces must be supported and set stably

for processing.

u) Do not start cutting before starting the engine.

v) During operation, the device should be kept vertically

to the workpiece (do not tilt the device sideways, it

may reduce eciency and damage the cutting knife).

w) Before using the tool, check and tighten all bolts and

nuts.

2. USAGE SAFETY

ATTENTION! Read all safety warnings and all

instructions. Failure to follow the warnings and

instructions may result in electric shock, re and/or

serious injury or even death.

ATTENTION! Despite the safe design of the device

and its protective features, and despite the use of

additional elements protecting the operator, there is

3.2. DEVICE USE

3.2.1. OPERATING:

• Fasten the workpiece in the workplace so that the

distance between the workpiece and the surface of

the working table is at least 15 cm.

• Fasten the tool to a drill by attaching it to the drill

chuck.

• Do not start the device until a drive motor has

completely started.

• Before nishing operation, pull the cutting blade out

of the plate while the engine is still running.

• Special oil/cooling grease should be used during

operation.

3.2.2. HANDLE – ASSEMBLY/DISMANTLING

1. Loosen the clamping screws with the wrench.

2. Screw the handle out or in.

3. Tighten the clamping screws with the wrench.

2.1 BEZPIECZEŃSTWO W MIEJSCU PRACY

a) Niedozwolone jest obsługiwanie urządzenia

należy obsługiwać urządzenie.

c) Należy być uważnym, kierować się zdrowym

rozsądkiem podczas pracy urządzeniem. Chwila

3.3. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

a) Before each cleaning, regulation, replacement of

accessories, and also when the device is not in use,

turn o and cool the drive device completely, and

wait for the rotating elements to stop.

b) Use only non-corrosive cleaners to clean the surface.

c) After cleaning the device, all parts should be dried

completely before using it again.

d) Store the unit in a dry, cool place, free from moisture

and direct exposure to sunlight.

e) Do not spray the device with a water jet or submerge

it in water.

f) The device must be regularly inspected to check its

technical eciency and spot any damage.

g) Use a soft cloth for cleaning.

h) Periodically protect rotating elements and/or

contact surfaces with grease.

i) The levers and regulating elements must be kept

clean and free of grease substances.

j) When cutting steel sheet of 2 mm thickness, one

blade can cut at least 100 m of such sheet. A used

blade should be sanded or replaced.

3.3. CZYSZCZENIE I KONSERWACJA

a) Przed każdym czyszczeniem, regulacją, wymianą

osprzętu, a także jeżeli urządzenie nie jest używane,

należy wyłączyć i całkowicie ochłodzić urządzenie

napędowe, oraz odczekać, aż wirujące elementy

zatrzymają się.

b) Do czyszczenia powierzchni należy stosować

wyłącznie środki niezawierające substancji żrących.

c) Po każdym czyszczeniu wszystkie elementy należy

dobrze wysuszyć, zanim urządzenie zostanie

ponownie użyte.

d) Urządzenie należy przechowywać w suchym

i chłodnym miejscu chronionym przed wilgocią

i bezpośrednim promieniowaniem słonecznym.

e) Zabrania się spryskiwania urządzenia strumieniem

wody lub zanurzania urządzenia w wodzie.

f) Należy wykonywać regularne przeglądy urządzenia

pod kątem jego sprawności technicznej oraz

wszelkich uszkodzeń.

g) Do czyszczenia należy używać miękkiej ściereczki.

h) Elementy obrotowe i /lub powierzchnie styku

okresowo zabezpieczać smarem.

i) Dźwignie i elementy regulujące należy utrzymywać

w czystości, bez pozostałości substancji smarujących.

j) Przy operacji cięcia blachy stalowej o grubości 2

mm jedno ostrze może przeciąć co najmniej 100 m

takiej blachy. Zużyte ostrze należy wyszlifować lub

wymienić na nowe.

3.2. PRACA Z URZĄDZENIEM

3.2.1. UŻYTKOWANIE:

• Zamocować element przeznaczony do obróbki

w miejscu pracy, tak aby odległość pomiędzy

elementem obrabianym a powierzchnią stołu

roboczego wynosiła co najmniej 15 cm.

• Zamocować narzędzie do wiertarki, mocując do

uchwytu wiertarskiego.

• Rozpocząć prace narzędziem dopiero gdy silnik

urządzenia napędowego całkowicie się uruchomi.

• Przed zakończeniem pracy należy wysunąć ostrze

tnące z płyty jeszcze podczas pracy silnika.

• Podczas pracy należy używać specjalnego oleju/

smaru chłodzącego.

3. ZASADY UŻYTKOWANIA

Produkt jest narzędziem przeznaczonym do cięcia blachy,

mocowanym do wiertarki.

Odpowiedzialność za wszelkie szkody powstałe

w wyniku użytkowania niezgodnego z przeznaczeniem

ponosi użytkownik.

3.1. OPIS URZĄDZENIA

e) Nie należy przeceniać swoich możliwości. Utrzymywać

balans i równowagę ciała przez cały czas pracy.

Umożliwia to lepszą kontrolę nad urządzeniem

w nieoczekiwanych sytuacjach.

f) Nie należy nosić luźnej odzieży ani biżuterii. Włosy,

odzież i rękawice utrzymywać z dala od części

2.3. BEZPIECZNE STOSOWANIE URZĄDZENIA

a) Nie należy przeciążać urządzenia. Używać narzędzi

odpowiednich do danego zastosowania. Prawidłowo

dobrane urządzenie wykona lepiej i bezpieczniej

pracę dla którego zostało zaprojektowane.

b) Nieużywane urządzenia należy przechowywać

w miejscu niedostępnym dla dzieci oraz osób

nieznających urządzenia lub tej instrukcji

obsługi. Urządzenia są niebezpieczne w rękach

niedoświadczonych użytkowników.

c) Utrzymywać urządzenie w dobrym stanie

technicznym. Sprawdzać przed każdą pracą czy

nie posiada uszkodzeń ogólnych lub związanych

z elementami ruchomymi (pęknięcia części

i elementów lub wszelkie inne warunki, które mogą

mieć wpływ na bezpieczne działanie urządzenia).

s) Pomocí zařízení obrábějte pouze předměty s

parametry v souladu s údaji uvedenými v tabulce s

technickými daty. Nepřekračujte povolené rozměry

obráběného materiálu.

t) Dlouhé obráběné předměty je třeba podepřít

a pevně umístit, aby je bylo možno obrábět.

u) Nezačínejte práci řezání před spuštěním motoru.

v) Během provozu by zařízení mělo být udržováno ve

svislé poloze vzhledem k obrobku (nenaklánějte

zařízení do strany, naklápění může způsobit snížení

výkonu a poškodit řezací nůž).

w) Před použitím nástroje je třeba zkontrolovat

a dotáhnout všechny šrouby a matice.

3.2. PRÁCE SE ZAŘÍZENÍM

3.2.1. POUŽITÍ

• Upevněte předmět určený k obrábění v místě práce

tak, aby vzdálenost mezi obrobkem a plochou

pracovního stolu byla nejméně 15 cm.

• Upevněte nástroj do vrtačky namontováním do

sklíčidla.

• Práci s nástrojem začněte teprve po úplném spuštění

motoru pohonné jednotky.

• Před ukončením práce vysuňte řezací nůž z desky

ještě v době, kdy je spuštěn motor.

• Během práce používejte speciální chladící olej/

mazivo.

3.2.2. DRŽÁK NÁSTROJE – MONTÁŽ/DEMONTÁŽ

1. Pomocí klíče odšroubujte upevňovací šrouby.

2. Vymontujte nebo namontujte držák nástroje.

3. Pomocí klíče našroubujte upevňovací šrouby.

Pro zajištění dlouhého a spolehlivého fungování zařízení

pravidelně provádějte revize a údržbu v souladu s pokyny

uvedenými v tomto návodu. Technické údaje a specikace

uvedené v návodu jsou aktuální. Výrobce si vyhrazuje právo

1. Odšroubujte upevňovací šrouby.

2. Odšroubujte zajišťovací šroub a vytáhněte váleček.

3. Upevněte držák nože v tělese tak, aby upevňovací

otvor byl ve správné poloze posuvného bloku. Poté

dotáhněte upevňovací šroub.

4. Dotáhněte upevňovací šrouby.

5. Namontujte kryt a pružinu.

3.3. ČIŠTĚNÍ A ÚDRŽBA

a) Před každým čištěním, nastavováním, výměnou

příslušenství a také, pokud zařízení nepoužíváte, je

třeba vypnout a zcela vychladit pohonnou jednotku

a vyčkat, až se všechny rotující součástí úplně zastaví.

b) K čištění povrchu zařízení používejte výhradně

prostředky neobsahující žíravé látky.

c) Po každém čištění je nutno všechny prvky dobře

osušit, než bude zařízení opět použito.

d) Zařízení skladujte na suchém a chladném místě,

chráněném proti vlhkosti a přímému slunečnímu

svitu.

e) Je zakázáno zařízení polévat vodou nebo je do vody

ponořovat.

f) Pravidelně provádějte revize zařízení a kontrolujte,

zda je technicky způsobilé a není poškozeno.

g) K čištění používejte měkký hadřík.

h) Rotační součásti / nebo kontaktní plochy pravidelně

mažte ochranným mazivem.

i) Páčky a regulační součásti udržujte v čistotě, bez

zbytků mazacích prostředků.

j) Při řezání ocelového plechu o tloušťce 2 mm nůž

může řezat nejméně 100 m takového plechu.

Opotřebený nůž je třeba nabrousit nebo vyměnit za

nový.

4. Serrez les boulons de xation.

3.3. NETTOYAGE ET ENTRETIEN

a) Avant chaque nettoyage, réglage, changement

d'accessoires et si l'appareil n'est pas utilisé,

éteignez et refroidissez complètement le dispositif

d'entraînement et attendez que les éléments en

rotation s'arrêtent.

b) Pour nettoyer les diérentes surfaces, n'utilisez que

des produits sans agents corrosifs.

c) Laissez bien sécher tous les composants après

chaque nettoyage avant de réutiliser l’appareil.

d) Conservez l'appareil dans un endroit propre, frais et

sec, à l'abri de l'humidité et des rayons directs du

soleil.

e) Il est interdit d’asperger l'appareil d'eau ou de

l'immerger dans l'eau.

f) Contrôlez régulièrement l'appareil pour vous assurer

qu'il fonctionne correctement et ne présente aucun

dommage.

g) Utilisez un chion doux lors du nettoyage.

h) Protégez régulièrement les éléments en rotation et/

ou les surfaces de contact avec de la graisse.

i) Le levier et les éléments de réglage doivent être

maintenus propres et exempts de résidus de graisse.

j) Lors de la coupe d'une tôle d'acier de 2 mm

d'épaisseur, une lame peut couper au moins 100 m

de tôle d'acier. Une lame usée doit être poncée ou

remplacée.

3.2. UTILISATION DE L'APPAREIL

3.2.1. UTILISATION:

• Fixez la pièce à usiner sur le lieu de travail de sorte

que la distance entre la pièce et la surface de la table

de travail soit d'au moins 15 cm.

• Fixez l'outil à la perceuse en l'attachant au mandrin

de la perceuse.

• Ne travaillez pas avec l'outil tant que le moteur

n'a pas complètement démarré.

• Avant la n du travail, retirez la lame de coupe de la

plaque pendant que le moteur est encore en marche.

• Utilisez une huile/graisse de refroidissement spéciale

pendant le travail.

3.2.2. POIGNÉE DE L'OUTIL - MONTAGE/DÉMONTAGE

1. Desserrez les boulons de xation avec la clé.

2. Dévissez ou vissez la poignée de l'outil.

3. Serrez les boulons de xation avec une clé.

3.2.3. POIGNÉE DU COUTEAU - REMPLACEMENT:

1. Desserrez les boulons de xation.

2. Desserrez le boulon de blocage et retirez l’arbre

3. Fixez la poignée du couteau sur le corpus de façon

à ce que le trou de montage soit dans la bonne

position sur le bloc coulissant. Serrez ensuite le

boulon de blocage.

3. CONDITIONS D’UTILISATION

Le produit est un outil destiné à la coupe de tôle, xé à une

perceuse.

L’utilisateur porte l’entière responsabilité pour

l’ensemble des dommages attribuables à un usage

inapproprié.

3.1. DESCRIPTION DE L'APPAREIL

conformément aux indications faites dans le

tableau des symboles, au point 1. L'utilisation de

l'équipement de protection individuel adéquat

certié réduit le risque de blessures.

e) Ne surestimez pas vos capacités. Adoptez toujours

une position de travail stable vous permettant de

garder l'équilibre. Vous aurez ainsi un meilleur

contrôle en cas de situations inattendues.

f) Ne portez ni vêtements amples ni bijoux. Tenez vos

cheveux, vos vêtements et vos gants à l'écart des

pièces mobiles. Les vêtements amples, les bijoux et

les cheveux longs peuvent être happés par les pièces

mobiles.

g) Avant de démarrer l'appareil, enlevez tous les outils

de réglage et toutes les clés utilisées. La présence

d'objet au niveau des pièces en rotation peut causer

des dommages et des blessures.

h) Cet appareil n'est pas un jouet. Les enfants doivent

demeurer sous la supervision d’un adulte an qu’ils

ne jouent pas avec l’appareil.

2.3. UTILISATION SÉCURITAIRE DE L'APPAREIL

a) Ne faites pas surchauer l'appareil. Utilisez les outils

appropriés pour l'usage que vous en faites. Le choix

d'appareils appropriés et l'utilisation soigneuse de

ceux-ci produisent de meilleurs résultats.

b) Les outils qui ne sont pas en cours d'utilisation

doivent être mis hors de portée des enfants et des

personnes qui ne connaissent ni l'appareil, ni le

manuel d'utilisation s'y rapportant. Entre les mains

de personnes inexpérimentées, ce genre d'appareils

peut représenter un danger.

c) Maintenez l'appareil en parfait état de marche. Avant

chaque utilisation, vériez l’absence de dommages

en général et au niveau des pièces mobiles (assurez-

vous qu’aucune pièce ni composant n’est cassé et

vériez que rien ne compromet le fonctionnement

sécuritaire de l’appareil). En cas de dommages,

l’appareil doit impérativement être envoyé en

réparation avant d’être utilisé de nouveau.

s) Avec la machine, traitez des éléments dont les

paramètres sont conformes aux données indiquées

dans le tableau de données techniques. Ne pas

dépasser les dimensions autorisées de la pièce à

traiter.

t) Les pièces longues doivent être soutenues et

positionnées correctement pour le traitement.

u) Ne commencez pas l'opération de coupe avant

d'avoir démarré le moteur.

v) Pendant le fonctionnement, l'appareil doit être

maintenu verticalement par rapport à la pièce traitée

(ne pas l'incliner latéralement, cela risque de réduire

les performances et d'endommager le couteau de

coupe).

w) Avant d’utiliser l’outil, vériez et serrez tous les

boulons et écrous.

3.2. LAVORARE CON IL DISPOSITIVO

3.2.1. UTILIZZO:

• Montare l’elemento destinato alla lavorazione

sulla postazione di lavoro in modo che la distanza

tra l’elemento lavorato e la supercie del banco di

lavoro si almeno di 15 cm.

• Fissare il dispositivo al trapano attaccandolo al

portapunte.

Per un funzionamento duraturo e adabile del dispositivo

assicurarsi di maneggiarlo e curarne la manutenzione

secondo le disposizioni presentate in questo manuale.

• Iniziare i lavori con il dispositivo no a quando il

motore ddel dispositivo di guida non si è avviato

completamente.

• Prima di terminare il lavoro occorre estrarre la lama

di taglio dalla piastra mentre il motore è in funzione.

• Durante il lavoro occorre utilizzare un olio speciale/

grasso di rareddamento.

3.2.2. PORTAUTENSILE – MONTAGGIO/SMONTAGGIO

1. Allentare le viti di ssaggio tramite la chiave.

2. Svitare o avvitare l’atatcco del dispositivo.

3. Avvitare le viti di ssaggio tramite la chiave.

3.2.3. MANICO DI COLTELLO – SOSTITUZIONE:

1. Allentare le viti di ssaggio.

2 Allentare la vite di bloccaggio e estrarre il rullo

3. Montare il manico di coltello nel corpo in modo

che il foro di ssaggio sia nella posizione giusta del

blocco di scorrimento. Successivamente avvitare la

vite di blocco.

4. Avvitare le viti di ssaggio.

5. Installare il coperchio e la molle.

3.3. PULIZIA E MANUTENZIONE

a) Prima di ogni pulizia, regolazione, sostituzione degli

accessori, e anche quando il dispositivo non è in uso,

spegnere e rareddare completamente il dispositivo

di guida e attendere l’arresto degli elementi rotanti.

b) Per pulire la supercie utilizzare solo detergenti

senza ingredienti corrosivi.

c) Dopo la pulizia, prima di riutilizzare l'apparecchio,

asciugare tutte le parti.

d) Tenere l'apparecchio in un luogo asciutto, fresco,

protetto dall'umidità e dalla luce diretta del sole.

e) È vietato spruzzare il dispositivo con un getto

d'acqua o immergere il dispositivo in acqua.

f) Eettuare controlli regolari del dispositivo per

mantenerlo eciente e privo di danni.

g) Per la pulizia utilizzare un panno morbido.

h) Proteggere periodicamente gli elementi mobili e/o le

superci di contatto con grasso.

i) Le leve e elementi di regolazione devono essere

mantenuti puliti e privi di residui di lubricante.

j) Durante l’operazione di taglio della lamiera in acciaio

di spessore 2 mm una lama può tagliare almeno

100 m di tale lamiera. La lama usurata deve essere

levigata o sostituita con una nuova.

2.1. SEGURIDAD EN EL PUESTO DE TRABAJO

a) Mantenga el lugar de trabajo limpio y bien iluminado.

El desorden o la mala iluminación pueden provocar

accidentes. Tenga cuidado, preste atención al trabajo

que está realizando y use el sentido común cuando

utilice el dispositivo.

b) En caso de avería o mal funcionamiento, apague el

aparato y contacte con el servicio técnico autorizado.

c) Si no está seguro de que la unidad funcione

correctamente, póngase en contacto con el servicio

técnico del fabricante.

d) Las reparaciones solo pueden ser realizadas por

el servicio técnico del fabricante. ¡No realice

reparaciones por su cuenta!

e) Durante el funcionamiento la unidad produce polvo

y suciedad. Las terceras personas deben protegerse

contra los posibles efectos nocivos.

f) Compruebe regularmente el estado de las etiquetas

de información de seguridad. Si las pegatinas fueran

ilegibles, habrán de ser reemplazadas.

g) Conserve el manual de instrucciones para futuras

consultas. Este manual debe ser entregado a toda

persona que vaya a hacer uso del dispositivo.

h) Los elementos de embalaje y pequeñas piezas de

montaje deben mantenerse alejados del alcance de

los niños.

i) Mantenga el equipo alejado de niños y animales.

j) Al utilizar este equipo junto con otros, también

deben observarse otras instrucciones de uso.

2.2. SEGURIDAD PERSONAL

a) No está permitido utilizar el aparato en estado de

fatiga, enfermedad, bajo la inuencia del alcohol,

drogas o medicamentos, ya que estos limitan la

capacidad de manejo del aparato.

b) Este aparato no debe ser utilizado por personas

(entre ellas niños) con capacidades físicas, sensoriales

o mentales reducidas, o con falta de la experiencia

y/o los conocimientos necesarios, a menos que

sean supervisadas por una persona responsable de

su seguridad o que hayan recibido de esta persona

responsable las indicaciones pertinentes en relación

al manejo del aparato.

c) Actúe con precaución y use el sentido común

cuando maneje este producto. La más breve falta de

atención durante el trabajo puede causar lesiones

graves.

d) Utilice el equipo de protección personal necesario

para el empleo de este dispositivo, de acuerdo con

las especicaciones del punto 1 de las explicaciones

de los símbolos. El uso de un equipo de protección

personal apropiado y certicado reduce el riesgo de

lesiones.

e) No sobrestime sus habilidades. Mantenga el

equilibrio durante el trabajo. Esto le da un mejor

control sobre el dispositivo en caso de situaciones

inesperadas.

f) No utilice ropa holgada o adornos tales como joyas.

EXPLICACIÓN DE LOS SÍMBOLOS

1. DESCRIPCIÓN GENERAL

Este manual ha sido elaborado para favorecer un empleo

seguro y able. El producto ha sido estrictamente diseñado

y fabricado conforme a las especicaciones técnicas y para

ello se han utilizado las últimas tecnologías y componentes,

manteniendo los más altos estándares de calidad.

Y ASEGÚRESE DE COMPRENDERLAS.

textos en otras lenguas son traducciones del original en

alemán.

2. SEGURIDAD

¡ATENCIÓN! Lea todas las instrucciones

e indicaciones de seguridad. La inobservancia de

las advertencias e instrucciones al respecto puede

provocar descargas eléctricas, incendios, lesiones

graves e incluso la muerte.

¡ADVERTENCIA! Los niños y las personas no

autorizadas deben estar asegurados cuando trabajen

con esta unidad.

• Comience a trabajar con el dispositivo después de

que el motor de accionamiento se haya iniciado por

completo.

• Antes de terminar el trabajo, retire la cuchilla de corte

de la chapa, mientras el motor está funcionando.

• Use aceite especial/lubricante refrigerador durante la

operación.

3.2.2. MANIJAS - MONTAJE/DESMONTAJE

1. Aoje los tornillos de jación con la llave.

2. Desatornille o atornille las manijas.

3. Apriete los tornillos de jación con una llave.

3.2.3. REEMPLAZO DE PORTACUCHILLAS

1. Aoje los tornillos de jación.

2. Aoje el tornillo de bloqueo y extraiga el cilindro

3. Monte el portacuchillas en el cuerpo de modo que

el oricio de montaje esté en la posición correcta

del bloque deslizante. Luego apriete el tornillo de

bloqueo.

4. Apriete los tornillos de jación.

5. Instale la cubierta y el resorte.

3.3. LIMPIEZA Y MANTENIMIENTO

a) Apague y enfríe por completo el dispositivo de

accionamiento antes de cada limpieza, ajuste,

reemplazo de accesorios o si no está en uso. Espere

a que se detengan los elementos giratorios.

b) Para limpiar la supercie, utilice solo productos que

no contengan sustancias corrosivas.

c) Después de cada limpieza, deje secar bien todas las

piezas antes de volver a utilizar el aparato.

d) Guarde el aparato en un lugar seco, fresco y

protegido de la humedad y la radiación solar directa.

e) Prohibido rociar agua sobre el dispositivo

o sumergirlo en agua.

f) En lo que respecta a la eciencia técnica y posibles

daños, el dispositivo debe ser revisado regularmente.

g) Por favor, utilice un paño suave para la limpieza.

h) Periódicamente haga el mantenimiento de los

elementos giratorios y/o las supercies de contacto

con lubricante.

i) Las palancas y los elementos de ajuste deben

mantenerse limpios y libres de residuos de lubricante.

j) Una cuchilla puede cortar al menos 100 m de

chapa de acero de 2 mm de espesor. Una cuchilla

desgastada debe lijarse o reemplazarse.

3. INSTRUCCIONES DE USO

El producto está diseñado para cortar láminas, se instala en

el taladro.

El usuario es responsable de los daños derivados de un

uso inadecuado del aparato.

3.1. DESCRIPCIÓN DEL APARATO

2.3. MANEJO SEGURO DEL APARATO

a) No permita que el aparato se sobrecaliente. Utilice

las herramientas apropiadas para cada trabajo.

Debe seleccionarse el aparato adecuado para cada

aplicación y utilizarse conforme al n para el que

ha sido diseñado, para conseguir así los mejores

resultados.

b) Mantenga las herramientas fuera del alcance de los

niños y de las personas que no estén familiarizadas

con el equipo en sí o no hayan recibido las

instrucciones pertinentes al respecto. En manos de

personas inexpertas este equipo puede representar

un peligro.

c) Mantenga el aparato en perfecto estado

de funcionamiento. Antes de cada trabajo,

compruébelo en busca de daños generales o de

piezas móviles (fractura de piezas y componentes

u otras condiciones que puedan perjudicar el

funcionamiento seguro de la máquina). En caso de

daños, el aparato debe ser reparado antes de volver

a ponerse en funcionamiento.

d) Mantenga la unidad fuera del alcance de los niños.

e) La reparación y el mantenimiento de los equipos

solo pueden ser realizados por personal cualicado

y siempre empleando piezas de repuesto originales.

Esto garantiza la seguridad durante el uso.

f) A n de asegurar la integridad operativa del

dispositivo, no se deben retirar las cubiertas o los

tornillos instalados de fábrica.

g) No toque ninguna pieza o accesorio móvil a menos

que el aparato haya sido desconectado de la

corriente eléctrica.

h) No deje este equipo sin supervisión mientras esté en

funcionamiento.

i) Limpie regularmente el dispositivo para evitar que la

suciedad se incruste permanentemente.

j) No trabaje con dos elementos simultáneamente.

k) Este aparato no es un juguete. La limpieza y el

mantenimiento no deben ser llevados a cabo por

niños que no estén bajo la supervisión de adultos.

l) Se prohíbe realizar cambios en la construcción del

dispositivo para modicar sus parámetros o diseño.

m) Mantenga el dispositivo alejado de fuentes de fuego

o calor.

n) Durante el procesamiento fíjese si alrededor están

presentes algunas personas y en su seguridad.

o) Observe cuidadosamente la pieza procesada para

reaccionar en situaciones de riesgo a tiempo o evitar

daños a la pieza.

p) Mantenga el orden y elimine todo el polvo,

fragmentos y partes innecesarias de la pieza

procesada.

q) El material a procesar debe estar libre de

contaminación.

r) Use guantes protectores para evitar lesiones por

bordes alados.

s) Procese los elementos con parámetros compatibles

con los datos presentes en la tabla de datos técnicos.

No exceda las dimensiones permitidas.

t) Largas piezas a procesar deben estar apoyadas y

posicionadas de forma segura.

u) No empiece las operaciones de corte antes de

arrancar el motor.

v) Durante el funcionamiento, el dispositivo debe

mantenerse verticalmente en relación con la pieza

a procesar (no incline el dispositivo hacia ningún

lado, la inclinación puede reducir el rendimiento y

dañar la cuchilla de corte).

w) Antes de usar el dispositivo, compruebe y apriete

todos los tornillos y tuercas.

¡ATENCIÓN! Aunque en la fabricación de

este aparato se ha prestado gran importancia

a la seguridad, dispone de ciertos mecanismos de

protección extras. A pesar del uso de elementos de

seguridad adicionales, existe el riesgo de lesiones

durante el funcionamiento, por lo que se recomienda

proceder con precaución y sentido común.

3.2. MANEJO DEL APARATO

3.2.1. USO:

• Fije la pieza a procesar en el lugar de trabajo, de

modo que la distancia entre la pieza y la supercie

de la mesa de trabajo sea de al menos 15 cm.

• Acople el dispositivo al taladro, uniéndolo al

portabrocas.

Gebiet zur Verfügung stehenden Möglichkeiten der Rückgabe oder Sammlung von Altgeräten.
