2.1. SICHERHEIT AM ARBEITSPLATZ
a) Halten Sie Ihren Arbeitsplatz sauber und gut
beleuchtet. Unordnung oder schlechte Beleuchtung

und Beschreibung des Handbuchs beziehen sich auf

oder Gegenstände in das laufende Gerät!
1. ALLGEMEINE BESCHREIBUNG
Diese Anleitung ist als Hilfe bei der sicheren und zuverlässigen
Nutzung gedacht. Das Produkt wurde strikt nach den
technischen Vorgaben und unter Verwendung modernster
Technologien und Komponenten sowie unter Wahrung der
höchsten Qualitätsstandards entworfen und angefertigt.
VOR INBETRIEBNAHME MUSS DIE ANLEITUNG
GENAU DURCHGELESEN
UND VERSTANDEN WERDEN.
Für einen langen und zuverlässigen Betrieb des Geräts muss
auf die richtige Handhabung und Wartung entsprechend
den in dieser Anleitung angeführten Vorgaben geachtet
werden. Die in dieser Anleitung angegebenen technischen
Daten und die Spezikation sind aktuell. Der Hersteller
behält sich das Recht vor, im Rahmen der Verbesserung der
Qualität Änderungen vorzunehmen.

2. NUTZUNGSBEDINGUNGEN
ACHTUNG! Lesen Sie alle Sicherheitshinweise und
alle Anweisungen durch. Die Nichtbeachtung der

Schlägen, Feuer und/oder schweren Verletzungen
oder Tod führen.

2.2. PERSÖNLICHE SICHERHEIT
a) Es ist nicht gestattet, das Gerät im Zustand der
Ermüdung, Krankheit, unter Einuss von Alkohol,
Drogen oder Medikamenten zu betreiben, wenn das
die Fähigkeit das Gerät zu bedienen, einschränkt.
b) Das Gerät darf nicht von Kindern oder Personen
mit eingeschränkten physischen, sensorischen und
geistigen Fähigkeiten oder ohne entsprechende
Erfahrung und entsprechendes Wissen bedient
werden. Dies ist nur unter Aufsicht einer für die
Sicherheit zuständigen Person und nach einer
Einweisung in die Bedienung der Maschine gestattet.
c) Das Gerät darf nur von körperlich geeigneten
Personen bedient werden, die zu ihrem Benutzen
fähig und entsprechend geschult sind und die
diese Bedienungsanleitung gelesen und verstanden
haben und im Rahmen der Sicherheit und des
Gesundheitsschutzes am Arbeitsplatz geschult
wurden.
d) Seien Sie aufmerksam und verwenden Sie Ihren
gesunden Menschenverstand beim Betreiben des
Gerätes. Ein Moment der Unaufmerksamkeit während
der Arbeit kann zu schweren Verletzungen führen.
e) Benutzen Sie eine persönliche Schutzausrüstung,
die den in Punkt 1 der Symbolerläuterungen
vorgegebenen Maßgaben entspricht. Die Verwendung
einer geeigneten und zertizierten Schutzausrüstung
verringert das Verletzungsrisiko.
f) Überschätzen Sie Ihre Fähigkeiten nicht. Sorgen Sie
für einen sicheren Stand während der Arbeit. Dies gibt
Ihnen eine bessere Kontrolle über das Gerät im Falle
unerwarteter Situationen.
g) Tragen Sie keine weite Kleidung oder Schmuck.
Halten Sie Haare, Kleidung und Handschuhe von
beweglichen Teilen fern. Lose Kleidung, Schmuck
oder lange Haare können durch sich bewegende Teile
erfasst werden.
h) Das Gerät ist kein Spielzeug. Kinder sollten in der
Nähe des Geräts unter Aufsicht stehen, um Unfälle zu
vermeiden.
i) Verwenden Sie zum Wechseln des Öls
Gummihandschuhe. Wenn Öl mit der Haut in
Berührung kommt, sofort waschen.
HINWEIS! Kinder und Unbeteiligte müssen bei der
Arbeit mit diesem Gerät gesichert werden.

3. NUTZUNGSBEDINGUNGEN
Mit dem Werkzeug werden Betonstabstähle geschnitten.
Für alle Schäden bei nicht sachgemäßer Verwendung
haftet allein der Betreiber.
3.1. GERÄTEBESCHREIBUNG
3.4. REINIGUNG UND WARTUNG
a) Verwenden Sie zur Reinigung der Oberäche
ausschließlich Mittel ohne ätzende Inhaltsstoe.
b) Lassen Sie nach jeder Reinigung alle Teile gut
trocknen, bevor das Gerät erneut verwendet wird.
c) Bewahren Sie das Gerät an einem trockenen, kühlen,
vor Feuchtigkeit und direkter Sonneneinstrahlung
geschütztem Ort auf.
d) Es ist verboten, das Gerät mit einem Wasserstrahl zu
besprühen oder in Wasser zu tauchen.
e) In Hinblick auf technische Ezienz und zur
Vorbeugung vor Schäden sollte das Gerät regelmäßig
überprüft werden.
f) Um das Produkt zu pegen bzw. zu warten, sollten
Metallteile mit einem Korrosionsschutzmittel
geschmiert werden.

h) Nach dem Austausch muss das Altöl gemäß den

2.3. SICHERE ANWENDUNG DES GERÄTS
a) Überhitzen Sie das Gerät nicht. Verwenden
Sie nur geeignete Werkzeuge für die jeweilige
Anwendung. Richtig ausgewählte Geräte und der
sorgsame Umgang mit ihnen führen zu besseren
Arbeitsergebnissen.
b) Nicht verwendete Werkzeuge sind außerhalb
der Reichweite von Kindern sowie von Personen
aufzubewahren, welche weder das Gerät noch die
Anleitung kennen. In den Händen unerfahrener
Personen können diese Geräte eine Gefahr darstellen.
c) Halten Sie das Gerät stets in einem einwandfreien
Zustand. Prüfen Sie vor jeder Inbetriebnahme, ob
am Gerät und seinen beweglichen Teilen Schäden
vorliegen (defekte Komponenten oder andere
Faktoren, die den sicheren Betrieb der Maschine
beeinträchtigen könnten). Im Falle eines Schadens
muss das Gerät vor Gebrauch in Reparatur gegeben
werden.
d) Halten Sie das Gerät außerhalb der Reichweite von
Kindern.
e) Reparatur und Wartung von Geräten dürfen
nur von qualiziertem Fachpersonal und mit
Originalersatzteilen durchgeführt werden. Nur so wird
die Sicherheit während der Nutzung gewährleistet.
f) Um die Funktionsfähigkeit des Gerätes zu
gewährleisten, dürfen die werksmäßig montierten
Abdeckungen oder Schrauben nicht entfernt werden.
g) Das Gerät muss regelmäßig gereinigt werden, damit
sich nicht dauerhaft Schmutz festsetzt.
h) Bearbeiten Sie nie zwei Elemente gleichzeitig.
i) Das Gerät ist kein Spielzeug. Reinigung und Wartung
dürfen nicht von Kindern ohne Aufsicht durch eine
erwachsene Person durchgeführt werden..
j) Es ist untersagt, in den Aufbau des Geräts einzugreifen,
um seine Parameter oder Konstruktion zu ändern.
k) Verwenden Sie das Werkzeug nicht ohne Klingen.
l) Schneiden Sie keine kurze Stange ohne Abdeckung.
Ein springendes Element kann zu Verletzungen führen.

3.2. VORBEREITUNG ZUR VERWENDUNG
ARBEITSPLATZ DES GERÄTES:
Die Umgebungstemperatur sollte nicht unter -20°C und
nicht über 40°C liegen. Das Gerät sollte immer auf einer
ebenen, stabilen, sauberen und trockenen Oberäche und
außerhalb der Reichweite von Kindern und Personen mit
eingeschränkten geistigen, sensorischen und psychischen
Fähigkeiten verwendet werden.
AUFBAU DES GERÄTES
Lösen Sie die Feststellschraube mit dem Inbusschlüssel und
setzen Sie die Messerklinge ein. Ziehen Sie die Schraube fest,
um die Klinge zu sichern.
ACHTUNG: Verwenden Sie das Werkzeug nicht, wenn sich
die Klingen nicht in derselben horizontalen Linie benden.
3.3. ARBEIT MIT DEM GERÄT
1. Schneiden von Stangen
a) Setzen Sie den Stab zwischen die Klingen.
b) Drehen Sie die Drehschraube im Uhrzeigersinn.
Drücken Sie auf den beweglichen Gri, um die Stange
abzuschneiden.
c) Drehen Sie nach dem Abschneiden der Stange
die Schwenkschraube, um den Druck manuell zu
entlasten. Wenn der Kolben einfährt, ist das Werkzeug
für den nächsten Zyklus bereit.
2. Ölwechsel
Wechseln Sie das Öl einmal im Jahr, um die
Lebensdauer des Produkts zu verlängern. Das Öl sollte
über 30µm durch ein 120 mesh oder Sieb geltert
werden. Staubige Ölwanne vermeiden. Nach längerem
Gebrauch können sich die Dichtungselemente
abnutzen. Bei Undichtigkeiten wenden Sie sich an
das Service-Center, um die Dichtungselemente
auszutauschen.
a) Befestigen Sie das Werkzeug an einem Schraubstock.
b) Drücken Sie die Schwenkschraube ganz hinein.
c) Schrauben Sie den nicht drehenden Gri ab.
d) Schrauben Sie den Öltankdeckel ab.
e) Lassen Sie das alte Öl ab.
f) Gießen Sie sauberes Öl ein.
g) Warten Sie eine Weile, bis die Luft abgelassen ist, und
schrauben Sie dann den Öltankdeckel wieder auf.
h) Schrauben Sie den festen Gri fest.

3. USE GUIDELINES
The tool is used to cut reinforcing bars.
The user is liable for any damage resulting from
unintended use of the device.
3.1. DEVICE DESCRIPTION

3.2. PREPARING FOR USE
APPLIANCE LOCATION
The ambient temperature should not be lower than -20°C
and higher than 40°C . The device should always be used
when positioned on an even, stable, clean and dry surface,
and be out of the reach of children and persons with limited
mental and sensory functions.
ASSEMBLING THE APPLIANCE
Loosen the locking screw with the hex wrench and insert the
knife blade. Tighten the screw to secure the blade.
NOTE: Do not use the tool when the blades do not remain
in the same horizontal line.
3.3. Device use
1. Cutting bars
a) Place the bar between the blades.
b) Turn the swivel screw clockwise. Press the movable
handle to cut the bar.
c) After cutting the bar, turn the swivel screw to release
the pressure manually. When the piston retracts, the
tool is ready for the next cycle.
2. Oil change
To extend the life of the product, change the oil once
a year. The oil should be ltered through a 120 mesh
or strainer above 30µm. Avoid dusty oil pan. After
a long time of use, sealing elements may wear out.
In the event of a leak, contact the service centre to
replace the sealing elements.
a) Attach the tool to a table vice.
b) Fully push in the rotary screw.
c) Unscrew the non-rotating handle.
d) Unscrew the oil tank cap.
e) Drain the used oil.
f) Pour in clean oil.
g) Wait for a while to vent, then screw the oil tank cap
back on.
h) Screw on the xed handle.

2.2. PERSONAL SAFETY
a) Do not use the device when tired, ill or under the
inuence of alcohol, narcotics or medication which
can signicantly impair the ability to operate the
device.
b) The device is not designed to be handled by persons
(including children) with limited mental and sensory
functions or persons lacking relevant experience and/
or knowledge unless they are supervised by a person
responsible for their safety or they have received
instruction on how to operate the device.
c) The device can be handled only by physically t
persons who are capable of handling it, properly
trained, familiar with this manual and trained within
the scope of occupational health and safety.
d) When working with the device, use common sense
and stay alert. Temporary loss of concentration while
using the device may lead to serious injuries.
e) Use personal protective equipment as required
for working with the device, specied in section 1
(Legend). The use of correct and approved personal
protective equipment reduces the risk of injury.
f) Do not overestimate your abilities. When using the
device, keep your balance and remain stable at all
times. This will ensure better control over the device
in unexpected situations.
g) Do not wear loose clothing or jewellery. Keep hair,
clothes and gloves away from moving parts. Loose
clothing, jewellery or long hair may get caught in
moving parts.
h) The device is not a toy. Children must be supervised
to ensure that they do not play with the device.
i) When changing oil, use rubber gloves. If oil comes
into contact with skin, wash immediately.
2.3. SAFE DEVICE USE
a) Do not overload the device. Use the appropriate tools
for the given task. A correctly-selected device will
perform the task for which it was designed better and
in a safer manner.
b) When not in use, store in a safe place, away from
children and people not familiar with the device who
have not read the user manual. The device may pose
a hazard in the hands of inexperienced users.
c) Keep the device in perfect technical condition. Before
each use check for general damage and especially
check for cracked parts or elements and for any other
conditions which may impact the safe operation of
the device. If damage is discovered, hand over the
device for repair before use.
d) Keep the device out of the reach of children.
e) Device repair or maintenance should be carried out
by qualied persons, only using original spare parts.
This will ensure safe use.
f) To ensure the operational integrity of the device, do
not remove factory-tted guards and do not loosen
any screws.
g) Clean the device regularly to prevent stubborn grime
from accumulating.
h) Do not work on two workpieces at the same time.
i) The device is not a toy. Cleaning and maintenance may
not be carried out by children without supervision by
an adult person.
j) It is forbidden to interfere with the structure of
the device in order to change its parameters or
construction.
k) Do not use the tool without blades.
l) Do not cut a short rod without cover. An element
bouncing back can cause personal injury.
ATTENTION! Despite the safe design of the device
and its protective features, and despite the use of
additional elements protecting the operator, there is
still a slight risk of accident or injury when using the
device. Stay alert and use common sense when using
the device.

3.4. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
a) Use only non-corrosive cleaners to clean the surface.
b) After cleaning the device, all parts should be dried
completely before using it again.
c) Store the unit in a dry, cool place, free from moisture
and direct exposure to sunlight.
d) Do not spray the device with a water jet or submerge
it in water.
e) The device must be regularly inspected to check its
technical eciency and spot any damage.
f) Use a soft cloth for cleaning.
g) To maintain the product, lubricate metal parts with an
anti-corrosive agent
h) After changing oil, dispose of the used oil in
accordance with local regulations.

2.1 BEZPIECZEŃSTWO W MIEJSCU PRACY
a) Utrzymywać porządek w miejscu pracy i dobre
oświetlenie. Nieporządek lub złe oświetlenie może
prowadzić do wypadków. Należy być przewidującym,
obserwować co się robi i zachowywać rozsądek
podczas używania urządzenia.
b) W razie wątpliwości czy produkt działa poprawnie lub
stwierdzenia uszkodzenia należy skontaktować się
z serwisem producenta.

3.3. PRACA Z URZĄDZENIEM
1. Cięcie prętów
a) Umieścić pręt między ostrzami.
b) Przekręć śrubę obrotową zgodnie z ruchem
wskazówek zegara. Wciśnij ruchomy uchwyt w celu
obcięcia pręta.
c) Po odcięciu pręta należy obrócić śrubę obrotową, aby
ręcznie zwolnić nacisk. Kiedy tłok się cofnie, narzędzie
jest gotowe do następnego cyklu.
2. Zmiana oleju
W celu przedłużenia żywotności produktu należy
zmieniać olej raz w roku. Olej należy ltrować przez
siatkę 120 lub sitko powyżej 30µm. Unikać należy
zakurzenia miski olejowej.
Po długim czasie użytkowania, zużyciu mogą ulec
elementy uszczelniające. W przypadku wycieku
należy skontaktować się z serwisem w celu wymiany

3.3. PRÁCE SE ZAŘÍZENÍM
1. Rezání tyčí
a) Umístěte tyč mezi čepele.
b) Otočte otočným šroubem ve směru hodinových
ručiček. Stisknutím pohyblivé rukojeti tyč ořízněte.
c) Po oříznutí tyče otočte otočným šroubem a manuálně
uvolněte tlak Když se píst zatáhne, je nástroj připraven
na další pracovní cyklus.
2. Výměna oleje
Chcete-li prodloužit životnost výrobku, jednou ročně
vyměňte olej. Olej by měl být ltrován přes síťku 120
nebo sítko nad 30 µm. Vyvarujte se zaprášení olejové

víčko olejové nádrže.
h) Zašroubujte stacionární rukojeť.

3.4. ČIŠTĚNÍ A ÚDRŽBA

3.4. NETTOYAGE ET ENTRETIEN
a) Pour nettoyer les diérentes surfaces, n'utilisez que
des produits sans agents corrosifs.
b) Laissez bien sécher tous les composants après chaque
nettoyage avant de réutiliser l’appareil.
c) Conservez l'appareil dans un endroit propre, frais et
sec, à l'abri de l'humidité et des rayons directs du
soleil.
d) Il est interdit d’asperger l'appareil d'eau ou de
l'immerger dans l'eau.
e) Contrôlez régulièrement l'appareil pour vous assurer
qu'il fonctionne correctement et ne présente aucun
dommage.
f) Utilisez un chion doux lors du nettoyage.
g) Pour l'entretien du produit, lubriez les parties
métalliques avec un agent anticorrosion.
h) L'huile usagée doit être éliminée conformément aux
réglementations locales.
Après une longue période d'utilisation, les éléments
d'étanchéité peuvent s'user. En cas de fuite, contactez
le service après-vente pour remplacer les éléments
d'étanchéité.
a) Fixez l'appareil à l'étau d'établi.
b) Enfoncez complètement la vis rotative.
c) Retirez la poignée non tournante.
d) Enlevez le bouchon du réservoir d'huile.
e) Vidangez l'huile usée.
f) Versez de l'huile propre.
g) Attendez un moment à ce que l'air soit purgé, puis
fermez le bouchon du réservoir d'huile.

3. CONDITIONS D’UTILISATION
L'outil sert à couper les barres d'armature.
L’utilisateur porte l’entière responsabilité pour l’ensemble
des dommages attribuables à un usage inapproprié.
3.1. DESCRIPTION DE L'APPAREIL
i) Utilisez des gants en caoutchouc pour changer l'huile.
Si l'huile entre en contact avec votre peau, lavez-la
immédiatement.
2.3. UTILISATION SÉCURITAIRE DE L'APPAREIL
a) Ne faites pas surchauer l'appareil. Utilisez les outils
appropriés pour l'usage que vous en faites. Le choix
d'appareils appropriés et l'utilisation soigneuse de
ceux-ci produisent de meilleurs résultats.
b) Les outils qui ne sont pas en cours d'utilisation
doivent être mis hors de portée des enfants et des
personnes qui ne connaissent ni l'appareil, ni le
manuel d'utilisation s'y rapportant. Entre les mains de
personnes inexpérimentées, ce genre d'appareils peut
représenter un danger.
c) Maintenez l'appareil en parfait état de marche. Avant
chaque utilisation, vériez l’absence de dommages en
général et au niveau des pièces mobiles (assurez-vous
qu’aucune pièce ni composant n’est cassé et vériez
que rien ne compromet le fonctionnement sécuritaire
de l’appareil). En cas de dommages, l’appareil doit
impérativement être envoyé en réparation avant
d’être utilisé de nouveau.
d) Tenez l'appareil hors de portée des enfants.
e) La réparation et l'entretien des appareils doivent être
eectués uniquement par un personnel qualié, à
l'aide de pièces de rechange d'origine. Cela garantit
la sécurité d’utilisation.
f) Pour garantir l'intégrité opérationnelle de l'appareil,
les couvercles et les vis posés à l'usine ne doivent pas
être retirés.
g) Nettoyez régulièrement l'appareil pour en prévenir
l’encrassement.
h) Il est défendu de travailler deux pièces simultanément.
i) Cet appareil n'est pas un jouet. Le nettoyage et
l’entretien ne doivent pas être eectués par des
enfants, à moins qu’ils se trouvent sous la supervision
d’un adulte responsable.
j) Il est défendu de modier l’appareil pour en changer
les paramètres ou la construction.
k) N'utilisez pas l'appareil sans les lames.
l) Ne coupez pas de barres courtes sans protection. Un

3.2. PRÉPARATION À L'UTILISATION
CHOIX DE L’EMPLACEMENT DE L’APPAREIL :
La température ambiante doit être supérieure à -20°C et
inférieure à 40°C. Utilisé toujours l’appareil sur une surface
plane, stable, propre et sèche, hors de portée des enfants
et des personnes présentant des capacités physiques,
sensorielles ou mentales diminuées.
MONTAGE DE L’APPAREIL
Desserrez la vis de blocage à l'aide d'une clé hexagonale et
insérez la lame du couteau. Serrez la vis pour xer la lame.
REMARQUE : N'utilisez pas l'outil lorsque les lames ne sont
pas sur la même ligne horizontale.
3.3. UTILISATION DE L'APPAREIL
1. Coupe des barres
a) Placez la barre entre les lames.
b) Tournez la vis tournante dans le sens des aiguilles
d'une montre. Poussez la poignée mobile pour couper
la barre.
c) Après avoir coupé la barre, tournez la vis tournante
pour relâcher la pression à la main. Lorsque le piston
recule, l'outil est prêt pour le cycle suivant.
2. Changement d'huile
Pour prolonger la durée de vie du produit, il faut
changer l'huile une fois par an. L'huile doit être ltrée
avec un ltre de maille 120 ou un tamis de plus de
30µm. Gardez le carter d'huile toujours propre.

utilizzare il dispositivo.
b) Questo dispositivo non è adatto per essere utilizzato
da persone, bambini compresi, con ridotte capacità
siche, sensoriali o mentali, così come da privi di
adeguata esperienza e/o conoscenze. Si fa eccezione

3. CONDIZIONI D'USO
Lo strumento viene utilizzato per tagliare il cemento armato.
L'operatore è responsabile di tutti i danni derivanti da
un uso improprio.
3.1. DESCRIZIONE DEL DISPOSITIVO

3.2. PREPARAZIONE AL FUNZIONAMENTO
POSIZIONAMENTO DEL DISPOSITIVO:
La temperatura ambiente non deve essere inferiore a -20°C
e superiore a 40°C. Il dispositivo va sempre utilizzato su una
supercie piana, stabile, pulita asciutta, lontano dalla portata
dei bambini e di persone con capacità psichiche, sensoriali
e mentali ridotte.
NOTA: Non utilizzare lo strumento quando le lame non sono
nella stessa linea orizzontale.
3.3. LAVORARE CON IL DISPOSITIVO
1. Taglio dei bulloni
a) Posizionare il cemento armato tra le lame.
b) Ruotare la vite rotante in senso orario. Premere
l'impugnatura mobile per tagliare il cemento armato.
c) Dopo aver tagliato il cemento armato, girare la vite
rotante per scaricare la pressione manualmente.
Quando il pistone si ritira, lo strumento è pronto per il
prossimo ciclo.
2. Cambio dell’olio
Per prolungare la longevità del prodotto, l'olio
dovrebbe essere cambiato una volta all'anno. L'olio
deve essere ltrato attraverso una rete da 120 mesh
o un setaccio di oltre 30µm. Evitare di spolverare la
coppa dell'olio. Dopo un lungo periodo di utilizzo, gli
elementi di tenuta possono usurarsi. In caso di perdite,
contattare il servizio di assistenza per sostituire gli
elementi di tenuta.
a) Fissare l'utensile ad una morsa da tavolo.
b) Spingere la vite di rotazione completamente
all'interno.
c) Rimuovere l'impugnatura non rotante.
d) Togliere il tappo del serbatoio dell'olio.
e) Scolare l'olio usato.
f) Versare olio pulito.
g) Attendere un momento per lo sato e poi chiudere il
tappo del serbatoio dell'olio.
h) Avvitare la maniglia ssa.

asciugare tutte le parti.
c) Tenere l'apparecchio in un luogo asciutto, fresco,
protetto dall'umidità e dalla luce diretta del sole.
d) È vietato spruzzare il dispositivo con un getto d'acqua
o immergere il dispositivo in acqua.
e) Eettuare controlli regolari del dispositivo per
mantenerlo eciente e privo di danni.
f) Per la pulizia utilizzare un panno morbido.
g) Per la manutenzione del prodotto, le parti
metalliche devono essere lubricate con un agente
anticorrosione.
h) Dopo la sostituzione, l'olio esausto deve essere

3.4. LIMPIEZA Y MANTENIMIENTO
a) Para limpiar la supercie, utilice solo productos que
no contengan sustancias corrosivas.
b) Después de cada limpieza, deje secar bien todas las
piezas antes de volver a utilizar el aparato.
c) Guarde el aparato en un lugar seco, fresco y protegido
de la humedad y la radiación solar directa.
d) Prohibido rociar agua sobre el dispositivo o sumergirlo
en agua.
e) En lo que respecta a la eciencia técnica y posibles
daños, el dispositivo debe ser revisado regularmente.
f) Por favor, utilice un paño suave para la limpieza.
g) Para un buen mantenimiento del producto, las
partes de metal deben lubricarse con un agente
anticorrosivo.
h) Después del reemplazo, el aceite usado debe
desecharse de acuerdo con las normas locales.

c) Mantenga el aparato en perfecto estado de

h) No trabaje con dos elementos simultáneamente.
i) Este aparato no es un juguete. La limpieza y el
mantenimiento no deben ser llevados a cabo por
niños que no estén bajo la supervisión de adultos.
j) Se prohíbe realizar cambios en la construcción del
dispositivo para modicar sus parámetros o diseño.
k) No use la herramienta sin cuchillas.
l) No corte varillas cortas sin protección. Un elemento
que rebota puede causar lesiones del cuerpo.

3.2. PREPARACIÓN PARA LA PUESTA EN MARCHA
LUGAR DE TRABAJO
La temperatura ambiente no debe ser inferior a -20°C ni
superior a 40°C. El aparato se debe usar siempre en una
supercie plana, estable, limpia seca, fuera del alcance de
los niños y de personas con funciones psíquicas, mentales y
sensoriales limitadas.
MONTAJE DE LA MÁQUINA
Aoje el tornillo de bloqueo con la llave hexagonal e inserte
la cuchilla. Apriete el tornillo para asegurar la cuchilla.
ATENCIÓN: No use la herramienta cuando las cuchillas no se
encuentran alineadas horizontalmente.
3.3. MANEJO DEL APARATO
1. Corte de varillas
a) Coloque la barra entre las cuchillas.
b) Gire el tornillo giratorio en el sentido de las agujas del
reloj. Presione el mango móvil para cortar la barra.
c) Después de cortar la barra, gire el tornillo giratorio
para liberar la presión manualmente. Cuando el pistón
se retire, la herramienta está lista para el próximo
corte.
2. Cambio de aceite
Para prolongar la durabilidad del producto, cambie el
aceite una vez al año. El aceite debe ltrarse a través
de una malla de 120 o un ltro por encima de 30 µm.
Evite que el polvo entre en la bandeja de aceite.

se ha prestado gran importancia a la seguridad,
dispone de ciertos mecanismos de protección
extras. A pesar del uso de elementos de seguridad
