
CAUTIONS
General safety information for the use of electrical devices:
To avoid injury from re or electric shock, please ensure compliance with safety
instructions when using this device. Please read the instruction carefully and make
sure that you have understood it well. Keep the manual near the equipment to be
able to read it at any time. Always use current sources connected to the ground and
providing the necessary voltage (indicated on the label on the device). If you have any
doubt, let an electrician check that your outlet is properly grounded. Never use a da-
maged power cable. Do not open the unit in damp or wet environment, or if you are
wet yourself. Protect the unit of solar radiation. Use the device in a protected locati-
on to avoid damaging the equipment or endangering others. Make sure the device is
able to cool and avoid placing it too close to other devices that produce heat. Before
cleaning, disconnect it. Make sure that no liquid enters the unit. No internal element
of this device needs to be maintained by the user. An opening of the device without
our approval leads to a loss of warranty.

GENERAL OPERATION PRECAUTIONS
1. Keep work area clean. Cluttered areas can cause injuries.
2. Consider work area environment. Don’t expose power tools to rain or wet
soil. Don’t use power tools in damp or wet locations. Work area should be well
secured. Don’t use tool in presence of ammable liquids or gases. Power tools
produce sparks during normal operation or when switching ON/OFF. Never
use power tools in dangerous sites containing lacquer, paint, benzene, thinner,
gasoline, gases, adhesive agents, and other materials which are combustible or
explosive.
3. Provide sufcient protection against electric shocks. Prevent body contact with
grounded surfaces. For example: pipes, radiators, ranges, refrigerator enclosures.
4. Keep children and third parties away from work area.
5. Store unused tools safely and properly. When not in use, tools should be stored
in dry and high or locked-up place out of reach of children.
6. Do not overload the machine! To ensure optimal performance and safety of the
device only use within the set parameters.
7. Dress properly. Do not wear loose clothing or jewellery. They can be caught in
moving parts. Rubber gloves and non-skid footwear are recommended when
working outdoors. Wear protective hair covering to contain long hair.
8. Use safety glasses. Also use face or dust mask if cutting operation is dusty.
9. Do not damage the connection cable. Never carry the tool by the cable or yank
it to disconnect from plug. Keep cable away from oil containers, heat sources and
sharp edges.

10. Do not overreach. Keep proper footing and balance at all times.
11. Maintain tools with care. Keep tools sharp and clean for better and safer per-
formance. Follow instructions for lubricating and changing accessories. Inspect
extension cords periodically and replace if damaged. Keep handles dry, clean, and
free from oil and grease.
12. Switch off the device and disconnect the cable before maintenance or changing
accessories e.g. blades, cutters.
13. Remove adjusting keys and wrenches. Always make sure that keys and adjusting
wrenches are removed from tool before turning it on.
14. Avoid unintentional starting. Be sure switch is off when plugging in.
15. During outdoor work use extension cords intended for outdoor use and marked
accordingly.
16. Stay alert when operating the device. Do not operate tool when you are tired.
17. Check damaged parts. Before using the tool, assess damage to covers or other
parts that are impaired. These should be carefully checked to determine whether
the device will operate properly and perform its intended function. Check for
alignment of moving parts, mountings, and any other conditions that may affect
its operation. Any damaged part should be properly repaired or replaced by an
authorized service centre unless otherwise indicated elsewhere in this instructi-
on manual. Defective switches should be replaced by authorized service centre.
Do not use tool if switch does not turn it on and off.
18. Do not use power tools for applications other than those specied in the inst-
ruction (other than that for which it was designed).
19. To ensure the designed operational integrity of power tools, do not remove
installed covers or screws.
20. Do not touch movable parts or accessories unless the power source has been
disconnected.
21. Consult an authorized service agent in the event of power tool failure.
22. Use only original replacement parts.

BEFORE FIRST USE
Upon receipt of the goods, check the packaging for integrity and open it. If the packa-
ging is damaged, please contact your transport company and distributor within 3 days,
and document the damages as detailed as possible. Do not turn the package upside
down! When transporting the package, please ensure to keep it horizontal and stable.
Please keep all packaging materials (cardboard, plastic tapes and styrofoam), so that in
case of return, the device can be sent back to the service centre in accurate conditi-
