This Elliptical trainer is built in compliance with EN 957-1: 2005&EN 957-9: 2003 with maximum permissble user’s
weight of 150kg and classified as SA and equipped with speed independent braking system.
This training equipment is a stationary exercise machine used to simulate walking or running without causing
excessive pressure to the joints, hence decreasing the risk of impact injuries.
Elliptical trainers offer a non-impact cardiovascular workout that can vary from light to high intensity based on the
