My Stride™ Technology Patented My Stride™ technology - allows the user to dynamically change the length
of their stride automatically, to a full stride of 30”. The faster you stride, the longer
your stride becomes – just like in real life. No electronics needed to change stride
length. The result is the most comfortable, adaptable stride motion of any elliptical
trainer.

rate with digital signal processing will rival any competitor in terms of reliability and
consistency. Contact heart rate mounted on front hand rails and upper-body

11. C51 Exercise Statistics During a workout, the C51 LCD console calculates and displays the exercise
parameters such as distance, stride rate, calories burned, power (in watts), vertical
climbed, and METs according to equations published in the American College
of Sports Medicine’s, “Guidelines for Graded Exercise Testing and Exercise
Prescription”. Speed and grade accuracy are factory-tested, verified, and published
in the Owner’s Manual.
