2. OPIS IN PRAVILNA UPORABA TIPKOVNICE
Tipkovnica ima 10 številk in dve funkcijski tipki: - plus, ki se
uporablja za dodajanje in - kljukica, ki se uporablja za brisanje
in potrjevanje kode oziroma odklepanje.
Tipkovnica je osvetljena z modro svetlobo, podnevi pa so tipke
bele barve. Funkcijski tipki imata še dodatni barvi in sicer zvez-
dica se obarva zeleno, kadar je koda pravilna oziroma kadar
se sproži ustrezna funkcija. se obarva rdeče, kadar koda ni
pravilna oziroma kadar se sproži ustrezna funkcija. Ob močni
zunanji svetlobi bo osvetlitev tipkovnice slabo vidna in tipke
bodo bele barve. V kolikor se tipkovnica programira pri močni
svetlobi, je priporočljivo tipkovnico zasenčiti, da se osvetlitev in
svetlobni signali bolje vidijo. Ob vsakem pritisku na katerokoli
tipko je slišati kratek pisk, ki signalizira, da je tipka sprožena.
Tipke so kapacitivne, kar pomeni, da je pod vsako tipko senzor,
ki zazna, da je bil na tipko pritisnjen prst. Da se sproži tipka, je
potrebno s prstom pokriti celo številko, kar storimo z rahlim in
hitrim pritiskom. Če se prst počasi približa tipki, se ta morda ne
bo sprožila.
V tipkovnico je možno vprogramirati 100 različnih kod. Vsaka
koda je lahko poljubno dolga; najmanj 4 in največ 16 številk.
Prva koda, ki se vprogramira, je administratorska. S to kodo je
možno upravljati z napravo, dodajati in brisati ostale kode. Ad-

ministratorska koda je samo ena.
Po tipkovnici je potrebno tipkati s prstom, za tipkanje se ne upo-
rablja trdih ali ostrih predmetov, ker se tako lahko poškoduje
površina tipkovnice.
3. VNOS ADMINISTRATORSKE KODE
• Pritisnite tipko za 3 s.
• Modra LED začne utripati hitro. Izberite, kateri rele bo prožila ta
koda. Če pritisnete številko 1, bo ta koda prožila rele 1, če priti-
snete številko 2, bo ta koda prožila rele 2, če pritisnete številki 1
in 2 hkrati, bo ta koda prožila oba releja hkrati. Izbrano številko
je potrebno držati 2 s.
• Prižge se zelena LED in pisk 1 x 1 s.
• Modra LED utripa počasi.
• Sedaj vpišite administratorsko kodo. Koda je lahko sestavljena
iz minimalno 4 in maksimalno 16 številk.
• Pritisnite za potrditev kode za 1 s.
• Prižge se zelena LED in pisk 1 x 1 s. Administratorska koda je
shranjena.
OPOMBA:
Administratorska koda je prva, ki se jo vnese v napravo in je
samo ena. Kasneje se administratorsko kodo lahko tudi spreme-
ni, vendar morate poznati staro. Administratorsko kodo lahko
uporabljate tudi za odklepanje.
POZOR: Če administratorsko kodo pozabite, ne more-
te več upravljati z napravo in jo je potrebno resetirati.
Resetiranje naprave je opisano v poglavju »Povrnitev
tovarniških nastavitev«.
4. VNOS UPORABNIŠKE KODE
• Pritisnite za 3 s.
• Modra LED začne utripati počasi, vpišite administratorsko kodo
in pritisnite .
• Zelena LED in pisk 1 x 1 s.
• Modra LED začne utripati hitro. (To pri močni svetlobi morda ne
bo vidno.)
• Izberite, kateri rele bo prožila ta koda. Če pritisnete številko 1, bo
ta koda prožila rele 1, če pritisnete številko 2, bo ta koda prožila
rele 2, če pritisnete številki 1 in 2 hkrati, bo ta koda prožila oba
releja hkrati. Izbrano številko je potrebno držati 2 s.
• Prižge se zelena LED in pisk 1 x 1 s.
• Modra in zelena LED utripata izmenično. Vpišite uporabniško
kodo. Koda je lahko sestavljena iz minimalno 4 in maksimalno 16
številk.
• Pritisnite za potrditev kode za 1 s.
• Prižge se zelena LED in pisk 1 x 1 s. Uporabniška koda je shranjena.
Uporabniško kodo lahko uporabite samo za odklepanje vrat, z
njo ni možno dodajati ali brisati drugih kod. Uporabniško kodo
se lahko s pomočjo administratorske kode kadarkoli izbriše. V
tipkovnici je prostora za 99 uporabniških kod.
Če uporabniško kodo pozabite, lahko s pomočjo administrator-
ske kode vnesete novo ali pa izbrišete celotno bazo kod in na
novo programirate ključavnico.
5. ODKLEPANJE VRAT
Ko je vnešena vsaj ena koda, je možno z njo odkleniti vrata:
• Vtipkajte kodo.
• Pritisnite .
• zelena LED in pisk 1 x 1 s, vrata se odklenejo.
Če vpišete napačno kodo, se prižge rdeča LED in pisk 3 x 0,2 s, vra-
ta se ne odklenejo. Če trikrat zaporedoma vpišete napačno kodo,
se tipkovnica za 10 s zaklene. V tem času ni možno vpisovati kode.
Če še trikrat zaporedoma vpišete napačno kodo, se tipkovnica
zaklene za 2 minuti.
6. BRISANJE UPORABNIŠKE KODE
• Pritisnite za 5 s.
• Modra LED utripa, vtipkajte administratorsko kodo in pritisnite
.
• Zelena LED in pisk 1 x 1 s.
• Zelena in rdeča LED utripata izmenično.
• Vtipkajte uporabniško kodo, ki se briše in pritisnite za 1 s.
• Zelena in rdeča LED ter pisk 3 x 1 s. Koda je izbrisana.
Izbriše se lahko katerokoli uporabniško kodo. Administratorske
kode ni možno brisati, lahko se jo zamenja ali pa izbriše celotno
bazo.
7.ZAMENJAVA ADMINISTRATORSKE KODE
• Pritisnite za 5 s.
• Modra LED utripa, vtipkajte administratorsko kodo in pritisnite
.
• Zelena in rdeča LED utripata izmenično.
• Vtipkajte staro administratorsko kodo in pritisnite za 1 s.
• Zelena LED in pisk 1 x 1 s.
• Modra LED utripa, vpišite novo administratorsko kodo in pri-
tisnite za 1 s. (Koda je lahko sestavljena iz minimalno 4 in
maksimalno 16 številk.)
• Zelena LED in pisk 1 s, administratorska koda je zamenjana.

8. BRISANJE CELOTNE BAZE
Če je prostor zamenjal lastnika, ali pa zaradi katerega drugega
vzroka, lahko izbrišete celotno bazo kod in tako povrnete napra-
vo v prvotno stanje.
• Pritisnite in hkrati za 10 s.
• Modra in rdeča LED začneta izmenično utripati.
• Vtipkajte administratorsko kodo in pritisnite .
• Modra in rdeča LED ter pisk 5 x 1 s. Celotna baza kod je izbri-
sana.
POZOR: Po tej operaciji je priporočljivo takoj vnesti
novo administratorsko kodo in tako zaščititi napravo
pred zlorabo!
9. POVRNITEV TOVARNIŠKIH NASTAVITEV (RESET)
Če ste izgubili/pozabili administratorsko kodo in z napravo ne
morete več upravljati, lahko napravo resetirate oziroma povrne-
te v tovarniške nastavitve.
Na relejni enoti, ki se nahaja znotraj vrat zraven motornega me-
hanizma, je majhen gumb, s katerim se naprava resetira.
Potrebno je odvijačiti zaklepni mehanizem in ga izvleči iz vra-
tnega prola, da lahko dostopate do relejne enote. Naprava
mora biti priključena na napajanje. Nato pritisnite gumb na re-
lejni enoti za 30 s. Po 30 s se naprava resetira. Sedaj je naprava
zopet v prvotnem stanju.
10. IZKLOP OSVETLITVE TIPKOVNICE
Osvetlitev tipkovnice je možno izklopiti, tako da se ta 15 s po
koncu vsake funkcije ugasne.
• Pritisnite za 20 s. Po 3 s začne tipkovnica utripati, to ignoriraj-
te in še naprej držite , dokler ne mine 20 s.
• Zelena LED utripa.
• Za izklop osvetlitve pritisnite za 3 s, za vklop osvetlitve pri-
tisnite za 3 s.
• Če je izbran izklop osvetlitve zelena LED in pisk 3 x 1 s, če je
izbran vklop osvetlitve zelena LED in pisk 1 x 1 s.
V primeru izklopa osvetlitve, se modra osvetlitev tipkovnice
ugasne 15 s po zaključku katerekoli operacije. S pritiskom na kate-
rokoli tipko se ta ponovno vklopi.
11. VZDRŽEVANJE IN ČIŠČENJE NAPRAVE
Naprava ne zahteva nikakršnega vzdrževanja. V primeru, da je tip-
kovnico potrebno očistiti, uporabite suho ali rahlo vlažno mehko
krpo. Za čiščenje se ne sme uporabljati agresivnih detergentov,
topil, lugov ali kislin. Z uporabo agresivnih čistil se lahko poškodu-
je površina tipkovnice in v tem primeru se reklamacija ne prizna.

kode, ki se briše.
• Funkcija zamenjava administratorske kode. Naprava čaka na vpis stare ad-
ministratorske kode.
Zelena in rdeča Da 3 x 1 s Uporabniška koda je izbrisana.
Zelena in modra Ne Izmenično Funkcija dodajanja uporabniške kode. Naprava čaka na vpis uporabniške
kode.
Rdeča Da 3 x 0,2 s Koda ni pravilna.

Trikrat zaporedoma je bila vpisana napačna koda in naprava je zaklenjena.
Najprej za 10 s, če se ponovno 3 x vpiše napačno kodo, se naprava zaklene
za 2 min.
Rdeča Ne Stalno utripa Napaka na napravi.
Rdeča in modra Ne Izmenično Funkcija brisanja celotne baze. Naprava čaka na vpis administratorske
kode.
Rdeča in modra Da 5 x 1 s Funkcija brisanja celotne baze. Baza kod je izbrisana.

14. GARANCIJA PROIZVAJALCA
Garancijski pogoji:
Garancija velja za obdobje 24 mesecev od dneva predaje iz-
delka končnemu kupcu. Proizvajalec izdelka, NAVKOM d. o. o.,
s to izjavo jamči, da bo v garancijskem obdobju izdelek Inokey
tipkovnica (v nadaljnjem besedilu izdelek) deloval brezhibno,
ter da so materiali, iz katerih je izdelan, brez napak in poškodb.
V kolikor kupec ugotovi napako v delovanju izdelka, lahko uve-
ljavlja garancijo pri prodajalcu ali proizvajalcu, ta pa kupcu izda
potrdilo o prejemu reklamacije.
Proizvajalec se zavezuje, da bo v primeru upravičene reklamaci-
je napako v delovanju odpravil najkasneje v 45 dneh od dneva
reklamacije. Če napake ne bo možno odpraviti, bo kupec od
proizvajalca oziroma prodajalca prejel nov izdelek, najkasneje
v 45 dneh od dneva reklamacije.
Opombe v zvezi z uveljavljanjem garancije:
Stranka prevzame vse tveganje in stroške, ki nastanejo s tran-
sportom izdelka do pooblaščenega prodajalca ali pooblaščene
servisne službe.
Garancija je veljavna le, če je garancijski list izpolnjen v celoti s
strani Navkom d. o. o. ali pooblaščenega prodajalca, oz. če so
iz drugih dokumentov zadovoljivo razvidne okoliščine nakupa.
Zato vas prosimo, poskrbite, da so v originalnem predračunu/
fakturi v celoti zapisani: vaše ime, ime prodajalca, serijska šte-
vilka izdelka, leto, mesec in dan nakupa, oz. poskrbite, da je ori-
ginalnemu garancijskemu listu pripet račun, ki ga prejmete ob
nakupu, na katerem je izpisano ime prodajalca, datum nakupa
in tip izdelka. Navkom d. o. o. si pridržuje pravico do zavrnitve
brezplačnega popravila v primeru, ko ni predložen niti v celoti
izpolnjen garancijski list niti ni dodan zgoraj omenjeni doku-
ment (faktura, račun), oz. v primeru, ko so podatki na garancij-
skem listu nepopolni ali nečitljivi.
Garancijski list shranite na varno mesto, saj vam dvojnika ne
bomo izdali!
Podaljšanje garancije:
V primeru, da je kupec uveljavljal garancijo za izdelek in je bilo
s strani pooblaščenega servisa ugotovljeno, da je reklamacija
upravičena, se garancijski rok podaljša za čas, ko je bil izdelek
na servisu. Če pa je bil na reklamiranem izdelku opravljen večji
servisni poseg, oziroma je bil izdelek zamenjan za novega, se
kupcu izda novo garancijo za obdobje 24 mesecev.
Garancije ni mogoče uveljaviti v primeru:
1. Kakršnekoli okvare, povzročene zaradi napačnega ravnanja z
izdelkom (kot npr. uporaba izdelka v namene in na način, ki niso

na dotik prsta.
Na tipko ste pritisnili s premajhno površino prsta. Prst mora pokriti celotno številko.
Prst ste prepočasi približali tipki. Na tipko je potrebno pritisniti na hitro.
Če še po večkratnih poizkusih naprava ne reagira, je le-ta v okvari, pokličite serviserja.
Po vpisu kode
se vrata ne odprejo.
Pozabili ste pritisniti po vpisu kode.
Koda je napačna.
Koda je bila izbrisana.
Če je koda pravilna in se po vnosu prižge zelena LED in pisk 1 x 1 s, je napaka na električni
ključavnici, pokličite serviserja.
Tipkovnica ni osvetljena
Ob močni zunanji svetlobi se osvetlitev tipkovnice slabo vidi.
Naprava ima izklopljeno osvetlitev, pritisnite katero koli tipko.
Naprava je ugasnjena oziroma ni priključena na napetost.
Naprava je v okvari, pokličite serviserja.
Rdeča LED stalno gori. Ne morem
vpisati kode. 3 x zaporedoma je bila vpisana napačna koda, zato je tipkovnica začasno zaklenjena.
Rdeča LED stalno utripa. Naprava je v okvari, pokličite serviserja.

2. Kakršnekoli okvare, ki je nastala zaradi popravila, prilagajanja,
čiščenja ali drugega posega v izdelek s strani kogarkoli drugega,
razen pooblaščenih serviserjev s strani Navkom d.o.o.
3. Kakršnekoli okvare, ki je nastala zaradi transporta, padca,
udarca itd. po nakupu izdelka.
4. Kakršnekoli okvare, ki je nastala zaradi ognja/požara, potresa,
poplave, strele, drugih naravnih nesreč, onesnaženega okolja in
neprimerne električne napetosti napajanja.
5. Kakršnekoli okvare, povzročene z malomarnim ravnanjem
ali neprimernim hranjenjem/skladiščenjem izdelka (kot npr.
hranjenje pri visokih temperaturah in vlažnosti, poleg insektici-
dov, kot je naftalin ali poleg zdravil, strupov in kemikalij, ki lahko
povzročijo škodo), neprimernim vzdrževanjem itd.
6. Ko izdelku, oddanemu v popravilo, ni priložen garancijski list.
7. Kakršnihkoli sprememb garancijskega lista v zvezi z letom,
mesecem in dnevom nakupa, imenom kupca ali prodajalca in
serijske številke.
8. Ko garancijskemu listu ni priloženo potrdilo o nakupu (račun).
Omejitev odgovornosti:
Navkom d.o.o. ne zastopa ali jamči ne eksplicitno ne implici-
tno ničesar v imenu dobaviteljev ali v zvezi z vsebino pisnega
gradiva in v nobenem primeru ni zavezan jamstvu za kupljeni
material, oziroma za primernost le-tega za določen namen ali za
kakršnokoli posledično, slučajno ali neposredno škodo (vključ-
no, vendar ne omejeno, s škodo ali izgubo poslovnih dobičk-
ov, prekinitev poslovanja in izgubo poslovnih informacij), ki bi
izhajale iz uporabe, oziroma nezmožnosti uporabe teh tiskovin
ali naprave.
Nekatere države ne dovoljujejo omejevanja odgovornosti v zve-
zi s posledično ali slučajno nastalo škodo, zato je možno, da se
zgornje določilo na vas ne nanaša. V primeru, da kupec zaradi
reklamacije pošlje izdelek po pošti, svetujemo, da se pošiljka za-
varuje. Prodajalec in proizvajalec ne odgovarjata za povzročeno
škodo med transportom.

2. DESCRIPTION AND CORRECT USE OF KEYPAD
The keypad has 10 digits and two function keys: (the plus),
which is used for adding, and (the checkmark), which is used
for code deleting and conrming or for unlocking.The keypad is
illuminated with blue backlight. The function keys are illuminat-
ed with green backlight when a correct code has been inserted
or when a suitable function is being activated. Red backlight is
activated when the code is incorrect or when a suitable func-
tion is activated. Under strong light the illumination of the key-
pad is poorly visible and the keys will appear white. Should the
programming of the keypad be made under strong light, it is
recommended that you shade the keypad in order to better see
the illumination and the light signals. When any of the keys is
being pressed, you will hear a short beep, which signals that the
key has been activated.
The keys are capacitive, and each has a sensor underneath,
which detects a nger that has been pressed over. In order to
activate a key, you have to cover the entire digit with your n-
ger, by touching it lightly and quickly. If the nger approaches
the key slowly, it might not activate the key.
100 dierent codes can be stored in the keypad. Each code
can be of arbitrary length: at least 4 digits and not more than
16 digits. The rst code that is set is the administrator’s code.

Only with this code it is possible to change the functions of the
keypad and to add and delete other codes. There is only one
administrator’s code, stored in the keypad.
The keypad should be used only by the means of the nger. Do
not use hard or sharp objects for typing, as they can damage the
surface of the keypad.
3. ENTERING THE ADMINISTRATOR CODE
• Press the key for 3s.
• The blue LED will start blinking quickly. Choose which relay this
code will activate. If you press number 1, this code will activate
relay 1. If you press number 2, this code will activate relay 2.
If you press numbers 1 and 2 together, this code will activate
both relays at the same time. The chosen number(s) must be
pressed for 2s.
• The green LED lights up and and you will hear a 1 second long
beep.
• The blue LED starts blinking slowly.
• Now enter the administrator code. The code can consist of a
minimum of 4 and a maximum of 16 digits.
• Press for 1s for code conrmation.
• The green LED lights up and ayou will hear a 1 second long
beep.
• The administrator code has been saved.
ATTENTION: If you forget the administrator code, you
will no longer be able to control the device and will
have to reset it. How to reset the device is described in
the chapter »Restore Factory Settings.«
4. ENTERING THE USER CODE
• Press the key for 3s.
• When the blue LED starts blinking slowly, enter the administra-
tor code and press .
• The green LED lights up and you will hear a 1 second long
beep.
• The blue LED starts blinking quickly (This might not be visible
under strong light).
• Choose which relay this code will activate. If you press num-
ber 1, this code will activate relay 1. If you press number 2, this
code will activate relay 2. If you press numbers 1 and 2 together,
this code will activate both relays at the same time. The chosen
number(s) must be pressed for 2s.
• The green LED lights up and you will hear a 1 second long
beep.
• The blue and green LED start blinking alternately. Enter the
user code. The code can consist of a minimum of 4 and a max-
imum of 16 digits.
• Press for 1s for code conrmation.
• The green LED lights up and you will hear a 1 second long
beep.The user code has been saved.
The user code can only be used for unlocking the door. It cannot
be used for adding or deleting other codes. The user code can
be deleted at any time, using the administrator code. The key-
pad can store 99 user codes.
If you forget the user code, you can enter a new one, using the
administrator code, or delete the entire database start from the
beginning.
5. UNLOCKING THE DOORS
When at least one code has been entered, it can be used to
unlock the door:
• Type in the code.
• Press .
• The green LED will light up and you will hear a 1 second long
beep. The door will unlock.
Should you enter the wrong code, a red LED lights up and you will
hear 3 short beeps. The door will not unlock. If you enter a wrong
code for three times in a row, the keypad will lock itself for 10s.
During that time a code cannot be entered. If you enter a wrong
code for three more times in a row, the keypad will lock itself for
2 minutes.
6. DELETING THE USER CODE
• Press for 5s.
• When the blue LED will start blinking, enter the administrator
code and press .
• The green LED will light up and you will hear a 1 second long
beep.
• The green and red LED will start blinking alternately.
• Enter the user code you wish to delete and press for 1s.
• The green and red LED will light up and you will hear three 1
second long beeps The code has been deleted.
You can delete any user code.The administrator code cannot be
deleted however. It can only be changed or you can choose to
delete the entire database.
7. CHANGING THE ADMINISTRATOR CODE
• Press for 5s.
• When the blue LED will start blinking, enter the administrator
code and press .
• The green and red LED will start blinking alternately.
• Enter the old administrator code and press for 1s.

• The green LED will light up and you will hear a 1 second long
beep.
• The blue LED will start blinking. Enter a new administrator code
and press for 1s. The code can consist of a minimum of 4
• and a maximum of 16 digits.
• The green LED will light up and you will hear a 1 second long
beep
• The administrator code has been changed.
8. DELETING THE ENTIRE BASE
If the case of changing the owners or for any other reason, you
can delete the entire database and thus restore the device to
its original state.
• Press and together for 10s.
• Blue and red LED will start blinking alternately.
• Enter the administrator code and press .
• Blue and red LED will light up and a you will hear 5 beeps.
• The entire code base has been deleted.
ATTENTION: after this operation it is recommended
that you enter a new administrator code right away,
thus protecting the device from abuse!
9. RESTORING FACTORY SETTINGS (RESET)
If you have lost or forgotten the administrator code and the
device can no longer be controlled, the device can be reset or
restored to its factory settings. There is a small button on the
relay unit, which resets the device. Relay unit is located inside
the door next to the motor mechanism. The locking mechanism
must be unscrewed and taken out of the door prole in order
to access the relay unit. The device must be plugged in. Press
the button on the relay unit for 30s. After 30s the device will be
reset and put back to its original state.
10. DISABLING THE ILLUMINATION OF THE KEYPAD
The illumination of the keypad can be disabled so that it turns
o 15s after each function has ended.
• Press for 20s. After 3s the keypad starts blinking. Ignore that
and continue to hold , until 20s have passed.
• The green LED will start blinking.
• To disable the illumination, press for 3s or to enable the illu-
mination, press for 3s.
• If disabling the illumination has been selected, the green LED
will light up and you will hear 3 beeps. If enabling the illumi-
nation has been selected, the green LED lights up and you will
hear only one beep.
When the illumination is disabled, the blue illumination of the
keypad turns o 15s after any operation has ended. The illumi-
nation will turned back on by pressing any of the keys.
11. MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING OF THE DEVICE
The device does not require maintenance. Should the keypad
need cleaning, use a dry or slightly damp soft cloth. Do not use
aggressive detergents, solvents, lye or acids for cleaning. Use of
aggressive cleaning agents may damage the surface of the key-
pad and in this case complaints will be invalid.

13. ERROR DESCRIPTION AND ELIMINATION
DESCRIPTION CAUSE
The keypad does not react
to the touch of a nger.
You did not use enough of the nger's surface to press the key. The nger must cover
the entire digit.

If the device still does not react after several attempts, it is malfunctioning and you

14. MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY
Warranty conditions:
The warranty period is 24 months from the day of hand on
of the product to the nal customer. With this statement, the
manufacturer of the product, NAVKOM d.o.o., guarantees that
in the warranty period the Touchpad (the product) will operate
faultlessly and that the materials it is made of are faultless and
undamaged. If the customer nds a fault in the functioning of
the product, they can enforce the rights under the warranty on
the seller or the manufacturer, who shall issue a claim receipt.
The manufacturer undertakes that in the event of a justied
complaint they shall eliminate the malfunction no later than 45
days after the day of complaint. If the malfunction is impossi-
ble to repair, the customer will receive a new product from the
seller or the manufacturer no later than 45 days after the day
of complaint.
Notes concerning the warranty enforcement:
The customer assumes all risks and expenses incurred during
the transport of the product to the licensed seller or the licensed
service. The warranty is only valid if the warranty certicate is
completely lled in by Navkom d.o.o. or a licensed seller of the
product or if the circumstances of the purchase are satisfactori-
ly evidenced from other documents. Therefore, please ensure
that your name, the name of the seller, the serial number of the
product, the year, month and day of the purchase are written in
full in the original pro forma invoice or invoice; or see to it that
your purchase receipt showing the name of the seller, the date
of the purchase and type of product is attached to the original
warranty certicate. Navkom d.o.o. reserves the right to refuse
to provide repairs free of charge where the submitted warranty
certicate is not completely lled in and the above mentioned
document (invoice, bill) is not enclosed, or when the data on
the warranty certicate are not completed or are illegible. Keep
the warranty certicate in a safe place because we cannot issue
a duplicate.
Warranty extension:
In the case that the customer enforced the warranty and the li-
censed service found the complaint to be justied, the warranty

period is extended for the time the product was at service. If the
respective product has undergone a major service intervention,
or if the product was replaced, a new warranty is issued to the
customer for a 24 month period.
The warranty cannot be enforced in the case of:
1. Any defect caused by improper handling of the product (e.g.
the use of the product with the intentions and in a manner not
specied in the instructions for use, handling and maintenance
etc.).
2. Any defect caused during repair, adaptation, cleaning or any
other intervention in the product by any other party except the
services licensed by Navkom d.o.o.
3. Any defect caused because of transport, fall, hit etc. after the
purchase of the product.
4. Any defect caused by burning/re, earthquake, ood, light-
ning, other natural disasters, polluted environment and im-
proper voltage of the electrical supply.
5. Any defect caused by negligent handling or inappropriate
storage of the product (e.g. keeping it at high temperatures or
high humidity, in the vicinity of insecticides, e.g. naphthalene,
or medicines, poisons or chemicals which can cause damage),
inappropriate maintenance etc.
6. When the product which was sent to repair is not accompa-
nied by the warranty certicate.
7. Any changes of the warranty certicate concerning the year,
month and day of purchase, name of the customer or seller and
serial number.
8. When the warranty certicate is not accompanied by the re-
ceipt for the item(s) purchased (invoice).
Limits of liability:
Navkom d.o.o. does not either represent or guarantee, explicitly
or implicitly, anything on behalf of the suppliers or in connec-
tion with the contents of written materials. It is in no way liable
to warrant the purchased material or its suitability for certain
purpose or any consequent injury, accidental damage or im-
mediate damage (including but not limited to the damage or
loss of business prots, the termination of business operations
and the loss of business information), derived from the use or
incapability of use of these printed materials or device. Some
countries do not allow limitations of liability concerning con-
sequential or accidental damage; therefore, it is possible that
the above mentioned provision does not apply. In the case that
the customer sends the reclaimed product via mail, it is advised

2. BESCHREIBUNG UND BESTIMMUNGSGEMÄSSE VERWENDUNG
Die Tastatur hat 10 Zahlen und zwei Funktionstasten: - die
Plus, das zum Eintrag und zum Häkchen - , das fürs Löschen
und für die Bestätigung des Codes bzw. für die Entriegelung
verwendet wird, bestimmt wird. Die Tastatur ist blau beleuch-
tet, tagsüber sind die Tasten weiß. Die Funktionstasten haben
noch zwei Farben, und zwar wird das Sternchen grün, wenn der
Code richtig ist bzw. wenn eine bestimmte Funktion durchge-
führt wird. Der wird rot, wenn der Code falsch ist bzw. wenn
eine bestimmte Funktion durchgeführt wird. Starkes Tageslicht
macht die Tastaturbeleuchtung schlecht sichtbar und die Tas-
ten werden grün. Wenn die Tastatur beim starken Tageslicht
programmiert wird, wird empfohlen, die Tastatur zu beschat-
ten, damit die Beleuchtung und Leuchtsignale besser sichtbar
werden. Bei jedem Tastendruck ist ein kurzer Piepton zu hören,
der die Tastenbetätigung signalisiert.
Die Tasten sind kapazitiv, dass bedeutet, unter jeder Taste ben-
det sich ein Sensor, das den Fingerdruck erkennt. Damit dieTas-
tenbetätigung erfolgt, muss man mit dem Finger die gesamte
Zahl verdecken, was durch einen sanften und schnellen Finger-
druck erfolgt. Wenn der Finger langsam gedrückt wird, könnte
nicht zur Tastenbetätigung kommen.

miert werden. Jeder Code kann beliebig lang sein; mindestens
4 und meistens 16 Zahlen. Der erste einprogrammierte Code ist
der Administratorcode. Mit diesem Code kann das Gerät betä-
tigt werden und die anderen Codes können eingetragen oder
gelöscht werden. Es kann nur einen Administratorcode geben.
Auf der Tastatur soll mit dem Finger getippt werden, keine har-
ten oder scharfen Objekte sollen verwendet werden, da sonst
die Tastaturoberäche beschädigt werden kann.
3. ADMINISTRATORCODE EINTRAGEN
• Drücken Sie die Taste für 3 Sek.
• Die blaue LED fängt schnell zu blinken an. Wählen Sie aus,
welches Relais dieser Code betätigen wird. Wenn Sie Nummer
1 drücken, betätigt dieser Code das Relais 1, wenn Sie Nummer
2 drücken, betätigt dieser Code das Relais 2, wenn Sie Num-
mern 1 und 2 gleichzeitig drücken, betätigt dieser Code die
beiden Relais auf einmal. Die ausgewählte Nummer muss 2 Sek.
gedrückt werden.
• Die grüne LED leuchtet und ein Piepton 1 x 1 Sek.
• Die blaue LED blinkt langsam.
• Tragen Sie den Administratorcode ein. Der Code beträgt mind-
estens 4 und meistens 16 Zahlen.
• Zur Codebestätigung drücken Sie für 1 Sek.
• Die grüne LED leuchtet und ein Piepton 1 x 1 Sek. Der Adminis-
tratorcode wird gespeichert.
ANMERKUNG:
Der Administratorcode ist der erste eingetragene Code. Es gibt
nur einen Administratorcode. Später kann der Administrator-
code geändert werden, aber Sie sollen den alten kennen. Der
Administratorcode kann auch zur Türentriegelung verwendet
werden.
ACHTUNG:Wenn Sie den Administratorcode verges-
sen, kann das Gerät nicht mehr betätigt werden und es
muss rückgesetzt werden. Das Rücksetzen wird im Ka-
pitel„Rücksetzen auf Werkeinstellungen“ beschrieben.
4. BENUTZERCODE EINTRAGEN
• Drücken Sie die Taste für 3 Sek.
• Die blaue LED fängt langsam zu blinken an. Tragen Sie den Ad-
ministratorcode ein und drücken Sie .
• Die grüne LED und ein Piepton 1 x 1 Sek.
• Die blaue LED beginnt schnell zu blinken. (Beim starken Licht
nicht sichtbar.)
• Wählen Sie aus, welches Relais dieser Code betätigen wird.
Wenn Sie Nummer 1 drücken, betätigt dieser Code das Relais 1,
wenn Sie Nummer 2 drücken, betätigt dieser Code das Relais 2,
wenn Sie Nummern 1 und 2 gleichzeitig drücken, betätigt dies-
er Code die beiden Relais auf einmal. Die ausgewählte Nummer
muss 2 Sek. gedrückt werden.
• Die grüne LED leuchtet und ein Piepton 1 x 1 Sek.
• Die blaue und grüne LED blinken wechselnd. Tragen Sie den
Benutzercode ein. Der Code beträgt mindestens 4 und meis-
tens 16 Zahlen.
• Zur Codebestätigung drücken Sie für 1 Sek.
• Die grüne LED leuchtet und ein Piepton 1 x 1 Sek. Der Benut-
zercode wird gespeichert.
Der Benutzercode kann nur zur Türentriegelung verwendet
werden. Mit dem Benutzercode können die anderen Codes
nicht eingetragen oder gelöscht werden. Der Benutzercode
kann jederzeit mit dem Administratorcode gelöscht werden. Es
können 99 Benutzercodes gespeichert werden.
Wenn Sie den Benutzercode vergessen, können Sie mit dem
Administratorcode einen neuen eintragen oder die ganze Da-
tenbank löschen und das Schloss neu programmieren.
5. TÜRENTRIEGELUNG
Wenn mindestens ein Code eingetragen wird, kann man mit
ihm die Tür entriegeln:
• Tragen Sie den Code ein.
• Drücken Sie .
• Die grüne LED und ein Piepton 1 x 1 s, dieTür wird entriegelt.
Wenn der falsche Code eingetragen wird, leuchtet die rote LED
und ein Piepton 3 x 0,2 s, die Tür wird nicht entriegelt. Wenn der
falsche Code dreimal nacheinander eingetragen wird, wird die Ta-
statur für 10 Sek. gesperrt. Der Code kann in dieser Zeit nicht ein-
getragen werden. Wenn der falsche Code noch dreimal nachein-
ander eingetrageb wird, wird dieTastatur für 2 Minuten gesperrt.
6. BENUTZERCODE LÖSCHEN
• Drücken Sie für 5 Sek.
• Die blaue LED blinkt, tragen Sie den Administratorcode ein
• und drücken Sie .
• Die grüne LED und ein Piepton 1 x 1 Sek.
• Die grüne und rote LED blinken wechselnd.
• Tragen Sie den Benutzercode, den Sie löschen wollen, ein und
drücken Sie für 1 Sek.
• Die grüne und rote LED und ein Piepton 3 x 1 s. Der Code ist
gelöscht.
Jeder Benutzercode kann gelöscht werden. Der Administrator-
code kann nicht gelöscht werden, er kann ersetzt werden oder
die ganze Datenbank kann gelöscht werden.

7. ADMINISTRATORCODE ÄNDERN
• Drücken Sie für 5 s.
• Die blaue LED blinkt, tragen Sie den Administratorcode ein und
drücken Sie .
• Die grüne und rote LED blinken abwechselnd.
• Tragen Sie den alten Administratorcode ein und drücken Sie
für 1 Sek.
• Die grüne LED und der Piepton 1 x 1 s.
• Die blaue LED blinkt, tragen Sie den neuen Administratorcode
ein und drücken Sie für 1 Sek. (Der Code beträgt mindestens
4 und meistens 16 Zahlen.)
• Die grüne LED und ein Piepton 1 Sek., der Administratorcode
geändert.
8. GESAMMTEN DATENBANK LÖSCHEN
Wenn der Objektinhaber geändert wurde oder aus einem an-
deren Grund, kann die ganze Datenbank der Codes gelöscht
werden und das Gerät kann rückgesetzt werden.
• Drücken Sie und gleichzeitig für 10 Sek.
• Die blaue und rote LED beginnen abwechselnd zu blinken.
• Tragen Sie den Administratorcode ein und drücken Sie .
• Die blaue und rote LED und ein Piepton 5 x 1 s. Die ganze
Datenbank der Codes wird gelöscht.
ACHTUNG: Danach wird empfohlen, den neuen Admi-
nistratorcode sofort einzutragen, um damit das Gerät
vor dem Missbrauch zu schützen.
9. RÜCKSETZEN AUF WERKEEINSTELLUNGEN (RESET)
Wenn Sie den Administratorcode vergessen/verloren haben
und das Gerät nicht mehr betätigen können, können Sie das
Gerät auf Werkeeinstellungen rücksetzten.
Auf der Relais-Einheit, die sich innerhalb derTür neben dem Mo-
tormechanismus bendet, nden Sie einen kleinen Knopf, mit
dem das Gerät rückgesetzt wird.
Der Verriegelungsmechanismus muss abgeschraubt und aus
dem Türprol herausgezogen werden, damit Sie Zugang zur
Relais-Einheit haben. Das Gerät muss an die Stromversorgung
angeschlossen werden. Halten Sie dann den Knopf auf der
Relais-Einheit gedrückt für 30 Sek. Nach 30 Sek. wird das Gerät
rückgesetzt. Das Gerät ist wieder im Ursprungszustand.
10. TASTATURBELEUCHTUNG AUSSCHALTEN
Die Tastaturbeleuchtung kann ausgeschaltet werden, damit sie
nach 15 Sek. nach jeder Funktion ausgemacht wird.
• Drücken Sie für 20 Sek. Nach 3 Sek. beginnt die Tastatur
zu blinken. Ignorieren Sie es und halten Sie noch weiter
gedrückt für 20 Sek.
• Die grüne LED blinkt.
• Um die Tastaturbeleuchtung auszuschalten, drücken Sie für
3 Sek., um die Beleuchtung anzuschalten, drücken Sie für 3
Sek.
• Wenn das Ausschalten ausgewählt wird, die grüne LED und ein
Piepton 3 x 1 Sek., wenn das Anschalten ausgewählt wird, die
grüne LED und ein Piepton 1 x 1 Sek.
Wenn die Beleuchtung ausgeschaltet wird, wird die blaue Be-
leuchtung nach 15 Sek. nach jeder Betätigung ausgeschaltet.
Zum Anschalten drücken Sie jede beliebige Taste.
11. WARTUNG UND PFLEGE
Keine Gerätewartung ist erforderlich. Wenn die Tastatur ge-
reinigt sein muss, soll ein trockenes oder leicht feuchtes Tuch
verwendet werden. Keine aggressiven Reinigungsmittel, Lö-
sungsmittel, Laugen oder Säuren sollen verwendet werden. Die
aggressiven Reinigungsmittel können die Tastaturoberäche
beschädigen und die Garantie gilt nicht.

BESCHREIBUNG URSACHE
Die Tastatur
reagiert nicht
auf den Fin-
gerdruck.
Die Fingeroberäche auf dem Knopf ist zu klein. Der Finger muss die gesamte Zahl verdecken.
Sie haben der Finger zu langsam dem Gerät genähert. Der Fingerdruck muss schnell erfolgen.
Wenn das Gerät nach mehreren Versuchen nicht reagiert, ist es beschädigt. Rufen Sie den Kundendienst an.
Nach dem
Code-Eintrag
wird die Tür
nicht geönet.
Sie haben vergessen, nach dem Code-Eintrag zu drücken.

14. HERSTELLERGARANTIE
Garantiebedingungen:
Die Garantiezeit ist 24 Monate ab dem Tag, auf dem das Produkt
dem Letztkunden übergeben wird. Der Hersteller des Produkts,
NAVKOM d. o. o. garantiert mit dieser Erklärung, dass das Pro-
dukt “Touchpad“ (weiter das Produkt genannt) während der
Garantiezeit tadellos funktionieren wird, dass das Material, aus
dem das Gerät gemacht wird, ohne Fehler und Schäden ist.
Wenn vom Kunden eine Betriebsstörung des Geräts festgestellt
wird, können die Rechte aus der Garantie beim Verkäufer oder
Hersteller geltend gemacht werden. DerVerkäufer bzw. der Her-
steller stellt Bestätigung der Reklamation aus.
Der Hersteller verpichtet sich dazu, die Betriebsstörung, falls
die Reklamation berechtigt ist, in spätestens 45 Tagen abzu-
schaen. Wenn die Abhebung der Betriebsstörung nicht mög-
lich ist, bekommt der Kunde vom Hersteller bzw. Verkäufer ein
neues Produkt in spätestens 45 Tagen ab dem Tag, auf dem die
Garantie geltend gemacht wurde.
Anmerkungen beim Geltendmachen der Garantie:
Der Kunde übernimmt die Haftung für das Risiko und die Kosten,
die beim Transport des Produkts bis zum autorisierten Verkäufer
oder oder zum autorisierten Service entstehen.
Die Garantie ist nur dann gültig, wenn das Garantie-Formular im
Ganzen von NAVKOM d. o. o. oder vom autorisierten Verkäufer
ausgefüllt wird bzw. wenn die Verkaufsumstände aus anderen
Dokumenten evident sind. Deswegen bitten wir Sie darauf zu
achten, dass in der originalen Proformarechnung/Faktur, die
folgenden Angaben stehen: Ihr Name, Verkäufername, die Seri-
ennummer des Produkts, das Jahr, der Monat und der Tag des
Einkaufs bzw. sorgen Sie dafür, dass die Rechnung, die sie beim
Einkauf erhalten, dem Garantie-Formular hinzugefügt wird,
auf dem der Verkäufername, das Datum des Einkaufs und die
Produktart stehen. NAVKOM d. o. o. hält sich das Recht, die kos-
tenlose Reparierung zurückzuweisen, weder das ausgefüllte Ga-
rantie-Formular vorliegt noch ist das oben genannte Dokument
(Faktur, Rechnung) dem Garantie-Formular hinzugefügt bzw.
wenn die Angaben auf dem Garantie-Formular unvollständig
oder unleserlich sind. Das Garantie-Formular soll aufbewahrt
werden, die Zweitschrift lässt sich nicht machen!
Garantieverlängerung:
Wenn der Kunde die Garantie geltend macht und wenn das au-
torisierte Service feststellt, die Reklamation ist berechtigt, dann
verlängert sich die Garantiezeit für so lange, als das Produkt im

Service war. Wenn vom Service größere Schäden abgeschat
werden mussten, oder wenn das reklamierte Produkt mit einem
neuen ersetzt wurde, wird dem Kunden eine neue Garantie mit
der Garantiezeit von 24 Monaten ausgestellt.
Erlöschung der Garantie:
Bei Schäden, die durch eine falsche Handhabung des Geräts
verursacht werden (z. B. durch Nichtbeachtung der Bedienungs-
anleitungen und durch Nichtbeachtung der Handhabung und
Gerätepege, die in dieser Bedienungsanleitungen beschrieben
werden usw.). Bei Schäden, die durch Reparieren, Anpassun-
gen, Reinigung oder durch andere Eingrie ins Gerät, die von
einer anderen Person und nicht NAVKOM d. o. o. autorisierten
Service verursacht werden. Bei Schäden, die durch Transport,
durch Fall, Stöße und Schläge des Geräts nach dem Einkauf
verursacht werden. Bei Schäden, die durch Feuer, Erdbeben,
Überschwemmung, Blitzeinschlag oder durch andere Naturka-
tastrophen, Umweltverschmutzung und durch unangemesse-
ne elektrische Spannung verursacht werden. Bei Schäden, die
durch nachlässige Handhabung oder durch unangemessene
Aufbewahrung/Lagerung des Geräts (z. B. Aufbewahrung beim
hohen Temperatur und bei der Feuchtigkeit, Aufbewahrung in
der Nähe von Insektiziden, wie z. B. Naphthalin oder in der Nähe
von Medikamenten, Giften oder Chemikalien, die die Schäden
verursachen können), durch unangemessene Gerätepege usw.
verursacht werden. Wenn für das Gerät, das zum Service ge-
schickt wird, kein Garantie-Formular vorgelegt wird. Wenn das
Garantie-Formular (Jahr, Monat und Tag des Einkaufs, Kundeno-
der Verkäufername, Seriennummer) verändert wurde. Wenn
dem Garantie-Formular kein Beleg über den Einkaufs des Geräts
(Rechnung) beigelegt wird.
Haftungsbegrenzung:
NAVKOM d. o. o. vertritt nicht oder nimmt keine explizite oder
implizite Haftung im Name des Lieferbetriebs oder im Bezug
auf Schriftmaterial und nimmt in keinen Fall Haftung für das
gekaufte Material bzw. für die Angemessenheit des Materials
für eine bestimmte Absicht oder für irgendwelche zufällige
Schäden, direkte Schäden oder Folgeschäden (samt, aber nicht
begrenzt mit den Protschäden oder mit dem Protverlust, der
Geschäftsunterbrechung und mit der Verlust von Geschäftinfor-
mationen), die aus der Verwendung bzw. aus der Unfähigkeit
der Verwendung dieser Schriftmaterialien oder dieses Geräts
ausgehen würden. Einige Staaten erlauben keine Haftungsbe-
grenzug im Bezug auf Folgeschäden oder auf die zufällig ent-
standenen Schäden, deswegen ist es durch aus möglich, dass
die oben genannte Bestimmung sich nicht auf Sie bezieht.Wenn
der Kunde im Falle der Reklamation das Produkt per Post schickt,
ist es empfehlenswert, die Sendung angemessen zu schützen.
Der Verkäufer und der Hersteller nehmen keine Haftung für die
Schäden, die während des Transports entstehen.
