OPERATION
1.Donotoperatetheengineinanenclosedenvironmentwithinsufcientventilationforexhaustgasemissions.
2.Donotinsertyourhead,yourbody,feet,ngers,orarmsbetweentherotatingpartsofthefanorthebelt.
ENGINE
1.Beforeyouremovetheradiatorcap,turnthecapslowlytoreducethepressure.Addwatertotheenginewhenthe
engineisatastandstill,orinidlewhentheengineiswarm.
2.Makesurethattheengineisstoppedwhenyourefuel.Becarefulwhentheengineishot,asthefuelmayignite.
3.Nevercheckoradjustthefanbeltswhentheengineisrunning.Donotadjustthefuelpumpwhiletheengineis
running.
4.Neverlubricatewhiletheengineisrunning.
ELECTRICALSYSTEM
1.Whenyouusetheauxiliarybattery,makesurethatthecableendconnectionstotheterminalsare(+)to(+)and
(-)to(-).Donotshorttheends.BATTERYVAPORIGNITESVERYQUICKLY .Whilethebatteryischarging,open
thebatteryplugstoensureadequateventilation.Donotplacemetalitemsbetweentheterminalstocheckthe
batterycharge.Protectthebatteryfromlightandsparks.Donotsmokenearthebattery.
2.Checkforfuelandbatteryelectrolyteleaksbeforeyoucarryoutservicingormaintenance.Repairanyleaksbefore
youstartwork.
3.Donotchargethebatteryinanenclosedarea.Afterthebatteryischarged,ensurecropperventilationsothat
explosivegassesproducedduringbatterychargingcanescape.
4.Disconnectthebatterybeforeanyrepairwork,orbeforeyoustartworkontheelectricalsystem.

CHECKFORLEAKSWITHYOURHANDS.Useapieceofwoodorcardboardtocheckforleaks.Seekmedical
attentionifyouareinjuredbyleakingliquid.Ifyoudonotreceiveimmediatemedicalattention,aseriousinfection
orreactionmaydevelop.
2.Whenyoucheckthepressure,useanindicatorappropriatefortheexpectedpressure.
WHEELSANDTIRES
1.Ensurethattiresareinatedtothepressurevaluesindicatedbytheirmanufacturer.Checktiresperiodicallyfor
wear.
2.Takecarewhenyouadjusttirepressureandpositionyourselfsafely.
3.Checktirepressurewiththetractorempty.T oavoidover-ination,onlychecktireswhentheyarecold.Donotuse
worntires.Improperweldingheatingorsolderingreducestheresistanceofthewheelsandcausesthewheelsto
malfunction.
4.Neverweldinatedtirestotherims.
5.Usechocksonthefrontandrearwheelswhenyoucarryouttiremaintenance.Afteryouraisethetractorona
jack,positionasupportstandunderneaththetractortopreventthetractorfromfalling.
6.Deatethetiresbeforeyouremoveitemsthatmaycausetirestoburstfromthetiretread.
