QUICK-START GUIDE:
1. Remove the square neck bolts (9), arc washers (10), spring washers (11) and M8 Nut (12)
from the front stabiliser tube (6) using wrench (B).
2. Fix front stabiliser tube (6) to main frame (27) with square neck bolts (9), arc washers
(10), spring washer (11), and M8 Nut (12) using multi wrench (B).

1. Remove the M4 screw (25) from the upper and lower rail covers (36&37)
2. Slot the upper and lower rail cover (36&37) together around the end of the guide
rail (33). Fix in place using the M4 screw (25) and Multi wrench (B).
3. Fix rear stability leg (38) to the bottom of the guide rail (33) with washers (3), spring
washers (11) and M8 Screw (24) using the Allen Key (A).
Step 3
1. Remove 2x M5 screws (31) from the runner rail (33) using Multi wrench (B).
2. Slide the seat (40) on to the runner rail (33) and move to the centre of the rail.
3. Replace the 2 x M5 screws (31) using the Multi wrench (B).
4. Fix the limiters (34) to the runner rail (33) with cross head screws (35) using the
Multi wrench (B).

1. Remove arc washers (10), spring washers (11) and M8 screw (24) from main frame (27)
using the supplied Allen Key (A). Then remove the M4 screw (25) from the decoration
cover (26L & 26R) using the Multi Wrench (B)
2. Attach runner rail (33) onto the main frame (27), then fasten them with arc washers
(10), spring washers (11) and M8 screw (24) by Allen Key (A);
3. Fix the decoration cover (26L/R) to the main frame (27) M4 screw (25) by wrench (B).
Step 4
1. Remove the M8 spring washers (11), M8 (22) and M8 washer (23) from main frame
(27) using the Multi wrench (B)
2. Fix the pedal bracket (30) to main frame (27) with spring washers (11), M8 Bolt (22)
and M8 washers (23) by Multi wrench (B)
3. Fix the foot holders (29A) and Foot holder mounts (29B) on to the pedal bracket (30)
with M8 screws (24) using Allen Key (A)
4. The strap (28) should then be placed in the long slot on the pedal bracket (30) and
looped round and secured. Adjust the tightness to suit foot preference.

1. Pull out the extension wire (16A) from display post (67), then connect extension wire
(16A) with Display wires (15A), and put back these wires into the Display post (16A)
2. Remove the M5 Screw (13) from display (15), then fix Tablet holder (98) and display
(15) on the display post (67) with M5 Screw (13) using the Multi wrench (B)
3. Insert the adapter line (92) to power hole on the front of main frame, then plug the
adapter into an outlet.
The assembly is now complete!

To move the machine, stand behind the unit and lift up by the Rear support leg until
the transportation wheels on the Front support leg touches the ground. With the
wheels on the ground, you can transport the bike to the desired location with ease.
MOVING THE MACHINE

The angle of the computer display should be adjusted for the optimum viewing
position before starting exercise. To adjust simply move the angle of the monitor arm
until the computer is in your eye-line whilst remaining with your head upright during
exercise.

When not in use, you can stand up the machine to save the space.
STORAGE

DESCRIPTION OF INSTRUMENT WINDOW
Display mode of main window during exercise:
1. Scanning mode: Display in the following order successively every 6 seconds:
TIME → TIME/500m → DISTANCE → PULSE → SPM → WATT → CALORIE →
STROKES → TOTAL STROKES
2. Use the button to select and fix a certain function, and then display it on
the main window.
Display mode of left/right small window during exercise: Use the button to
switch the display between “TIME → TIME/500M”, “SPM → WATT”, and
“STROKES → TOTAL STROKES”.

1. Press the to start the exercise or
press the button to enter the
setting mode.
2. In the settings mode, press the
button to select and set the items in
order. To highlight the current setting,
the relevant function will flash (TIME,
DISTANCE, CALORIE, STROKES and
AGE)
3. Use the or buttons to toggle
through each function
4. The functions will automatically
exit after all functions are selected.
Alternatively, pressing the will
start the exercise whilst in the current
function.
5. During exercise, the resistance force will adjust automatically in accordance with
the setting mode (whilst in programmes 2-12). Or this can be adjusted manually
using the or buttons.
6. When any item (TIME, DISTANCE, CALORIE and STROKES) is set, this will be
displayed as a downward count during exercise. Once the count reaches zero, the
exercise will automatically stop with a sound prompt of a double beep.
7. During exercise, you can press the to stop the function of the device.
PROGRAM (PROGRAMME 2-12)
1. Press the or button to select the programme mode.
2. Press the to start the exercise or press the button to enter settings mode.
3. In the settings mode, press the button to select and set the items in order.
To highlight the current setting, the relevant function will flash (TIME, DISTANCE,
CALORIE, STROKES and AGE).
4. Press the or to manually adjust the function.
5. The functions will automatically exit after all functions are selected. Alternatively,
pressing the will start the exercise whilst in the current function.
6. During exercise, the resistance force will adjust automatically in accordance with
the setting mode (whilst in programmes 2-12). Or this can be adjusted manually
using the or buttons.

BODYFAT (PROGRAMME 13)
REQUIRES NEW IMAGE HEART RATE MONITOR TO OPERATE
1. Press the button to enter the setting mode.
2. In the settings mode, the setting order is as follows: GENDER > HEIGHT > WEIGHT
> AGE. Use the or buttons to toggle through adjustments.
3. Press the to start the test: After 8 seconds, it will display the following data.
• BMI (Body Mass index)
• FAT % (Body fat percentage)
• BMR (Basal metabolic rate)
4. Before the test, ensure to have the New Image Heart Rate turned on and
connected. For further information how to connect, see page 18.
5. The test should be conducted with a resting heart rate.

WATT (PROGRAMME 14)

1. Press the button to enter the setting mode.
2. In the settings mode, the setting order is as follows: TIME > DISTANCE > STROKES
> WATT. Press the or to toggle through functions. Press the button
to select the next item and press the to start the exercise. During exercise, the
resistance will adjust automatically to match the WATT value set.
3. If any item (TIME, DISTANCE) is set, this item will be displayed as a countdown
during exercise. Once the count reaches zero, the exercise will automatically stop
with a sound prompt of a double beep.
4. During exercise, you can press the button to stop running the device at any time.
BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate, i.e., the average amount of calories consumed to maintain
the basic living condition every day)
Reference value: 1,300 ± 100 (22~40 years old)
Note: Readings provided by this device should only be used as guidance only and
not for medical indication.
Note: The watt value is determined by both torque and speed. In this programme,
the watt value will remain constant, which means that if the stroke speed is high, the
load resistance will decrease, and if the stroke speed is low, the load resistance will
increase, to ensure that the watt value be constant.

HRC (PROGRAMME 15-18)
REQUIRES NEW IMAGE HEART RATE MONITOR TO OPERATE

mode of target heart rate
2. PROGRAM 15 - 17:
a) Press the button enter the setting
mode.
b) In the setting mode, the setting order
is as follows: TIME → DISTANCE
→ CALORIE→ STROKES → AGE.
The standard value of heart rate is
set automatically according to age.
“65%”, “75%”, and “85%” indicates
the users target percentage of
maximum heart rate.
c) Press or buttons to toggle
through adjustments.
3. PROGRAMME 18:
a) Press the to enter the setting
mode.
b) In the setting mode, the setting order
is as follows: TIME → DISTANCE →
CALORIE → STROKES → TARGET
HEART RATE.

through adjustments.
d) Press the button to start the
exercise. During exercise, the
resistance will adjust automatically
in accordance with the target value
of the heart rate.
e) When any item (TIME, DISTANCE, CALORIE and STROKES) is set, this will be
displayed as a downward count during exercise. Once the count reaches zero, the
exercise will automatically stop with a sound prompt of a double beep.
f) During exercise, you can press the button to stop running the device at any time.

USER PROGRAMME (PROGRAMME 19-22)
1. Use or buttons to toggle between U1 ~ U4 (users 1-4).
2. Press the button to start the exercise or press the button to enter settings
mode.
3. In the setting mode, the setting order is as follows: TIME → DISTANCE → CALORIE
→STROKES → AGE → RESISTANCE FORCE OF EACH COLUMN.
4. Use or to toggle up/down through functions and press to select the
next item.
5. Press the button to start the exercise. During exercise, the resistance will adjust
automatically in accordance with the target value of the heart rate.
6. When any item (TIME, DISTANCE, CALORIE and STROKES) is set, this will be
displayed as a downward count during exercise. Once the count reaches zero, the
exercise will automatically stop with a sound prompt of a double beep.
7. During exercise, you can press button to stop the device at any time.

RECOVERY - REQUIRES NEW IMAGE HEART RATE MONITOR TO OPERATE
1. During exercise, when the
instrument displays the heartbeat
value, press the button to keep the
heartbeat monitoring.
2. When TIME displays “0:60”
(seconds), it will begin counting
down in 60 seconds; at which time,
the system will start the test.
3. When the TIME display counts down to “0:00”, the main window will display F1 ~
F6, indicating the level of heartbeat recovery.
4. It is recommended that during exercise, the heart rate is assessed within an aerobic
heart rate range, so not to affect the test results if the value is too high or too low.
F1 = 1.0 Best
1.0 < F2 < 2.0 Better
2.0 < F3 < 2.9 Good
3.0 < F4 < 3.9 Normal
4.0 < F5 < 5.9 Slightly poor
F6 = 6.0 Poor
SAFETY INFORMATION
• Please read this user guide before first using your Fitt Row training equipment. It is
important to keep these instructions for future reference.
• Assemble and operate the equipment on a stable and level surface.
• Ensure the equipment is stable before use.
• Always ensure you have adequate space on all sides when performing exercises, at
least 0.6m on each side.
• The safety level of the equipment can only be maintained if it is regularly examined
for wear and tear e.g. ropes, pulleys, handles and connections.
• Replace defective components immediately and keep the equipment out of use until
it is required.

• Use only the adjustment setting as described in the instructions. Always use the
correct adjustment plug / fixing. Note any adjustment devices left projecting
could interfere with the user’s movement during use.
• Keep hair, fingers and loose clothing away from hinges and other moving parts to
avoid serious injury.
• Always consult your GP before undertaking any exercise programme.
• Always wear suitable clothing and footwear e,g. tracksuit, shorts and training
shoes.
• Remove all personal jewellery before exercising.
• Ensure you warm up well before using the equipment as this will help to reduce
muscle strain.
• After eating, allow 1-2 hours before exercising as this help to prevent strain.
• Never overload the equipment: MAX USER WEIGHT 120kgs.
• Never use the equipment in any other manner other than the ways explained in
these instructions.
• If you feel faint, stop exercising immediately.
• Injuries to health may result from incorrect form / technique or excessive training.
• Care should be taken at all times when getting on and off the equipment. Falling
off the equipment could result in injury. Mount and dismount the equipment
safely.
• Ensure your feet are securely strapped onto the foot-plates using the Velcro
straps when using your rower.
• Children should not be allowed on or around the equipment, especially when it is
not in use and unsupervised.
• Parents and others in charge of children should be aware of their responsibility
because the natural play instinct and the fondness of experimenting of children
can lead to situations and behaviour for which the training equipment is not
intended.
• This product is not intended for use by persons with reduced physical, sensory or
mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been
given supervision or instructions concerning the use of the appliance by a person
responsible for their safety.

MAINTENANCE AND STORAGE
• Wipe clean only with a clean, damp cloth. DO NOT use detergents. Always
disconnect from the power supply before cleaning.
• This equipment should not be stored outside, in a garage or outbuilding. Keep the
equipment in a dry place with as little temperature variation as possible.
• We recommend placing a mat beneath the equipment to protect both the equipment
