Denna serviceinstruktion beskriver bytet av grundkort (AA2)
på NIBE F1126/F1145/F1226/F1245/F1345/F370/F470/F750/-
VVM500.
Innehåll

Elinkoppling
OBS!
All elektrisk inkoppling skall ske av behörig elektriker.
Elektrisk installation och ledningsdragning skall utföras
enligt gällande bestämmelser.
NIBE F1X26/F1X45/FX70/F750/VVM500 skall vara
spänningslös vid byte av grundkort.
1. Gör värmepumpen/innemodulen spänningslös.
2. Anslut ESD-skyddsarmband och hantera grundkortet
enligt serviceinstruktion.
3. Byt till det nya grundkortet.
4. Montera eventuella byglar från det gamla kortet på det
nya kortet enligt bild för respektive värmepump/innemo-
dul.
5. Spänningssätt värmepumpen/innemodulen.

Använd ett plastverktyg när du försiktigt lossar kom-
munikationskortet (AA23) från grundkortet (AA2). Om
inte finns det risk att kortet kan skadas.

General
These service instructions describe how to replace base card
(AA2) on NIBE F1126/F1145/F1226/F1245/F1345/F370/F470/-
F750/VVM500.

Base card (AA2)1x
Electrical connection
NOTE
All electrical connections must be carried out by an
authorised electrician.
Electrical installation and wiring must be carried out
in accordance with the stipulations in force.
NIBE F1X26/F1X45/FX70/F750/VVM500 must not be
powered when replacing the base card.
1. Disconnect the power from the heat pump/indoor
module.
2. Connect an ESD bracelet and handle the base card ac-
cording to the service instructions.
3. Replace with the new base card.
4. Install any jumpers from the old card on the new card
as illustrated for the relevant heat pump/indoor module.
5. Power the heat pump/indoor module.

Allgemeines
Diese Serviceanleitung beschreibt den Wechsel der Basispla-
tine (AA2) bei NIBE F1126/F1145/F1226/F1245/F1345/F370/-
F470/F750/VVM500.
Inhalt

Elektrischer Anschluss
HINWEIS!
Alle elektrischen Anschlüsse müssen von einem geprüf-
ten Elektriker ausgeführt werden.
Bei der Elektroinstallation und beim Verlegen der Lei-
tungen sind die geltenden Vorschriften zu berücksich-
tigen.
NIBE F1X26/F1X45/FX70/F750/VVM500 muss beim
Basisplatinenwechsel spannungslos sein.
1. Unterbrechen Sie die Spannungsversorgung für Wärme-
pumpe/Innenmodul.
2. Bringen Sie das ESD-Schutzarmband an und behandeln
Sie die Basisplatine gemäß Serviceanleitung.
3. Ersetzen Sie die Platine durch eine neue Basisplatine.
4. Montieren Sie etwaige Steckbrücken von der alten Platine
auf der neuen Platine, siehe Abbildung für Wärmepum-
pe/Innenmodul.
5. Versorgen Sie Wärmepumpe/Innenmodul mit Spannung.

႑Steckbrücken an AA2-X14:1-2 werden zur neuen Platine umgesetzt, wenn als Wärmepumpe eine F1145-Einheit mit 15 oder
17 kW mit Wilo-Heizungsumwälzpumpe zum Einsatz kommt.

HINWEIS!
Verwenden Sie ein Kunststoffwerkzeug, um die Kom-
munikationsplatine (AA23) vorsichtig von der Basispla-
tine (AA2) zu lösen. Andernfalls kann die Platine be-
schädigt werden.
