Fasten Support Rail to the building wall. Building wall should either have
plywood blocking or be concrete. Use #12 x 2 1/2” flat head screws @ 5
places. Use wood screws for plywood or Tap-cons for concrete.
Attach the rail and base assembly to the wall bracket. The rail grips onto the
wall bracket as shown. You will need a 1/4” Allen key to tighten cap screw.
Place the top on the base assembly. Attach the base to the top with (4)
1/4-20 x 7/8” joiner bolts.
Clip the mounting plate onto the table and bolt to the top with (2) 1/4-20 x
7/8” joiner bolts.
Place a level on the rails. Adjust the glides until the base is level.
If the floor is out of level you may need to remount the wall mount bracket.
Option A)
Place rails upside down on the ground.
The T-nuts in the rail should be facing
in towards each other. Attach the base
to the rail with 1/4”-20 x 9/16” joiner
bolts (qty 4).

bolts (qty 4). (this configurations used
with standing height and mid bases.

Vox Forums mount from underside and are held in
place with plastic thumb screws and tabs (qty 4).

Mount the Switcher Box shelf in place using #6 x
5/8” screws (qty 4).
With the supplied plastic tabs snapped into place
on underside of Surge Protector, align with grooves
in support rail and gently push into place (qty 1). If your installation includes a Switcher Box - locate
it now.
Slide the Switcher Box into place in Shelf. Secure Switcher Box with screws provided by the
Manufacturer.
Manage all cabling using the Wire Clips. Manage all “Show Me” cables with Wire Manage-
ment trays. To install, position closely to Forum
and screw in place with #6 x 5/8” wood screws
(qty4).
Pass “Show Me” cables through Forum face and
plug into Switcher Box.
