yFor personal safety, always conrm the rating of any known hazardous or
potentially hazardous location where the charger is to be used.
yThis product has a 3 prong polarized plug on the power cord. Do not
attempt to bypass this safety feature by removing the round plug and defeat
his safety feature. This plug will t into a grounded outlet only one way. If
the plug does not t fully into the outlet, contact a qualied electrician. Never
use with a two wire extension cord.

yDO NOT use this charger in explosive atmospheres, near ammable
liquids, or where explosion proof lamps are required.
yDO NOT use in the proximity of vehicles or equipment when there is a risk

MOUNTING THE CHARGER
WARNING: While the XPR-5560 Cap Lamp is certied as an Intrinsically
Safe Permissible product, the charger is NOT Intrinsically Safe. The
charger MUST be installed in a location far enough outside of the
hazardous environment to ensure that it can never come in contact with
any potentially explosive materials.
The Nightstick 5560-CHGR10 bank charger is designed to mount to any
at, dry surface however special mounting requirements may require different
hardware. 1/2” lag bolts, masonry bolts, or wood screws are recommended to
mount the charger depending on what type of surface you are mounting to.
ySelect a location to install the charger making sure to check what is on
the other side of the mounting surface…no electrical wires, water lines, etc.
yThe other consideration for determining the mounting location of the
charger is the distance to the AC wall outlet or the 12v DC power outlet.
Please check to make sure that the cord will reach the charger when it
is plugged in. Otherwise, relocate the charger’s installation location as
needed.
yOnce the charger has been mounted, plug the cord into the power outlet.
yThe charger is now ready to use.
PLACING THE CAP LAMP INTO THE CHARGER
The Nightstick 5560-CHGR10 charger is designed to securely hold 10
properly installed XPR-5560G Cap Lamps in place.
yFace the bezel portion of the Cap Lamp downward and push the
rectangular end of the Cap Lamp into the individual charging ports until the
light snaps securely into place.
yWhen the 5560 is properly seated in the charger, the LED Charge Indicator
light will turn solid RED indicating that the Lithium-ion Rechargeable Battery
is charging. The Lithium-ion Rechargeable Battery is fully charged when the
LED Charge Indicator light turns GREEN.
REMOVING THE CAP LAMP FROM THE CHARGER
yWhile positioned in front of the charger, grasp the Cap Lamp around the
bezel and gently pull on the light until it snaps out of the charging port.
yThe light has now been safely removed from the charger and is ready to
use.
BAYCO PRODUCTS LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
WARRANTY
Bayco Products, Inc. warrants this product to be free from defects in
workmanship and materials for the original purchaser’s lifetime. The Limited
Lifetime Warranty includes the LEDs, housing and lenses. Rechargeable
batteries, chargers, switches, electronics and included accessories are
warranted for a period of two years with proof of purchase. Disposable, non-
rechargeable batteries are excluded from this warranty. Normal wear and
failures which are caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, faulty installation and
lightning damage are also excluded.
In the event that Bayco Products, Inc. receives notice that any product
does not conform to its warranty, the original purchaser’s sole and exclusive
remedy, and Bayco Products, Inc.’s sole and exclusive liability, shall be
for Bayco Products, Inc., at its sole option, to either repair or replace the
non-conforming product in accordance with this limited warranty. The
original purchaser shall follow the instructions below to qualify for a repair
or replacement product. This is the only warranty, expressed or implied,
including any warranty of merchantability or tness for a particular purpose.
IN NO EVENT WILL BAYCO PRODUCTS, INC. OR ITS AFFILIATES
OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL
OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND REGARDLESS OF
THE FORM OF ACTION, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING
NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE. THE TOTAL
CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO CUSTOMER, FROM ALL CAUSES OF
ACTION AND ALL THEORIES OF LIABILITY, WILL BE LIMITED TO AND
WILL NOT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT PAID BY
CUSTOMER.

WARRANTY CLAIMS – USA
Return the product to the place of purchase for all warranty related
issues. If this is not possible, contact Bayco Customer Service at (800) 233-
2155 M-F 8-5 Central Time for a Return Goods Authorization (RGA). Do not
return this product to Bayco without rst receiving an RGA Number from
Bayco Customer Service. When returning the product, the RGA Number
must be written on the outside of the shipping box.
WARRANTY CLAIMS – OUTSIDE OF USA
Return the product to the place where purchased for all warranty related
issues.
EXTENT OF COVERED WARRANTY WORK
Bayco will repair or replace this product at our option. If it is determined
that the warranty is no longer in effect, Bayco will contact you with a repair
estimate before beginning any work.

MONTAGE DU CHARGEUR
AVERTISSEMENT: Même si le culot de la lampe XPR-5560 est certié
comme un produit admissible à sécurité intrinsèque, le chargeur
n’est PAS à sécurité intrinsèque. Le chargeur DOIT être installé
dans un emplacement assez loin d’un environnement dangereux
pour est certain de ne jamais entrer en contact avec des matériaux
potentiellement inammables.
La banque de chargeurs Nightstick 5560-CHGR10 est conçue pour être
montée sur n’importe quelle surface sèche plate cependant des exigences
de montage spéciales peuvent requérir différent matériel. Des tirefonds de
½ pouce, des boulons de maçonnerie, ou des vis à bois sont recommandés
pour monter le chargeur selon le type de surface de l’installation.
yChoisir un emplacement pour installer le chargeur en vous assurant de
vérier ce qui est de l’autre côté de la surface d’installation…aucun l
électrique, aucune conduite d’eau, etc.
yUn autre point à considérer pour déterminer l’emplacement de
l’installation du chargeur, est la distance de la prise murale c.a. ou la
prise d’alimentation c.c. de 12V. Veuillez vérier que le cordon atteindra le
chargeur lorsqu’il est branché. Sinon, veuillez relocaliser l’installation du
chargeur selon le besoin.
yLorsque le chargeur a été monté, brancher le cordon dans la prise de
courant.
yLe chargeur est maintenant prêt à être utilisé.
