the tear-o opening.

Please clean the print head and roller if one of the following
situations occurs:
⑤ Wait for 5-10 minutes for the alcohol to fully evaporate,
and then close the paper compament.
① Switch o the power of the printer;
④ Use an alcohol cotton swab (should be d) or a print head
cleaning pen to wipe the dust or stains o the print head.
③ Rotate the roller and use an alcohol cotton swab (should
be d) to wipe the dust and stains o its suace;
② Slide open the paper compament and nd the print head
(refer to the picture). Wait for the print head to cool down
completely if you have recently printed;
Clean the print head and roller in the following procedures:

① Make sure the device is switched o during cleaning;
③ Do not use gasoline, acetone or other organic solvents
to clean the print head or the roller;
④ Wait until the alcohol completely evaporates before
switching on the power to continue printing;
⑤ Always keep the suace of the sensor clean.
② Avoid touching the print head with hand or metal objects;
do not scratch the print head, the roller or the suace
of sensor with tools such as tweezers;
Open your NIIM APP, and turn on Bluetooth according to
instruction.

Make sure the product and your hands are d; plug the USB
Type-C cable into the charging po, connect it to the power
adapter (purchased separately), and turn on the power.
The batte needs 2-3 hours to be fully charged.
At least charge the batte once eve 2 to 3 months to
ensure its normal function.
Q：What to do if the Bluetooth connection fails?
A：1. Resta the device or the App and then search again;

A：1. Make sure your phone’s Bluetooth is turned on;

A：Based on the Android system, most default PIN codes

A：Due to Android’s requirement, you need to enable location
to turn on the Bluetooth.
Q：What to do if the printing is not clear?
A：1. Make sure you are using NIIMBOT label paper;
Q：What to do if I press “print” but no printing contents come
out and the printer gives a “click-click” noise?
A：1. Check if the label paper is tted properly; the label paper
should stick out 0.5cm of the device;
Q：What to do if the printing stops suddenly?
A：Address the situation as per the error notice in the App.
Q：What to do if the print oset is misaligned?
A：1. Check if the size of the label paper ts the templates in
the App.
Q：What to do if the paper doesn’t roll properly?
A：1. Check if there are label paper or foreign objects on the
sensor of the paper feeder slot;

Tap the Device Connection Button on the upper left corner
on the home page to connect to the sma label printer.

After the connection is complete, tap the “Painting Board”
Button at the bottom of the home page to enter the editing
page.

When the batte is low, the indicator light will blink red.
If you continue to print with low batte, the printer will be
switched o. Please charge the batte to continue printing.
For batte life reasons, printing while charging is not recommended.

To ensure the proper functioning of the device and your safety,
please read all the instructions and warnings in this manual
carefully before using this product.
*Warning
Please keep the product and accessories out of the reach of
children or they must be used under the supeision and guidance
of a guardian;
Turn o the power immediately when water gets into the product;
Turn o the power immediately in case of any product malfunction;
If you want to use a power adapter, always use one that is safe,
regulato-compliant, and compatible;
Do not disassemble the product to replace the batte. Improper
operation may cause an explosion;
The batte contains special protection circuit and device, please
do not disassemble the batte without authorization, otherwise
it may cause a sho circuit or leakage. If electrolyte gets into your
eyes, ush with water immediately and seek medical help;
Do not expose the product and the power adapter to high
temperature or high humidity. Do not put them in water, otherwise
a sho circuit may occur and the batte may heat up, smoke,
deform, damage, or even explode;
If smoke or smell comes from the product or the power adapter,
please unplug the power adapter immediately and avoid any burns.

The product comes with a built-in rechargeable batte. Do not
throw it into re or heat it. Do not charge, use or store it in a hot
place, as this may cause overheating, re or explosion.

it eve 3 months, otherwise it may lead to batte failure or even
leakage, and then cause damage to the product;
