Empty the Debris Hopper

Turn off machine and
raise the hopper over a
dumpster.

Open the hopper door
and press the shaker
button.

Close hopper door,
back machine away,
and lower hopper to
clear dump location.
Clean out the Recovery Tank
1
Leave the drain hose
near a floor drain.
Remove and empty the
debris catch cage.

Release the recovery
tank latch lever to tilt
tank for cleaning.

Spray out the tank.
4
Inspect and clean
recovery tank float
balls.
5
Leave the recovery lid
open to air dry
overnight.

Store the Machine

Rinse the squeegee
and inspect and rotate
or replace if it’s ripped
or torn.

Clean and inspect side
skirts.
3
Use the handle near
the center to adjust so
squeegee tips contact
the floor equally.

Raise the side skirts,
engage the deck pivot
to release and remove
brushes. Replace as
needed or clean and
set out to let dry.

Raise the hopper and
engage the safety arm
and inspect the side
and main brooms for
debris and clean as
needed.
6
If main broom requires
cleaning, remove it by
opening right-side
broom door. Clean and
replace.
7
Wipe down the exterior
of the machine as
necessary.

Weekly Maintenance

Purge onboard
detergent system (if
equipped).
2
Remove and inspect
the hopper dust control
filter. Clean or replace
as appropriate.

Close solution shut-off
valve and Inspect and
clean the solution filter
found at the right-rear
of machine.
4
Inspect and clean the
DustGuard water filter
(if equipped) located
underneath the hopper
on left side of machine.
5
Inspect and clean the
high-pressure water
filter (if equipped)
located near the hose
connection coupler.
