OPERATINGINSTRUCTIONS
CHARGE
Turnonthe videocameraandcheckbattery status;iflow, chargeit.
EitheracomputerUSBportofpoweradapter(notincluded)canbe usedto chargeit.
When EVO 4Kischargedin off status,the redstatusledwill flashslowly.When finishedcharging,
the redledwill remain on.
The chargeprocess inhibitsvideocameraoperations.
BATTERYINSTALLATION
Beforeinsertingthe battery,make surethelock/releasebuttonisopen;fullyinsertthe batteryin
the compartmentandcloseusingthe lock/releasebutton.

INSERTINGANDREMOVING THEMEMORYCARD
The EVO 4KvideocamerasupportsTFmemorycardswithcapacity up to 64 GB.
Anytype ofMicroSDcardcanbe usedbutwe recommendhighspeedcardstooptimise
performance.
•Installation.
1. Make surethe videocameraisoff.
2Insertthe cardin itsslot,beingcarefulthatitisinsertedin the correctdirectionuntil aclickis
heard.
•Removal.
1Turnoffthe videocamera.
2Press the centreofthe backofthe cardandreleaseit;then removeit.

Someselectorsarelocatedonthe frontofthe videocamera.
EXPOSUREMODESELECTOR
Accordingto needandlightingconditions,the videocamera
exposuremetercanbe setto SPOT mode.
Thismodeisusedto adjustthe amountoflightaccordingto a
well-definedcentralpoint.
Twodifferentexposuremetermanagementmodesare
included:
Central Area: setthisparameterin ordertoimprovethe centraldarkarea,ifthe centralareais
darkbutthe surroundingareaisbright.
Spot: onthe contrary,ifthe centralareaisbrightandthe surroundingareaisdark, usethis
settingin ordertoimprovethe imagein the outerdarkerarea.
G-SENSOR SELECTOR
TurnontheG-SENSOR forthe videocamerato
automatically detectany changein gravity.
Thisfunctionisespeciallyhelpful forinstallationson
vehiclesorwhen installedonahelmetandthushardfor
the usertoreach.
Any videocameramovementwill automatically turniton.
Recordingstopswhen nomovementisdetectedfor3
minutes.
