BEDIENUNGSANLEITUNG

Gasanschluss
Ihre Plancha wurde werkeseitig für eine Verwendung
mit Propangas geliefert.
Der Schlauchanschluss muss gemäss den Vorschirften
des Schlauchherstellers erfolgen, sowie unter Einhal-
tung der im jeweiligen Land geltenden Normen.
Der Gummischlauch muss über bie gesamte Länge
sichtbar und einfach zugänglich sein.
Beachten Sie die Nutzungs- und Sicherheitsvorschriften
(z. B.: Gültigkeitsdatum usw.) des Schlauchherstellers.
Für den Anschluss der Plancha kann folgendes
verwendet werden :
• Ein felxibler Metallschlauch gemäss der Norm
EN 14 800.
• Ein Elastomerschlauch gemäss der Norm NBN D 04 002.
• Die Schlauchlänge darf max. 1,5 m betragen.
Die Propan-Druckregler müssen der Norm EN 12 864
entsprechen (Propan: 37 mbar).
Alle Arten von Wartungsarbeiten, die das Önen des
internen Gasversorgungskreises erfordern, dürfen nur
von einem autorisierten Reparaturbetrieb durchgeführt
werden. Jeder Versuch, das Gerät zu demontieren und
zu modizieren, kann zu Unfällen führen, für die der
Hersteller jegliche Haftung strikt ablehnt.
Zudem erlischt damit jeglicher Garantieanspruch.
Sicherheitshinweise für die Verwendung
Um einen sicheren Betrieb Ihrer Plancha zu
gewährleisten, müssen Sie zwingend die folgenden
Montage- und Betriebsvorschriften einhalten:
• Darf nur im Freien verwendet werden. Lagern und
verwenden Sie niemals entammbare Flüssigkeiten
oder Gase in der Nähe der Plancha.
• Sollte ein Gasgeruch auftreten, schliessen Sie un
bedingt den Hahn.
• Wenn das Gerät auf einer festen Unterlage (Tisch,
Rollwagen etc.) steht, muss dieses auf jeden Fall mit
den mitgelieferten 4 Füßen ausgestattet sein.
• Schliessen Sie nach Gebrauch des Geräts unbedingt
den Hahn an der Gasasche.
• Planchas von können je nach Ausführung mit ver
schiedenen Gas-Arten betrieben werden.
Vergewissern Sie sich unbedingt vor dem ersten
Gebrauch, dass Sie das richtige Gas verwenden, das
der Modikation Ihrer Plancha entspricht!
Sie muss gemäss den geltenden gesetzlichen Vor-
schriften montiert und angeschlossen werden.
Insbesondere müssen die Vorschriften bzgl. der
Entlüftungsvorrichtungen beachtet werden.
Für die Verbrennung ist eine Frischluftzufuhr von
15m/h erforderlich.
Warnung:
Die zugänglichen Teile können sehr heiß sein.
Halten Sie Kinder fern.
• Das Gerät darf niemals während des Betriebs bewegt
werden.
• Verwenden Sie keinen einstellbaren Regler.
• Warten Sie, bis die Grillplatte vollständig abgekühlt ist,
um das Chassis zu reinigen und die Fettauangschale
zu entfernen.
• Stellen Sie sicher, dass der Schlauch nicht mit den
heißen Teilen des Geräts in Berührung kommt.
• Wenn Ihr Gerät durch eine Schutzhülle geschützt ist,
entfernen Sie diese unbedingt, bevor Sie den
Plancha-Grill verwenden.
• Bei Verwendung ohne Rollwagen oder Plancha-Tisch,
muss die Gasasche (13 kg) mindestens 80 cm vom
Gerät entfernt sein.
Achtung:
Die Dichtheit muss im Freien, fern von Zündquellen
geprüft werden.
• Stellen Sie sicher, dass sich die Einstellknöpfe in der
geschlossenen Position benden. Stellen Sie nach
dem Önen der Flasche und dem Zurücksetzen
des Reglers mit Seifenwasser sicher, dass sich keine
Luftblasen an allen Anschlüssen, dem Regler und dem
Gerät bilden. Das Auftreten von Blasen weist auf Lecks
hin. Schließen Sie die Gasasche und ziehen Sie alle
Anschlüsse fest. Wiederholen Sie die Dichtheitsprüfung.
Wenn das Leck aus dem Gerät austritt, verwenden Sie
Ihren Plancha-Grill nicht und wenden Sie sich an Ihren
Händler. Führen Sie den Lecktest bei jedem Flaschen
wechsel durch.
Gefahr:
Überprüfen Sie niemals die Dichtigkeit Ihres Gerätes mit
einer Flamme. Verwenden Sie kein undichtes Gerät.
• Beim Umgang mit besonders heißen Gegenständen
tragen Sie Schutzhandschuhe.
• Teile, die der Hersteller bewusst geschützt hat, dürfen
nicht vom Benutzer modiziert werden. Alle Kompo-
nenten der Gasleitung dürfen vom Benutzer nicht
verändert werden. (Die Gasbehälter, die für diese Art
von Gerät verwendet werden können, reichen von 6 bis
13 KG und werden auf dem hiesigen Markt vertrieben.
(Abmessung Höhe = 560 mm und Tiefe = 310 mm,
maximaler Regler enthalten).

• Halten Sie die Gültigkeitsdauer Ihres Gasschlauchs
ein und ersetzen Sie diesen bei Bedarf. Führen Sie bei
jedem Wechsel einen Dichtigkeitstest durch.
• Überprüfen Sie unbedingt die richtige Montage des
Gasschlauchs. Dieser darf weder verdreht, noch
geknickt sein und darf nie in Berührung mit heissen
Teilen kommen.
• Achten Sie darauf, den Gasbehälter stets fernab jeg-
licher Zündquelle auszutauschen.
Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Luftzufuhrvorrichtungen nicht
verstopft sind und überprüfen Sie sie regelmässig auf
ihre Sauberkeit.
• Wenden Sie sich an den Hersteller oder Ihren Händler,
falls die Venturirohre verstopft sind.
• Die Unterseite des Geräts muss frei bleiben, um eine
gute Luftzirkulation zum Brenner zu ermöglichen.
• Ändern oder önen Sie das Gerät nicht, kontaktieren
Sie zuvor immer Ihren Händler. Manipulationen dürfen
nur durch Fachpersonal erfolgen.
• Bevor Sie Ihren Forge Adour Plancha-Grill nach längerer
Lagerung und/oder Nichtbenutzung benutzen,
überprüfen Sie diesen sorgfältig auf Gaslecks und/
oder Verstopfungen der Brenner.
Zünden und Betrieb der Plancha
Bevor Sie Ihren Plancha-Grill anzünden, überprüfen Sie,
ob alle Bedingungen erfüllt sind, die im Abschnitt « Vor-
sichtsmaßnahmen für die Verwendung » aufgeführt sind.
Stellen Sie sicher, dass sich der Drehknopf für die Flam-
menregulierung auf der Position « OFF » bendet.
Önen Sie die Gaszufuhr zur Gasasche.
• Drehen Sie den Regulierungsknopf, indem Sie ihn
gegen den Uhrzeigersinn gedrückt halten.
Der Zünder erzeugt nun einen Funken.
• Halten Sie den Regulierungsknopf mindestens
5 Sekunden nach dem Einschalten des Brenners
gedrückt, damit die Zündsicherung die Hitze der
Flamme registrieren kann. Danach den Drehknopf
loslassen. Die Flamme sollte normal weiterbrennen.
Falls die Flamme erlischt, den Vorgang wiederholen.
• Die Startzündung darf nicht länger als 15 Sekunden
am Stück betrieben werden. Wenn der Brenner nicht
zündet, den Startvorgang stoppen. Warten Sie min-
destens 1 Minute bis das Gas verüchtigt ist, bevor Sie
den Zünder oder den Brenner genauer betrachten.
Tipps
Mögliche Problembehebungen bei Störungen.
Keine Gasversorgung:
1. Überprüfen Sie, ob die Gasasche geönet ist.
2. Überprüfen Sie die Kapazität der Gasasche.
3. Überprüfen Sie, ob der Druckregler zwischen der Gas
asche und dem Gasschlauch richtig gefüllt wurde
(siehe Anweisungen des Reglerherstellers).
Der Brenner zündet nicht an:
1. Der Piezo-Zündungsschalter ist außer Betrieb oder das
Kabel ist nicht verbunden.
2. Der Brenner ist verschmutzt oder der Injektor ist
verstopft.
3. Es iesst kein Gas oder der Druck ist unzureichend.
Wenn Ihr Zünder nicht funktioniert, können Sie Ihren
Plancha-Grill mit einem großen Streichholz an der Stelle
zwischen der Platte und des Gehäuses auf der Vorder-
seite Ihres Plancha-Grills anzünden.
Pegehinweise
Es ist ratsam, den Fettbehälter nach jedem Gebrauch zu
leeren und zu reinigen. Der Fettbehälter darf erst entfernt
werden, wenn die Plancha vollständig abgekühlt ist.
Reinigung in heissem Zustand:
Sie haben gerade gekocht und ihre Kochplatte ist noch
heiß? Nutzen Sie die Gelegenheit, sie zu reinigen!
Der Drahtschwamm und Ihr Pfannenwender, sind ein
ideales Werkzeug für das Entfernen der Kochrückstände.
Gießen Sie normales Leitungswasser direkt auf die
heisse Kochplatte und reinigen Sie sie mit einem
Drahtschwamm. Verbrennungsreste und Rückstände
können Sie ganz einfach in den Fettbehälter leiten.
Verwenden Sie den Pfannenwender für die Handhabung
des Drahtschwamms, um sich nicht zu verbrennen.
Behalten Sie stets den Füllstand des Fettbehälters im
Auge, damit dieser nicht überläuft.
Sie können den Reinigungsvorgang so oft wie nötig
wiederholen. Die Reinigung in heissem Zustand ist sehr
ezient. Insofern lohnt es sich auch, eine bereits abge-
kühlte Plancha zur Reinigung nochmals zu erhitzen.
Reinigung in kaltem Zustand:
Mit einem nassen Schwamm etwas Mittel vom
Reinigungsstein abtragen und danach mit kreisförmigen
Bewegungn auf der Gussplatte auftragen.
Bei der Verwendung von « Plancha Net », das Mittel
aufsprühen und einwirken lassen.

Danach mit einem weichen Tuch nachreiben.
Sie können diese Vorgänge so oft wie nötig wiederholen.
Beenden Sie Ihre Reinigung mit einem Mikrofaser-Tuch,
um Ihrem Grill einen Glanz zu geben.
Es wird empfohlen, im Falle eines längeren Nichtge-
brauchs, den Plancha-Grill wettergeschützt an einem
trockenen Ort zu lagern.
Die Plancha darf keinesfalls mit dem direkten Strahl
eines Hochdruckreinigers gereinigt werden.
Garantie
Der Garantiezeitraum ist wie folgt gegliedert:
• 2 Jahre auf Kochplatten und Brenner.
• 2 Jahre auf alle anderen Teile.
• Diese Garantie wird ab Kaufdatum des Produkts
wirksam.
Für die Anmeldung von Garantieansprüchen an den
Kundendienst, müssen Sie die Kaufrechnung vorlegen.
Die Garantie gilt nicht in folgenden Fällen:
• Schäden am Produkte auf Grund einer fremden
Einwirkung (Schlag, Blitzschlag, Hochwasser, Hagel,
Vandalismus usw...).
• Unsachgemässe Verwendung des Geräts, die nicht.
den Vorgaben dieser Bedienungsanleitung entspricht.
• Nichteinhaltung der Sicherheitshinweise.
• Zweckentfremdete Verwendung des Geräts.
• Alle Änderungen am Gerät, die zu einer Änderung der
ursprünglichen Eigenschaften geführt haben.
• Alle Eingrie außerhalb des Netzwerks unserer autori-
sierten Händler.
• Alle Geräte, die über keine Typenschilder verfügen.
• Alle Produktbeschädigungen, die aufgrund mangelnder
Wartung oder fehlendem oder unzureichendem
Schutz des Produkts währen der Nichtverwendung
aufgetreten sind.

Précautions d’utilisation
Pour une utilisation en toute sécurité de votre
plancha, il est impératif de vous conformer aux
diérentes règles d’installations et d’utilisations
suivantes :
• Pensez à retirer le lm adhésif de protection des
parties INOX.
• Fermer l’alimentation de gaz à la bouteille après usage.
• Ne pas entreposer ou utiliser de produits ou vapeurs
inammables à proximité de la plancha.
• En cas d’odeur de gaz, fermer le robinet de la bouteille
de gaz.
• Si l’appareil est posé sur un support (table…) il doit
obligatoirement être muni de ces 4 pieds.
• Votre plancha n’est pas raccordé à un dispositif
d’évacuation des produits de combustion.
Elle doit être installée et raccordée conformément aux
règles d’installation en vigueur.
Une attention toute particulière sera accordée aux
dispositions applicables en matière de ventilation.
Prévoir un débit d’air neuf de 15 m/h requis pour
l’alimentation en air de combustion.
Attention :
Des parties accessibles peuvent être très chaudes.
Eloigner les jeunes enfants.
• Ne pas déplacer l’appareil pendant son fonctionnement.
• Ne pas utiliser un détendeur réglable.
• Attendre que la plancha soit froide pour nettoyer le
châssis et également pour manipuler le bac à graisse.
• Vérier que le exible ne soit pas en contact avec des
parties chaudes de l’appareil.
• Dans le cas ou votre appareil est protégé par une
housse, veillez à la retirer avant toute utilisation de la
plancha.
• Pour une utilisation sans chariot ou support : la bouteille
de gaz (13kg) alimentant la plancha doit être placé à
80 cm de l’appareil.
• Pour un fonctionnement de la plancha sur un
chariot ou support, il est impératif d’utiliser une
bouteille de 6 kg maximum.
Attention :
L’étanchéité doit être vériée à l’extérieur des locaux
loin de toute source d’inammation.
• S’assurer que les manettes de réglages soient en
position fermé. Après ouverture de la bouteille et
réarmement du détendeur, à l’aide de l’eau savonneuse,
vérier l’absence de bulles sur tous les raccords, déten
deur et appareil. La présence de bulles indique une fuite.
Fermer la bouteille de gaz et resserrer tous les raccords.
Raccordement gaz
Le exible doit être visible sur toute sa longueur et
facilement accessible.
Se conformer aux instructions d’utilisation et de
sécurité (ex : date de validité) indiquées par le fabricant
du exible.
Le raccordement des planchas peut être eectué
avec :
Un tuyau exible métallique conforme à la norme
EN 14 800. Un tuyau en élastomère conforme à la norme
NBN D 04 002.
Les détendeurs propane doivent être conformes à
la norme EN 12 864 avec une pression de détente
de 37 mbar pour le propane.
Visser le raccord du exible, dans le sens des aiguilles
d’une montre. Le raccordement du exible doit
s’eectuer conformément aux instructions du fabricant
du exible, ainsi que dans le respect des normes en
vigueur du pays concerné.
Votre plancha est congurée pour fonctionner en gaz
propane.
Tous types d’interventions d’entretien nécessitant
l’ouverture du circuit interne d’alimentation de gaz doi-
vent exclusivement être eectuées par un réparateur
agréé. Toute tentative de démontage et modication de
l’appareil pour changer les caractéristiques techniques
peuvent provoquer des accidents pour lesquels le fabri-
cant décline toute responsabilité et annule la garantie.

Renouveler le test d’étanchéité. Si la fuite provient de
l’appareil, n’utiliser pas votre plancha et rapprochez-
vous du fabricant ou du revendeur. Procéder au test
d’étanchéité à chaque changement de bouteille.
Danger :
Ne jamais vérier l’étanchéité de votre appareil avec
une amme. Ne pas utiliser un appareil qui fuit.
• Utiliser des gants protecteurs lors de la manœuvre
d’éléments particulièrement chauds.
• Les parties protégées par le fabricant ne doivent pas
être manipulées par l’utilisateur. Tous les composants
de la ligne gaz ne doivent pas être modiés par
l’utilisateur. (Les récipients de gaz pouvant être utilisé
sur ce type d’appareil vont de 6 à 13 KG et distribués
sur le marché français. (Dimension hauteur = 560 mm
et profondeur = 310 mm maxi détendeur compris).
• Respecter les dates de validité de votre tube souple et
procéder à son remplacement le cas échéant.
Faire un test d’étanchéité à chaque changement.
• Vérier la position du tube souple de raccordement
pour assurer qu’il n’est pas soumis à des eorts de
torsion et qu’il ne soit pas en contact avec les parties
chaudes de l’appareil.
• Veiller à eectuer le changement de récipient loin de
toute source d’inammation.
• Ne pas obturer les ventilations et vérier régulièrement
leur propreté. En cas d’obturation des venturis,
contactez le fabricant ou votre revendeur.
• Le dessous de l’appareil doit rester libre pour permettre
une bonne circulation d’air au brûleur.
• Ne pas modier l’appareil, contactez le fabricant ou
votre revendeur.
• Avant d’utiliser votre plancha après une période de
stockage et/ou non-utilisation, vériez-la soigneusement
an de détecter toute fuite de gaz et/ou colmatage
des réchauds.
NE PAS DÉCOUPER LES ALIMENTS AVEC UN COUTEAU
DIRECTEMENT SUR LA PLAQUE DE CUISSON.
Dès la première utilisation, il est recommandé de faire
fontionner votre plancha à vide pendant 15 min.
Une lègére odeur peut se dégager pendant quelques
instants.
Avant chaque utilisation, nous vous recommandaons de
préchauer votre plancha minimum 10 min, manette
sur position grande amme.
Lorsque la température du plan de support de l’appareil
dépasse 50k, il doit impérativement être composé de
briques réfractaires.
Conseils d’utilisation
Allumage et fonctionnement de la plancha.
Avant l’allumage de votre plancha, vérier que toutes
les conditions stipulées dans la rubrique « Précautions
d’utilisation » soient réunies.
• Vérier que la manette de commande soit sur la
position « OFF » comme indiqué. Ouvrir l’alimentation
de gaz (bouteille pour Butane/Propane).
• Appuyer et Tourner la manette de commande, en la
maintenant appuyée, dans le sens inverse des aiguilles
d’une montre, l’allumeur générerera les étincelles
nécessaires à l’allumage des brûleurs.
• Maintenir la manette de commande enfoncée au
minimum 5 s après l’allumage du brûleur.
Puis relâcher la manette, le brûleur doit rester allumé,
sinon recommencer l’opération.
• Le dispositif ne doit pas être actionné pendant plus
de 15 s. Si le brûleur ne s’est pas allumé, cesser d’agir
sur le dispositif, ouvrir la porte de l’enceinte et/ ou
attendre au moins 1 min avant toute nouvelle tentative
d’allumage du brûleur.
Conseils d’entretien
Il est conseillé de vider et de nettoyer le bac à graisse,
après chaque utilisation. Le bac à graisse doit être mani-
pulé quand votre plancha est froide.
A chaud :
Vous venez de nir de cuisiner et votre plancha est en-
core chaude, protez-en pour la nettoyer, Votre spatule
de cuisson associée à votre Boule Inox seront des outils
idéaux pour enlever les résidus de cuisson.
Versez de l’eau directement sur votre plaque et frottez
avec votre Boule Inox pour dégager les excédents vers
votre bac à graisse. Utilisez la spatule pour manipuler la
Boule Inox an de ne pas vous brûler.
Garder un œil sur le remplissage de votre bac à graisse
pour éviter tout débordement. Soyez rassuré votre
plaque est recouverte de 2 couches d’émail et donc
totalement compatible à l’utilisation de la Boule Inox.
Vous pouvez répéter l’opération autant de fois que
nécessaire. Vous pouvez à tout moment rallumer votre
plancha si l’ecacité de votre nettoyage n’est pas
optimale.
A froid :
A l’aide de votre éponge humide, appliquez la Pierre de
Nettoyage directement sur votre Plaque en réalisant
des mouvements circulaires ou utiliser « Plancha-Net » et
laisser agir. Rincez avec une éponge ménagère.

Vous pouvez répéter l’opération autant de fois que
nécessaire. Réaliser la nition de votre nettoyage avec
votre Carré Microbre pour redonner de l’éclat à votre
Plancha.
Il est recommandé, dans le cas d’une longue inactivité
de votre Plancha, de la stocker dans un endroit sec à
l’abri des intempéries.
Garantie
La durée de la garantie se compose de la manière
suivante :
• 2 ans pour les plaques de cuisson et les brûleurs.
• 2 ans pour les autres pièces.
Cette garantie prend eet à la date d’achat du produit.
Pour une prise en charge SAV du produit dans le cadre
de la garantie, il vous sera demandé la facture d’achat.
La garantie ne pourra s’appliquer dans les cas
suivants :
• Dysfonctionnement du à une cause étrangère au
produit (choc, foudre, inondation, etc...).
• Utilisation de l’appareil n’étant pas en conformité avec
cette notice d’utilisation.
• Non-respect des consignes de sécurité.
• Utilisation de l’appareil n’ayant aucun rapport avec
son utilisation première.
• Toutes modications eectuées sur l’appareil ayant
pour conséquence une modication des caractéristi
ques d’origine.
• Toutes interventions réalisées hors du réseau des nos
revendeurs agréés.
• Tous les appareils qui ne seraient pas munis de leurs
étiquettes signalétiques.
• Toutes détériorations du produit dues à un manque
d’entretien ou dues à une protection manquante ou
inadaptée du produit lors de son non utilisation.

utilizzo:
• Ricordarsi di rimuovere la pellicola adesiva protettiva

supporto, è indispensabile utilizzare una bottiglia da
6 kg al massimo.
Attenzione:
La tenuta stagna deve essere vericata all’esterno dei
locali, lontano da qualsiasi fonte di ignizione.
• Accertarsi che le leve di regolazione siano in posizione
di chiusura. Dopo aver aperto la bombola e riarmato
il regolatore, con acqua saponata, controllare tutti i
collegamenti, il regolatore e l’apparecchio per vericare
la presenza di bolle. La presenza di bolle indica una
perdita. Chiudere la bombola del gas e serrare tutti

Raccordo gas
I tubi essibili per gas di propano sono dotati di raccordi
di diverse dimensioni, contrassegnati da colori diversi.
Per evitare qualsiasi rischio di danni al raccordo della
plancha, fare riferimento alle istruzioni fornite dal
produttore del tubo.
Raccordo della plancha in categoria I3+:
Utilizzare un regolatore di pressione di sicurezza
NF 37 mbar per il propano.
Il tubo essibile deve essere visibile per tutta la sua
lunghezza e facilmente accessibile.
Os servare le istruzioni per l’uso e la sicurezza
(ad es. data di validità) fornite dal produttore del tubo
essibile.
La lunghezza del tubo essibile non deve superare
1,5 metri.
Ogni bruciatore è dotato di un dispositivo di sicurezza
a termocoppia, che interrompe l’alimentazione di gas
ai bruciatori in caso di spegnimento improvviso della

causare incidenti per i quali il produttore declina ogni
responsabilità e annulla la garanzia.

Non controllare mai la tenuta sstagna dell’apparecchio con
una amma. Non utilizzare l’attrezzatura se ci sono perdite.
• Usare guanti protettivi quando si maneggiano elementi
particolarmente caldi. Le parti protette dal produttore
non devono essere maneggiate dall’utente.
Tutti i componenti della tubazione del gas non devono
essere modicati dall’utente (Le bombole di gas che
possono essere utilizzate per questo tipo di apparecchio
vanno da 6 a 13 kg e sono distribuite sul mercato
francese (Dimensioni altezza = 560 mm e profondità =
310 mm maxi regolatore incluso). Rispettare le date di
validità del tubo essibile e sostituirlo se necessario.
Eettuare una prova di tenuta stagna ad ogni sostituzi
one. Controllare la posizione del tubo essibile di
raccordo per assicurarsi che non sia soggetto a forze
torsionali e che non sia in contatto con le parti calde
dell’apparecchio.
Assicurarsi che il contenitore sia cambiato lontano da
qualsiasi fonte di accensione:
• Non ostruire le ventilazioni e controllarne regolarmente
la pulizia. Se il tubo di venturi è ostruito, contattare il
produttore o il rivenditore.
• Il fondo dell’apparecchio deve rimanere libero per
consentire una buona circolazione dell’aria al bruciatore.
• Non modicare l’apparecchio, contattare il produttore
o il rivenditore.
• Prima di utilizzare la plancha dopo un periodo di
stoccaggio e/o mancato utilizzo, controllare
attentamente che non vi siano perdite di gas e/o
intasamenti della stufa.
NON TAGLIARE IL CIBO CON UN COLTEL- LO
DIRETTAMENTE SUL PIANO COTTURA.
Fin dal primo utilizzo, si consiglia di far funzionare la
plancha vuota per 15 minuti. Per qualche istante può
svilupparsi un leggero odore.
Prima di ogni utilizzo, si consiglia di preriscaldare la
plancha per almeno 10 minuti, con la leva in posizione di
amma alta.
Quando la temperatura del piano di appoggio dell’ap-
parecchio supera i 50k, è necessario che sia in mattoni
refrattari.
Istruzioni per l’uso
Accensione e funzionamento della plancha.
Prima di accendere la plancha, vericare che siano sod-
disfatte tutte le condizioni indicate nella sezione
« Precauzioni d’uso ».
• Vericare che la leva di comando sia in posizione
« OFF ». Aprire l’alimentazione di gas (bombola per
Butano/Propano).
• Ruotare la leva di comando in senso antiorario
tenendola premuta.
• Il dispositivo non deve essere azionato per più di
15 secondi. Se il bruciatore non si è acceso, smettere
di azionare il dispositivo, aprire lo sportello del
mobile e/o attendere almeno 1 minuto prima
di ritentare di accendere il bruciatore.
Consigli per la manutenzione
Si consiglia di svuotare e pulire il raccoglitore del grasso
dopo ogni utilizzo. Il raccoglitore del grasso deve essere
maneggiato a plancha fredda.
A caldo:
Avete appena nito di cucinare e la vostra piastra è
ancora calda.
Versate l’acqua direttamente sulla piastra e stronate
con la sfera in acciaio inox per rimuovere l’eccesso di
grasso spingendolo nel raccoglitore per grasso.
Utilizzate la spatola per maneggiare la sfera in acciaio
inox in modo da non bruciarvi.
Tenete d’occhio il riempimento del raccoglitore per
grasso per evitare traboccamenti.
Potete ripetere l’operazione tutte le volte che è necessario.
Se l’ecacia della pulizia non è ottimale, potete riaccen-
dere la plancha in qualsiasi momento.
A freddo:
Con la spugna umida, applicate la pietra pulente diret-
tamente sulla piastra eseguendo movimenti circolari o
usate « Plancha-Net » e lasciate agire. Risciacquate con
una spugna per pulizie domestiche. Potete ripetere
l’operazione tutte le volte che è necessario.
Terminate la pulizia con il quadrato in microbra per
ridare splendore alla plancha.
Si consiglia, in caso di prolungata inattività della plancha,
di conservarla in un luogo asciutto e al riparo dalle
intemperie.

Il periodo di garanzia è il seguente:

Precautions for use
To ensure safe use of your plancha, it is essential
to comply with the dierent rules for installation and
use below:
• Remember to remove the protective adhesive lm from
the stainless steel parts.
• Between use, be sure to close the liquid gas bottle valve.
• This is a gas heated appliance intended for outdoor use
only; indoor rooms, garages, cellars, canteens, caravans,
boats are not locations for its use. Open gardens, open
patios or breezaways can be considered as outdoor
locations.
• Do not store or use ammable products or vapours near
the plancha.
• If there is a smell of gas, close the liquid gas bottle valve
and never operate the appliance.
• If the appliance is placed on a support (table, etc.), it
must imperatively be tted with its 4 legs and the sup-
porting table must be made in a heat resistant material
(not in wood).
• Your plancha is not connected to a combustion product
discharge system. It must be installed and connected in
accordance with the installation rules in force.
Warning:
Some accessible parts may be very hot. Keep young
children away and don’t touch mettalic parts of plancha
until all surfaces have fully cooled down (30 minutes after
the turninf o for the burners).
• Do not move the appliance while in operation.
Check the ground or support is at level without slope.
• Do not use an adjustable pressure relief valve.
• Allow the plancha to cool before cleaning the chassis
and handling the grease tray.
• Make sure that the hose is not in contact with the hot
parts of the appliance.
• If your appliance is protected by a soft cover, be sure to
remove it completely before using the plancha.
• If your plancha is equipped with a lid, make sure that this
lid is in the « OPEN » position while heating and in use.
• For use without a wheeled unit or support: the gas
bottle (13 kg) which supplies the plancha must be
placed 80 cm away from the appliance.
• If the plancha is to be used on a wheeled unit or sup-
port, it is essential to use a bottle weighing 6 kg max.
Gas connection
Screw the hose tting clockwise as shown in the
drawing opposite.
The hose must be connected in accordance with the
hose manufacturer’s instructions, and in compliance
with the standards in force in the country concerned.
Your plancha is congured to work with Propane liquid
gas.
The Propane gas hoses are equipped with dierent-
sized ttings, and are identied by dierent colours.
To prevent any risk of damage to the plancha tting,
please refer to the instructions provided by the hose
manufacturer.
Connection of your plancha in the I3+ category:
• Use certied pressure regulator complying with
standard EN 12864 to be connected to the gas bottle
refer also to national standards specifying pressures
to supply the appliances.
• Use a certied exible hose to connect the plancha;
for France refer to standards NFD36-125 for metallic
hoses or XPD36-112 for rubber hose; for the other
countries respect local rules and laws.
The entire length of the rubber hose must be visible and
easily accessible. Comply with the safety instructions for
use (e.g. use-by date, etc.) specied by the hose
manufacturer.
The hose must not be longer than 1.5 meters.
Each burner is tted with a thermocouple safety device
which cuts o the gas supply to the burners if the ame
goes out unexpectedly.
All maintenance operations requiring the opening of
the inner gas supply system must exclusively be carried
out by an authorized repairer. Any attempt to dismantle
and modify the appliance in order to change its techni-
cal characteristics may cause accidents for which the
manufacturer accepts no responsibility, and which will
make the guarantee null and void.
Theses planchas are classied as appliances for
outdoor use and can be operated only with liquid
gas being certied for the folluwing categories
according to their countries:

Warning:
Tightness is to be checked outdoors, away from any
source of ignition.
• Make sure that the control switches are in the closed
position. After opening the bottle and resetting the
pressure relief valve, check that there are no bubbles
on all ttings, on the pressure relief valve and on the
appliance, using soapy water.
The presence of bubbles indicates a leak.
Before any use check the plancha cooking plate is clean
and gas controls in order to work; verify the burners
holes and gas nozzle zone is free from dirty, dust or
insects leavings. A clogged gas jet could lead to re and
danger for users.
Close the gas bottle and tighten all the ttings.
Repeat the tightness test. If the leak comes from the
appliance, do not use your plancha and contact the
manufacturer or the retailer.
Test the tightness every time the bottle is replaced.
Danger:
Never test the tightness of your appliance with a ame.
Never use a leaking appliance.
It is recommended to wear protective gloves when
handling particularly hot components.
• The parts protected by the manufacturer must not be
handled by the user. None of the gas line components
are to be modied by the user. The gas containers that
can be used on this type of appliance range from 6 to
13 Kg (Dimension, height: 560 mm and depth: 310 mm
max., pressure relief valve included).
• Comply with the use-by dates of your hose, and
replace it if need be. Test the tightness every time the
hose is replaced. Check the position of the connecting
hose to ensure that it is not in contact with the hot
parts of the appliance.
• Be sure to replace the container away from any source
of ignition.
• Do not plug the vents and regularly check that they
are clean. If the venturis are clogged, contact the
manufacturer or your retailer.
• The underside of the appliance must remain clear to

Directions for use
Lighting and operation of the plancha.
Before lighting your plancha, check that all the condi-
tions stated in the « Precautions for use » section are
met.
• Check that the control switch is on the « OFF »
position. Open the gas supply (bottle for butane/
propane).
• Rotate the control switch counterclockwise while
holding it down on the ignition to generate the sparks
required for lighting of the burners.
• Keep the control switch down for at least 5 seconds
afer lighting the burner.
• The device must not be operated for more than
15 seconds. If the burner has not lit, stop acting on the
device, open the enclosure door and / or wait at least
1 minute before any further attempts to ignite the
burner.
It is recommended to empty and clean the grease tray
after each use. The grease tray is to be handked only
when the plancha il cold.
Hot cleaning:
You have just nished cooking and your plancha is still
hot: use this opportunity to clean it.
Your cooking spatula and your stainless steel pad are
idel tools to temove all residue. Pour some water directly
onto the plate and srucb with your stainless steel pad to
move the excess matter towards the grease receptacle.
Use the spatula to handle the stainless steel pas to avoid
getting burnt.
Keep an eye on how full the grease tray is, to avoid any
overow. Your plate is coated with two layers of enamel,
and is therefore fully compatible with using a stainless
steel pad. You can repeat the operation as often as nec-
essary. You can light your plancha again at any time if the
cleaning is not completely eective.

Cold cleaning:
Using a moist sponge, apply the cleaning stone directly
onto the plate, in a circular motion, or use « Plancha Net »
and allow it to sit. Rinse with a kitchen sponge.
You can repeat the operation as often as necessary.
Finish cleaning with your microber pad to bu up the
shine on your plancha. If your plancha has not been used
for a long time, it is recommended to store it in a dry,
sheltered place.
Guarantee
The guarantee period extends over:
• 2 years for cooking plates and burners.
• 2 years for other componets.
This guarantee comes into eect on the date the product
is purchased.
For customer support relating to the guarantee, you will
be asked for the purchase invoice, and for the product
reference and serial number (on the nameplate located
on the appliance).
Tongs or a large spatula are recommented to take the
food out of the refrigerator one hour ahead of time, and
ti make sure that it is not wet.
For customer support relating to the product guarantee,
you will be asked for the purchase invoice.
The guarantee shall not apply in the following cases:
• Malnufunction due to a reason unrelated to the prod uct
(impact, lightning, ood, ect...).
• Use of the appliance that does not comply with these
introductions.
• Failure to comply with all safety instructions.
