trasporto a carico del ricevente non saranno accettati. Si intende inoltre che qualora la macchina venisse in qualsiasi

invalidata. La ditta produttrice declina ogni responsabilità civile derivante dall’uso improprio della macchina o dalla
mancata osservanza delle istruzioni pertinenti il funzionamento, le impostazioni e la manutenzione. L’assistenza sotto
garanziaèammissibilesoloselarichiestavienepresentataalserviziopost-venditaautorizzatoedèaccompagnatadalla
prova d’acquisto. Si raccomanda subito dopo l’acquisto del prodotto di controllare che sia integro e di leggere attentamente

1 ISTRUZIONI ANTINFORTUNISTICHE
GENERALI
Prima di accingersi ad azionare questa macchina, è
importante leggere, capire e seguire queste istruzioni con
molta attenzione, per garantire la sicurezza dell’operatore e
dei circostanti, come pure per garantire una lunga e sicura
vita della macchina. Imparare come usare l’ettroutensile, le
sue limitazioni d’utilizzo e i rischi potenziali che ne possono
derivare. Conservare queste istruzioni in un posto sicuro
per la consultazione futura.
Evitare le partenze involontarie - Scollegare gli elettroutensili
Controllare sempre che le chiavette e le chiavi di regolazione
siano rimosse dall’elettroutensile prima di avviarlo.
Accertarsi che l’interruttore sia nella posizione di SPENTO
prima di collegare l’elettroutensile all’alimentazione di rete.
Accertarsi che gli elettroutensili siano scollegati
dall’alimentazione di rete quando non vengono utilizzati,
prima della manutenzione, lubrificazione o regolazione e
quando si sostituiscono accessori quali lame, punte e frese.
Ispezionare le parti danneggiate
Prima di utilizzare ulteriormente l’elettroutensile, questo deve
essere controllato con attenzione per accertarsi che funzioni
correttamente e operi conformemente al suo uso specifico.
Controllare l’allineamento corretto delle parti in movimento,
accertarsi che non siano inceppate, controllare che non ci
siano componenti rotti e che l’elettroutensile sia montato
correttamente. Verificare qualsiasi altra condizione che
possa influire sul funzionamento dell’elettroutensile.
Una protezione, o qualsiasi altra parte dell’elettroutensile
che sia danneggiata, deve essere riparata o sostituita da un
centro di manutenzione autorizzato, a meno di indicazione
differente contenuta in questo manuale d’istruzioni.
Qualsiasi interruttore che non funziona correttamente deve
essere sostituito da un centro di manutenzione autorizzato.
Non utilizzare l’elettroutensile se l’interruttore di ACCESO/
SPENTO non accende e spegne l’elettroutensile.
La polvere prodotta durante la lavorazione dei materiali è
nociva per la salute.
Si raccomanda di indossare una adatta mascherina
antipolvere. Durante l’esecuzione dei lavori utilizzare sempre
i mezzi protettivi personali: occhiali antinfortunistici, guanti,
mascherina, protezione auricolare, scarpe antinfortunistiche
e antiscivolo.
Non indossare indumenti o gioielleria svolazzanti e
raccogliere i capelli lunghi in modo da evitare che possano
restare impigliati in organi in movimento.
Lavorare sempre su basi stabili. Bloccare sempre saldamente
con una morsa il pezzo da lavorare.

PROTEGGERSI DALLE SCOSSE ELETTRICHE
Evitare il contatto del corpo con superfici messe a terra o
a massa (per esempio tubazioni, radiatori, lavastoviglie e
frigoriferi).
Cavi di alimentazione
Non strattonare o tirare il cavo di alimentazione per
scollegarlo dalla presa di alimentazione di rete.
Non trasportare mai l’elettroutensile afferrandone il cavo di
alimentazione. Tenere il cavo di alimentazione lontano da
fonti di calore, olio, solventi e spigoli vivi.

Proteggere il cavo di prolunga da oggetti affilati, calore

Usare solo le lame raccomandate. Non provare mai ad
adattare e utilizzare la macchina per uno scopo a cui non
era destinata.
Utilizzare sempre un aspirapolvere collegato alla presa di
estrazione della polvere.
Le tavole di MDF esalano polvere pericolosa che non deve
essere aspirata.
Indossare sempre una maschera antipolvere e una
protezione per gli occhi approvate.
L’acqua non deve mai entrare a contatto con la macchina o
con il cavo elettrico di alimentazione.
Non impiegare il seghetto alternativo per tagliare a umido,
per esempio immergendo la lama nell’acqua. L’operatore

Quando si utilizza una prolunga, srotolarla completamente
(il diametro minimo del cavo di prolunga dev’essere di 1 mm2).
In caso di dubbio consultare un elettricista qualificato.
Fissare il pezzo da lavorare su di un bancale adatto, che
permetta di azionare l’utensile elettrico con entrambe le mani
.
Non tagliare il pezzo da lavorare nel caso che le sue
dimensionisuperinolacapacitàdelseghetto.
Prima di accingersi al taglio, controllare che il pezzo da
lavorare abbia uno spazio adatto sottostante, per impedire
che il seghetto tocchi il pavimento, il tavolo ecc.
Non toccare mai la lama in movimento con la mano.
Controllare la posizione di eventuali cavi della corrente
prima di tagliare i muri o i pannelli del muro.
Non togliere il seghetto dal pezzo da lavorare fino a quando
la lama non si sia completamente arrestata.
Non toccare la lama del seghetto subito dopo l’azionamento,
saràmoltocalda.
Tenere il cavo del seghetto alternativo lontano dalla lama.
Se possibile bloccarlo prima di iniziare il taglio.
Non mettere le mani sotto il pezzo da lavorare.

4 FUNZIONAMENTO
Questo utensile è munito di un “interruttore per
funzionamento continuo”. Per avviare l’apparecchio premere
il grilletto On/Off. Quando è avviato, premere l’interruttore
per funzionamento
continuo situato di fianco all’impugnatura
e mollare il grilletto.
A questo punto il seghetto funziona in
continuo senza dover tenere premuto il grilletto.
Per fermarlo premere brevemente il grilletto e poi mollarlo.
Premere con decisione il seghetto sul pezzo in lavorazione
e spingerlo lentamente in avanti lasciando che la lama
esegua liberamente il taglio. Aumentando la pressione non
siaumentalavelocitàditaglio.
Attenzione!
Se la base del seghetto non viene tenuta saldamente
contro il pezzo in lavorazione, la lama s’inceppa e si
spezza.
5 REGOLAZIONE ELETTRONICA
DELLA VELOCITÀ
La velocità del motore viene regolata elettronicamente,
ruotando la rotella zigrinata (Fig. 3).
6 TAGLIO ANGOLARE
Per impostare l’angolo di taglio su uno dei valori prefissati,
e cioè 15°, 30° o 45°, allentare le due viti esagonali (Foto 4)
che si trovano nella parte inferiore dell’utensile aiutandosi
con l’apposita chiave fornita in dotazione.
Sollevare leggermente la base d’appoggio sino a quando
può essere spostata su uno degli angoli prefissati indicati
sulla scala graduata (Foto 5).
Infine stringere di nuovo le viti esagonali.
7 FUNZIONAMENTO PENDOLARE
(NJ750L)
Il seghetto alternativo è munito di un rullo regolabile ad
azione pendolare. Questo rullo si sposta in avanti e indietro
in modo tale che la lama tagli con un movimento pendolare.
Man mano che la leva di regolazione viene spostata dal numero 0
al numero 3, aumenta il grado di movimento pendolare (Foto 6).
8 MONTAGGIO DELLA LAMA

Permontarelalama,allentareleduevitiabrugola(Foto7)
attraverso la protezione sulla parte anteriore del seghetto.
Fare scivolare la lama nella scanalatura di posizionamento
con i denti rivolti in avanti, e stringere le viti a brugola con
l’apposita chiave fornita in dotazione.

Premere il blocco della lama (Fig. 8); Fare scivolare la lama
nella scanalatura di posizionamento con i denti rivolti in
avanti, rilasciare il blocco della lama.

ADATTATORE PER ASPIRAZIONE POLVERE
Questo seghetto alternativo è munito di un adattatore per
l’aspirazione della polvere con un attacco a baionetta (fig.
9) che può essere collegato ad un aspirapolvere o ad un
dispositivo di estrazione idoneo. Per montare l’adattatore,
infilarel’O-ringdigommasullatodell’adattatoredidiametro
più piccolo e sistemarlo sulla presa di aspirazione sul retro
dell’utensile. Spingere a fondo e ruotarlo perché s’innesti
sulle sporgenze dell’attacco a baionetta.

Taglio di metalli
Quando si tagliano metalli, si deve usare un olio di
raffreddamento o da taglio adatto. A intervalli regolari
durante il taglio spruzzare il lubrificante sulla lama o sul
pezzo da lavorare per ridurre il consumo della lama.
Attenzione!
Non immergere il seghetto in acqua né lasciar entrare
refrigerante nell’involucro, perché si potrebbe subire
una scossa elettrica letale.
Taglio circolare
Quando si comincia a tagliare dal centro del pezzo in
lavorazione, praticare un foro di 12 mm di diametro per
garantire di avere spazio sufficiente per la lama.
Suggerimento
Quando si tagliano materiali con una finitura decorativa o
lucida, coprire la base d’appoggio del seghetto oppure la
superficie del materiale da tagliare con un nastro adesivo di
protezione o di altro genere per evitare graffiature.
Sicurezza laser
La linea guida laser usata su questo prodotto utilizza un
laser di classe 2 con un’uscita di potenza massima di
1,5mW,aunalunghezzad’ondafra635e670nm.
Normalmente i laser di questo tipo non rappresentano un

2 SPECIFIC SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Always keep your Jigsaw clean and free from oil and
grease.
Do not use caustic cleaning agents to clean the plastic
housing.
Always keep the motor vent holes in the casing free of dirt,
dust or other obstructions.
Only use recommended blades. Never try and adapt and
use the machine for a purpose it was not intended.
Use the vacuum cleaner dust extraction outlet at all times.
MDF particle board gives off dangerous dust which should
not be inhaled.
Wear an approved dust mask and eye protection at all
times.
Water must never come into contact with the machine or
cables.
DonotusetheJigsawaswetcutter,ieimmersingtheblade
in water.
A fatal shock will occur.
When using an extension cable unreel fully (minimum wire
diameter of extension lead to be 1 mm2). If in doubt consult
a qualified electrician.
Clamp work in a suitable work bench which allows both
hands to operate the power tool.
In order to avoid cutting in to any nails, please check the
workpiece and pull out all nails before operation.
Do not cut any workpiece which size is beyond the saws
capacity.
Before cutting please check that the workpiece has a
suitable gap below it, in order to prevent the saw touching
the floor, table, etc.
Grip the tool firmly.
Ensure the saw is clear of the workpiece before turning on.
Never touch the moving blade by hand.
Check the position of power cables when cutting into walls
or wall panels.
Do not remove the saw from the workpiece until the saw
has completely stopped.
Do not touch the blade of the saw after operation, it will be
very hot.

4 OPERATION
This machine is fitted with a “continuous running switch”.
To start the machine squeeze the ON / OFF switch. When
the machine starts press in the“continuous running switch”
located on the side of the handle, release the ON / OFF
trigger (pic. 2).
The machine will now run continuously without the need to
maintain pressure on the ON / OFF trigger.
To stop the machine briefly squeeze then release the
ON / OFF trigger.
Press the machine firmly down onto the work piece and
push slowly forward letting the blade cut freely. Increasing
the pressure will not result in a faster cut.
Important!
If the Jigsaw base is not held firmly into the work piece
the blade will snag and break.
5 ELECTRONIC SPEED CONTROL
The motor speed is electronically controlled, by rotating the
thumb wheel (pic. 3).
6 ANGLE CUTTING
To set the cutting angle to one of the preset angles of 15°,
30°or 45°.
Loosen the two hexagon screws (Pic. 4) located on the
underside of the machine usingthe hexagon key provided,
slightly raise the base until the base can be moved to one of
the preset cutting angles shown on the angle scale (Pic. 5).
Finallyre-tightenthehexscrews.
7 PENDULUM ACTION (NJ750L)
TheJigsawisequippedwithanadjustablependulumaction
roller. This roller moves back and forth to make the blade
cut with a pendulum motion. As the adjustment lever is
movedfromnumbers0-3,thedegreeofpendulummotion
increases (Pic. 6).
8 BLADE FITTING
(NJ480)
Tofittheblade,loosenthe2hexscrews(Pic.7)throughthe
guard on the front of the machine. Slide the blade into the
locating groove with teeth pointing forward, tighten the hex
screws with hex key provided.

To fit the blade, push the lever (Pic. 8); slide the blade into
the locating groove with teeth pointing forward, release the
lever.
9 DUST EXTRACTION ADAPTOR
ThisJigsawisequippedwithabayonetfittingdustextraction
adaptor (fig 9). Which can be fitted to a vacuum cleaner
or suitable dust extraction unit. To fit the dust extraction
adaptor, fit the rubber “O” ring onto the smaller diameter
on the dust extraction adaptor and locate it into the dust
outlet at the rear of the machine. Push in firmly and twist to
engage the bayonet lugs.

Metal cutting
When cutting metals a suitable cooling/cutting oil must be
used. Simply squirt the lubricant onto the blade or work piece
at regular intervals during cutting to reduce blade wear.
Note: Do not immerse in water or allow coolant to enter the
casing. A fatal electric shock could occur.
Circle cutting
When starting a cut from the centre of the work piece, drill
a 12 mm diameter hole to ensure that there is enough
clearance for the blade.
Tip
When cutting materials with a decorative or polished finish
covereither the baseof theJigsaw or thesurface of the
material being cut with masking or other suitable tape to
prevent scratching.
Laser safety
The Laser guide line used in this product uses a class 2
Laser with a maximum power output of 1.5mW at a wave
length of between 635 and 670nm. These lasers do not
normally present an optical hazard, although staring at the
beam may cause temporary flash blindness.
WARNING!
Do not stare directly at the Laser beam.
The laser shall be used and maintained as detailed in this
manual.
Never intentionally aim the laser beam at any person and
prevented it from being directed towards the eye or an
object other than the work piece.
Always ensure that the laser beam is directed at the work
piece only when it is located on the mitre saw table.
Never direct the laser beam onto any bright, shiny reflective
surface, the laser beam could be reflected back towards
the operator.
Do not change the laser unit for any other type.
Do not tamper with the laser unit except when making
adjustments.
Repairs to the laser must only be carried out by an

de la machine. Apprendre à utiliser l'outil électrique, ses
limites d'utilisation et les risques potentiels pouvant en
découler. Conserver les présentes instructions en lieu sûr

Éviter les démarrages intempestifs - Débrancher les outils
électriques
Toujourscontrôlerquelesclésetlesclésderéglagesoient
retirées de l'outil électrique avant de le mettre en marche.

Tenir en permanence la scie sauteuse propre et dépourvue
d'huile et graisse. Ne pas utiliser de produits agressifs pour
nettoyer les parties en plastiques de l'outil.
Libérer en permanence les orifices de ventilation du moteur
de la saleté, la poussière et autres obstructions.
Utiliser uniquement les lames recommandées. Ne jamais
essayer d'adapter et d'utiliser la machine pour un usage
pour lequel elle n'est pas destinée.
Toujoursutiliserunaspirateurbranchéàlaprised'extraction
de la poussière.
Les panneaux en MDF répandent une poussière dangereuse
ne devant être aspirée.
Toujoursporterunmasqueanti-poussièresetuneprotection
des yeux approuvés.
L’eau ne doit jamais entrer en contact avec la machine ou
avec le câble d'alimentation électrique.
Ne pas utiliser la scie sauteuse pour couper à l'eau, par
exemple en immergeant la lame dans l'eau. L’opérateur

4 FONCTIONNEMENT
Cet outil est muni d'un « interrupteur de fonctionnement
continu ». Pour mettre l'appareil en marche, appuyer sur
l'interrupteur On/Off. Une fois mis en marche, appuyer sur
l'interrupteur de fonctionnement
continu situé à côté de la
poignée et relâcher l'interrupteur.
La scie fonctionne ainsi en
continu sans devoir tenir l'interrupteur enfoncé.
Pour l'arrêter, appuyer brièvement sur l'interrupteur puis le
relâcher.
Appliquerfermementlasciecontrelapièceàtravailleretla
pousser lentement vers l'avant en laissant la lame exécuter
librement la coupe. L'augmentation de la pression exercée
sur la scie n'augmente pas la vitesse de coupe.
Attention !
Si la base de la scie n'est pas tenue fermement contre la
pièce à travailler, la lame se coince et se brise.
5 RÉGLAGE ÉLECTRONIQUE DE LA
VITESSE
La vitesse du moteur se règle électroniquement, en tournant
la molette (Fig. 3).
6 COUPE ANGULAIRE
Pour régler l'angle de coupe sur l'une des valeurs prédéfinie,
soità15°,30°ou45°,desserrerlesdeuxvishexagonales
(Photo4)surlapartieinférieuredel'outilàl'aidedelaclé
fournie.
Souleverlégèrementlaplaquedebasejusqu'àcequ'ilsoit
possible de la déplacer sur l'un des angles prédéfinis sur
l'échelle graduée (Photo 5).

7 FONCTIONNEMENT PENDULAIRE

Lasciesauteuseestmunied'unroulementréglableàaction
pendulaire. Ce roulement se déplace d'avant en arrière de
manière telle que la lame coupe par mouvement pendulaire.
Àmesurequelelevierderéglageestdéplacédelaposition0à3,
il augmente le mouvement pendulaire (Photo 6).
8 MONTAGE DE LA LAME

Pourmonterlalame,desserrerlesdeuxvisàsixpanscreux
(Photo 7) à travers la protection sur la partie avant de la
scie.
Faire glisser la lame dans la fente de positionnement avec
lesdentdirigéesversl'avantpuisserrerlesvisàl'aidede
la clé fournie.

Appuyer sur le bloc de la lame (Fig. 8) ; Faire glisser la lame
dans la fente de positionnement avec les dents dirigées vers
l'avant, relâcher le bloc de la lame.
9 ADAPTATEUR D'ASPIRATION DE
POUSSIÈRE
Cette scie sauteuse est dotée d'un adaptateur d'aspiration
depoussièreavecunraccordàbaïonnette(fig.9)pouvant
être branché à un aspirateur ou un dispositif d'extraction
approprié. Pour monter l'adaptateur, enfiler le joint torique
en caoutchouc sur le côté de l'adaptateur de plus petit
diamètreetl'installersurlaprised'aspirationàl'arrièrede
l'outil.Pousseràfondettournerafinqu'ils'enclenchesurles
partiessaillantesduraccordàbaïonnette.

Coupe de métaux
Lors de la coupe de métaux, utiliser un liquide de
refroidissement ou de coupe approprié. À intervalles
réguliers, durant la coupe, pulvériser le lubrifiant sur la lame
ousurlapièceàtravaillerpourréduirelaconsommationde
la lame.
Attention !
Ne pas immerger la scie dans l'eau ni ne laisser entrer
le réfrigérant dans l'enveloppe pour éviter les décharges
électriques fatales.
Coupe circulaire
Lorsque l'on commence à couper du centre de la pièce,
pratiquer un trou de 12mm de diamètre afin d'obtenir
l'espace suffisant pour la lame.
Suggestion
Lors de la coupe de matériaux à finition décorative ou
brillante, couvrir la plaque de base de la scie ou la surface du
matérielàcouperderubanadhésifdeprotectionoud'autre
type pour éviter les rayures.
Sécurité laser
La ligne guide laser utilisée sur ce produit est dotée d'un
laser de classe 2 avec une sortie de puissance maximale de
1,5mW,àunelongueurd'ondecompriseentre635et670
nm.
En général, les lasers de ce type ne présentent aucun
danger, bien que si l'opérateur fixe directement le faisceau
du laser, l'aveuglement temporaire est possible.
ATTENTION!
Ne pas fixer directement le faisceau du laser.
Le laser doit être utilisé et conservé conformément aux
instructions de ce manuel.
Ne jamais dirigé intentionnellement le faisceau laser vers
